No9 The Dairy was a fantastic place to stay. Excellent accommodation, minutes from the beach. Lovely recently refurbished rooms, the ensuite was a bonus along with the small garden.
Where to even begin, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay! It was beyond our expectations.
A beautiful house with everything you need for a stay in a great location. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in . The three double bedrooms make it ideal for a break away with a group of friends. We'd definitely recommend this property
Thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Hoot, and look forward to staying there again, specially delightful was the view, and he lovely view.
An excellent base for grandparents, parents and grandchildren to explore the Island. Well equipped and spacious, the house was just right. The decking and small artificial grass provided a good escape area from the chaos of a family holiday! The only suggestion we would make is to improve the base of the whirline as the line and washing is blown over against the wall when the wind blows, which is often!
We have spent the most wonderful week at Y Cei which sits in the most amazing location. The property is finished to a very high standard with everything we had need of as a family. The views from the living area are stunning and we felt blessed to enjoy numerous beautiful sunrises during our stay. The river and the sand dunes provide a quite incredible backdrop. The kids loved the ease of access to the river and beach and the warm outside shower is a real winner when returning from the beach. The gardens, similarly well finished, really allow you to make the most of the location. We enjoyed...more
Ideal accomodation for a family of 9 and a dog as we were. Character property in a lovely setting. Bonus for us that all five bedrooms are en-suite. Would recommend .
There were 6 of us with 5 cars. Sand Dollar was the perfect property for us being close to restaurants and the beach. The quality of amenities was excellent with everything of a high standard. The communication with Anglesey Holiday Lettings was superb. I'd happily stay here or another of their properties again.
Excellent property, loved our stay just a couple of things would make it even better. The front, back door & windows need cleaning. The back door needs the leaves sweeping up - it doesn't look good as it the main entrance. There were no manuals for any of the appliances which you find in most properties. It took me a while to find the switch for the Quooker hot tap and then that was only by accident. Also the with no manual I could not find how to switch the central heating off as when it comes on it is quite noisy in the main bedroom. There is also no guest book for comments which we have fo...more
Fantastic location especially with dogs right next to the beach. House had everything you could think of. Perfect layout for us. The amenities and cleanliness was outstanding. Fell in love with Sandaig and will certainly be back. Lovely welcome gift on arrival 10/10 for this beautiful home
Beautiful house located in a perfect setting in the heart of Rhosneigr, a short walk to the beaches and restaurants, perfect for a family vacation .
We’ve been to Rhosneigr several times now but this was our 1st stay at 4 Y Bonc. We are somewhat restricted as not all properties allow more than 1 dog (we have 2) but this one does. The property was very well equipped, clean & comfortable. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch & the outside space was bigger than expected. Location was very good as very close to beach & in walking distance to the amenities. Bed very comfortable but pillows were too soft for us & we’ve found that other properties have had more comfortable sofas but we enjoyed our stay & would consider staying again in the futur...more
Great stay at lakeview. House is spacious and the living area and kitchen are very well set out. Overall a very comfortable stay. Great for our family of 6. We spent lots of time in the large kitchen area. The location is excellent for the beach. And our dog stitchy was very comfortable and relaxed. Overall a very good vibe and flow to the house. Would stay again.
Absolutely love this place it’s comfortable spotless and has everything and more , lovely hamper , our second visit and we had a scorcher week , Lisa the owner is just fabulous nothing is a problem, can’t wait to visit again , sat watching the amazing sunsets from the deck our little one was so happy with teddy polly and rogan just such a great place .
Excellent property in a great location. The upside down arrangement works perfectly. The secure outdoor area was perfect for my dog.
A lovely clean and comfortable apartment.Had everything we needed for our stay.A short walk to the beach and very convenient for restaurants and shops.Would stay here again
Lovely place for the whole family to relax and enjoy our annual holiday in Angelsey. Beautiful views.!
Our 3rd visit to this property. Great bungalow in a perfect location. A few minutes walk to year round dog friendly beach. Also walking distance to livelier beach and the village centre with a selection of small shops and cafes. No doubt will return! Also great service from Anglesey Holiday Lettings
First time in Kittiwake and very impressed. Looks newly refurbished with plenty of room & very comfortable. Right in the town but in a quiet side-street. Enclosed, safe garden for the dog and own allocated parking right outside property.
