Willow is a lovely spacious single bedroomed cottage open to the eaves. The lounge/kitchen/dining area has a wood burner. There is also a gallery with seating creating more space to relax. The bathroom is accessed via the double bedroom (bed is a standard double). For more details click HERE

Our third time at Wood Farm although this time in a different cottage but found it just as well run as always. Great location for cycling and easy access to the coast and National Trust properties. Not quite the weather we ordered ( We ordered cracking t'flags) but stayed dry throughout. Will be back.

My partner and I spent a happy week at Willow Cottage as part of our extended family group. We stayed at Willow Cottage two years ago and liked it very much so we were looking forward to coming back and were not disappointed. Willow Cottage is ideal for two although there is accommodation for more on the mezzanine floor which also makes a useful area for storing suitcases and bags that are not needed every day. All the basic kitchen facilities are there (including a dishwasher) and the brick fireplace provides a lovely point of focus in the living room.

We stayed as a couple within the school holidays. The facilities available for families are brilliant but you can still maintain privacy and peace if you wish too. Had a lovely comfortable and peaceful break as a couple with a dog. Really enjoyable and would return. Thanks to WoodFarm for making a last minute booking for us smooth and issue free.

We went away with our two children and their families, staying in 3 separate cottages. Each cottage was well-appointed, and comfortable. Facilities for the children were excellent, with opportunities for games (physical and board) readily available. The information room was very helpful, as was the board detailing 'Whatson' and the weather forecast.
One minor observation - other cottages we have stayed in have provided a 'Welcome Pack' of tea, coffee, milk (and, on occasion, flowers) - always creating a great first impression. Just a thought....

My Wife and I stayed at Willow for a week, but we have stayed at Wood Farm several times before. It is a real home from home and all the cottages we've stayed in have been excellent. Diana and her small team always make us welcome.
We wanted to stay at Willow on this occasion as it has a wood burner and weren't disappointed. Lovely and cosy. To be fair it isn't really needed as the cottages are well heated anyway, but a nice extra.
Willow has everything you need and a power shower.
Wood Farm is set in lovely rural grounds and make sure you have a walk around as many deer, hares and other wildlife present if you're quiet.
Looking forward to returning again.

We went here for our first family get away with our new daughter. The place was clean, welcoming and lovely. There were clear instructions and information to hand it is a lovely location and has lots for kids including a zip line very cool but a bit advanced for our little one. The location is lovely to see the North of Norfolk and has good access we enjoyed going to the beach and Cromer for fish and chips. Will happily book again and stay again.

From the moment of booking to the day of checking out, communication from the owners Chris, Diana and their colleague Kerry was excellent. This was my first trip to Norfolk and they provided suggestions for trips out and places to visit.
The cottage itself was beautiful. Very good standard of finish, warm, comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay.

A welcome pack would be great just simple milk tea sugar and a small cake after a journey it would be the icing on the cake so to speak.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Willow Cottage. The site is perfect for kids with a great playground and treehouse plus lovely field walks where we were lucky enough to spot hares and deer! The hosts have thought of everything so there is a map room with all of the best days out marked plus brochures, so it was really easy to plan a variety of days out. The location is excellent - very rural but with easy access to the coast and amenities in nearby towns. There is also a great pub down the road where we enjoyed a final night dinner and breakfast after checkout! I’d really recommend this holiday if you have young kids and need some fresh air and a change of scene, and recharge time if the family allows!

I’ve already recommended the cottages to friends and family. Wood Farm is perfectly located and immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night cycling holiday here. It’s especially ideal for a cycling and walking holiday. We cycled daily getting to Wells next the Sea, Cley, Sheringham, Reepham, Holt, Salthouse and more.

The lanes are ideal for cycling and walking, so quiet! The barn has a bike rack and a bike repair station. Perfectly located for beautiful Holt for provisions and for some small town life, and The Pigs for when you can’t be bothered to cook.

We loved seeing the deer and hares in the fields!

We had a fantastic week staying at Wood Farm Cottages in the Willow Cottage which was the perfect size for 2 adults and a toddler. The outside space with the play area was amazing and we spent hours out there. The zip wire was my personal favourite! The location of the properties was ideal as it was only a short drive to Holt and not too far from lots of other great Norfolk locations. It has been our favourite family holiday so far and the only place we feel like we will 100% return to.

