We've just returned from an amazing girls weekend stay at Oakwood, and really, there aren't enough words to explain how fabulous the trip was! The downstairs space was open and airy, perfect for gathering in big groups, cooking together, eating together, etc.. It worked perfectly for gathering all together, and with a large dining table and chairs, it was the ideal space for casual breakfasts or more formal dinner settings. Sea salt is in a brilliant location. The reason we booked it. Well kitted out with most things you could want. Pool table very handy amenity and everyone had an en-suite. Plenty of space to all gather inside or out,
Having stayed in this property twice before there were a few general maintenance issues this visit. Im sure they can very easily be sorted though. In general fantastic place to stay
Highly recommend a stay at the Lighthouse! A 5 minute walk to Old Hunstanton beach and a 20 minute walk from Hunstanton beach. West facing so you get some amazing sunsets!
Hunny Pot is a lovely cottage, we have been for at lest 5 years, in a great location. Close to Hunstanton, the beach and pubs but in a quiet location. The only observation was that some areas are ready for some renovation, but it wouldn't stop us coming again.
All good with excellent support from reception in Lodge Hotel both on arrival and through course of our stay. Small point but helpful if check-out time is 11.00am rather than 10.00am to allow more time for final clean-up. We had a wonderful stay at Hippisley Hut this summer, it was very clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped and has a lovely charming home from home feel. We received a great hamper on arrival which was very welcomed. We stayed here a couple of years ago and it was great to see a few upgrades and redecorating had been done since we were last here. It worked very well with us and another family both staying at Hippisley Hut as we slept upstairs and the other family slept downstairs, giving a degree of privacy at nighttime. I would recommend this house and would stay here again.
