My wife and I have 5 children between us so we often struggle to find somewhere to accomodate us all. We found this place and thought it looked perfect on the photos. Large enough to accomodate us all, but snug enough that it feels homely. This property has obviously been recently renovated because it is impeccable. There are 4 bedrooms- the master bedroom with an ensuite. There is a large family bathroom and a seperate smaller bathroom. The kitchen is on the ground floor and opens onto a patio with a BBQ. There are an upstairs living room with a further raised patio and stunning views ove...more
The amount of thought put into the preparation of this cottage was phenomenal . Every cupboard or drawer we opened revealed yet another effort to make the stay perfect. There was even a colander which we used for the eclipse! The comfort of the beds, along with the sea air, ensured I slept like a top, better than at home. The furnishings were so tasteful that I sourced the lamp shades and bought two whilst on the island. The welcome bag was a lovely touch and we really enjoyed the fluffy white towels. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the owner for providing such a lovely relaxing ...more
Had a lovely weeks break , it was in excellent condition and every thin you needed was at hand. Only one issue the hot water is to hot, needs a check as we nearly soldered ourselves, shower is hot too.
We had a wonderful stay at The Old Pottery Rhosneigr a dream home perfect beach location for a relaxing holiday. The Old Pottery had everything and it was spotlessly clean on arrival and very comfortable with plenty of nearby places to eat and drink and a couple of minutes walk to a wonderful beach also a huge thank you to Anglesey Lettings for making everything so easy from booking to arrival. We can’t wait to come back
Had a lovely week staying at The Escape. The apartment is comfy, spotless and in a great location, with stunning sea views. It also has off-road parking, and is a very short walk away from the beach, cafes, shops etc. It was a little on the snug side for four adults, but would be perfect for fewer people or a small family. Would happily stay there again!
Absolutely fantastic couldn’t fault the Hoot. Excellent location for exploring Anglesey, stunning inside and amazing views outside. Spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed. Everything you need. We met the host and they are lovely and friendly. Definitely recommend
We had a wonderful stay at The Boathouse, so much so we rebooked for next year! It is a property with the WOW factor, a short stroll from the beach, local restaurants etc. Can't wait to be back!
Had a lovely couple of days at this cosy place. The customer service was great and I received accurate instructions on all relevant information about the accommodation
I have stayed here now 3 times and always look forward to my stay. The house has everything you need and arguably one of the best views in the village. It really doesnt need my review as its more or less booked solid 12 months in advance...
The house is lovely, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The area was very quiet and the garden was nice and secure for our dog. The kitchen was well equipped and the only thing missing was a teapot. The location was excellent just a five minute drive from the beautiful Benllech beach.
This was an exceptional property. Beautifully decorated, superb location, very comfortable and well equipped. Parking was no problem. We couldn’t park outside the house for the first couple of days but there were spaces further up the road. We hope to return.
We were lucky to live in this house for two weeks and we felt totally at home. There was plenty of space for parents, grandparents and teenagers. The bedrooms were very generously sized and well furnished, so you could spend more time in there. Us oldies were on the top floor, which had sea views and an amazing family bathroom. The first floor rooms were really nice and the twin room was a great room for teenagers, complete with Tv and sofa. Also on the first floor was a small laundry room with washing machine and separate tumble dryer. There was also a kettle, and we used this to make our mor...more
2nd stay at Sand Dollar, perfectly placed in the village to get out and about. Everyone enjoyed the garden equipment and toys provided and we were blessed with the weather. Loved that we experienced the eclipse with many others down on the beach. We would have loved to have re-booked for next summer 2027. However, we like others must love this property and our preferred date was already booked. A great house for multi generation groups. Thank you.
We had a wonderful time at Sandaig. A very well equipped and laid out house, a home from home, six adults and so much space we loved it and will definitely be back
Excellent position for the beach, lounge a bit small compared to the big kitchen. Big parking area at the front of the house. Back yard small, not something I would use, it could have done with a lockable gate to put my paddle board and gear. I would to look to book next year.
Y Cei is a lovely holiday cottage in a fabulous location. Well equipped, comfortable with all your holiday needs catered for, we hope to return next year.