We had a fantastic time here, the cottages are clean and decorated/furnished with thought. The farm is beautiful and so peaceful. My daughter enjoyed exploring and absolutely loved the trampoline, treehouse and swings. We would definitely recommend staying here and will be booking another stay soon.

We have stayed at Wood Farm and Willow Cottage before so when we wanted a peaceful place to celebrate our wedding anniversary we didn't hesitate to re-book. Diana popped in to check all was well when we arrived and we were able to contact her easily if we needed anything which we didn't as the information sheets told us all we needed to know. The cottage had everything we wanted including a log burner which was so nice on chilly February nights. It made for a really romantic anniversary evening. After a wonderful meal at the local pub The Pigs we curled up on the comfy reclining sofa, in front of a log fire, with a bottle of champagne, bliss.
The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom spotless (as was the entire cottage) and the decor made it a home from home in a beautiful farmland setting. We couldn't recommend Wood Farm Cottages and Willow Cottage highly enough. Just the break we needed.

1st time at Wood Farm Cottages and stayed in 3 cottages with friends. We’ve stayed at many holiday homes over the years and this was definitely one of the best! Diana was very friendly and helpful, the cottage was well equipped with a good wood burner, and the location ideal with Holt only 3 miles away and The Pigs pub just a 10 mins walk. The dogs enjoyed the 2 fields walk too. We will be back.

It was obvious from the start that Diana and Chris had gone the extra mile to make us comfortable and create a relaxing cottage for our stay. All the facilities were available. The cottage was lovely and warm in chilly weather - a great place to come back to after a day out. The farm is an excellent choice for dog owners with the two off lead fields. The Pigs restaurant is very close-by too and offers great food at reasonable prices (especially with the Norfolk Passport). Holkham Beach is recommended for visitors with dogs.

Me and my dog had a wonderful stay In a lovely quiet countryside retreat it’s placed in the perfect place for long country walks and to see North Norfolk, It’s with in driving distance of the coast and lovely beaches. The pig pub at the end of the country lane is very dog friendly and does good food. The only comment against the area is there is a RAF training station and low flying jets can be very noisy but it is only during the day time and early evening.

A very pretty location and easy access to lots of places it was a little cold so we had the wood burner on but it was autumn time

Willow Cottage is a lovely, cosy cottage. It is very clean, comforting, and has adequate utilities for a pleasant stay. The location and surroundings are lovely, we were able to walk our dog around the adjacent fields, right on our doorstep. Diana is very welcoming and friendly, and I would definitely recommend this holiday destination if you want a quiet, restful stay, in pleasant surroundings. The only thing I would have liked, is something such as a small picket fence around the garden area at the front of the cottage, so I could have let my dog loose outside.

I have stayed in a number of Wood Farm cottages over many years. This time I was back in Willow cottage. They have all gone from strength to strength over the years and I have no hesitation in giving full marks for every aspect of my stay. The cleanliness and comfort of the cottage was excellent and so very well equipped in every way. The position is ideal surrounded by lovely countryside, so much wildlife, and, for dog walkers like myself, the pleasure of walking round the fields at Wood Farm. There are some wonderful beaches within a very short car drive as well as many interesting places to visit. The Map Room was an excellent addition and was well worth a visit to get so many suggestions and ideas to really get the most out of the .stay. Diana and Chris are extremely helpful and very welcoming.

This was our first time staying in Willow cottage, it may be technically the smallest cottage, but still roomy and comfortable, furnished to the same high standard as the other cottages. This was our fifth visit to Wood Farm, it’s so relaxing and peaceful.

An excellent stay at Willow Cottage, everything you could need and a great location from which to explore north Norfolk particularly on our bicycles. Diana and Chris were very helpful throughout, nothing too much trouble and it was a real bonus to see the barn owl flying each evening. Possible only downside was that it's a bit tight in the bedroom (hence the 4 rating for comfort) but it is what it is and it certainly didn't spoil our stay, it will not affect us returning hopefully in the near future.

We had a lovely stay. It is ideal as it has a safe environment for children to run around and enjoy themselves.
We used the digital guide book which helped us out with tide times, recommended beaches and things to do.
It was great to have a high chair, travel cot and children's plates provided.

