This was our second stay at Brackenborough and it was as rewarding and enjoyable as the first. The standards of cleanliness and the general condition were extremely high. We had stayed on the earlier occasion in the Stables and appreciated the extra space and comfort of the Saddle Room. Paul Bennett is a most friendly and helpful host. The location of Brackenborough is excellent for walks in the countryside and visits to interesting towns and sites. We shall certainly return to Brackenborough.
My wife and I stayed in the Granary with our son and his wife and their two daughters aged 3 and 1/2 and 18 months. There was plenty of space for us all and the Granary was clean, comfortable and well equipped, including toys for the children (and adults) to play with. There was a play area outside, again well supplied with toys and equipment. We were given an excellent tour of the farm. Louth is a lovely market town and there are several others nearby including Caister. The coast, with wonderful empty beaches, is close by. Stayed at Brackenborough many times since our daughter did a review of the opening for Grimsby Telegraph in 2007. Stayed so many times since then and it's always been the most wonderful relaxing breaks.
