Our 2nd stay in Coed Y Lllan. Perfect for large families with pets. The property has been repainted in many areas since our last stay. The kitchen is large and fully equipped and the large dining area makes it a lovely place to have meals with family. Bedrooms are also a great size. We had a couple of teething problems during our stay with a broken bed (which was sorted fairly quickly) and several of the showers over flowing and flooding the floor (also a problem during our last stay and so clearly an ongoing issue) but these were attended to promptly by maintenance and the owner. We had a lovely time and will definitely return to the area

This is the third time we've stayed at Coed Y Llan, on this occasion there were 10 of us and 4 dogs. The house is clean, comfortable and has everything you would want for a week away! It's at great space both inside and out, roomy living area, large bedrooms, a lovely outside seating area and the fully enclosed large garden is ideal for the dogs. The weather was a very windy for August, but we still enjoyed many walks on the beach and visits to The Oystercatcher, Sandymount, Notos cafe and Zapatismo (taco's) - all of which were excellent!
In summary, it's the perfect house for us and I'm sure we'll be back again soon!

Koh du clan was perfect for us, 3 generations of family and all our dogs. An enclosed property kept us all in and allowed us to feel happy no-one was going to wander off! The property was really clean and comfortable, the (almost) single floor layout really helped us all get around. It's in a great location, only a few minutes to the beach, shop, restaurant and town. Had the weather been better we could have made better use of the outside spaces, although a heater on the covered terrace area could have extended our evenings.
A few improvements from the owners would make it perfect but it's was all good enough for us to book for next year. Thank you

We have stayed here before and it didn’t disappoint again
We love the location,the layout ,the outside seating area and especially that we can take all 4 of our dogs
It suits our ever growing family we just wish it slept 12 as we can’t all go at the same time unfortunately.

It is very well equipped with plenty of everything you need for a holiday

Found the house exactly as described.
There was sufficient room for everyone. Very spacious bedrooms/lounge/conservatory/mezzanine
My only complaint was the living room carpet was full of stains. ( only needs a clean ) Otherwise perfect. Great location Would definitely book again if going to Wales

Such a beautiful property. Great location for Bangor and Llandudno. Excellent beaches for dog walking and just a short stroll to one of the best bar/restaurants I’ve been to in a long time (The Oyster Catcher). Highly recommend this property.

Photos make the place look better than it is. We had to clean up outside and in the courtyard. Damp issues in the annex bedroom. Needs some TLC and maintenance..

We stayed here for 16 days while my house insurance fixed my bathroom ,so it really was our home to stay all I can say is everything you need is there I over packed to go no need as washing machine and an amazing dryer that I've never known one to dry so fast , lovely little things left to help you get started hand soaps , toilet roll , dish washer tabs ,washing machine tabs ,coffee tea sugar milk ,but the shop is 2 minute walk so if you have forgot anything it's there , the accomodations was amazing beautiful rooms plenty of space , I took my mum who is disabled and we went in the bedroom facing the carpark as nice size room for her walker and wheel chair and ensuite . The children and dogs were so happy so much space to play outside i would definitely go again thank you for a lovely stay . The Pink family and pets .

We rented this house over New Year for 8 adults, a baby and dogs. The house was spread out enough not to worry about noise from others in the house, but with excellent meeting space for getting together. It is far enough away from the main road not to hear any noise from there either, and is easily walkable to the nearest restaurant and the beach.
The fittings and furniture are of a good quality, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed.
We are now looking forward to returning later in the year!

When you plan a holiday and a Christmas 80th Birthday it is not without trepidation at this time of year due to weather and health matters, but very pleased to say all went to plan. All this much helped by better weather than forecast and of course Coed Y Llan.

The Greek Villa style property, all on one level, was just what we needed, not just for our aged frames but our son Andrew recovering from a second knee replacement in November.
It was also very comfortable, clean, warm and well equipped, even down to a choice of DVD's and dozens of games. Having suffered in the past with an ill equipped kitchen we brought quite a lot of extras with us, but there was no need. The only thing I would suggest, bring your own sharp knives if you're doing a lot of home cooking. When you study the website pic of Coed Y Llan, What You See Is What You Get. It's a 5 min drive into the village and 25 min easy walk. Some very nice watering and eating places too...... Ian and Pat Rollins.

