A superb holiday home. Beautifully clean and stocked with replenishables. Airy, homely and comfortable for 2 adults. Great location for accessing the south coast beaches and harbours as well as Chichester and the South Downs. The owners have done themselves proud with how they furnish and present the property.
Only minor downside is traffic noise as the property is right on the A259.

We regularly holiday in the area but this was our first visit to Sweetpea Cottage. The hosts had thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay. We particularly appreciated secure private parking and relaxing in the garden. The beds were comfy and all the cottage was well equipped. The downstairs loo was a bonus but not advertised. Would definitely recommend and return. The property is on a busy main road but we are city dwellers so this wasn't a detrimental factor. The hosts were more than helpful and the customer experience with Henry Adams great as usual. Very accessible to explore West Sussex and Hampshire.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately the road nearby can be busy during peak times as it connects Emsworth to Chichester . We hope though that the layout of the garden and house keeps you away from it though. Please do get in touch if you are in area again.

lovely property , blinds in living kitchen , very temperamental, and offered no privacy .
Beautifully presented but , sofa very uncomfortable. The owners thought of everything , I would still recommend this property.
