Well, The Dilly, what a gem. Tucked away down the secluded little path. Wake up to the sound of the geese flying over in the morning. A short hop form the beaches, cafés and shops at Rhosneigr The Dilly is a little compact hut of cleanliness and perfection - every little thing has been thought out and refined - the bed and bedding was luxurious and so clean, the wood burner heats the place in a second, the kitchen and bathroom facilities left us wanting for nothing, especially after the welcome goodies. Everything has been thought about and catered for - the wood fired hot tub is a highlight, ...more
Penyrorsedd is a fantastic property in a great location on Anglesey with amazing views over Snowdon. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay with 2 young children. The kitchen was very well equipped and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch. The garden was beautiful; the kids particularly enjoyed the three separate swings and it was handy to have buckets and spades so we didn't have to take any with us. The family bathroom was great, with a walk in shower and huge bath. It was really handy to have two ensuites and a separate toilet in addition - no queuing for the toilet requir...more
Perfect break, in a peaceful countryside setting. Friendly welcome from the hosts on arrival. Spotlessly clean, cosy accommodation with lovely views across fields. Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and a well stocked log burner. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. There isn’t anything negative to say about this lovely property.
Just returned from a great family holiday on Anglesey. Lovely home and setting, plenty of room for the children to run around and they loved seeing the sheep every morning! Well equipped kitchen and useful large utility room. Comfortable beds. Would definitely return. Host Helenmade us very welcome
We spent the October half term holiday at Glanllyn Bach and enjoyed an amazing time, from start to finish we were made to feel welcome and supported. We enhanced the decor with Halloween trappings, went for night time walks around the grounds with torches, great fun and star gazing - beautiful, and a lots of great nooks and crannies for hide-and-seek. The sun shone down on us as we played in the sea (with wet suits) which the dog loved and the cherry on the top was sighting a young seal that seemed to want to play. Children, parents and grandparents thoroughly had a ball …. fab-u-lous!
We were a party of 5 staying in Sand Dollar for a long weekend. The property is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms spacious and with plenty of hot water. We ate all our meals in the kitchen and used the big table in the hall for crafting and games. The upstairs lounge was really comfy, with plenty of chairs for everyone. The weather was good enough for us to sit out in the garden with coffees and we had evening drinks under the outside pergola. The property was in easy walking distance of the beach and the shops, so a great location for every...more
Booked again with Anglesey Holiday Lettings as they have never let us down before. Everything was exceptional as always - right down to champagne flutes for our celebrations. House was cosy and inviting during our November break - thoroughly recommend
Stunning holiday home. On arrival had a lovely welcome pack. The property was spotlessly clean and so spacious. The views from the living room are stunning. 20 seconds walk to the beach and a couple of minutes to the shops in the centre of Rhosneigr. Situated in a lovely quiet close i would recommend this property to couples or families with children.
We booked Kiloran for a half term break as we’d never spent October half term on Anglesey. We loved everything about the trip. The house is in a great location and Rhosneigr has everything you could need. Access to the beach, restaurants and cafes and even a shop for essentials. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would visit again. The house was great - tastefully decorated and it had everything you could need.
A delightful, modern, well equipped property. Enough room for six adults to find a quite spot to "do their own thing". Perfect location for the beach and exploring the island.
We needed somewhere very special to celebrate our Golden Wedding for a long weekend with our family of 3 sons, 3 daughters in law, 5 grandchildren and a dog. And ourselves, two 79 year olds. It had to be deeply rural, warm, comfortable, have good walks nearby, both easy and more difficult. AND to be reachable from Bristol, North Lancashire, and Dublin. Ty Ferram Bailey fulfilled all of our needs. There was also a Waitrose within 15 minutes by car . The kitchen was large and well equipped. There was an excellent dining room, good bathrooms, two lounges, and plenty of parking. It had...more
Lakeview is an excellent holiday home with great facilities and we had an enjoyable week with the grandchildren. Also an excellent location for the beach and the centre of Rhosneigr. Very clean and comfortable we would definitely stay there again
Ideally situated and generally well equipped the only disappointment was that the BBQ was unusable due to a missing grill and our telephoned request for a replacement was ignored. It lacked a few items e.g. no USB charging points and no where to plug in a toothbrush or electric razor. However we enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider re-booking.
