12 of us from four generations aged 3 months to 90 years spent a fabulous 8 days here. Location is good, right on the beach, walking distance to paper shop etc and 10 minutes drive from Bognor Regis centre. The outdoor pool is large and was warm enough for us to swim every day. There is also a lawn big enough for the children to run about on and plenty of seats and tables in the garden. The gate from the garden goes straight out on to the stones leading down to the sea. The house layout is great for a family gathering. Plenty of glasses, crockery, dishes etc plus same in plastic for outside and two ovens made cooking easy.
Would highly recommend.

This is a beautiful house in a wonderful location. The house was clean and tidy but, unfortunately, the 'Condition' review dropped to a lower rating for us. The barbecue was in such a greasy and dirty condition that we had to abandon our plans to eat barbecues in the fine weather. This was disappointing, especially as we had paid a premium price for our short stay.