We had a last minute get away to this beautiful house, we loved the rural setting and the view across to Snowdonia was beautiful in all weathers! The house was well stocked for a large number of people and everything was clean. Instructions and information around the house was really thorough and we felt well informed on how to use and find everything. The extra information for local attractions was also useful. Overall, we loved our stay and would love to go back.
Excellent holiday. Have stayed at this house on many occasions and would gladly return there again.
Another stay in the super Hen Goltchdy spotlessly clean so spacious lovely en suite bedroom with powerful shower and comfy bed A short walk to one of my favourite beaches a perfect relaxing week Back next summer what more can I say superb!
This was the third time that we stayed at Bryn Bach and everything was just perfect. The accommodation is fresh, clean and stylish, with a super comfy bed. The kitchen is well equipped and the welcome pack is a lovely touch - even leaving throws and a towel for our dog. The outside space is a real bonus and sun trap, with the added feature of a wood fired hot tub. You are a 10 minute lakeside walk to the Oyster Catcher bar/restaurant. A little piece of heaven!!
I rented this home for 4 nights, 2 of which were spent with friends and 2 with family. It was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and in a wonderful location. I have stayed in Rhosneigr many times and I am certain I will be returning to this property.
Kiloran. We booked (as we usually do through Anglesey Holiday Lettings). The property is well located in the centre of the village. We knew where the house was as we are regular visitors to Rhosneigr. We stayed the last week of August. The house is generally alright, but there were several maintenance and general issues with the choices about design and kitting the house out which means I wouldn’t recommend and we won’t return. In a nutshell these were: parking that is not fit for purpose (several knocks and notes from neighbours); a bathroom that constantly floods due to a combination...more
Driftwood was delightful. It was well equipped even with nice touches like firewood. The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect for a morning beach stroll or watching the sunset from the balcony at the back. The only issue was struggling to get down the alley at the back to park due to other road users blocking access by blocking the wider entrance and another parking hanging over the access but this doesn’t reflect on Driftwood. Would certainly come again.
A beautiful property in a perfect location. A few steps from the beach, local.shops, bars and places to eat. We found it in a very clean condition. Great layout with large kitchen equipped with pretty much everything we needed. A few things could make it a 10/10.property thoguh. Be ause of a leak to one of the shower trays one of the unsuited showers was out of action. Other bathroom toilet on main corridor didn't flush well. Only one wardrobe for 5 bedrooms was an issue. 2 other double rooms had some hanging storage but no drawers which meant we had to live out of suitcases. The 2 b...more
Just come back from a week at Pen Y Bryn, which was a lovely modern home with great views of the beach from the front of the house. In an excellent position, minutes from the village centre and the beach. We only used downstairs as there was only the 2 of us and the dogs. Beautiful large bathroom downstairs, lots of room in the bedroom, although we did find the beds quite soft for our liking, which is personal choice. The lounge is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more besides. Sandy Mount House is a lovely place to eat. Great walks from the door. Would re...more
A beautiful spot and excellent location for exploring Anglesey. Accommodation was exceptional, very well equipped. We had both sections of the barn which was good for the family, 3 generations, to spread out and have some space. The garden is good for the kids, swings were a bonus. (Need to upgrade the bbq). Lots of information available at the venue. A 5 minute drive to a large retail outlet, Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi, KFC etc. Everywhere seemed to be no more than 30 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property.
Off the hook was spotless throughout & decorated beautifully. We were greeted to a lovely welcome pack & had everything we needed for a fabulous week in Anglesey. The garden was enclosed and there is a good space for the car. Bed was comfy & bathrooms lovely. Things to improve: sofa is narrow & really not comfortable to sit on. Some blinds/curtains on the patio doors would be helpful for more privacy, people passing behind the property could see straight in & our dog didn’t appreciate this either especially staying in a new place. The garden gates were very noisy at night in the wind.
We had a great time, the location was perfect right beside the beach. The property was comfortable with a small enclosed rear garden for the dog.A short walk to the shops and restaurants. We have booked again for next year Thank you Paul and Catherine
Such a wonderful place. Away from it all, cafe next door, cider maker up the road, peace and quiet, wonderful setting. This has been our 2nd visit and will not be our last. The travel from our home in Norfolk took ages, but worth it. Thank you Ty Rhiannon
Great property in a great location. Shower in main bathroom screen badly fitted and did not stop water soaking the bathroom floor. Definitely would benifit from having a tumble dryer especially during wet periods for people staying a week or more However overall would definitely book again as the upsides of the property greatly outweigh the negatives
Had a glorious week in September, have stayed at Lagwn Glas several times before, and once again didn't disappoint. Everything you could need is provided and the house is roomy, warm and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more. No hesitation to recommend and will hopefully return for another visit before too long.
