Cnoc a'Chonasg, Lyndale is a beautiful light and spacious holiday cottage. It has expansive views on three sides; looking out over the back of the Trotternish Ridge, to the Cuillin mountains and to the hills of Harris on the Western Isles. You can in theory watch the aurora borealis from the sofa, but it’s better to go outside!

The perfect place to come back to after a day out exploring Skye.
The home was warm, clean, modern and with everything we needed.
We watched some fantastic sunrises from the open windows which capture the views perfectly

We loved our stay at Cnoc a'Chonasg. The underfloor heating made it a lovely and warm, and the kitchen/diner/living room is really bright with all the windows giving great views. We'd love to come back to Skye and stay again.

Mooie plek om het eiland te ontdekken. Het huisje was fantastisch! Heerlijke bedden, fijne keuken en fijne banken om in de avond netflix te kijken. Genoten! Wij komen terug.

It was a great house where you directly feel like being at home. Our dog was very happy after he inspected the house and the garden around it. Our dog, a Shetland sheepdog, is very cautious and vigilant, but at that place he was so calm and had a deep sleep! After we found out where we can take a walk without walking beside the main road, we enjoyed the quiet area.
At our arrival it was not easy to find the right time to leave the main road and we passed by the house two times.
We loved the big windows of the house, the temperature regulation and the quality of the air inside the house was very good. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom with the rain shower was gorgeous!
We can highly recommend that place to have a great holiday on Isle of Skye!

Wow what can you say about this little Gem of a place, well stocked, ideal location, beautiful views, cosy. Everything we were looking for.

Had perfect weather (mini heat wave) which made the stay that little bit more special.

Only down side and this is truly picking at straws is the house was very warm, would be perfect for the colder days tho and this really stretching to find an issue, we just opened the French doors and had the windows open on tr lo all night to let abit of breeze through. Again not a complaint, just an observation, the house is super insulated with underfloor heating and state of the art ground source heating.

Would highly recommend, will definitely be back.

This cottage was a wonderful place to stay the scenery was wonderful .The cottage was well fitted out kitchen bedrooms etc can't fault it .If I'm ever back in Skye would book again . Thank Malcolm

Me and my family had an absolute amazing time during our stay amd enjoyed every moment in comfortable home away from home in all kind of weather we have experienced in a week (including snow). Location is great for exploring all parts of the island. Customer service has been excellent too. We would love to come back to same place in the future.

What a gorgeous property for a relaxing break with breathtaking views. Every thing on hand at this property including washing machine and tumble dryer. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and so did our french bulldog " peanut " lovely walk down the lane at the rear of the garden. Perfectly placed to explore the island. Sad to leave but will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

The cottage was very well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed walking from the cottage and the scenery was lovely. Very dog friendly and our dog loved looked out of the large window. The underfoot heating made it very cosy although a little warm at times we just opened the windows to cool it down. We were lucky to stay not long after the cottage started taking guests and the cottage was very clean.

Really nice bungalow not to far from Portree. Very nicely furnished and everything you could or would need for a relaxing stress free holiday.
Fantastic open outlook over open countryside.
