My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Daisy Cottage. It is in a convenient location, allowing for easy day trips to popular locations on the northern side of Skye. The views from the cottage are spectacular and we spent a fair bit of time just enjoying the sights and watching the birds that frequented the water's edge. The cottage also had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - in particular, we were especially appreciative of the two air fryers on the property, which we used to heat up our leftover fish and chips from the Filling Station just up the road (which we'd also recommend to anyone who is in the area, the food was great).

We arrived a bit late to the isle of sky, and I was worried we would have trouble finding our cottage because there are no street numbers or exact addresses. But the description of the sign posts and each of the little areas we passed was perfect and we found Daisy cottage with no trouble! As we pulled up, we could not believe, the location! It was literally right on the lake. Even closer than the description!
The house was large and new and very beautiful. As we got inside, we were even more impressed by how new and clean and lovely it was. Lock at the front open very easily and we got in with no problems. The only suggestion I would make is perhaps a little sign showing where the silverware is, as it was in a very hidden drawer and we couldn’t find it. Other than that, . We had an amazing stay and wished we did not have to leave!!