Had little hot water contacted and they came out quickly but could not fix so said someone less would come and we would be contacted later that day. No one came and no call we stayed in the area as had dogs. We called again next day send issue fixed
Great place to stay for a weekend lodge was warm lovely view and cosy great welcome pack dogs enjoyed their treats
Perfect apartment, no faults, great location near the beach. Not much else to say! 20 more characters.
My wife and I stayed here with our dog Otis as a last minute week away. The location was easy to find and it was just a short walk across the road onto the wide sandy beach so perfect for seaside walks. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need and the lounge area was nice and comfy. Downstairs has a nice open plan feel to it. There is a small outside area and it was perfect for the dog and to pick up after him. The property is overlooked by other properties but this didnt give us any cause for concern. The bedroom was nicely themed and king-size bed was very comforta...more
A fantastic place to stay. The kitchen diner was a great space and the view from the lounge was stunning. They have a huge range of dvds to choose from and the beach is literally at the end of the garden.
Great place to stay - really lovely! Decor is modern and clean, loved it. Stayed with extended family for a week away - lots of glasses, plates etc for all
The property was lovely & had everything I needed. Great location so close to the beach at Aberffraw. Have stayed at these cottages before not this new one. Would recommend, especially if you do have 4 stays as it is very spacious.
This house is amazing. Big and spacious for our family to be together and also to break away. High quality home that has a WOW factor. The only downside is that it is situated quite a way down a dirt/ grass track
We all really enjoyed are stay here! We would love to return again! The weather wasn’t the best so we didn’t make use of the garden but the bungalow itself was lovely and only a short walk to the village and beach!
On arrival, we found the cottage spotlessly clean and warm. There was also a welcome pack including tea, coffee and milk which was great after our journey from Scotland. Everything was in working order and we had no need to contact customer service as everything was perfect
Lovely comfortable home from home, Everything you need for a relaxing holiday Spotless Great location just a very short walk to the beach for dog walks Thank you
We’ve stayed in 5 /6 different places in Rhosneigr over the last few years and this is by far the best we have stayed at, absolutely immaculate in every way. Decor is beautiful and sofa and beds comfortable would definitely stay again. The location is nicely tucked away but your on the beach or having something to eat and a nice drink within a few minutes
Love the quiet location of this cottage. It was absolutely spotless so credit to the cleaners. Everything was of top quality the bed was very comfy. The cottage was very well equipped. The welcome box was also a nice touch. There are a couple of fabulous beaches within a few minutes drive. I look forward to staying here again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave. We stopped in Hill Top 2, myself, my partner, 5 year old daughter and 6 month old baby. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed, no complaints at all in regards to amenities. Lady who lives in the house behind came to introduce herself on our first full day and made us aware that if we needed anything at all she was there to help, that was really nice. The house behind had 2 beagle dogs that were the friendliest dogs I think I’ve ever met. They used to meet us as we drove up the drive back from a long day out ex...more
Great location close to the beach, restaurants and very well stocked shop. House was very comfortable with modern very well equipped kitchen, would have liked bigger bathroom and more outdoor space but overall it was excellent, we hope to go again.
Spent four nights at Faraway.Had a lovely break away. Place very clean, comfortable bed and everything you need. Open plan as doors missing on lounge, wondered if it would be cold in winter. Very convenient to beach ,local shops and restaurants. Garden enclosed and ideal for dog.
