We had a lovely 3 day break at Costal. The house and location is perfect for a family get together, house is child friendly with an enclosed sunny garden, and just a 2 minute walk to the beach. There’s games and toys for the children and even boogie boards to take to the beach. If you need any help they respond with quickly.

The biggest draw of this property is the location - you are about 3 minutes from the beach which is shingle at high tide. Once the tide has turned about an hour you have a vast sand beach which is a very safe place to swim and enjoy water sports. You could take the 30 minute walk along the beach to West Wittering which is a sandy beach with a café and showers. You can also walk into East Wittering village in about 10 mins which has many lovely restaurants and a useful Tesco Express and Co-Op. Would definitely recommend Knead Bakery.
The property has 3 good sized bedroom which are full of natural light. 2 bathrooms and even an extra loo. Well equipped kitchen and our hosts left washing tablets, dishwasher tablets and loads of toilet roll. The comfy living/dining room is cosy and benefits from double patio doors when its sunny.
Then you have the large garden with plenty of seating, swingball and other games and a handy washing line for all those swimming costumes.
Would highly recommend this property to others both for its local area and an ideal base from which to explore Portsmouth, Brighton, amongst others.
