Location directions at marina incorrect.
No electricity on arrival. Took marina staff a while to figure it out.
Basic Welcome pack would have been very helpful, including photos.
Shower pump button extremely hard to locate, Henry Adam’s staff unable to help. Gave maintenance guy same information as given to me; took him 15 minutes to find switch, having been in every cupboard and flicked every switch on the boat.
Sofa not clean. If there had been a vacuum would have done it myself.
Removing For Sale sign while rented out would have prevented random people just coming aboard.
Otherwise, nice boat, could be a really nice rental.
Would recommend with improvements.

We're sorry for the issues you experienced with the directions, power and cleanliness, and we'll be reviewing these areas to improve the guest experience. Regarding the shower, we spoke with the marina team at the time and they advised that there is a switch located outside the shower room which needs to be turned on before the shower will operate. We appreciate that this was not obvious and clearer instructions would certainly have helped. We are particularly sorry to hear that people boarded the boat during your stay. We completely understand how unsettling and intrusive that must have felt, and we sincerely apologise for the disturbance caused. Guests should be able to enjoy their stay in privacy without interruption. Whilst the boat is marketed for sale, the presence of a For Sale sign does not make it acceptable for anyone to enter or board the vessel without permission. We take this matter seriously and will be reviewing how the boat is presented during guest stays to help ensure this does not happen again. Thank you again for your feedback.