A decent little place that just needs a few touches to make it perfect. A lick of paint on some of the walls would make the place feel better. Also, a decent table on which to eat meals. There is a raised area in the kitchen part with bar stools but it is squashed in and you are facing a wall. The headboard on the bed needs fitting better (I had to wedge it with two cushions), this would compliment the very comfortable bed. The radiator didn't work in the bedroom. The kitchen area is good but the extractor fan is not over the cooking area so I had to open the door when using the hobs some...more
Stayed here with family of 14 (adults and children), house is a great size plenty of room, comfortable beds and it was all very clean. The kitchen is lovely with a large breakfast bar to sit around. Location perfect for the beach and the village. Parking plentiful on the drive and the road. We would definitely return and use Anglesey holiday lettings again.
We had a fantastic stay again in kittiwake cottage. This is the first time since the change to the garden and kitchen. The outdoor shower was a godsend for both my son after surfing and our dog. No more sandy hallway. The sofa in the kitchen was a fab new edition, a great family space. The dyson in the kitchen doesn't seem to hold any charge anymore, thought you should know. It didn't matter as we used the other in the cupboard. Thanks again.
Had a great week in this cosy bungalow. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge cosy and warm especially with the log burner going. Comfy bed with plenty of storage and great garden for our dog. Will definitely be returning in the summer.
We have stayed in this cottage twice and it is amazing it meets our needs as it’s so clear to raf valley for our jet mad son . The location is great not too close to the busy centre of rhosneigr . Great dog walks right from the door . Great views . And the cottage has everything you will need for a great stay .
Excellent accommodation, clean and spacious, location is fantastic for the beach and we hope to return soon.
Nice accommodation with much appreciated welcome pack containing milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, etc. Good location to explore that part of Anglesey.
A four day break for our multi generational family of eight adults. The house was lovely and very clean. Very well equipped with good quality crockery etc. We dined in three nights including Sunday dinner and couldn’t want for anything except perhaps a teapot. The house needs to have two front door keys as front door can’t be opened from the inside and needs locking when exiting. It was a problem at night when the older generation wanted to have an early night but young people wanted to go to the pub. It meant locking them in the house and once in they couldn’t leave. Alternative would be t...more
The second floor apartment, suited our needs with a dog and offered views of the sea. Well equipped kitchen and all rooms furnished to high standard. Occasional problem with the main door lock sticking. Easy walk to beach and coastal paths. Good amenities in village.
Lovely cottage. Big enough for two pensioners. Good base for visiting Anglesey and north wales. Pity the pub was closed and local sandwich bar only opens Wednesday to Sunday. Cottage was well equipped but a little disappointed with the welcome basket. Plenty of linen and towels and big double bed. The heat pump is a little noisy and it seems to run if the upstairs flat has central heating on. Lot of storage space lost because of housing the equipment. Bedroom could do with blackout curtains, the voile curtain and main curtains are on the same rail so you cannot close curtains properly. ...more
Our stay involved 3 older teenagers and 6 adults. It would have better if storage space had been an available in one if the downstairs double room .sharing bathroom not a problem .
Ty Traeth, Rhosneigr is superbly equipped, comfortable and located for a perfect multi-generation family holiday. We were a party of 10; grandparents, 4 adults and 4 children aged 2 to 8. The house has loads of space for cooking, eating , playing and relaxing with very comfortable furniture. The bedrooms accommodated various combinations and beds were extremely comfortable. There was more than enough crockery, cutlery, utensils, pans, etc to cook and serve meals for 10 and the dishwasher was put to good use in between! Rhosneigr main beach was within easy walking distance and lots ot keep a...more
Wonderful week again in Rhosneigh in this amazing property, spacious and comfortable with beautiful sea view and perfect location right on the beach. We have booked it already for next year, can’t wait to go back there.
