Another fantastic stay at the imperial apartment for a couple of nights, our 4th stay in this apartment & we honestly wouldn't book anywhere else in Oban now. Great location & amazing view. West coast cottages staff very welcoming, helpful & friendly.

Great apartment in the most perfect location. Very comfortable bed, good shower & good kitchen facilities. Beautiful views over to Kerrera & Mull. Will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Oban, it more than met our expectations! The apartment was in a first class location with spectacular views…we enjoyed sitting watching the ferries and all the other activities in the harbour. Plenty places to eat out especially the Piazza and the seafood restaurant. We would definitely recommend the Imperial Apartment, we would stay there again.

Lovely apartment, the stairs were a bit of a downside taking up and down luggage the views from the apartment were super lots of time spent just looking out the window. Apartment was well equipped to spend a week.

We were delighted with the apartment and the service provided. They have thought of everything you could need for a holiday and supplied it. It is extremely spacious for a one bedroom property and my wife loved the dressing room area. The views are to die for across to Kerrera and beyond to Mull. We are already planning our next visit.

An enjoyable break in Oban staying in a lovely apartment. Ideally situated on the harbour front close to restaurants and bars. We were advised there were steps to the flat but did not expect such a narrow staircase which made carrying luggage awkward. Also one or two items missing on the kitchen front eg corkscrew (very important) and a bit of a mishmash of glasses. However, overall we would thoroughly recommend Imperial Apartment.

We loved the apartment from the moment we walked in, it was much bigger than I expected too! Beautiful window area for admiring the views (and people watching!) And we found the bed to be comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to find and gain access to the building (following the instructions)

We knew from our research that the view from the apartment would be outstanding - and it most certainly was!! Sometimes however, vacation properties do not wholly live up to their promotional photos, but that was certainly not the case here.
The apartment was stylish, spotlessly clean, well-equipped and the bed was outstandingly comfortable. The central harbour-front location means you are right in the middle of key amenities such as shopping and restaiurants, yet it was also supremely quiet and peaceful. An added bonus is that the North Pier car park (free 9pm to 6am) is just a two-minute walk and, using the relevant app, so simple to manage your parking.
A great five-night stay. We will definitely return and we most certainly recommend the apartment very highly.

A birthday break for my partner, this was our second stay in the imperial apartment & once again it did not disappoint, we were greeted with a vase of flowers and a note saying welcome back, a very nice touch. Can't recommend it highly enough for it's central location and high quality. We will return again.

When we arrived, we were a bit dismayed about the stairs and how difficult my wife found them having had a knee replacement only 6 weeks previously. We were restricted to just two outings daily because she could not manage them 3 times. The apartment was delightful, nice and bright and airy with super views over the harbour. The bed was very comfortable and most things we neeeded were provided. We were a bit surprised how limited the crockery, glasses and cooking utensils were as we did not intend to eat out every meal. Despite that we really enjoyed ourselves, good restaurants and a wonderful trip tp Staffa. It was not our first trip tp Oban and we were happy to re-visit some of the places we saw earlier.

The apartment was excellent the only downside was there was no milk left in the fridge which is the only place i'ved stade at not to leave one apart from that it was great the stairs were hard on the knees

The apartment overlooks the busy harbour with views of the bay and islands beyond. There is always something to look at. The bedroom and lounge are both large. The property is over a restaurant, meaning quite a lot of steps to climb. It could not be more central, with easy walking access to a number of excellent restaurants and other facilities. However, it was also quiet. Great for people-watching! There is a carpark three minutes walk away. A £30 permit covers a week's parking. We enjoyed it very much and hope to return.

Well-presented, clean, and recently decorated modern apartment with amazing views directly over Oban harbour. The central location and view are what makes it worth the price - even if its raining, it was lovely just to watch everything out the window - people, boats, the changing sky. Easy key/ entry and exit system in place. Gemma was very helpful in the booking process. There's a parking bay directly outside on the road for loading/ unloading, and for actual parking, the nearest Council car park is 2 minutes walk away (we bought a weekly parking permit which allowed us to park in any Argyll and Bute Council car park during our stay). Brilliant location to walk/ tour this beautiful area or just to have a break inside a nice place with a fantastic view, and we did a bit of both.

A very comfortable apartment for two people in a lovely location with beautiful views over Oban bay. The entrance hall and stairway were quite dark and, therefore, would benefit from extra lighting. We had a great stay, thank you!