Beautiful place to stay, lot of space for everyone kids enjoyed the games available. However the mattress covers on all beds were stained, this has been handed on to company.

A little challenging to find based on the maps provided. It would benefit having an Anglesey Holiday Lettings sign on the front wall to help you be assured you’re not about to be trespassing but once we all found it… what an amazing property for groups to relax in.

There is so much space that you don’t need to be on top of each other/crowded all the time. Plenty seating space to relax. The place is decorated beautifully and we loved the green inspos!

Great location from the spar and the oyster catcher… the beach being just over the dunes. Perfect. Would love to stay here again and again.

On arrival we were blown away with how gorgeous the property was, the pictures are beautiful but in real life its just amazing.
All the rooms are big and comfortable, the outside area was the best we have ever had, it's very secure and very dog and people friendly.
Great location for travelling around North Wales and the local pub, The Oysterbar was fantastic too.
Thank you for such a great week away for a family catch up, we truly had a fabulous week.

Sadly our trip was cut short due to a family member at home becoming unwell.
The villa was delightful and we enjoyed what very little time we spent there.
Perfect for a family or group of friends.
Lot's of space, was clean and welcoming.
Would definitely want to go back again to enjoy the place more.
We love privacy but a bit too remote if planning on taking young children.
Much more suitable for adults.
Would recommend this property.

Spacious house for a large family, quiet areas for older family members. Gated garden was a plus for families with small children.
Bedding very poor quality and not warm enough for the time off year, and bed throws not provided. Poor selection of kitchen/ dining equipment provided. Not enough wardrobes or towel rails.
Because of these details, I would not class this as a 5* house, and therefore felt it was expensive.

We chose this house to celebrate a special anniversary with our family. The house was very spacious, plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 children to spread out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, we really appreciated there being 2 fridge freezers.
The garden was safe and secure for the little ones and the dog to run about freely.
The covered verandah was useful for leaving the baby buggy and muddy wellies outside while staying dry.
The three main bedrooms were a great size, one of the en-suite bathrooms was particularly nice.
The mezzanine lounge was a bright and airy space which provided lovely views . The Wii was a great hit with everyone ( we had to buy new batteries for the handsets as they weren’t working).
There was lots of storage space, the cloakroom was well used, keeping coats and shoes out of the way.
The house is well positioned and we walked to the beach most days as well as exploring the whole area. Although the pavements are rather narrow and the road is busy with fast traffic at times.
It was a brilliant house for a multigenerational family to share, lots of comfortable space to spread out.
The builders working on a new build just outside the gate were noisy at times but this didn’t spoil our holiday.
We would highly recommend this property.

The property is wonderful and would recommend it, we had a fabulous time 9 ladies staying for a murder mystery weekend. The only thing I was disappointed about was the 5pm check in time on the Friday. We had a restaurant booked for 8pm and didn't give us a lot of time to settle in and get ready. Other than that it was a gorgeous property and would stay again.

Our family had a fantastic week at Llan Y Coed.
The facilities were great and catered for all of our needs.
Location and proximity to walks and beaches was probably the best thing for us, as we had 3 fur babies with us.
The property was a little tired in some areas e.g a little mould/damp around a few windows. However, it was early March and we were probably the first guests since new year and to be fair it didn’t impact our holiday.
I would imagine the outside space would be amazing in the summer.
We will definitely use Anglesey Holiday Lettings again and have already started our search.

We had an absolutely fantastic week celebrating New Year...

We would have booked again this year - but it has already been booked.

The layout was great for 6 adults and 4 children and 2 dogs.. loads of room and sitting - not on top of eachother. the mezzanine was great for the children to chill out and Grandad said it was only children allowed.. so our 5 year old grandson thought it was amazing. Dining table was big enough for us all comfortable.

Kitchen extremely well equipped..

We had a couple of silly maintenance issues which after a call to the office were sorted on the same day.. Fantastic customer service, pre, during and post booking. So much so booking through Anglesey Letting's again this year - Thank you...

Bedrooms and bathrooms great..

This was our second stay at the stunning Coed Y Llan Villa, we thoroughly enjoyed a magical Christmas week here with our family. The beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the lounge area was a lovely touch and the newly renovated bathroom in the annexe was a nice surprise. It’s reassuring to know the owners take action on feedback from other guests and are still making improvements to this delightful property. We will be definitely be back !