Just had another week at Lakeside. Owners have installed a shower room downstairs, revamped the bathroom upstairs and made the kitchen and dinning room one room by knocking down the joining wall since our last visit. These renovations are really good and of a very high standard. Location is perfect, just on the edge of the village at the end of a cul du sac so away from any noise of people or traffic. Great view of the sea and mountains (and the Oyster Catcher which is always lit up). Easy access to the beach and a short walk to the shops/restaurants. House is perfect for a couple with ...more
We went to minstral lodge for a week in Rhosneigr, arrival was smooth and access was easy, the house is spacious enough for 8 people and three dogs, the house was well presented, a few cobwebs here and there but nothing major, the location to the beach is excellent, the house gets really warm even with little heating on with the top floor being the main living area, watching the red arrows and fighter jets take off from the runway was great and the kids loved it, overall a great place to stop and I wouldn’t hesitate to return

This was our 3rd return visit to stay at Bryn Neigr and despite the arrival Storm Debi with 60 mph winds, we still had a fabulous time. Such a warm and cosy cottage in a perfect location with wonderful views, we will definitely be returning again in the spring.
Apartments looked unkept from outside. Pleasantly shocked by interior, clean and views from large lounge window are stunning. Rhosneigr untouched by commercialism, trendy little shops and bars, beaches were heavenly. Next door to RAF Valley, noise didn't bother us.Very exciting watching the aircraft taking off and landing. We stayed out of season,so rental cost of apartment was reasonable.Don't think I would pay the ridiculous amount asked during school holiday season. Lastly, found a small Indian restaurant in the back of a pub tucked away in the village. Food was excellent! Do not waste time...more
No heating in bedroom or bathroom; in the bathroom especially, vital to have heating at this time of year. We phoned you on arrival to advise you of this and you promptly brought round a fan heater which worked for one day only. Then we had to use the electric radiator provided but this could not help the bathroom. I don't know whether this heating system if supplied by the heat pump outside, but the lounge/kitchen thermostat worked effectively and independent of the bedroom one. All a bit disappointing because we never heard any more from you about why it wasn't working. So, difficult to r...more
Arrived at the granary for the for the allocation time of 4pm. Noticed straight away that the cottage had not been cleaned ready for our arrival (pots on the draining board, beds stripped and bedding and towels in the bathroom etc) my husband started to hoover downstairs as there was dog hair. I phoned housekeeping who said that they would send someone round asap. The cleaner was on site really quickly which was great although we had to leave the property so she could clean which wasn’t the best after traveling 3.5 hours. Although this wasn’t a great start to our break, it was rectified straig...more
A little challenging to find based on the maps provided. It would benefit having an Anglesey Holiday Lettings sign on the front wall to help you be assured you’re not about to be trespassing but once we all found it… what an amazing property for groups to relax in. There is so much space that you don’t need to be on top of each other/crowded all the time. Plenty seating space to relax. The place is decorated beautifully and we loved the green inspos! Great location from the spar and the oyster catcher… the beach being just over the dunes. Perfect. Would love to stay here again and agai...more
We had a superb week, we wanted for nothing at the house, it's was very comfortable, we will definitely return! Great location...
The house and location were great. House was very well equipped. We needed to ring Angelsey Lettings about a couple of minor issues and the very pleasant and helpful staff dealt with these matters very quickly. We would undoubtedly recommend the property and Angelsey Lettings
Great property. Great location. Already planning our return visit. The only negative regarding the whole week was that food outlets in Angelsey seem to hibernate ( not surprising, I suppose ). Our trip in November saw us struggle to find decent food, or open outlets, and had us visiting Waitrose for supplies rather than eating out. That, of course, is an Angelsey thing not The Brackens, which was splendid.
Thank you Tyn Lon for a wonderful stay in Rhosneigr! The cottage is perfect for a couple/small family and very well appointed. Loved the kitchen/diner and little sunroom, not to mention the large, enclosed garden for our dog, Nellie. Centrally located, we never moved the car and walked everywhere. Had excellent meals at both Mojos and Sandymount House. We plan to return!
