Thank you Anglesey Holiday Lettings for a wonderful stay at Braeside. We know Rhosneigr well but it was our first time staying at Braeside and we can’t wait to book again. Bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds, the garden is beautiful and the house is packed with everything you need for cooking, comfort and fun. Some highlights for us included a rain shower in the en suite, comfy beds and a beautiful garden to sit and eat in (we were very lucky with the weather!) Amazing, absolutely stunning. Perfect weekend away.. owains brace was beautiful and so cosy we didnt want to leave.. The whole experience was just Perfect. The welcome hamper was so thoughtful and very appreciated. Fresh milk with tea and coffee. (It was a bit of a mind boggle how to work the coffee machine). So clean and the decor was beautiful. The Bath was to die for, as was the hot tub. Location was spot on. Beautiful views, peaceful, so relaxing.. close to the many beaches and loads of walks around the area.It was nice watching the military planes and jets training on the Monday morning ...more
Super happy with our stay. Stunning accommodation in a very private side street. We were blessed with fantastic weather so took advantage of the outdoor space and BBQ too. We met the owner so were able to feed back directly which I'm happy about as they have done a wonderful job on this renovation. Beautiful bathrooms, powerful showers, comfy beds and sofas, choice of pillows (thanks!), great size TV. We WILL be back. The house is naturally very warm btw even when the heating isn't on. The property is immaculate and very well stocked with everything you may need. Perfect for us with our toddler and our dog. Enclosed garden let us relax with the dog outside, and a cupboard of games kept our child occupied when we were home. Right on the coast path for walks, the cycle path for rides and 5mins from Newborough or Aberffraw for beautiful beaches. The village has a pub and a chippy and is beautiful and quaint. We will definitely return to Malltraeth and kite cottage. Had a fantastic time.
Great accommodation, friendly hosts and perfect location for exploring the island. A lovely retreat to switch off and relax. We would definitely recommend and I’m sure we will return!
Fabulous short stay at The Escape. The apartment was super clean and cosy. The view from the lounge was incredible and Rhosneigr was a wonderful place to mooch around with great cafes and restaurants. We will return

We had a fantastic stay in this modern house, inside everything was catered for. Spacious, supremely clean and well kitted out. The weather was great so we also spent time in the garden, the photos on line sis not show the seating area and barbeque which were lovely and functional and a pleasant surprise. Recently refurbished the property is lovely -open plan kitchen/diner /lounge means you can see the sea all day . Very spacious living area -good sized bedrooms and the bathrooms/ensuite are all Very good . We were blessed with sunshine which poured into the property -and were on in the beach in minutes - Dogs easily catered for and a sheltered alleyway to dry and rinse off after a sea walk .A thoroughly lovely home from home property
Lovely cottage, clean, spacious and everything you need for a home away from home. Great location for exploring Anglesey, just off A55 but still a peaceful location. Exactly like the pictures. Would highly recommend.
Y Cei ticked all our boxes. We found the location ideal being a walk away from the beach and the facilities were excellent. The heating is underfloor and it was too warm. Unfortunately, the thermostat is locked and our dogs became distressed and had to sleep in the porch to keep cool. The garden is not suitable for young children nor large dogs as there is a a low wall and a big drop the other side. One dog escaped by jumping out. The title says it all, this is our second stay at Sea Sway. We had a very short window of opportunity to get away and sea sway was available so we grabbed it with both hands. We know the house and love it. We had a little issue with housekeeping but they arrived within 15 minutes and the problem was solved so we have no complaints The weather was fantastic, the property was fantastic and Rhosneigr was fantastic.
We have had another great holiday in this comfy cottage. Great location, well equipped and superbly clean. Parking a bit of a challenge at times but we always managed to get on a street fairly near. We shall be back again next year.
Wow. What a truly stunning house. We did not want to leave. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It.is very spacious and close to the beach and all amenities. Anglesey Holiday Lettings were also fantastic and I was able to extend my holiday by an extra day with no issues.

Superb accommodation, bungalow had everything you needed for a lovely holiday. Stayed with son, wife and twins aged nearly 3 - loved the play room. Plenty to do in the area and even though the weather was mixed we found plenty to do to keep the little ones entertained - Sea Zoo and Nature World.
Super house which easily accommodated our family group of 5 adults and 5 children. Plenty of space inside and out for all to enjoy. Very well equipped kitchen, spacious dining room and gorgeous lounge with plenty of sofas for all. The location is perfect, just an easy stroll to beaches, cafes, restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend.