I booked this property for three nights with a group of friends for a special birthday. It was a great space in a good location, close to the sea with walks from the doorstep and the wonderful Oyster Catcher pub a short stroll away. It was Nov so the weather wasn’t hit and miss but we enjoyed spending time in the house around the large table. The bedrooms worked well for our group and there are plenty of bathrooms. It is also well equipped.
The only downside is the lack of heat and light in the conservatory which meant we couldn’t use it and the property gets cold very quickly when the heating is off but other than that I would highly recommend this place.

Coed Y Llan is an ideal property for three families joining together to celebrate a special birthday. it has a well equipped kitchen large lounge and spacious bedrooms. It is well positioned to explore Rhosneigr and Newborough beach. It is also dog friendly which is an important consideration for us. Hope to return again for more family fun.

Situated in a lovely, private spot, close to the sea at Rhosneigr.

We stayed for a week from 5th August 2022. There were two grandparents, four parents, four grandchildren and three dogs. The property is large and the layout meant that there was lots of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the mezzanine level above the large living room which had a Wii and plenty of games.
There is a great outdoor sitting area at the front of the property which is not overlooked. The large garden is totally secure once the gates are closed do grandkids and dogs could roam freely.
Situated about a mile out of Rhosneiger it is an ideal location for getting out to explore the island. There is a Spar shop a couple of hundred yards away and the Oyster Catcher bar and restaurant half a mile down the road. There are also several beautiful beaches close by. If you are going to the beach in August make sure you get there early as the carparks fill up quickly!
We absolutely loved Coed y Llan and are actually pre booked to go again with the other side of the family in mid September. We can’t wait to go back and enjoy another week there. We’re just hoping that the Anglesey weather will be as kind to us in September as it was in August.

As a party of 8 adults, 2 children, 2 babies and a dog we needed a property with space and places to gather and also to escape to and this property had that in buckets!
Plenty of parking for cars, enclosed garden for children and pets, a shop within a 2 minute walk and the beach with parking just 5 minutes drive away.
The RAF site is very close by, but they only flew in between 9 and 5 and we personally really enjoyed the air displays.
Also Anglesey holiday lettings were very responsive. Upon arrival we were missing a second travel cot and high chair. I rang, left a message and within 5 minutes they had returned my call then 10 minutes later both items were delivered. Brilliant!
Would definitely recommend this company and this property.

We spent a fantastic week as three families at this wonderful house near to Rhosneigr.
It was very well appointed, catered for our needs perfectly and was within easy reach of the beach and the amenities of Rhosneigr.
The weather made it feel like we were abroad, not Wales, in part due to the style of the property.
The house was very comfortable and had everything that we needed to cater for 6 adults, 5 children and 2 dogs.
We all enjoyed the extensive outdoor space. The children loved riding their bikes and scooters on the large drive way and playing in the garden. The adults loved supervising from the sidelines with a glass of something cold in hand.
Great time had by all.

8-15th April 2022 - An impressive villa style property, very clean, lots of space to welcome our family of 10 people (3 generations ranging from 9-75yrs plus 3 dogs). Agents had provided us with a welcoming gift of prosecco, bara brith and milk which was much appreciated. Property was very well equipped included a well stocked kitchen and several fridges and freezers. The bedrooms were well proportioned with huge beds in some and the bedding was excellent quality! It was great to be able to close off the garden area so the dogs could run free and be safe in the outside space including the garden, courtyard and outside seating area. We especially liked the room with double doors to outside space at the rear of the property so the dogs could go out easily. The property was situated on the outskirts of Rhosneigr with easy access to roads across the island.
We couldn't fault the house or it's location, It was an excellent holiday that helped us celebrate our family coming together after 2 years of Covid. Coed y Llan you were amazing. I hope other families have as many happy memories in this house as we did.

