There is a comfortable sitting area with sofa and large TV and a dining space with table and chairs and double French doors out onto the front patio seating area. The kitchen is fully fitted with plenty of storage space, domestic appliances (toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob & coffee maker ) and a good range of kitchen equipment. There are two bedrooms comprising one with a double bed and en-suite shower room, and the other, also ensuite, with twin beds. Both can fit a cot and two can be provided on request. At the rear of the property is a generous sized private enclosed garden beautifully planted with a patio and seating area and outside table and chairs. Ample parking space for two cars. An electric charging point is available for electric cars.
