Stable Cottage is a beautiful, two bedroom, holiday cottage situated in the Cotswold's village of Painswick. The pet friendly, holiday home comfortably sleeps up to four guests in one large, ground floor double bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and a first floor twin bedroom with two full size single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Outside the cottage benefits from a private garden complete with patio area for alfresco dinners and its very own Petanque Piste.

Normally we only need one bedroom when we stay in Painswick (usually a couple of times a year) but this time we had a third person staying with us and so we chose Stable Cottage which has two very comfortable bedrooms both with ensuite. We were delighted with our choice. Everything worked perfectly from making the booking, to the communication leading up to our visit and including our stay itself. Stable Cottage is nicely furnished and the kitchen very well equipped (a bread knife would be a nice addition and we couldn't find a dustpan and brush to keep the kitchen floor tidy).
The parking space outside was convenient and it was a short walk to most of the towns shops, bars and restaurants not to mention the superb Painswick Church, practically on the doorstep.
It was very private and we were not disturbed by the owners who live in the main property other than a short and pleasant visit to welcome us and see if there was anything we needed. We would definitely stay at Stable Cottage again.