Had a absolutely brilliant time . We stayed for 3 nights. There was 9 adults age range 31 to 82.
The villa is gorgeous. Plenty of space to spread about if you wanted some peace and quite .
All the bedrooms are a good size ,with comfy beds . Even the twin room is a good size.
On entering the building you turn one way to the lounge/dining area ,conservatory and mezzanine lounge . And if you turn the other way it leads to all the bedrooms and kitchen. In the hall there’s a small room ideal for outdoor coats and shoes ,pram storage . A small clock room with toilet and sink . One corridor leads to the master bedroom with en-suite shower room .and there’s another room with washer and dryer.. the kitchen is lovely and well equipped. Dishwasher.double oven etc. welcome goodies some Fizz. Cake.milk tea/coffee/sugar.
We had the bedroom nearest the lounge with a brand new modern shower room . There’s a king size bedroom with a single bed that shares a family bathroom with the twin room . And then there’s the other master bedroom and en suite shower room . Just the master bedrooms have tvs.. there’s no wardrobes in any of the rooms .just some hooks . The lounge areas have plenty of board games to play if needed . The grounds are lovely . I would say it needs some new outdoor furniture ready for the summer season . Parking for 4/5 cars.
We ate at The Oyster Catcher just down the road . Mojos in Rhosneigr,and our daughter had a meal at The Sandy Mount Hotel, all very good .
I highly recommend the villa it’s stunning .
So glad the site now has the floor plan on as this helps you decide where everyone is sleeping .

We had a great time in Coed y llan, the house is well proportioned with lots of room for the 8 of us. Beds were comfy and bathrooms clean apart from a little mould in the annexe ensuite. House was warm some of the time and we were able to adjust the temperature of the heating unfortunately we couldn't adjust the timing of it. The lounge/dining room were great for socialising unfortunately we weren't supplied with keys for the large patio windows so couldn't utilise them. The conservatory is lovely but needs some form of heating and lighting in there otherwise it's only usable a few hours a day. The annexe kitchen as described isn't actually in use so you have to make the most of the main kitchen. The garden is great for the dogs to run around in but quite a lot of the foliage has been cut down so isn't as lush as described.
Could be perfect with a couple of little tweaks.

This is a wonderful property, very spacious just as the pictures show. Even with 8 adults and 2 children, we were all able to have our own space when needed ! The view from the mezzanine is stunning. It's in an ideal location, 10 mins stroll to the Oyster Catcher, great food and service. Just a 20 min walk to the small town and lovely beach. The local Spa Shop is just a 2 mins walk away if you need supplies. We loved watching the jets fly over from RAF Valley, fascinating. We enjoyed our stay at Coed Y Llan so much, we have booked for Christmas, can't wait !
(Ps. The shower in the master ensuite bedroom is still out of use, either too hot or just cold)

The property was great for our three generations and two dogs.
We could have had with a little more comfy seating in the lounge area.
One en suite shower was unavailable which we managed because we were all family.
Garden was great for the dogs, and while we prefer to be nearer to the town centre it was ok. We enjoyed the walked to the beach even in the wind and rain.

We all enjoyed our stay here in this beautiful house.

What a gorgeous house. Very spacious. We had the worst wet and windy week ever but we didn't mind because we had so much room in the house. The kids loved it too and they loved the mezanine floor in the living room.
Maybe the games could be checked as there were bits missing so couldn't play some of them.
But we took some games too so it was ok. We had such a fabulous family time.
The bedrooms are big.
We had a problem while we were there but the owner came out straight away. He was very friendly.
We will definitely be booking again and hope for good weather next time so we can use the outside space. Loved the courtyard , very pretty.

We had a wonderful stay at Coed y Llan celebrating my mums 70th birthday. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but also to be together too. Would 100% stay again. A hot tub would have made this even better.

We were 3 couples staying here for a week. The place has so much space and everything you need for a great holiday. We had 3 dogs with us and the secure garden was perfect, could leave the doors open and let the dogs roam.
It’s location to the beach was excellent and well situated to explore Anglesey.

The only criticism is that No wardrobes and only a few coat hangers ,also a lack of information on the property and no information on the surrounding area

Ideal location. Beaches were so lovely and clean.
Family had a wonderful time as did three dogs. Safe to let the dogs roam around the garden whilst we relaxed. Perfect spacious accommodation with everything you need. Lots of fridge space - the only downside was a lack of kitchen items, no grill pan and limited pans that were not suitable for the hob.
We will definitely return again in the future.

Ten of us and two dogs had an excellent stay at the newly refurbished Coed Y Llan!
Very clean - more than enough room for all of us - great new kitchen - comfortable and spacious bedrooms - plenty of living space - and the ‘oldies particularly liked the upstairs lounge for relaxing!
The garden was also large & private - a real sun trap and secure for the dogs - we spent 2/3 afternoons in it!
The location is just outside Rhosneigr- but don’t let that put you off - only 10 mins walk to the beach and 20 mins into the village.
Great service from Anglesey holiday lettings too...
All in all an excellent week and we would definitely re book in the future!