From start to finish everything was perfect. The property is amazing. With everything you could need and more The owner was lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely return
We loved the location in Rhosneiger and the access to the beach. The house has a nice upside down design with living accommodation on the top floor. However the bedrooms are very small with only one of the four rooms having a wardrobe or any hanging space. It was a tight fit for five adults and two teenagers. It was hard work preparing food for seven people with one small fridge and limited utensils (initially only three teaspoons for a house that sleeps eight). The property has a small back garden but no table or chairs. We contacted Anglesey Holiday Lettings a few times to raise issues,...more
Second visit here and already booked for next year! Fantastic location with awesome views and sunsets. Well equipped and spotlessly maintained. My only criticism is that the hedges need pruning to make more of the lovely views. Really peaceful and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back
Lovely week in Fronalit. House location is very good with sea view from the master bedroom and a very short walk to the village centre. Kitchen and living area was great for the whole family, the sofa in that area could do with upgrading but the sofas in the snug were very comfy. We ate in Sandy Mount House, Blue Olive and the OysterCatcher, Blue Olive was the favourite. Ice creams from Chaplins are a must for any stay here.
What a beautiful property, lovely decoration, very spacious, lovely and clean, it has all you need, like home from home. The location is perfect, minutes walk to all local amenities, pubs, cafes and the beach. I would highly recommend and would definitely book again.
We booked both properties (4 person and 6 person) and it made a great base for a group holiday. Nice spacious living areas with well stocked kitchens. Comfy beds and a big enclosed garden. Appreciated the dog friendly touches like the stair gates and our dog had a great time playing with the farm dogs Whilst it was near the A55 and the flight paths we only noticed this when out in the garden Overall a lovely house and would consider staying here again
We stayed in spring and had such a lovely time we booked again in July. The house is very nicely appointed, comfortable and clean - the space worked very well for us. The location for the beaches is great and for popping up to the shops too. Anglesey Lettings very responsive when we couldn't use the key. The only trouble we had this time was that it was summer and we needed the rear doors open for air and to use the garden. The noise from the care home at the rear was quite intrusive, with ambulances and people coming and going and we had the ambulance and drivers literally parked tight alo...more
We had a great time at number 66 which is based right in the heart of the town - handy for everything. The outside area is properly enclosed which is important if you have a dog. It also gets sun at all times of the day. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We would have liked to have had lighter duvets on the beds as they were overly warm. A dust-pan and brush would have been welcomed to sweep the floors as we went along, but there is a hoover in the cupboard under the stairs. We would happily return here.
Another lovely week in Rhosneigr booking etc made easy by the AHL team. The house was great, very comfortable, plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. It was good to have some outdoor space and we really enjoyed the pool table and dart board. Would happily stay here again. Diolch
We loved our stay at Hen Golchdy in Abberfraw. Our cottage was just the right size for our family and right next to the most wonderful river, beach and sand dunes network we’ve ever visited. The walks from our doorstep to Rhosneigr or across the dunes were magical and we found the location to be a perfect base to explore the wider island delights. We look forward to our next visit for sure!
We had a fantastic week at Chelford in glorious weather. The bungalow is lovely and the open plan layout is great for everyone to be together. Our dog loved the garden. We’ve stayed in a lot of holiday homes and there are a few bits that we thought could be improved here. The oven and hob aren’t great. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but what we did make was difficult due to the quality of the oven and hob. The dishwasher also doesn’t do a great job every time. The crockery is very random. It would be better to have a full set rather than what seems like odds and ends. Glasses and mugs are li...more
We have stayed at Tamarisk numerous times and this stay was just as good. The bungalow is spotless, well equipped and in an excellent location with great sea views. Plenty room for us 2 adults and 2 collies. We will be back again
This holiday cottage was an almost for us, very nearly perfect. It felt newly furnished and was to a very high finish. Evening views were stunning (you will need to bring your own outside furniture like we did). There was one main problem that means we unfortunately won't book it again. The bed was a has a cheap extra firm orthopedic mattress which felt like sleeping on concrete. I've lived my life working away in hotels and we holiday 3 or 4 times a year in the UK each year - I've never slept on a mattress that was so uncomfortably hard. Reading about the specific mattress online says it ...more
Very comfortable. Bonas having tge downstairs bedroom and bathroom great location everything was perfect
This is our third visit to the property, as always perfect in every way, especially as the weather was brilliant this time
We had a another two week stay at Faraway this Summer and we had a fabulous family holiday. Our children are 4th generation to Rhosneigr so it is a very special place for us and Faraway accomodates us all so well. Sadly we were not quick enough with our booking and have to book ano property next year as its already booked up! Hopefully we will get our act together for 2028! It is well stocked with everything you need for your holiday. We had one problem with the washing machine but it was quickly sorted and they could not have been more helpful. Thx you for the extra glasses & water jugs ...more
What an excellent property, every minute the views across the estuary are changing. Everything 5 star apart from a couple of things. Lack of tea cups and various size glasses, plus furniture for outside dining with that amazing view sadly lacking, tired and broken.
