Turn left out of the apartment and you can walk the coastline and be at Bognor Regis pier in only 5 minutes. A fantastic fish and chip shop can be found here also! Turn right out of the coastline and you can continue along the coast to Aldwick and even onto Pagham .

This is my 2nd time here and it’s just a brilliant little flat, amazing view to the quieter and more local beaches of Bognor rather than busy and touristy. The noise levels are totally fine, the flat itself looks great, nice furniture and comfy beds. The walls need some new paint but overall it’s ok. In this instance the cleaning was below par and more of a quick “can’t be bothered” AirBnb clean, shame because they charge enough to expect it clean. Carpets def need a deep clean too. Other than that it’s brilliant. Next time I’ll remind them on the cleaning beforehand, they are very responsive at Henry Adams so I don’t see it arising again.

The huge window showing a wonderful sea vista made our holiday very special. Both the seating and dining areas face out to sea so you cam become totally immersed in the seascape. The kitchen is tiny but well equipped and also looks out to sea. Only a stones throw from the beach. A special place to visit.

Great flat with amazing views. The flat has everything you need to be comfortable with Tesco 4 minutes away and plenty of Deliveroo options. The window front is brilliant and with a drink in hand you can watch the world go by..not to mention join in on the evening watching of the moon which seems to be very popular there. Being on the right side of Bognor, it gives you a super chilled vibe around you. The Management Company is very Efficient and helpful. No hiccups or chasing needed. Access to flat was easy with a lock box and flat was clean and presentable. I took earplugs (always do on trips) though after 9pm it went very quiet, even on the weekend. For me the only place to stay in Bognor now.

We had a wonderful time there and we can recommend to 100%. The flat was as the pictures precent, the area was perfect and the people how live there where really nice too.

Fantastic view of the sea. Well equipped apartment with comfortable bed and sofa overlooking the beach. Great location for Chichester, Arundel and surrounding areas.
