The location is very ideal close to city center and key attractions.
The beds could have been a bit larger.
The bathrooms lacked hand wash, shampoo and conditioner, lotion so toiletries could be improved.
The mirror in bathroom 1 is placed above the toilet seat rather than wash basin..so a bit of discomfort while shaving.Otherwise very large living room, well equipped kitchen and cosy sofa cum bed.

Lovely and spacious apartment!
Great location yet still quiet.
We would definitely stay there again if re visiting the city.

First time in York and loved it, and this modern apartment made it even more enjoyable for us. Everything was in top notch, clean and had everything that we needed. Washing machine/ dryer was really handy as well. Only negative was the spare quilt was in the laundry room on the floor which was a bit unhygienic. Luckily the quilt seemed new and we were able to find a clean cover for it.

We enjoyed our stay at Ryedale very much. The property is beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. We have been traveling for many months and this stay was just what we needed to relax and recharge. Feels like a 5 star hotel - with room to roam.The only thing missing for us was a microwave : ) We hope to return someday.

Stayed here for a weekend, with my wife and children. We had a fab time from start to finish! The apartment is secure and clean. We had an issue with the internet when we arrived on the evening, which was quickly resolved the following morning. Location of the apartment is fab for exploring the city and has a tesco express just a few doors down, which is super handy!
Would definitely recommend and will book again when next in the area!

the flat is absolutely fabulous, the price I get is good, the ladies of concierge are so helpful and friendly, and Molly of the Stays York was helpful and responsive too.

the sheets of the bed were not very clean (I found a small spot - but there were replacement sheets in the drawers of the two bed rooms. the washing machine room shows some dusts everywhere.

things were missing: washing machine tablets, there were no bins in the two in-suites, and the welcome gift.
