Excellent property for 2. Lovely location with its own garden & comfy outdoor furniture to use. The shed had virtually everything you could want, the kitchen in particular was fab.
The lounge & kitchen were very warm with the sun streaming through the skylights, the bedroom & bathroom cooler. Great patio doors to open.

2 niggles, could do with a mirror in the bedroom & the outdoor bins were full.

Great location for getting out & about to the West Sussex coast & surroundings. Good pub just a 5 min walk away and usual supermarkets within a 19 min drive. Loved our stay there.

Booked The Shed as a last minute for the August bank holiday. Decent value so was not expecting the world. Location is good, little bit tricky to find, but easy enough when you've found. Pulborough is a nice place with plenty of pubs and country walks close by. The space is nice, a decent size. The front garden is very pretty and has all the outdoor amenities you'd need. Kitchen is modern and well stocked. Place didn't feel particularly clean when we walked in, lots of cobwebs and dust on the floor. The living room carpet/rug left a film on your socks. It was so bad we had to vacuum it ourselves. Only half a roll of toilet paper was left, and the towels were left hanging on the rack and had a stale water smell, so we were pretty sure they had not been washed, or they didn't smell/look like they had anyway. We had to rewash them ourselves. The bedroom was okay, again we rewashed the pillow cases as they also smelt a bit off. It definitely did feel like someone just left this place straight before we went in, or conversely it had been left empty a while and felt a bit stale.

The interorior decor of this place is a bit strange, there are a lot of charming elements that give it a nice country cottage feel, then there are some completely bizarre furniture choices and then some also lazy but functional furniture choices. It just makes it feel functional and not really well put together.

Either way this place was good value, bed was comfy and the front garden and barbecue area was very nice. The location is very good. I would stay again if the interior was given a bit more TLC as this place could be so much more than it currently is.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I'm sorry to read some of these comments. When you asked us about providing toilet rolls we weren't informed about any cleanliness issues. If we had known we would have certainly sent the housekeeper to rectify any items of concern. We will pass on all feedback to the owner and house keeper.