This is a great property right in the centre of Rhosneigr, it was one of the best properties we have stayed in and we have been visiting the area for a number of years. I would certainly recommend it for its layout, equipment & position.
I have visited this property several times before and it was a joy to return, especially with the lovely weather. It is a peaceful place with a stunning view and it's a good place to relax. It's a shame the recliner chair is no longer there as it was so comfortable, but otherwise much remained the same. There were a few housekeeping issues but the staff were very responsive and acted quickly to put things right. I really enjoyed my stay and plan to return next year.

Everything we expected and nothing we didn’t cottage was clean and tidy on arrival on the welcome pack well received. Communication with Anglesey Holiday letting dead excellent we will definitely be back. One small complaint was the lack of a wardrobe but not a problem really
We stayed at this property several years ago and loved it here. The property was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There is plenty of room at the property and the location of the house is in a peaceful setting. I don’t really have anything negative to say about this property other than a few minor things, it would be nice to have some blinds up at the patio doors/windows leading out onto the back garden. We have been coming to Rhosneigr for the last 5 years, some times twice a year and we wish we had found kittiwake cottage sooner. It’s extremely well presented and a superb position for all amenities. Extremely comfortable, home from home and we will be booking again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday experience.
Spacious & full of light but lacking: despite what Anglesey said twice property does NOT have name or number on it. Spacious conservatory but ALL chairs/sofas need new cushions as they are all really flat. No decent mugs so we bought our own. Has the potential to be fab but it isn’t. Shame really. There’s something odd about the electrics as sometimes we had lights in both kitchen and living room but not always. Cost doesn’t reflect quality.
We had a great time staying at the property. It was clean and very charming. The welcome card and pack was very much appreciated. We had a great time on the tiky tab in the garden. If you use it give yourself at least 2 hours for.the fire to warm the water but when done , bathing under the stars was something different. Another property on the short list for us to come back to.
A beautiful spot and excellent location for exploring Anglesey. Accommodation was exceptional, very well equipped. We had both sections of the barn which was good for the family, 3 generations, to spread out and have some space. The garden is good for the kids, swings were a bonus. (Need to upgrade the bbq). Lots of information available at the venue. A 5 minute drive to a large retail outlet, Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi, KFC etc. Everywhere seemed to be no more than 30 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property.
We had another fantastic stay at Cool Waves in Rhosneigr. The property is perfectly set up for your stay and has everything you need. Its in a great location for the beach, walking into the centre of Rhosneigr and for exploring Anglesey.
Booking process was excellent, staff at AHL were friendly and knowledgeable. House was lovely, spotlessly clean, nicely presented and location (just on the beach) was perfect. Will be looking to re-book!
A lovely comfortable and compact space. The welcome pack was especially appreciated along with the dog towel. We love the area and enjoyed some lovely walks from the property and had the usual walk up South Stack having driven to the RSPB centre.
We come to Anglesey every year to meet all the other Shiba Inu dog owners and booked this property as it was all that was available. However we were so impressed we have booked it again for next year.

Fantastic location with wonderful views of the bay to the front of the bungalow and the inland lake and Snowdonia at the back. Very pleased. Unfortunately for us we had to leave 2 days early as our dachsund dog sustained a back injury and we booked an emergency appointment with our own vet. Hope to return soon to make up for our lost time.
We stayed over Easter with family and loved this house with its wonderful views and location close to the beach and village. It feels like a family home and is well furnished and decorated. It is well equipped for large family gatherings. The views are stunning and the large private garden was super for the children. It has become our new favourite house in Rhosneigr.
A modern first floor flat with all amenities. Accommodation was just right for the four rooms f us but may have been tight for six with only the single bathroom. It was initially quite difficult to locate the property with no indication of where it was on the outside. Parking was fine with the second car being easy to leave on the streets fairly close. Everything worked well and was lovely and clean and access to the town and beach was super convenient. The real plus for us was the free golf, which we made the most of, playing four rounds in superb conditions.
