Well, first things first. Location. Amazing. You’d never get tired of the view, regardless of the weather. Opening the patio doors to the beach is just wonderful. Pagham itself is remarkable in that it has 3 of the best pubs ever, for beer and food. And the cafe for breakfast was lovely too.

Accommodation is quirky. Clean but in need of some revamp of furniture and beds.

Had a wonderful time. Good weather for November. Trips to Chichester and Arundel. And a walk to the RSPB sanctuary.

Totally recommend!

An excellent location right on the pebble beach. We were 10 ladies on a school reunion trip for 3 nights. The house is very well equipped in terms of crockery and cutlery, cooking utentils, beach towels, extra blankets, board games and tv im sure very much needed if you have those rainy cold days indoors.

We were super lucky with the weather full sunshine all 3 days. We would have loved to have a bbq but it required a lot of cleaning and has seen better days, a replacement would be good.

As recommendations, please leave more than 1 bin bag if you want your paying guests to put out the rubbish and for a large group of 10 definitely adding more 3 dishwasher tabs and 1 1/2 toilet rolls some shower gel would have been good.

Lovely place right on the beach great for large families short walk to arcades cafe and shops and take aways.
Utility room with washing machine every kitchen item you would need.

The downfall was only 8 large plates and few glasses were chipped. Would have been nice if cleaner had gone in before us and cleaned up the little shrimp like things in the sun lounge area but a quick hoover did the job.

Overall great place would go back