We recently returned home from a wonderful week stay in Rhosneigr at the Moorings - family of five plus Nan and two dogs. What a fabulous house. You couldn’t ask for more (except maybe a mirror in a few of the bedrooms!). The house was wonderfully laid out and plenty of room for us all. The enclosed garden was perfect for our two dogs. Spotlessly clean and a well equipped kitchen. This was our fifth year staying in Rhosneigr with Anglesey Holiday Lettings but this was by far the best house. Hope to return in the future. Thank you and well done AHL
Great accomodation for a group of eight. The balcony a lovely feature along with the small garden area at the back. Booked once again for next year.
Cottage is lovely in a fab location, the kitchen could do with a frying pan or wok to make cooking a bit easier and the fridge is tiny for a family for a week, but it was clean. One of the single beds is horrific, one of us slept on the sofa all week as the mattress is honestly awful. Other than that it was lovely
A quiet location (it was during school time) with well appointed accommodation and not far from a town with good restaurants. I thought I had left a possession behind and the owners checked the premises and reported to me within 10 minutes! By which time I found it at home. So that was good service. Thanks
Pleased to say another wonderful stay with AHL we had the best of weather hot hot hot the apartment was perfect and the sunsets from the window were magical could not of wished for more thank you to Jamie and his great team at AHL see you soon Jeannette
Our two holidays in this cottage have been very comfortable and enjoyable. We love the village and the walks from the cottage.
Really lovely property in the heart of Rhosneigr. It is opposite an entrance down to the beach, and the upside-down aspect to the property means that you have fab view of the sea and sunset from the living area. The kitchen diner is roomy and has a wonderful decked area with bifolds. The kitchen is really well stocked with plates, glasses and cutlery and everything you may need. Living room was large with lots of comfy seating. The bedrooms were also of a reasonable size with two having an en-suite which was also really useful. We loved it so much we booked again for next year. Only marked dow...more
Back to our favourite house on the beach with stunning views… our third stay there this year. So spacious and relaxing with direct access to the beach. We had a fabulous week in Rhosneigr as always. Our dog loved it too!
Brilliant Stay, in a well-looked-after house perfect for families or groups of friends. Location is great, close to the beach and the perfect base for sight-seeing in north wales.
Our second stay at Brackens. So it can't be that bad. However, the beds could REALLY do with attention or replacement. With the house and it's facilities being so good, the poor comfort of the beds really stands out. Our friends left early as the husband just could not sleep due to a bad back. Also, and yes this is picky, but there are 3 toilets. We were left 2 toilet rolls. Would we return for a third vist ?? Possibly. D&T
We had a lovely stay at Ty Mabon and especially enjoyed being able to walk to the beach with our dog. The apartment was smaller than we thought but was very cosy to stay in. The only thing that would.improve it would be more storage in the bedroom (drawers etc) and more coat hangers provided. Was perfect otherwise and we would definitely stay again.
My 2nd stay here at Lakeside & already looking into booking my 3rd visit. . This property has the wow factor for sure. Beautifully placed for the beach & town centre, also car parking space on the drive. On my 2nd visit the property has had a revamp & done very well i must admit. Plenty of space in this property for either small or large families. On a scale out of 10 , Lakeside is well worthy 10.
There were six adults, one six month-old baby and three dogs staying here in this large spacious house which had plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen had everything we needed with lots of crockery, cutlery and utensils. Outside shower was great for rinsing dogs, wetsuits and water shoes. Utility room has large capacity washing machine - weather was good so was able to hang clothes out to dry. Tumble drier would be good for when weather was poor. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Upstairs bathroom was spacious with a great shower - roomy and lots of hot water. Big outside space wit...more
Anglesey is just beautiful, always able to visit new places each time we visit. Faraway was in a quiet, but perfect location, only a 10 minute walk to the shops and beaches. Seeing the RAF jerts flying over us each day was amazing as were the sunsets you could see down the road towards the beach. Amenities within the house were good, esp the ninja air fryer, we were converted & bought one when we got home! The only issue we had was with the bed in the main bedroom, very springy and squeaked every time one of you moved, disturbing sleep but otherwise a perfect stay, thank you Anglesey holiday L...more
This is our 4th or 5th time at Tyn Lyn . Well equipped cottage . Very cosy and comfortable. Handy for beach and town centre
We had a lovely week in this roomy comfortable house. The view is so good and it didn’t matter what the weather was like there was always someone out on the water. Perfect place for a good sunset. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated the treats that were there on arrival.
