Just a stone’s throw away from Prinsted. This wonderful family home is the perfect base to the area with the family. The village itself is an area of outstanding natural beauty.

We stayed here for 4 nights whilst visiting family who live in the area. The cottage was lovely - beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house was very clean. The location was perfect for us and the area was very peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay and all agreed that we would book to stay here again in the future. The only things we can suggest which would improve the property would be blackout blinds/curtains in the bedrooms, as the current curtains and blinds let in a lot of light as the sun rises in a morning.
Thank you for a fantastic stay, we are looking forward to staying again!

Our colleague very much enjoyed staying at Pears Grove whilst supporting us on a major project for three weeks. With such a short distance from our office in Emsworth and other colleagues it provided superb relaxing home from home comforts as well as being able to provide great space to carry out any preparation required for the next working day.

Great property. Immaculate; spacious; well equipped; Quiet; and great location.
Would have liked blinds/curtains at the patio doors in both the lounge & kitchen but no big deal as no-one can see in.
Would definitely return if available.