Bluebells is a lovely property located in a great spot that is handy for places to eat, a beach near by and fantastic views of the sea. The decor is beautiful, we all enjoyed our stay. The only small niggle we had was that there are no large serving spoons so it was difficult to dish up food.
We have stayed in these cottages before but were a little disappointed in Ty Rhiannon. There was not a full complement of crockery in the kitchen. But the real let down was the bathroom! The shower had very stained grouting and sealant and the shower and sink were completely blocked. We had to contact the office several times before getting an answer. The problem was rectified but the exterior of the toilet was left dirty. We were surprised after such a good experience previously and disappointed with what seems up be some key issues that were overlooked. We will think twice about booking agai...more
Lovely peaceful stay, walking distance to the beach. Quiet, tranquil week with the family. Apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing week.
Fantastic position with amazing views Everything you need is provided Cafe, restaurants and pubs all walking distance and very welcoming Best 70th birthday ever had!!
We had a lovely week staying at 4 Y Bonc. We’ve stayed in Rhosneigr before and it was in a great spot, close to beach and shops. It was a very hot week, but luckily the bedrooms being downstairs was brilliant and they stayed cool, so we had great sleeps. The house was very comfortable and everything you could think of was available to use. I’m sure we’ll be back to Y Bonc again. Lovely welcome bag too. Thank you.
Stones Throw was perfect for us. The garden is fully enclosed which was ideal for our dog. It’s in a great location near the beach and restaurants.
A lovely little apartment in a small quiet complex. Clean and comfortable and parking on site. As others have said a lamp in the lounge would be useful and so would a fan but I took my own so not an issue. The Welcome Pack is a lovely addition. Lovely uncrowded beach within easy walking distance. Cafe next door is lovely. Would definitely recommend and I hope to return.
Great positioned property , really comfortable . Great relaxing areas parking was available at the rear of the property , but we parked outside the front all week. Overall we enjoyed our holiday here . And would definitely come back .
Thank you so much for a great stay at The Moorings, Rhosneigr. We last visited Rhosneigr with our two children over 20 years ago and have just returned with one married with two young boys and the other with her boyfriend. The house was amazing and such a great space to spread out. We made full use of the barbecue, beach stuff and washing machine (will bring our own pegs next time) and the boys loved the snug as their playroom. Nice to have several options for dining and a spacious hallway. The garden was put to use as well and location was great for Broad Beach, which we prefer, both during...more
We had a lovely stay as always as we do come every year, our dog loved the beach, the weather was fantastic all week, I have one suggestion thou and I did bring it to your attention last year, the duvet does not fit the actual cover there is about two foot on either side with nothing in it just sheet, ok for weather we have just had but would be rather chilly in winter months, other than that a fantastic stays
The apartment and location are brilliant. Beds are a bit uncomfortable because they are so hard. The sofas smelt of dog after a few days which was a bit off putting, otherwise this is a great place to stay and we love Aberffraw.
We had an enjoyable stay in this spacious, modern and clean self-catering accommodation. It is set in a wonderfully rural location, with some fantastic coastal walks right from the doorstep. The beach is just a short stroll away and has a mix of sand and stones. The accommodation was generally clean, tidy and well equipped. However, the double bed was very soft, and one of the sofas was also very soft and sloped noticeably, keep in mind if you suffer with your back. The location is very peaceful, but it is worth being aware that there are no pubs, shops or restaurants within walking dis...more
Wonderful views from the house which is well equipped with everything you need for a family holiday. The children loved exploring the grounds and blackberry picking. The large barbecue was well used and a welcome addition. It was lovely and clean with plenty of gas. (not always the case in some other holiday homes we’ve stayed in)
This was the sixth time that we’ve stayed at Ty Traeth….and we’ll be staying again next year! It fulfills all our requirements for a family holiday for 9 with ages from 3 to 77. The house is well located near the village shops and the beach and can easily accommodate 3 cars on the private driveway without blocking each other in. There is a gate at the end of the drive that makes the garden secure for small children and any pets….all in all a great place to stay.