Excellent location slightly dated but over all a great property Only fault can not check in until 5pm
We have stayed at Bay View on previous occasions, Great location - ideal for all amenities and beach, walks etc. Exceptional views of the beach and surf activity taking place. Will return and highly recommend the property Booked through Anglesey Holiday Lettings, brilliant to deal with as always.
The Little Nest is an excellent little apartment for a short break. It’s in a great location and having the White Eagle on the doorstep is a huge plus. In fact I think the only possible improvement would be an extra chair in the bedroom as there isn’t a lounge area. We’ve already recommended The Little Nest to several friends and would definitely consider staying there again.
Perfectly situated in a wonderful location with room for parking outside the flat. Everything you need is available within a short distance.
We had use of both cottages during our stay, which meant we were able to socialise together without feeling on top of each other. The cottages were extremely comfortable and very clean. The kitchens were well equipped. Location was perfect for visiting all parts of the island.
We had a very enjoyable stay. The cottage is very comfortable and well furnished. It was in a good location to explore the beautiful island. We enjoyed the National Trust properties nearby and had some wonderful coastal walks. The welcome pack was thoughtful and appreciated as was the welcome pack left for our dog. The only thing I would mention is the cottage is on different levels with a few large steps inside.
Fantastic location with wonderful views. Clean spacious property with great access to the lovely beach. My only issue is the lack of outside lighting. We visited in November and as access to the property is not until 5pm it is pitch dark then so to unload the car was challenging to say the least and I tripped and fell down doing so. We bought a torch the next day to make it easier to safely get to the car when going out for evening meals. Other than that the property was everything we imagined it to be and we will certainly return there.
We stayed at Porth Crigyll for 3 weeks in August with our teenage son and his friend. There really is no better location for a holiday home, just a stones throw from the beach with views of the sunset over the beach from the house. An easy 5 minute walk into the village, just perfect. The kitchen was well equipped and Holiday Lettings provide a nice welcome basket. Garage storage brilliant for paddleboards, bikes etc. The downside was there no wardrobes in the 2 double bedrooms upstairs so we had to buy one from Amazon as nowhere to put clothes. The living room furniture is a bit tired ...more
White Cottage is the most perfect property in the most stunning situation - right on the beach! We will be back!
Great little cottage, perfect for two people with small dogs. Newly refurbished en suite & bathroom. Unfortunately ground floor tiled area replaced by new carpet which made keeping place clean difficult with wet boots and dogs in winter. I always choose this cottage for tiled floor and now it is carpeted it makes for extra work when on holiday- also no seating area in porch to clean everyone down after wet Sandy walks. Real shame
We booked this last minute for a weekend break. Location of the house is perfect, near all the shops, restaurants and beach. We found the house a great size and the layout is great also - the property was clean and beds comfy - we got lucky with the weather and was able to make use of the outdoor space. We just wished we had stayed longer and will definitely book again.
We enjoyed our stay at the lookout brilliant views from the living room . Accessible to the beach will come back to stay again lovely place to stay
Really lovely stay at Bwthyn Branwen. Loved the location. Cottage had everything we needed. Did find the heating a bit hit and miss but nothing to stop us returning. The beds were extremely comfortable. Hope to return in the near future. Good space at the front for our dogs.
The Eagles is so cosy and feels like a home from home. Very well equipped but the main sofa needs to be replaced as it’s not very comfortable
The house is in good order, spacious and well located, just a short walk to the centre of Rhosneigr and from there the beach. The drive is large enough for 2 or 3 cars. Having 2 bathrooms is a great help. Having taken our dog, word of warning is rather annoyingly we found that someone had selfishly let their dog do their business on the front grass and just left it, so please don’t assume that just because your dog hasn’t done anything on It there won’t be anything to clean up.
Lovely little stay. Accommodation was lovely and had everything we needed. Great to have somewhere dog friendly. Would stay again even though the area was very quiet.
