We had a wonderful stay in this very cosy, well-equipped cottage. It was lovely to see the water from the windows every morning, and great to be nestled in this quiet corner of Skye during the busy month of August.

The cottage was spacious, attractively furnished and comfortable. It is only c15 minutes from the ferry at Armadale and a similar distance to the town of Broadford, which has lovely, independent shops, as well as a good-sized Co-op. There are several good restaurants within easy distance, as well as the local shop and cafe.
The housekeeper, Dawn, was super helpful.
The annexe would benefit from a little fridge. The rather steep walk down to the cottage and annexe was rather a surprise, but was only a problem with large suitcases - fortunately we had a strong man with us, but even he had to do the climb up to pack the car in stages with each case - however the views and the location were worth it.

Easy to find and wonderful view. The property is really tastefully decorated - someone knows how put home furnishings together.so so comfortable - if there is a negative it is that the duvet covers on the main double bed just fit the bed exactly - it needs to be larger - we found ourselves fighting for coverage but a minor point.