The Brackens has an idealic location on the estuary. Watching the birds in the morning & evening is so peaceful & relaxing. Its also a great location to explore the island. The property is amazing, very comfortable & lovely with its huge windows to make the most of the views. Absolutely fabulous place to stay
We have just returned from 2 weeks in Lagwyn Glas, which is a very spacious, light and airy house, very well equipped and furnished, with a sheltered, sunny and private decked area behind. It was a joy to return to at the end of the day, with a genuine home from home feel. We were so impressed with Tamarisk. By far the cleanest place we have ever stayed, perfect location, a real home from home feel with comfortable beds, a welcome hamper and plenty of space for the family including the dog! The garden is nice and well kept, including a bbq and sea views. The location is amazing to explore Moelfre, with coastal walks, the lifeguard centre, a local pub and cafe on the corner. The views of the bay are beautiful and the locals were very welcoming on our morning dog walks. We can’t wait to go back!
I have been staying in Rhosnieger for many years and this was my second time in sunset view and the ocean view makes you feel like your on holiday from the moment you wake up
The you was clean and welcoming. It was comfortable and the location was a hit with all of us. We enjoyed our walks on the beach watching the sunsets. It was easy access to sites to visit. Another lovely holiday in Anglesey.
We stayed for the bank holiday weekend and loved the location of this property. We didn't need the car all weekend and could walk to everything in Rhosneigr. It's a comfortable house with 2 lovely lounges. We enjoyed the fact we could sit out the front and back so catch the sun if it's out! To view the sea we could sit in the upstairs bedroom. The welcome pack was fab and very much used. We like the white floorboards as gave a very light feel to the property.
A great stay, perfect location and lovely house over a windy weekend. Some snagging would be helpful as the vents all blew and tapped throughout the night which was annoying for adults and scary for the kids. Would have also loved basic shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms and the hand soap was watered down so flew out everywhere and spilled through our fingers. But other than that we loved it, have fell in love with Rhosneigr and the house was very special. Loved the extra thought for our our old dog as we made memories in what we think will be his last holiday.
Great location with easy reach to the centre and very close to the beach. If I had one criticism it would be the kitchen ware the pans are inadequate for a house capable of accommodating seven people, a couple of new frying pans would sort it.
The location and style of this property suited our needs perfectly. A weekend bolt hole to chill with family from near and far.
Small but perfectly formed. Apartment is great for a couple. Everything you need. Glad to see The Crown is open in Aberffraw if only for drinks and we were made very welcome. Café next door was open as well and food excellent. Weather was mixed but still places to see around Aberffraw.
We had a lovely time in Anglesey for a family celebration. It was a delight to visit old haunts , the island is a treat . Ty Feram was an ideal size, warm and cosy with comfortable beds for the large party although not without a few hiccups, sorted out by the management team. Also worth noting as no heating in the conservatory can’t be used in the depths of winter but still beautiful views . Also noted no welcome pack as in - info on appliances /heating/ etc .

We had a pleasant stay at the property overall, and it suited our needs well. During our stay, the toaster failed and tripped the fuse. We reported this to the letting agency, and it was replaced immediately, which we appreciated. We also reported that the grill was not working, but to our knowledge this was not repaired during our stay. The kitchen crockery and appliances were generally adequate. However, the induction hob did not perform well when all four rings were in use at the same time. Great place facilities great desk 3 rooms en suite convenient to getting round Anglesey - loads to see and do. Every year we discover new places. Great addition to order beans. All Main supermarkets kn one site. Used to get all food etc delivered on eve if arrival till Morrison s let us down Christmas Eve says can bribe due. So no left us with nothing! Prefer go get order ourselves. It’s so convenient
The living space is excellent and feels private. If you have dogs, you will need to keep them on the balcony area as they can get out at the bottom through the gates as they are wide.
We stayed at Minstrel Lodge over Easter. The house is in a wonderful location with views on one side to the mountains and views on the other side to the sea and RAF Valley. It was lovely to look out each day and see the waves from the sea, as well as the planes taking off and landing from the RAF base. The house itself is a bit tired in places but that’s to be expected with a holiday house. The only issue we really had is that the house wasn’t very clean. We have stayed at Ty Traeth many times over the past 7 years and last year it looked tired in places. This years visit the house was clearly updated and back to the standard we are used too. :) We will absolutely return again, this is a very special house to us, it’s a shame that in the spring and summer prices are extremely high so we do have to take the risk of going in the winter time with unpredictable weather.
