Mullins is a gorgeous cottage in a stunning location. Especially loved the wood burning stove, and incredibly comfy beds. Communication when booking was great and Emma and Mark were both warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Would highly recommend.
I stayed at Brinkburn as part of a Soul to Sole Retreat. The accommodation was very well appointed and comfortable and the host very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed a walk in the beautiful Brinkburn estate.i would definitely recommend to friends

The location is amazing and so peaceful. Welcome basket is a nice touch however the dogs missed their welcome hamper this time. Linens and towels were spotless. The rest of the cottage needs a good clean. Cobwebs hanging in the main rooms and bathroom. Dust and pet hairs under the furniture and the bathroom is just grubby and in need of a good scrub. Cottage advertises a dryer but doesn’t have one and the emergency torch doesn’t work. None of these things would stop me booking here again as it happens this was our second visit this year and the issues stated have been the same both visits. Ov...more
Cuthbert House is a very comfortable, well equipped cottage in easy reach of a number of attractions in the area. We had stayed in the cottage twice before a number of years ago, and it was great to see that the cottage was well maintained, clean and clearly well looked after. Definitely not our last stay!
