Everything about The Laundry and the whole location was 5*. It was our second visit and can’t recommend it highly enough.
Second visit to property - visiting family in area. Peter, the owner, greeted us on arrival and made us most welcome. Cottage very quiet and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, bathroom lovely and warm, main bedroom good but be aware of low sloping beams either side of bed! Excellent for our dog as field opposite front door available to guests with cut paths for ease of walking. EV charging point up and working now in parking area.
So good we've already rebooked to return in August. Once inside the door of the Dairy you immediately relax. Everything you could want in a cottage was provided along with some personal touches from Peter and Alexandra.
Excellent stay in a great cottage which has been thoughtfully renovated and well equipped. Owners very friendly and helpful.
I loved this place, and the peaceful grounds. Saw all manner of wildlife, but sadly did not hear a cuckoo. The cottage was immaculate and extremely well equipped. The super king size bed was fantastic and very comfortable. With dodgy knees I appreciated the downstairs toilet, and the garden table & chairs were just right for a lazy evening listening to birdsong while enjoying a drink. The park was great for a leisurely stroll, and the addition of an EV charge point made driving around a breeze.