My only suggestion would be for a board or gate at the bottom of the stairs at willow cottage. Just a wooden board to slide in would have been perfect to put off my little climber. We did improvise with the team for shoes. :)

I think we'll be back to this location in the future.

We had a wonderful time at Wood Farm, receiving a warm welcome from Diana and Chris. Willow Cottage was really comfortable, as was the bed. The outdoor play area was top notch for children and there were some really good walks to be had around the fields.The location was excellent with easy access to Sheringham, Holt Country Park and Wells next to the Sea. We will certainly be going again.

Our 2nd stay at Wood Farm cottages but our first in Willow Cottage. Overall accommodation is good for two adults as the 2nd bedroom is accessed via steep wooden staircase to a mezzanine floor (this is however explained in the cottage description on the website). Generally the cottage is well furnished however the bathroom is beginning to look a little "tired" with a "crack" in the top side of the bath and "chips" in the porcelain sink. Great that short stays are available and we liked the fact that the booking procedure can be handled direct with owners which doesn't rely totally on "online booking and payment". Location is perfect with easy access to the coast, local market towns and Norwich.

We stayed here about three years ago, seen great improvement on all the site, great place to have a central base for Norfolk and Suffolk. We have relatives in Sheringham, so we met them for a meal in 'The Pigs' pub 5/10 minute walk down the country lane.
Took our dog for some lovely walks, with the help of the hosts instructions. This place is quiet, but if you have little ones there is plenty to do, adventure park with zip wire (had to have a go!!!) many miniature tractors, table tennis table, basketball hoop and plenty of grounds to explore, Any also Gio and Georgia the sheep in the field.
Will go back again again again, we stayed in Willow Cottage which is for a couple only, but never heard a sound from other cottages, as everyone respects 10pm curfew

Warm welcome from friendly and helpful hosts, followed by a week exploring the area which is full of pretty villages and interesting things to do. Our hosts provided ideas for trips which also helped. Willow Cottage was warm and welcoming and had all we needed for a comfortable and pleasant week.

Lovely location. The play area was great for the kids and there were activities for rainy days too. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The farm was so peaceful and beautiful, but close enough to lots of things to do. There was a useful activity brochure accessed online and the hosts offered recommendations for trips if needed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the kids loved the upstairs 'den' which they made themselves very at home in. There was opportunity for our kids to make friends with other children on the site which was lovely. The cottage was worn and dated in places, the bathroom could have done with some work, but no serious issues, it didn't impede our enjoyment of the holiday and I think the price was fair based on the size and condition of the cottage. There was a quite obtusely worded sign in the bathroom which grated on me every time I went in there, it would be nice if this message was presented more professionally and the mattress was a bit hard, but these are minor points. Overall I'd definitely return and recommend this lovely get away to others.

This a lovely cottage for a couple. We also took the dog and two teenage boys who slept on the Mezzanine floor. It was a little tight for all of us but the weather was lovely and we had a nice break.
We will be back but to a larger cottage!

A return to Woodfarm and our first time in Willow. Once again it was excellent and fully meant our expectations. Everything we needed and more.
Chris, Diana and the team do a fantastic job in making us feel welcome and ensuring we had a great stay.
Our grandchildren were staying in Oak thought the gallery 'cool'.

We were welcomed by pleasant, friendly, hosts and had a lovely stay at Wood Farm cottages. Very peaceful location with easy access to coast and NT properties.The cottage was very well equipped with good quality comfortable furniture, kitchen pots and pans and the cooker was easy to use. The paths around the two fields made dog walking easy. Although we were just two adults the site would be good for families with the imaginative playground facilities.

Not having been able to come to Norfolk for so long it was such a joy to be back in the familiar and beautiful surroundings of Wood Farm Cottages. I have been coming here for over twenty years now and the standards are always so very high in the pretty and relaxing and extremely well equipped cottages. Certainly this year a lot of work has been done in renovating and updating them.
I liked the idea of the map room where you can be advised on the ideal places to visit be if for a young family or adult groups.
As I drove up the familiar drive to the cottages, as always, I knew it was going to be the best holiday and my dog thoroughly approved of the great walks round the fields where she was fascinated to see rabbits, hares and the occasional deer.

Another brilliant holiday and roll on September when I return again.

This is the first time that we have had a holiday cottage away from the sea, and we found it a little strange at first. However the scenery at wood Farm Cottages is lovely, and wildlife very abundant watching the deer feeding at dusk was great. I would highly recommend this as a great holiday destination.