What a beautiful cottage and location. The table in the yard at the back was brilliant, on the last night we even got to watch the jets on training while having our dinner, most nights we watched the bats flying around too. Everything you could need for your stay, location is close to so many of our favourite places in Anglesey. Decorated beautifully and very welcoming with milk and biscuits provided on arrival, hand wash, washing up liquid, cleaning spray, everything was included. The only slight negative is the cleanliness, the vacuum smells really bad when you turn it on, the mop left...more
This was our second stay at Ancones and the level of cleanliness was so much better this time that when we stayed before at Easter. This house is great for a larger family or even friends staying together due to the privacy afforded with every bedroom having its own bathroom. Brilliant views of the sea combine with exciting jet take offs at Valley from the kitchen window - we loved watching from here. The lounge area is really decent size with plenty of seating on 2 large sofas and an additional chair. The property is in the upper part of the village which is close to several short walks down ...more
Stayed here for 1 week, lovely house very clean and tidy, thought the welcome pack was a nice touch even a little treat for the dog, location is amazing straight out onto the Dunes or watch the jets from the terrace, minutes walk from bars and restaurants will definitely be returning
Lovely accommodation mostly, great location , spacious and modern. The settee in the lounge however was very uncomfortable as it seemed to have sunk in the middle, and we were really disappointed that the tv wasn’t a smart tv, it was just a basic tv, so no apps etc, we could only watch live tv, this may seem a small thing but honestly it has been years since we have stayed in holiday accommodation and couldn’t watch what we wanted in the evening. The tv and the settee made us feel like the accommodation had been provided with old cast offs, rather than thinking what guests may need/ want. Oth...more
Seascape offers a lovely comfortable location to simply relax and enjoy the fantastic beaches or go sightseeing around the wonderful island of Anglesey. You’ll never tire of the view from the terrace and you have direct access to the beach. The property is conveniently located for the cafe’s and bars in Rhosneigr, also well equipped to cater for you and your family. We had a great time here and will definitely be back for another stay.
We had a lovely stay at Cae Cloc, 4 adults, 2 children and a dog in total. House was comfortable, good beds and very clean. Good outdoor area for the kids and dog to run around when not at the beach! Fantastic location, all shops, restaurants beach etc a very short walk away. Also a great welcome pack on arrival, loved the dog treats - very thoughtful :) Would recommend and would stay again.
Our 2nd stay in Coed Y Lllan. Perfect for large families with pets. The property has been repainted in many areas since our last stay. The kitchen is large and fully equipped and the large dining area makes it a lovely place to have meals with family. Bedrooms are also a great size. We had a couple of teething problems during our stay with a broken bed (which was sorted fairly quickly) and several of the showers over flowing and flooding the floor (also a problem during our last stay and so clearly an ongoing issue) but these were attended to promptly by maintenance and the owner. We had a lov...more
Upon arrival, the 'designated' parking space is totally inadequate for any car to park their. It is about the size of a dining table. Fortunately, we were able to park adjacent to the designated parking space but were unaware this was available in the information provided. The accommodation is good but the lack of wardrobes is an inconvenience and the bathroom is in need of decor touch-ups. Having said this, the views are stunning and the location is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.
We had a very enjoyable stay. The cottage is very comfortable and well furnished. It was in a good location to explore the beautiful island. We enjoyed the National Trust properties nearby and had some wonderful coastal walks. The welcome pack was thoughtful and appreciated as was the welcome pack left for our dog. The only thing I would mention is the cottage is on different levels with a few large steps inside.
Had a brilliant few days in this cottage, we were so lucky with the weather and the walk down the estuary leads to the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. We used the charger for our car without any issues, cannot think of anything negative about the cottage perfect for us, we have booked again for 2025 to explore North Wales further.
Great designed and fitted property with good sized bedrooms, and bathrooms with a great open space living arera.
