A loveley house and good startingpoint to explore the surroudings. The location is difficult to find at first (its snot Hidde with a very small nameplate), but once found you feel like you are in a smalle paradise. With clifden on one side and hikingtrails on the other, there is also plenty to do to spend your holiday!
Just one suggestion: we dutch love a view, so you may prune some sightlines in a few places…. That would make ithe place even more special!

A super house, very well kitted out with everything we needed, very spacious, warm, three bathrooms, great TV coverage. Beds incredibly comfortable. Super house for a family or a few couples.
Surrounded by picturesque gardens, so private and quiet. There is direct access to peaceful country walks yet only 5 minutes from Clifden.
We were delighted with everything the house had to offer and really enjoyed our stay in Robin Hill

Definitely the best property I have stayed in by far, location is perfect so close to Clifden,

This is a lovely property in a great location but our stay was ruined by a lack of water in the bathrooms. Lots of our time was wasted dealing with this problem that wasn't resolved during our stay.
At times there was no water to wash hands in the bathroom and the water pressure was insufficient upstairs to shower. The person in the office was extremely helpful but unfortunately was unable to resolve the problem during our stay despite the plumber coming out to the property. We were offered a voucher to compensate for our poor experience but it didn't even cover one night's stay so was of no use. Very poor experience.

Dear Fionnuala, Thank you for your review and feedback on your 4 night stay in Cottage 435 Clifden. I would like to again sincerely apologise for the water issues you experienced during your stay. I did have a plumber organised to go to the property on a few separate occasions and he had told me the issue was resolved on every occasion which unfortunately was not the case. We have since had a different plumber to the property who confirmed that the pump and filters were all blocked up with sediment and that the pressure is up now throughout the house. He explained there was hardly any pressure before as the Pump was starved of water. We have since checked and we are now assured the issue has been resolved. We pride ourselves on good customer care and quality properties and I am sorry that on this occassion this was not the case. We hope this will not deter you or other guests from booking this cottage in the future.