Absolutely lovely time spent at Wood Farm. The hosts, Diana & Chris, are so nice; as is the manager David. They were also very kind with our children and made us all feel very welcome. It's well set up so the kids could roam around by themselves and they happily spent ages in the park area; plenty to keep them busy. The accomodation was great and was like a home from home really.

Great place and location for North Norfolk

Great for children, plenty to keep you occupied on the farm, table tennis, indoor table football and barn with football pitch and basket ball net. Also small ride on tractors indoors for small children. Not forgetting the zip wire, trampoline, slide and swings in the garden.

Cottages are well laid out and very practical, you will have everything you could ask for in the cupboards etc.

Would highly recommend this place, The Pigs pub is 5 minutes walk away that is also a spa, don't recommend you walk there on the dark road at night.

Lots to do in the area for all ages

Hope to go back very soon

This is our third year staying at Wood Farm and our second stay in Willow cottage. Each year, it gets even better. The farm is situated in beautiful countryside and has everything a family of young children needs to enjoy a relaxing week away. You’re not far from the many fantastic beaches of north Norfolk and the beautifully, quaint market towns.
The cottage itself was clean, well equipped, comfortable and very homely. Our children loved staying here and had a lot of fun with the play facilities outside.
We really can’t fault our time at Wood Farm.

We have stayed at Wood Farm several times and at Willow Cottage once before, so we knew it would be an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
The cottage is small and cosy - just right for a single couple or like us, a couple with youngish children (aged 9 & 11). They slept on futons on the mezzanine floor above the living area and my wife and I had the bedroom.
The cottage is clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
The on-site facilities for children are great - a big trampoline, a zip wire, climbing frame, lots of space to run around and play and a few indoor areas with a pool table, table tennis and table football to keep everyone occupied if the weather isn’t great.
Wood farm itself is quiet and safe and well located for day trips to Sheringham, Cromer and Wells. You would have to try hard to fault anything about the place. Highly recommended.

Willow cottage a bit on the dark side and view shown on photo seems to have missed a large storage tank and any cars in car park ! Wi if worked in other cottages but not in willow. Plus side was excellent kitchen and comfy bed overall we had a great holiday.

A very comfortable cottage which had just been re-decorated to a very good standard. The cottage was really comfortable and the log burner was excellent. All facilities are available in the cottage to make for a great stay. The farm is in a peaceful area with a pub within walking distance. All in all a really great and relaxing week.

We enjoyed our stay as the site is handy for so many visitor attractions in North Norfolk. We were met by staff who were most helpful and friendly. The toilet flush was not working properly on arrival but by next lunchtime it was fixed. That was good service!
The cottage was well kitted out with catering facilities and much thought had been put into gadgets and utensils which we would have at home. If there is any criticism it would be that the bathroom was in need of a makeover as the hand rails over the bath were very rusty around the screw fixings and the toilet seat was not functioning properly and was damaged.
We found the leather settee and chairs somewhat uncomfortable but, that is very much a personal thing as we have larger, fabric covered lounge furniture at home which we do not slide off!
We did complete a questionaire before leaving the cottage and our overall feeling is that we would recommend Wood Farm and would also make a return trip at some time.

This was out fifth year at Woodfarm and our first in Willow Cottage. The cottage was, as ever, beautifully presented, clean and well equipped. The welcome was warm and it felt like we were coming home. Our daughter (now in her teens) was still very happy playing in the very well equipped "play" field. There was still plenty to do and places to see and our week went all too quickly. I cannot recommend Woodfarm highly enough.

When searching for a week away with my two kids I was looking for something where I too would get a holiday. I wanted somewhere with just a few cottages, so we might meet some "holiday friends" but that it wouldnt be too busy, commercialised and noisy, somewhere safe for them to play but near enough to activities, beaches etc to go out for the day.

Wood Farm was the most perfect selection. The highlight of the holiday for the kids was the outdoor play space. They could have as much adventure and freedom as they wanted because the site was so well laid out and safe. I could sit and read and relax knowing that the kids were only a shout away if they wanted me. The other families on the site had the same idea as me and it led to a lovely atmosphere for everyone, but not so small that we were on top of each other.

