A ground floor farmhouse apartment with 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite and can sleep up to 8 people. The apartment is furnished to a high standard with fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. It is located on a 35 acre farm in the beautiful Welsh countryside, just a few minutes walk away from the award winning Lligwy beach.

We are four mature ladies with specific accommodation needs. This was wonderful, all ground floor and looked like no one had ever stayed before it was so clean and very spacious. A couple of problems but property quite new and I'm sure they will be sorted out. A great place to stay and we will be definitely be back in 2018.

Spent a weekend in the ground floor of this fabulous house with 6 other friends (2 couples and 3 singles) - absolutely perfect for friends. The house is huge with lots and lots of space to be together or chill in either your room, the kitchen or the lounge. Its very comfortable and had everything we needed.

On our arrival, one of ladies came out of the office and showed us around, which was very helpful. There was a fabulous welcome pack waiting for us including eggs that were freshly laid that morning, a lovely touch that we weren't expecting. We had done a massive shop but there were things in the welcome pack that we didn't have so a very nice touch. There were also lovely little packs of toiletries on all the beds, again a lovely lovely touch.

The only issue we had was the radiators didn't work in any of the bedrooms and no-one came to sort them out whilst we were there, despite being told that was going to happen. However, we levered the doors open and as the other radiators were lovely and warm, it soon heated the rooms. Once this issue is resolved, I would stay here in a heartbeat in the winter again.

This is a great place also for larger groups as you could easily take the top floor - this has its own entrance but also has stairs with a locked door inside the house - perfect so that you can all be together without having to go outside.

I would absolutely recommend this house and look forward to staying again next year.