The answer to the above question is probably. The house is ideal for a large party and the gardens are very secure for dogs. However, the house is very disjointed, and does not flow, how a house should - the kitchen is far too far away from the dining area. There is a second kitchen near some bedrooms?

The lounge area and the 2 main bedrooms have been refurbished. In general the house needs properly maintaining. Lever handles are loose on doors, wardrobe doors. The Kitchen utensils and crockery albeit plentiful, needs sorting, as all is a mix match.

The external outside is dirty. The wooden benches and table are rotten. The garden furniture covers are filthy. You definitely cant relax on the patio as it is too dirty and needs a thorough clean.

The house is not actually in Rhosneigr and is about a 20 minutes walk into the town itself.

On the positive side, the house is big enough for 3 families, without being on top of each other.

If I couldn't find another house, big enough in the area, then I may consider re booking it, but I wouldn't be in a rush to stay again

Stayed at this property to celebrate a 70th birthday with 3 families (6 adults ,3 kids 2,4,5 and 1dog).Gardens are great and secure with gate that allowed little ones to run around with safely.Living area is superb and spacious, large well fitted kitchen .Bedrooms very spacious and kids loved the secret bathroom in the double en-suite . Annex room was great for grandparents to have some escape in peace after days at beach and sea zoo.
Overall a wonderful place to stay and would use again and highly recommend.
Rhosneigr lettings are excellent and communication is great

Coed y Llan is such a spacious, welcoming house. All 3 generations enjoyed the week we had there.There was plenty of room for us to sit together or spread out for different activities in different spaces. The children appreciated the games. The bedrooms were all clean, well fitted-out and spacious, too, with plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was also large and had everything we needed; we liked having gas for cooking. We enjoyed the BBQ in the sheltered area and the pleasant, secure garden was great for a paddling pool for the little one and sunbathing for the adults. We had a great week.

We look forward to being able to come again.

We had a lovely sunny week in this beautiful spacious house near Rhosneigr. There was room for all of us (6 adults, 4 children) to have our own space. We really enjoyed the garden and beaches . Overall a wonderful stay.
If I could add any criticism of the house it would only be that there were no useful consumable equipment in the kitchen such as bin liners, foil etc that would have been very handy. It all had to be bought. The shop is very close by though.

I booked Coed Y Llan for a family holiday to celebrate my 70th birthday which was in May.
The party consisted of five adults and three children, aged ten, eight and three years. Though, Jack's fourth birthday was on the Friday, the day we came home.
The house was lovely, perfect for a family holiday. It is spacious, with areas to play and to relax. We enjoyed sitting on the mezzanine. We loved watching the birds eating from the feeders in the tree. The view from here was wonderful. We also played many of the available board games here.
Unfortunately, the weather was not good enough to eat outside, but we had several barbecues, but brought the food in to eat. The children played outside, but needed coats.
Our shower had a leak. This was dealt with as soon as I reported the problem and a new one was fitted within the day.
Rhosneigr and the surrounding area is beautiful and so peaceful. The sand dunes and the Oyster Catcher are only a few minutes walk away.
We had a wonderful holiday. I can't wait to return. I would definitely go back to Coed Y Llan.

Due to various reasons our family could not have our usual Christmas gathering so it was decided we would take a January break on the Isle of Anglesey.

Having visited and stayed on the Island numerous times I knew it was the perfect destination. I ensured we had plenty of food and everyone had adequate clothing for winter walks. We set off very well prepared.

What we were not prepared for was the accommodation we had booked through Rhosneigr Holiday Lettings. It was absolutely amazing! I have stayed in many holiday lets on Anglesey but this is by far the best! It had everything we required. What I have found with the majority is there is usually only one communal seating area. Coed Y Llan has three, which is ideal when you just want half an hour away from the more vocal members of the family (We all have them)

All the bedrooms are very comfortable and three of the rooms are en-suite. There is also a family bathroom.
The kitchen is large and equipped with everything you will require.

Our party travelled in four cars and there was plenty of parking space within the grounds for everyone. Access into the grounds is through double gates which can be closed to create a very safe enviroment for people travelling with little ones.

