Enjoyed our stay - house in great location, plenty of parking great garden for dog.

Bit Disappointed - When we arrived bins had not been emptied and there was a box of rubbish left in the kitchen - bedroom bins also not been emptied - beds seemed to be made but there was a throw placed underneath the duvet in one of the bedrooms - presuming left there by previous guests ? So not sure. Previous guests had left a note next to the co2 alarm with a battery out saying - new battery needed - which nobody had bothered with at changeover - could have been better.

House was comfortable but the beds were not… perhaps an upgrade of the beds and mattresses would be an idea otherwise everything worked well.

Lovely house just a short walk from Emsworth. The accommodation was lovely for 5 of us celebrating my mums birthday. Highly recommend this house.