At the time of our holiday the building was being re-roofed and it was surrounded by scaffolding. Anglesey Lettings team kept us informed right up to our holiday, they gave excellent service. We really like the apartment. An amazing view of Rhosneigr Bay with it fabulous sunsets. Everything was provided within the apartment which was a short walk to a few eateries and couple of shops. The beach is a gentle stroll away taking about 7 minutes. One can park on Station Road or in Victoria Court, the beach side of the building. The road side was better for us because mom (93) had a mobility sc...more
The property is in a great location close to shops restaurants and the beach. It is well equipped with everything you need including a washing machine! The bed was comfortable and the overall area was quiet giving us a very restful and peaceful week. Good value for the price paid. It is worth noting that some cafes and restaurants close down outside of summer season so options for eating out are limited especially if you don’t want to drive. I Recommend the Oyster Catcher
Beautiful house in a lovely position overlooking fields and Holyhead mountain. The house is large and spacious and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom are fabulous. Our children spent hours watching the sheep, cows, foxes, badgers and rabbits in the field below. We met the owner as we had an issue with the blinds but he came straight away and helped us with it. It was interesting listening to him telling us how he built the house. It is in an ideal spot for visiting Treaddur Bay itself, tucked away in a quiet spot at the end of a lane but not to far to walk down. The only issue we had ...more
This is our fourth stay on the complex, in a different apartment each time. We would not choose to stay in this apartment again, preferring the other 2 larger apartments we have stayed in. Our only complaint was the very uncomfortable bed in the downstairs bedroom. It was very hard and this could easily be remedied by adding a mattress topper. Also the pillows were hard and uncomfortable and need replacing. Although the bedding was clean it was not crisp and fresh which would not have mattered so much had the bed been comfortable overall.
The house was the perfect base for our family holiday, beautiful garden area with a hot tub and games room was just brilliant for those family nights in. The location couldn’t have been better with absolutely no noise pollution. Just us, the stars and the occasional moo from the neighbourhood cows! Every bathroom and bedroom was sparkling clean and the house had all the amenities we needed and more! I would say you definitely need a car to travel around and explore the beauty of Anglesey but there are some gorgeous walks. The beaches are just stunning too, they’re hard to beat and so quiet too...more
We had a three night stay in The Little Nest recently and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The location was great for exploring coastal walks and the beautiful beaches in the area. The White Eagle was an added bonus, welcoming staff and very dog friendly. We liked it so much we’ve booked to go again next year
A lovely house proximity to the beach perfect, we enjoyed our stay as the house was very comfortable, Some upgrades to the kitchen would be an improvement as it was rather basic with utensils also the garden area was very tired and for a family with young children or an elder quest quite a few steps to contend with, Overall a lovely holiday home and we would certainly look at booking again in the future.
We stayed here for a week at the end of September. What a lovely comfortable cottage! Spotlessly clean, well equipped and nicely furnished. It is very well located and we loved the walk through the village down to the estuary and along to the beach, perfect if you have a dog. We also loved the proximity to the amazing tearoom opposite! We had a wonderful week and I hope that we'll come back again.
The cottage is comfortable and clean with all the comforts of home. We loved the location and only a short drive to our favourite places on the Island. The Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need if you want cook for yourself. The local shop a short walk across the fields or minutes in the car provide all the essentials. The chippy at Rhosneiger is great to pick up food after a day out sightseeing.