We keep returning to this unique property, as we love its stunning sea views and perfect location on the beach. We usually book it for just the two of us and our dog, with sometimes family joining us. The house is spacious, warm and welcoming. However, as mentioned in our previous reviews and considering the increasing price we pay every time, we would expect better seating upstairs(sofas not comfortable) and more outside seating for 6 people. Our second visit to Rhos Colyn. Can t fault the apartment. Any one with mobility issues would struggle with the steep stairs.

We stayed at Cwalafila over Easter and it was both spacious and comfortable, plenty of space for everyone. Location close to beach, cafes and still quite private. Lovely property and great service from letting agent.
Having previously stayed last autumn we returned at Easter to this warm and spacious house near the lake. The house is well appointed and has good sized rooms and a great conservatory overlooking the lake, that survived attempts by Storm Dave to blow it away on our first couple of days! It’s a great location to explore all of Anglesey and, if you wanted to leave the car at home sometimes, you can walk straight from the house to the lake, into the small town centre, over to the Oystercatcher bar and restaurant and dunes and a little further to join the coastal path or access the beach. What a gorgeous house in a great location within walking distance to the beach and town of Rhosneiger. We couldn’t fault the house plenty of space for our family of 10. Great traditional cottage with everything you’d need, not plush but lovely, comfortable and homely, and a superb location around the corner from Broad Beach.
Our family enjoyed a comfortable stay at the cottage with all the amenities we required. The check in time of 5pm made our first day very short but we settled in quickly thanks to the information on the web portal. Breakfast in the conservatory, watching the goldfinches and robins, was the highlight for us. The water was slow to drain in the shower especially after a few consecutive shower users. Fine weather meant we were out and about for the day. Overall - good.
It must be good as we keep coming back! Very comfortable and great location for the whole island. Heating was a bit limited but the staff soon provided an extra heater for us. Have already booked again for next year.
The bungalow was so clean, very cosy and warm, as it was February when we stayed so a bit chilly. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was so comfortable, bed linen clean and fresh, loved the fluffy towels. Great parking. It was great having a washing machine in the laundry room. Llys Llewelyn kitchen bar on site had some delicious home made food well worth a visit. The pub was a couple of minutes away and also the post office with supplies if needed. Great walks. Loved our 10 days there.

Fabulous house. Large, comfortable, clean, well equipped. Great facilities. Everyone enjoyed their stay including 3 dogs. We had problems booking a restaurant table on our last day.
The cottage was warm, comfortable and ideally situated for discovering the island. It was generally clean and well equipped but there were some very minor issues which I feel need attention… . three of the four cereal bowls were cracked and/or badly chipped . the vegetable peeler did not function . there was no potato masher . the cheese grater had not been washed after its last use . the kitchen waste bin was awkward to use and needed updating. The planning and management of my booking was first class. Thank you. It was a most enjoyable holiday.
The location was so great for us - access to beaches within minutes for morning walks and a stroll into town. The decor of the apartment was lovely - felt at home immediately. Really just what we were wishing for.
Cae Cloc is a great house in a fantastic position pretty much in the centre of Rhosneigr. House is well equipped and has a great outdoor space with a large patio and Astro turfed garden. The decking at the back of the garden gives a nice sunny seated area. Says it sleeps six (which it does if you include the bunk beds) but it would be a squeeze in the living area if there were four adults and two children. We have stayed with AHL many times, however, this property was below standard compared to other ones we have stayed in. The cleanliness was not of the normal high AHL standard we have come to expect. We were a party of 5 adults and a toddler so bedroom configuration was fine but the living area I would say seats 5 max so although the property sleeps 8 the seating area does not accommodate this number. On arrival oil was needed and came the following day, we settled in and we're pleased to see new sofas in the living area which recline and these were amazing. But the walls are still peeling and need freshening up in both lounge and bathroom. On the second day the downstairs toilet broke and needed fixing. Anglesey HL sent someone out but it couldn't be fixed fully without a part and was a pain as I didn't like using it for fear it worsening. Thank you for another lovely stay. Though weather worked against us, we finally got to see the spitfire take off for its onward journey. We stayed in Hafan on this occasion. Another great place. Spacious, very well decorated and appointed. Comfortable beds, with quality bedding. A stones throw from the beach. * Two small issues were; Walk in shower head needs to be fixed better and instructions for use ( cord pull etc ) would be helpful, and added to other instructions in folder. We’ve stayed in several different properties with Anglesey holiday lettings but I think Rhonwil is our favourite. Whilst it may not be the most modern, it is extremely homely and comfortable. The photos on the website don’t really do it justice and both the sofas in the lounge and conservatory are new. The bungalow is so spacious, extremely well equipped and was immaculate. We would return without hesitation.