Also the location is fantastic. Ten minutes off the A55 and literally two minutes to the nearest beach which has great sand dunes. There is also a large lake within a couple of minutes from the property.

To summarize a fantastic time was had by all in a fantastic holiday let and everybody has expressed their desire to return.

We stayed at this fabulous house for Christmas 2018 and it met all our expectations. It's a huge house with large spacious rooms and an annex which is reached via the inside of the house. All ground level apart from the mezanine. Gardens are amazing and secure enough for children and all but the smallest of dogs. There is a courtyard which is surrounded by walls so that was great for my mums little dog but our lab was fine in the main gardens.
Kitchen was well equipped and the utility room with extra fridge and freezer was handy. This house was fab in winter but with the number of patio doors to open in the summer it would be idyllic. We left bird feeders in the trees and hope future visitors will refill as the array of birds to watch from the conservatory was a very pleasant way to spend an hour. You're not far from Rhosneigr village, it's a bit of a walk but the dunes and beach are closer, our dogs loved it. There is a Spar literally round the corner but Tesco found us easily with our main shopping. We spoke to Jamie at Rhosneigr Holiday Lettings over a small issue with the dishwasher and he was great, as was Lee who came to fix it. I really felt comfortable speaking to them even though it was literally just after Christmas. We've already booked another house with them for next Christmas and would recommend Rhosneigr Holiday Lettings, If this house suits your needs then don't hesitate to book.

An amazing and unusual house in a great location. This was our first visit to Anglesey and it was thoroughly enjoyed by us all, 6 adults, 3 children and 3 dogs. The garden area was gated, therefore safe for the children and dogs and the interior of the house was extremely spacious. The location was wonderful, just a short stroll across the sand dunes was a fabulous beach. There were many walks from the doorstep which we found very convenient.

We were here for grandad's 60th birthday. A fabulous house with plenty of room for all 3 generations. House was very well equipped in a great location 10 mins walk to beach and 20 mins from town centre. Oyster Catcher restaurant nearby, ate here Saturday and Sunday evening. Wish we could have stayed longer but hope to return soon.

We have been coming to Rhosneigr twice a year for the last three years and Coed Y Llan certainly didn’t disappoint! The bonus was the large enclosed garden which was ideal for our dogs. Plenty of room inside for a large family and layout was perfect for us. Jamie and his team were as always friendly and efficient. Liked it so much we have already booked again for next year!

Our family party ranged from 2 months old to 73 and we all enjoyed our holiday immensely. There was milk in the fridge and some tea coffee and sugar which was much appreciated! The house was well laid out enabling us to find our own little space if we needed to, and large enough areas for us all to be together also. The rooms were large and spacious and comfortable. Jamie at Rhosneigr lettings was very accommodating leaving his phone number and asking us to call for any advice or with any problems. We would definitely return. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Definitely a home from home holiday property, with all the extras you want or need when your on holiday.

The children enjoyed the grounds that this amazing property had to offer finding new secret areas throughout our stay. I’m so glad I brought the children’s stake boards as there was plenty of space for them to play. Hide and seek was a favourite with them, which did take many hours of entertainment for them which for me was great to see them playing an old fashioned game and kept them away from their phones and iPads which was brilliant as all the younger generation seem to do these days is spent most of their time online.

We fell in love with Anglesey about 5 years ago and have returned twice a year since and we have stayed in various locations throughout the island, but Rhosneigr has to be our favourite for sure.

My Mum actually got married on the 3rd of September and we was lucky enough to spend time with the newly weds and to welcome her new husband to our family who I need to add is a credit to become a new addition to our existing family.

We all will be returning back to this amazing Holiday house to make more and add to the memories that we have created during our stay which are new memories that will stay with us forever.

Having previously booked with Jamie at Rhosneigr Lettings we knew before we even came that we wouldn’t be disappointed and the photos they have on their website are 100% to what you will be paying for and would exceed our expectations.

I can concur with all the previous feedback that this holiday Home had the wow factor and we would like to thank the owners for sharing this all of us.

I’m thankful for our new memories we have made during our stay and would 100% recommend this holiday house to all.

The most magnificent property anyone could wish for, we had a wonderful time here, lots of space, took us days exploring everywhere. Lovely comfortable sofas, plenty of seating areas, nice clean white towels and beds. The most perfect place to spend time with family and friends. There were 9 of us ages ranging from 10 weeks to 84 years plus 2 dogs, it was ideal. Its nice to know there is always someone close by on the end of the phone should they be needed. One of the reasons we always return to Rhosneigr Holiday Lettings.

