The location, the outside balconies and the upstairs space are what make this place. Nothing better than sitting on the balcony listening to the sea. Perfect spot between the shops and cafes of east wittering and the sandy beaches of west.

Henry Adams could do with upping their game a bit. Firstly they gave us then wrong access code and then we booked for 8 and there was only bedding out for 6. Fortunately we found other bedding but not a great start.

Downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit tired and basic. But perfectly comfy and the kitchen was well equipped.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are so pleased that you enjoyed the wonderful location Ellanore offers. We're sorry you had issue with access on arrival. I understand my colleague was in touch immediately and ascertained the wrong keycode was being used. I know this would have been frustrating and apologise for any delay in getting into the property. A new code had been sent but this information was not being used on the day. We ask that all bed arrangements be given to us in advance if you would like a certain configuration made up. If we don't hear from a guest we ensure spare linen is left on site. All comments will be passed on to the owners of the property. They are gradually renovating their holiday home so all feedback is very helpful. If would like to book again in future please do get in touch first and we will waive your booking fee.

A wonderful location right on the beach front, the highlight being 2 large outside balconies and the lovely sitting room at the top. Plenty of chairs for 8 people. The kitchen had every utensil you could need!
The rest of the house could do with modernisation, the bathrooms are very dated and some of the bedding looked a bit dirty. I guess this makes the property cheaper to rent. We also found several items of underwear left behind by other guests and the floors were not very clean, this should not happen when you are paying £2K for the week! Finally there is no way the uncomfortable sofa bed in the office would fit 2 people but as my son was just the one person in there he managed.
