New: Set above the village of Balquhidder, with views to the valley and Loch, this modern bungalow sleeping 6, offers a private location, decking areas, 2 acres of fenced garden and is pet-friendly.

Very comfortable home with lots of space for our 2 German shepherd's.

Fantastic home, we've stayed in over 35 cottages all around scotland in the last 8 years, this has to be 1 of the best, from walking in to the kitchen into a spacious lounge more then big enough even with 2 German shepherd's. Beds are comfy kitchen very well equipped garden is great.

Bruach was just great for us. We were looking for somewhere quiet and in the middle of the quieter area of The Trossachs to explore. We are not hikers these days, and enjoyed a mix of short walks (Killin/Loch Tay, Loch Drunkie on Three Lochs Forest Drive, West Highland Way by Loch Lomond at Inversnaid, and at Rannoch Station which we accessed by glorious train ride from Upper Tyndrum) interesting heritage venues (Scone Palace, Menzies Castle, Inchmahome Priory) and glorious gardens (Castle Drummond, Branklyn in Perth).

Bruach is a lovely cottage in a beautiful location. Really well equipped and spotlessly clean. We had a great week exploring the area and were lucky enough to be there for the Killin Highland Games. Wonderful swims in Loch Voil too!

Only 1 hour from Glasgow through beautiful scenery making this an ideal location to get to on a Friday after work. Massive enclosed garden when you shut the gate making it perfect for parents and dog owners. Ideal for a large family or extended family to stay together but not be on top of one another. Loved the fireplace in the living room and the little read nook at the end of the hall with patio doors out to the back of the property. Kitchen and utility were really well equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine and dish washer. Really close to nice places to eat like Mhor 84 and we drove 15 minutes to the Falls of Dochart and ate at the smokehouse which was amazing. So much history in this area too, you won’t be at a loss for things to do or see. As the leaves fall off the trees and the views become unobstructed from the massive windows/patio doors in every room, this property is an ideal place for a cosy autumn/winter staycation that you won’t forget. We are already looking to go back with family.

What a gorgeous village and a stunning part of the world (and Scotland!). Felt so peaceful and undiscovered and one of the most beautiful parts of Scotland we've been to. Bruach is absolutely gorgeous - from the fully fitted kitchen for cooking amazing meals to the bedrooms with views, decking and very comfortable beds, we loved it all.
We all agreed - we want to live here permanently!

Bruach is located in an amazing place - a quiet and gorgeous village with what seems like a secret loch to yourself! The views from the house are fantastic, there's loads of room inside and outside for everyone and everything you need. Highly recommend a Scottish trip here!
