We’ve stayed in this cottage on many occasions. The location is beautiful- amazing scenery, tranquility and nature on your doorstep. Fabulous hikes and walks from your front door and all the beauty of Connemara with in easy reach- beautiful beaches etc. and the villages of Clifden, Letterfrack a short drive away.
The cottage is always spotless, beautifully prepared each time we’ve visited and the host is friendly and most helpful. Very well equipped with everything you need.
A more comfortable sofa would give it full marks all round!
One of our favourite spots- we look forward all year to our visit to Lough Inagh cottage!

This is a lovely spacious cottage. Spotlessly clean and everything you need.
Location is the real winner- nestled between the Twelve Pin and Mamturk mountain range it is an idyllic haven of peace and quiet with wonderful views. Fantastic walks from the door- Western way etc. Half hour drive to lovely beaches.

This property is beautifully located at the foot of the mountains and one is surrounded by magnificent scenery and a sense of complete calm and tranquillity. It is like a little piece of heaven on earth. A stay here can be as quiet or as busy as one desires.
It is remotely located but very easy access by car to Clifden, Letterfrack etc
Dolores, the host is easily available should any queries arise.
The cottage is very well looked after and tended to, very comfortable and in excellent condition. Wifi service is excellent. I had a fantastic 2 week stay and could not fault a single thing. I have already booked a return visit for next year.
I would most definitely recommend a stay here.

Lovely cottage in a quiet location surrounded by the beautiful scenery of Connemara. We did not see another soul for our 7 days apart from Delores on the days we arrived and left. Contact with Delores was easy in the run up to our stay and our arrival went without a hitch.
Description on the website is very accurate so you will know what you are getting before you arrive.
Wifi connection is very good...which is important as it allowed us to check weather forecast and plan our days and trips accordingly.
If you are looking for peace and solitude, the chance to get away from it all, and with stunning Connemra on your doorstep, then this cottage is ideal.

Nice clean cottage,
at first day we had some problem sto find it, but then it was great.
Superb equipped house, beautiful location in the middle of a astonishing valley with a great Lake, ideal for trips around to Connemara

Had a great stay for a week in this cottage. The cottage is situated near the mountains and an idealy base for hillwalking. The facilities in the whole house are on a high level - not only the kitchen equipment is perfect, also washing machine, dryer and drying room for wet shoes and clothing are more than helpful. But quite the best are the mattresses in the beds. In combination with the quietness around the cottage, these are the key for an angelic sleep.
A little problem with the heating was fixed promptly after a short call to Dolores, the landlady.
I often rented cottages in Ireland, but this one was definitely one of the best I had ever.

Une région d Irlande somptueuse où nous avons été très bien accueillis....
Cottage top et confortable, certes isolé mais c'est ce que nous voulions....

The cottage has all the modern conveniences but, if you step outside and take a walk in any direction, you can imagine the old Ireland - the white Connemara ponies, the friendly donkey, the Maumturks, the rugged landscape, waterfalls coming down the slopes after the rains, the marvelous open countryside, beautiful Loch Inagh, a cosy meal and repast at the Loch Inagh Lodge at day's end - PERFECTION! Delores, the owner, stops by to make sure you are comfortable and offers any help she can.
Our only comment was that new mattresses werre needed, something that Delores said she was in the process of providing.
Overall, highly recommended!

It was the best cottage we had during our three weeks in Ireland. Wonderful surrounding, lovely cottage, warm welcome...
We could go for a walk without needing our car and it was not far to Connemara National Parc and Kylemore Abbey.