Loads to do nearby and we had the most brilliant weather. I hope to return again soon. Many thanks

We really enjoyed our stay at Willow Cottage. The boys loved the play area which was fantastic! They also loved sleeping in the den style bedroom. Location was great, very close to The Pigs and we easily travelled to Wroxham for the Broads and Dinosaur Adventure Park. We would love to stay again in the future. Highly recommend for families.

Although our third or fourth holiday at Wood Farm this was our first stay in Willow Cottage and, on ballance, probably our favourite so far. Absolutely ideal for the two of us and one we shall look to first for future visits.

This is our third visit to Willow Cottage. We received a warm welcome from Diane.The cottage was very clean and cosy. everything had been thought about to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Comfortable bed and sofa and very well equipped in the kitchen area. We shall certainly be back. We have been visiting Norfolk for about thirty years and we wish we had found
Wood Cottages sooner.

Our choice of Woodfarm is not an unusual one, in fact we often stay at the cottage complex mainly because we know we will always find the self catering cottages in a very good condition and looked after impeccably by the team.
We are always welcomed with genuine and warm greetings which start the stay at a level of being in a home from home.
We often visit Norfolk so we have seen much of the attractions and countryside that the county has to offer but we used this visit to purposely seek out things we have not seen or done.
Using Woodfarm as a perfect base it was central to inland venues and coastal areas which gave us a wide scope to delve into previously unchartered territory, well for us at least!
The cottage we stayed in was one of the smaller cottages as we had no need for anything larger the level of equipment was very reasonable for self catering accommodation and all in very good condition. Some earlier suggestions had been taken on board which added to the comfort of our stay.
The grounds in which the complex stand were, as always, in very good condition albeit that there had been very little rain recently to help the grass remain un-scorched. These cottages are the perfect base to have a good country holiday or even just a long weekend break.
My only criticism would be the cottage we were staying in is very close to the municipal laundry room and in spite of adequate and very polite signage asking guests to not use the area at unsociable times this was often not observed by some of the other guests.
With that said however the whole stay was pleasant and relaxing and very enjoyable. We will be back!

As always we really appreciate all feedback - and need to think what else we can do to ensure guests use the laundry room between 9 and 6 and not outside these hours. Some humorous signage might be an idea to pursue.....

A great welcome to a great place. perfectly located to access the North Norfolk Coast and the lovely town of Holt. We took our 4 month old puppy and he loved it- a field to run in and a warm welcome. The laundry area with SO much information on things to do was great- and the playground and resources for kids and teenagers were superb. The farm chicken eggs were delicious....can't recommend it highly enough, thank you

We had a family holiday at Wood Farm cottages in Willow, Beech and Chestnut. These cottages are really excellent with a warm welcome from Diana on arrival. Lovely open space for the children to play in and very near to many beautiful places in north Norfolk. This was our third year and have booked already for next year as prices are very reasonable for the school holiday period with Willow being a great place for grandparents to escape when they feel the need.

Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic stay with kids of all ages as the field behind the cottages has ample play facilities. The kitchen in the cottage had everything. This was our third visit and we have already booked to go back next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Woodfarm Cottages. We had no problems with the cottage, we found it very clean and the information guide was very helpful if we had any problems. On arrival, we were met by Diana who was very friendly and we felt comfortable that if there were any problems we could go to her for assistance throughout our stay. Although the location was not in walking distance of a village with a convenience store, Holt was only a 10 minute drive and we enjoyed the convenience of walking down to The Pigs for dinner or breakfast!

We were delighted with wood farm and willow cottage, and it's beautiful location in the lovely Norfolk country side. The grass area in front of each cottage gives it a feeling of home, and the cottage itself is really home from home, it is so well equiped and furnished. Diana called in and introduced herself to us, (a nice touch) to ensure that everything was ok. The weather was being difficult and unseasonable, but that is not down to Diana & Chris. The only tiny ( and they are tiny) downers was 1, the heating thermostat is up on the mezzanine floor, making it very hot and difficult for the less able to climb the stairs to turn down the heating. 2 with the lack of mobile signal, ( Diana did say to us that she has good signal with O2, but no good if you are with another provider) and we suggested that a pay phone with a charge levied on each holiday to pay for line rental would be an asset, especially in an emergency.
Thank you Diana and Chris, we enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

on arrival we were greeted really warmly and escorted to cottage. heating and keys etc were all explained. we could tell instantly that it was so clean and every home comfort was provided . wood burner explained and more logs delivered. everything just lovely.

