The Coach House is within walking distance of the famous Festival Theatre and Cathedral, as well as the many shops and restaurants on offer. Chichester is an historic city with strong Roman connections and has an enormous array of things to do and places to visit.

Apart from some black mould in the bathroom and some stains on the carpets, both of which need professional treatment, the flat was clean and very well equipped. Perhaps the description of the position of the key box should be changed from 'on the door to the right' to 'behind the door to the right'. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will return.

We had a great time at the coach house flat, our second visit. The flat was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The location is excellent; a pleasant 25 minute walk into the centre of Chichester. Despite not having a designated parking space there is plenty of parking nearby. We would definitely stay again in the future.

We were very pleased with the property, as shown by our ratings above, and found it's location within walking distance to the town especially convenient. Indeed, our only issue was the mixed messages regarding dealing with the general rubbish and the fact that we had to take our rubbish home! The letting agent's information stipulated when and where to put out the rubbish for collection but, on arrival, we found the rubbish bin was sealed and an instruction was taped to the lid telling us to take our rubbish home. As it happened we were returning home but had we been moving on to another holiday let, it might have been rather inconvenient.

Flat is well appointed with state of the art appliances.
Plus point is book with manuals for the above.
Two small problems
-eco flush toilet takes a long time to fill
-shower head mount is loose .
Neighbourhood is noisy .