Cottage was great for what we needed. Could do with a frying pan or wok rather than just saucepans but that is just me being too fussy probably. Great area, easy walk to the beach/Oyster Catcher. Owner super friendly.
Booked this house for a short break to introduce our 6mth Lab puppy to the wonderful beach and sea. House was clean and comfortable with lots of space. Kitchen well equipped with everything you could think of and plenty of cups, plates, glasses etc. Garden was enclosed and safe for both pup and our 2.5 year Lab - girls had plenty of space to run around. Could do with a wider path as gas cylinders are stored on the path and take up quite a lot of room - have to step out on to grass and I found this to be bit uneven and had partially hidden stumps and rocks and, even with a torch, it was especia...more
Great spot for the beach. Very dog friendly accommodation. Well equipped bungalow with very good use of space. Great to have key access to the garage as although I didn't bring a bike this time, it's useful to have secure outside storage. Beach is heavily used by kite surfers, windsurfers and wingfoilers who use the street as a car park. From early morning, the view of sea from the lounge is gradually obscured by camper vans and middle aged men (and occasional woman) stripping off their wetsuits as day goes on. This might bother or entertain depending on your tastes.
Great property right on the beach, few teething issues and the agents were amazingly easy to get hold of and sent someone round to sort out very promptly. Having a shower room/utility room that you could enter directly from the garden was very useful, keeps the sand and wet wetsuits out of the house Highly recommended.
Fabulous, luxurious apartment above a great pub - what more could you want. And dog friendly too Gorgeous views and plenty of room. Lovejoy furnishings but could just do with a little more storage in the bedrooms
Wonderful and Comfy house. Brilliant location. Warm, well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Excellent Value for money. Would thoroughly recommend and would stay again.
We hired this house not having looked at the reviews because the previous 6 times we have used Anglesey Property Letting the properties have been excellent with regard to cleanliness and furnishings. The house is situated perfectly and Rhosneigr is a good place with nice places to eat and drink. The house is well equipped and has some great views to enjoy. That said, its very expensive to hire so we would expect everything to be top notch which sadly it wasn't! On arrival we noticed straight away that the skirtings in the large hallway and the paintwork were very grubby. The fridge...more
Stunning location, breathtaking views, most relaxing stay, beautifully well thought out home with everything you need, only regret hadn't booked for longer. Some issues with the patio door we called housekeeping, and the problem was rectified very prompting friendly, helpful service. We will definitely be back.
The bungalow is deceptively spacious, location is perfect - walk through the garden gate and 30 seconds you’re on the beach, beautiful. We really struggled with the patio door lock in the conservatory and back door, this needs looking at. There’s no radiator in the upstairs double bedroom so this was cold. Fortunately, as there were only 4 of us, we could swap bedrooms.
We enjoyed our holiday very much. The home is lovely and comfortable and we had plenty or space for a family of 6 adults, 2 older children and a toddler. Only a stones throw from the long beach of Rhosneigr (not the Rhosneigr beach) and a 10 minute walk along the coast road into the centre of Rhosneigr- so perfect! Only slight issues were that the annexe works on underfloor heating, so took all the time we were there to get the rooms warm as it had been off prior to our arrival. No logs left for guests to use - seemed a bit mean given the rate and the master ensuite grouting needs a bit of at...more
The location is perfect. However very unpleasant smell when we entered the property.. damp and musty. It wasn’t clean atall.. socks in the wash basket and under a bed from previous person staying. The electrics kept tripping and it wasn’t very warm. One bedroom in particular was really cold.
A little problem when we arrived there were no lights and being dark was a bit daunting for us. We located fuse box and the fuse had tripped don’t know why but the large light over entrance wasn’t working. The rest of our stay was brilliant, I would definitely recommend it to my friends and hopefully stay again my self .
We enjoyed our stay at Bryn Lon and the accommodation and location worked well for our family and dog. We would return and stay again.