We stayed here for the weekend as 3 friends with 3 dogs and was perfect for our needs. The location couldn't be any better with the beach and sea at the end of the road. The house itself was well equipped with a lovely welcome pack. Having 3 bathrooms is definitely a bonus and we enjoyed the open plan kitchen/diner and lounge area. As we stayed in March we didn't really get to enjoy the garden but it would be great in warmer times. The beds were comfy and lovely thick towels provided. This is our 4/5th time staying at Porth Crigyll. We call it our family hub, for family meet ups and meeting friends. Porth Crigyll is in a fabulous spot, well placed and the village is 5 minutes away, with locals shops and cafes, restaurants. Pre book though to save disappointment We love our arrival, we are greeted with a very well maintained, spotless and welcoming house, the house is perfect for us. Myself, my partner, 4 kids and mother in law stayed at the property for a week. The house was lovely and in a great location for the shops. The bedrooms were perfect and having two lounges meant the kids could have their own tv. A few downsides to the property, no balcony door or garage key was provided so the kids could easily access these which was not ideal. The front door to the property is a twist lock which when having kids in the property was not good as our 3 year old could easily turn it and just let himself out. This did happen a few times. Overall I would highly recommend this property for its comfort and location. We had the best nights sleep in the double bed and the location is exceptionally quiet. This was our first visit to Anglesey and it didn’t disappoint, I’m sure we will return. What a place! Location was phenomenal, direct access to the beach, view of the beach/sea and RAF Valley from not only the balcony, but also the living room, primary bedroom and all upstairs bedrooms. Comfortable and well equipped. We had a week of very warm weather for April, so much so I got a bit of sunburn, but when the heating did occasionally kick in, before I adjusted the thermostat down, I have no doubt this would be a suitable property all year round, as even mid winter, you could have the heating on and view the crashing waves from the comfort of the living room. We visit lovely Rhosneigr regularly but our first stay at Marimar. Lovely bungalow in a great position close enough to the beach to be able to see the wind/ kite surfers from the window ( a bonus on our one stormy day). Well equipped , clean and very comfortable beds. Usual excellent service from Anglesey Holiday Lettings. Everything perfect despite booking at 48 hours notice.
It was a lovely property with a fabulous location but there is some tlc needed. We had to fix a leaky radiator and the kitchen tap also leaked. Someone had also started to decorate so done all the edges of the walls which was a bit random. Overall a lovely property though.
Morwennol was perfect for our multi generational family celebration weekend. Having the ground floor en suite bedroom was a little haven. Upstairs bedrooms & bathrooms were perfect for two couples & three grandchildren. The master bedroom had a very special view of Rhosneigr beach & the sea - sunset was wonderful. Morwennol does need a bit of tlc as it’s looking a little tired in places. Would have appreciated the 5 bathrooms/loos having at least a toilet roll in each on arrival. The nest was a perfect choice for our family break. We were a party of 3 and all enjoyed having our own bedrooms with very comfortable superking beds. The accommodation worked brilliantly for us, lots of space and comfort. The kitchen was well equipped and have everything we needed including a lovely welcome bag. On arrival one of the bedrooms wasn't made up, but the staff at the White Eagle pub sorted that out for us, as one of their bar staff was also a housekeeper. The only negative is the roof terrace. Excellent location. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Settee different to that shown in letting info, very square and pretty uncomfortable, didn't spoil our stay though. Would book again.
We have usually stayed in Aberffraw on our annual trips to Anglesey but we decided on Rhosneigr this time. The property was tired, not as nice as the others we have stayed in, but I accept that it is much older. However, the location is right on the main crossroads and a busy area. Very easy to hear the conversations of passers by even though the windows were closed!! We were in the ground floor apartment and our upstairs neighbours were not exactly quiet. However, there is a nice little pub 50m from the property which sells a very good pint of hand pulled cask ale. I'd return to Rhosneig...more
Excellent property, good value for money and great central location for the village and beach. Certain parts of the house could do with a refresh as they seemed quite dated. It would be good to see window restrcires on the uostairs childrens bedroom as there is no way to lock the window.
Lived up to expectations. Excellent location and perfect for our short stay requirements in terms of comfort and facilities. Only area to improve was the shower did not work well (variable temperature control).