Just spent a fabulous week at Coed Y Llan for our 50th wedding anniversary . The house was so large it was just what we needed for six adults four children and three dogs , we where still getting lost at the end of the holiday. The garden and grounds
are large and well secured so the children and dogs could roam free . There was everything you could need and all up to a good standard beautiful setting . Just loved it would go back tomorrow if I could.

Lovely clean property. Beds very comfy all slept well.The gallery and conservatory had lovely sofas which were well used on our visit.
Plenty of parking in private grounds safe for children and dogs.
Had a few issues which were quickly resolved by Rhosneigr holiday Lettings ie new toaster and seal on shower. Could do with more sharp knives and a veg peeler.

Our first impressions WOW!! Such an amazing unique property, had everything we needed and more, excellent location with just a short stroll into town/beach. We went for my mums 60th birthday and a minute of ages went and everyone loved it and were already talking about when we will next return. Lovely sat upstairs watching the fighter jets do their training (the boys loved this)
The property was like a villa abroad and if we had the sun wouldn’t of wanted anything more (we went in January so wasn’t expecting the sun) would be lovely and peaceful to relax on the terrace in the sun.
Highly, highly recommended and I’ve already told all my friends how lovely the property is.
Thank you for allowing us to stay in this lovely property.

Firstly, the house was huge! We had 10 people staying over for the week and some were still getting lost at the end of the week!
The living area is amazing. The kids stayed downstairs playing on the Xbox whilst the adults sat upstairs chatting over a glass of wine.
We had a couple of small issues with maintenance but Jamie at Rhosneigr Holiday Lettings was superb and sent a maintenance guy out within an hour of notifying him.
The property will not disappoint.....it is one of the best places we have stayed in.

From the moment we arrived and stepped through the door we knew our stay was going to be amazing. The house is stunning, very spacious and so comfortable. Everyone of us commented on how comfortable the beds were. We had a problem with the gas when we first arrived and rang Jamie for help. Jamie arrived at the property within minutes and the fault was rectified immediately.
We as a family are planning our next trip back to the house.
I cannot stress enough how fabulous this property is and how great the customer service is from the letting company.

This house was perfect for our large group of friends and family. We thoroughly enjoyed the large open living/dining room and the grounds were perfect and completely safe for the children and dogs.
All the equipment, kitchen facilities bedding and towels were beautifully clean.
The utility room was very useful.
We found the location perfect for visits in and around the island.
The heating was warm enough without being too hot.
I would highly recommend the property and the letting agents.

8 of us stayed at this amazing property that was totally enclosed once the gates were closed. The house was even more equipped than my own house. It was very clean , very comfortable and excellent for socialising together . It had a large dinning room table that we all ate and played games around. It had a lovely cosy lounge that we could all relax in together. We were 2 mins from the local Wayside store that sold a little bit of everything. We were 10 mins walk from the Oyster Catcher and 15 mins walk from Rhosneigr high street.

We stayed here during the very bad storms and Jamie from Rhosneigr Lettings called me to say that he had people on call if anything should happen that needed assistance and i was to call him whatever time of night. He also arrived at 5pm ish to give us some candles and matched in case we lost our power, which we did. We had one tree down and lost our internet. Well , the next day 2 gardeners arrived to tidy all the leaves and remove the fallen tree and an electrician to sort out the internet . The owners father also arrived to check we were all ok.

To sum it up we will be staying here again and we will be booking through Jamie at Rhosneigr Lettings as he was amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at Coed Y Llan. We had originally booked another house with Rhosneigr holiday lettings but we had to change dates last minute. Rhosneigr holiday lettings were great with the last minute changes and although Coed Y Llan was new and didn't have any photographs when we booked we were assured it would be of high standard...we were not disappointed!
The house is set in wonderful location, perfect for dogs and children, lots of secure space. The house was fully equipped with everything we could have needed, a BBQ was even supplied after I had asked. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. A nice short walk to the Oyster Catcher was a bonus too!
We will definitely look to book again, couldn't have wanted anymore from the house or customer service we received. Thank you

Beautifully presented property with ample space for our extended family. The children loved the outside space to play in and made the most of the freedom it gave them to explore in a safe environment.
