We booked The Little House as a last minute break. The property is in a lovely location with a great outside pool, but the house itself would benefit from some TLC. There was no appliance or pool information readily available and some of the appliances were either damaged or not working fully. The cooker and BBQ had not been cleaned and the upstairs windows and glass kitchen roof were very dirty.
For our first few days we had vintage and military aircraft flying over on a regular basis which was great to watch.
Unfortunately our use of the garden was reduced for the last 3 days of our stay due to the noise of construction work being undertaken in the garden of the adjacent property.
We couldn't get the TV to show terrestrial channels. The owner later advised that the only channels available were via apps on the TV, but it would have been helpful to have this information when we arrived.
However, the location and pool were superb and the proximity of the village pub was ideal for a lunch time meal. The beach at West Wittering was very easy to get to, and ideal for dogs and family alike.
This property has a lot to offer, but needs a little bit of work to score higher marks.