We stayed here in February 2015 and decided then it would be the perfect retreat for a Christmas getaway. All our expetations were met. The facilities are excellent especially the well kitted out kitchen. Particularly enjoy the log burning stove. Makes everything so warm and romantic. Dogs enjoyed it too! Would thoroughly recommend this super cottage but get in quick.

This cottage is one of eight in a barn conversion complex in the heart of north Norfolk.
The cottage 'Willow' will sleep four but is more user friendly for two.
The living space is open plan with the kitchen area so is perfect to mingle with your other half while preparing and cooking a meal.
Beautiful wooden flooring in the space gives a slightly more modern feel to a traditional flint building, the furnishings are very comfortable and facilities are exceptional. The cottages have wi-fi connection throughout the complex from an ADSL line with acceptable browsing speeds, ideal for checking out opening times and ticket prices for the venues in the area.
Very well equipped kitchen with Microwave, Oven and Hob, Fridge-Freezer and Dishwasher well worth cooking that evening meal for two rather than walking to the pub at the end of the lane.
The whole complex is heated by a very eco-friendly biomass system which provides lashings of hot water and there are solar panels fitted to the most efficient south facing sides of the cottages so the whole site has a very high energy rating.
Having said that if you feel like really setting the romantic ambience then there is a wood burner in the cottage that will heat and provide that cosy glow on a winter's evening.
The bedroom is a little difficult to navigate as the bed does take a fair bit of room and is rather close to the en-suite, as this is the only toilet in the cottage it is rather awkward if there are more than two staying.
On the whole this very comfortable, cosy little cottage is as welcoming on a cold blustery evening as it is on a warm barmy night, it's in a perfect location to explore the beautiful Norfolk countryside and only a short drive from the nearest Norfolk coastline.
Perfect home away from home whether for a week or just a weekend break.

This was our 3rd stay at Wood Farm over the years. The accommodation is very well equipped & comfortable, very much a home from home. After daily long walks along the North Norfolk coast with our dog it is a great place to go back to. Wood Farm and the surrounding area makes for a very enjoyable and relaxing break. We will be back.

Diane meet us with a warm and cheerful greeting, cottage lived up to our expectations in fact attention to detail was a pleasant surprise i.e. box of tissues,wood with paper, matches and gloves for the wood burner. We have a walk in shower at home so found the bath shower with curtain a little challenging. The grounds and surrounding area were a treat.

A quiet location in a beautiful setting. Everything was perfect, the cottage was extremely well equipped with good quality furniture and was spotlessly clean. I only wish I had brought my Grandchildren to make use of the superb facilities outside, including a zipwire!

We needed a quiet break away this year having had a lot going on at work and at home in recent times. Our stay at Willow Farm
exceeded all our expectations - the cottage was perfect, the farm itself was beautiful and the accommodation area really well
maintained. As well as being cosy and comfortable, a lot of 'essentials' were provided in the cottage, which I had not expected.
The location was excellent as it was only about 3 miles from Holt, where we tended to go for all our needs. On top of the wonderful
accommodation, we were made to feel very welcome by Diana and other staff, including the lovely gardener, and they were all very helpful with any questions we had. We did not bring any children with us, but it would be a perfect location for people with a
young family.

We definitely intend to return to Willow Farm as soon as we have the opportunity, and will not hesitate to recommend it to others who want to book a break away.

Cottage very comfortable as described on the box weather was against us but we had some good days out and a comfortable cottage to return to. Would recommend Holt for a visit. The wildlife garden is also worth visiting if you have a couple of hours spare.
The Farmers Market at Creake Abbey was great with lots local vendors. We are now hooked on Mrs Temple's Binham Blue cheese.
Lots of places to visit & not forgetting all the coastal towns just up the road.

We so enjoyed our first stay in North Norfolk. Willow cottage was just right for our needs. A very comfortable bed. Had we had another person using the balcony room it would have been far too hot up in the roof to sleep but it was perfect for us to put our clutter out of the way.
We were going on Heritage Railways, all 4 of them in North Norfolk, and all were within short distances from Woodfarm, so a perfect setting.
All staff we met were very pleasant and helpful. A great holiday.
