Brinkburn Northumberland is the wedding, event and holiday destination in the heart of Northumberland.
Brinkburn offers modern homely self-catering accommodation, the quirkiness of canvas tipis if you are here for a celebration, dancing and dining, the spectacle of a scheduled monument, and a riverside setting.
We come to the Brinkburn Stables quite often and always find the accommodation beautifully presented and clean. The rooms are always nicely made up with fresh linens and the bathrooms are clean. The kitchen is amazing with everything you could need, the welcome basket is always a great treat to find when you arrive. The staff especially Katie are super responsive to emails and communications and are very accommodating. There was an issue with a leak after some torrential rain but the staff responded within minutes of being called and were straight down to the property to assess the situation. ...more
The cottage was very well stocked with everything from crockery, utensils, dog bowls/blankets to logs for the wood burner
It was our first visit to Northumberland and it was a great base to explore from. Our dog loved the beaches (his first trip to the seaside)
The cottage was immaculate and very cosy, would definitely recommend and consider returning to explore further
We stayed at Brinkburn in early September. Quite possibly the best UK holiday experience we have had.
The accommodation at Bel cottage was superb! Clean, well appointed, beautifully designed and with stunning gardens and grounds.
The team at Brinkburn far surpassed our expectations creating a warm and welcoming experience that went well beyond other impersonal holiday lets we have previously stayed in. Lovely comfortable cottage. Very secluded on the English Heritage site of Brinkburn Priory down 0.7 mile drive. We visited in November when the site was closed for winter - and gates closed - so felt quite remote (almost spooky!). However lots of lovely places to visit/eat/walk etc within driving distance. Beaches just wonderful for dog walks.