We really enjoyed our week at Rhonwil. The bungalow is on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is in a great location, close to both the centre of the village and the beach. The property had everything we needed. Private garden which was great for our dogs. Lovely towels and bed linen. Beds and sofas are comfy. My elderly mum has mobility problems and the property was perfect. The only negative is that the wardrobes, particularly the rear bedroom, had a slight damp smell, but it is evident that the owner is trying to improve this. I recommend Rhonwil. I will definitely book any future holidays with An...more
I recently stayed at Porth Crigyll in Rhosneigr, and it was an excellent experience. The location is fantastic, just a short stroll to the beach, making it perfect for morning walks or relaxing by the sea. It's also within walking distance to local shops, which was very convenient. One of the highlights of the stay was the view of the runway at RAF Valley, offering a unique and fascinating perspective for aviation enthusiasts. The property itself was spacious and spotlessly clean, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. For the price, it offered great value for money, combining comfort,...more
Very disappointed with this property. No doormats anywhere to put dirty shoes on. Cobwebs everywhere including inside the crockery cupboard . Had to wash everything before we could use it. Broken toaster. Rusty dirty plate drainer. All the blinds are covered in mould and mildew . It needs deep cleaning from top to bottom It needs decorating. Window ledges covered in insect droppings. T.V. screen covered in run marks and smudges. Boarded up window in the back door. No door on the upstairs shower so water pours all over the floor. The downstairs shower door doesn't fit prop...more
6 of us stayed here very comfortably . It was clean, spacious & very well kitted out with everything you need & the view & sound of the sea was very relaxing. We struggled using the induction hob but after multiple readings of the manual, we finally sorted it The beds & bed linen are of a very high quality & the overall decor felt classy & luxurious. The only slight downside was that 2 couches in the living room could probably do with a refresh & refill of some of the cushions, but we really loved our stay & everything in Rhosneigr village is only a 2minute walk away. Stunning accommodation. Beautifully furnished. Comfortable beds. Your cleaner needs a bonus as the place was immaculate. The outside sitting area was peaceful and so relaxing. Views of the sea, lovely. Perfect location. Dog friendly. Our dogs loved it. On arrival we were greeted with a lovely box of shortbread and bags of treats for the dogs, so thoughtful. Highly recommend this accommodation. The only minor things missing was a kitchen cheese grater and a hanging towel holder in the small toilet.
We took our family, my daughter and her husband and their two children (aged 4 and 12 weeks). For a proper beach holiday. We often go abroad, as my son in laws family live abroad and we enjoy lovely holidays. We all said this holiday was absolutely amazing, and was, if not more, enjoyable. The house itself is lovely, very comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy chilling out. The road down to the house from the main road is narrow, and is single track, we never met another car as it only serves the house. The conservatory has the most amazing views over the lake. No better location for us - perfect beach access when taking dogs in warmer weather. Bed relatively comfortable My personal preference is less bushes in the garden as the dogs kept trying to disappear in them all the time and outside light perhaps a good idea in darker the evenings but on the whole we had a great stay here and enjoyed it.
Had everything we needed. loved the welcome tray - was very welcome. wi-fi was a little glitchy. Would definitely stay here again
This property is excellently positioned. The area is perfect, locals all very friendly and the location with all amenities in close distance. The views from every window are fantastic, the inside of the house is mostly wonderfully decorated and very comfortable, however it requires a little maintenance. We had some issues with lights in the main bedroom. The chair in the lounge has seen better days and the decking of the balcony was dangerous. The hot tub wasn’t ready for us to use on the day of arrival but was a lovely touch for the Saturday. Unfortunately on the day of departure we had someo...more
Perfect location for the beach and village, spotlessly clean, garden secure for the dogs, off road parking.
This is the second time I have stayed at the Nest, both have been for special occasions. The place is amazing, well maintained, comfortable, and definitely has a wow factor. The White eagle below also adds to the experience, where the staff are fantastic .
As this house has something for everyone we couldn’t wait to get back- and we weren’t disappointed! Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday but very sad to hear it will no longer be available. Thanks for sharing your gem of a property.
From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we had a fabulous holiday. The house was everything we needed. I've never stayed in a holiday rental with such a well equipped kitchen. The secure back garden was excellent for both the dogs and grandchildren. So close to the beach and restaurants etc. Would definitely think about staying here again if we needed accommodation for 8 people,
We stayed for 4 nights. Found the apartment to be tidy with everything we needed for a short stay. The beds were comfy although 1 mattress was a little lumpy and the ‘couch’ in the front room could do with being replaced but overall we didn’t really have any complaints. The location is spot on with a short walk to the beach/pub/restaurants and is a good base for visiting anywhere on the island in the car. The chip shop next door is handy too and there is a shop right across the road to stock up on any essentials. Would definitely recommend.
We really enjoyed staying here for the weekend. Brilliant location meaning once the car was parked we had no need to use it. Everything you could need was here and available. Could tell it was an old building as it did have a slight dampy smell, not overwhelming though. Main bed is small, was ok for us and for a few nights. But if you’re tall it probably won’t be the best for you. For a short break I’d say absolutely brilliant but anything longer than that we would have struggled I think with the bed in particular. Would return for a weekend.
Loved our stay here.great sized enclosed garden for our dog. Very clean. There’s a baby gate at the top of the stairs and a travel cot . Everything you need for a great stay.