The house was a perfect location for our stay, everybody had their own rooms to themselves and we enjoyed the break.
We have stayed here a number of times. The house is great, comfortable and has everything you need there. Location is perfect (1 min walk from the beach and 4 mins from the village). Will definitely be back again!
The house is spacious. The location is perfect. Lots of things to do around. We had a great time. Limited supplies in the house: 3 toilet rolls, 5 washing tablets, no laundry detergent/powder, 5 tea bags, some sachets of sugar and 3 sachets of milk. Better book your supermarket delivery beforehand.
Disappointed not to have a welcome pack this year had to go straight out to buy tea etc. property could do with a through clean of the windows.
We had a lovely time in this home . It's well maintained, modern and comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms downstairs. The kitchen is great with lovely dining area and a decked terrace through bifold doors .. The house felt very toddler safe for our 2 year old granddaughter and there. Location is great too as very near the beach, shops, ages and restaurants .
Had a lovely stay at Lakeview. It’s an excellent location a short walk from beaches, sand dunes and the lake across the road. Only a short walk into town/shops. A great base to explore the island/wider area. It’s a good size and felt bigger than it looks in the photos. It was spacious enough for our party of 6, although only one shower. We had everything we needed though and the welcome pack was handy.
Our second visit to Rhos Colyn. Can t fault the apartment. Any one with mobility issues would struggle with the steep stairs.
We recently stayed here with our two dogs and, overall, had a lovely stay. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the main town, making it easy to get around. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. There are a few things worth mentioning for future guests. The 5 pm check-in time felt quite late, especially after a day of travelling. If you’re bringing dogs, be aware that the garden isn’t fully secure. There’s a gate at the end of the garden that smaller dogs could easily get through, and during our stay, other dogs entered the garden on two occasions...more
Our cottage was lovely. Well equipped, comfortable beds, good location for visiting the island. We had a very enjoyable stay.
Ideally situated in the heart of Rhosneigr. Perfect for the coastal path, lots of great walks and the beach a stroll away. Stunning sunsets and lots of places to eat and drink outside, with friendly dogs everywhere. Our room was clean and comfortable with the sound of the Hawk jets training, the viewing area was not far away, close to the golf course and railway station. There is a kettle, toaster, air fryer, microwave, cutlery and crockery with washing up liquid and handwash, tea towels and lovely bath and hand towels. Perfect stay for my birthday treat. Just one thing, the hot water is red ...more
Nice roomy house , clean bedrooms and bathrooms, big spacious kitchen and lounge with lovely view of the beach . Excellent location in the middle of the village. A lovely spacious veranda off the kitchen with nice rattan furniture , but the area was not clean - cobwebs and bird droppings and the cushions for the furniture were dirty and stained . Cooking trays , crockery and glasses that we used all had to be washed before use.
Perfect for our needs before moving on to Off the Hook for another two weeks. Parking ok but gateway very narrow as my wife found out! Otherwise nicely presented and an enjoyable stay - thank you.
straightforward and clearly signposted, especially with the location details in advance. Spacious accommodation, very clean, plenty of linen and bathroom towels and everything worked. Garden very nice a and tidy and a pleasure to enjoy in the evening. One consideration would be to possibly increase the garden furniture. Nevertheless a vey good break in great surroundings.
The House is lovely in a great location and very modern. Could be improved by replacing the blind I. The kitchen diner, it was broken but usable however it needs a black out blond as the heat from the sun makes unbearable to eat and sit in later in the day. A small issue for us was the noise the floor boards make above the ground floor bedrooms, if someone was up then everyone was up as they creaked so badly. No one else has mentioned this so we may just be overly noise sensitive. All in all would recommend and would probably return,
Easy to find, easy free car parking, well equipped house for us (a couple) close to a main road and a lovely cafe a few steps from the door. Stunning views of Snowdonia. Just a few minutes from the town of Rhosneigr with lots of watersports, eateries and even more great beaches. Don't miss the gentle coastal walking with great views either. We will be back!
Couldn’t fault a thing except for the fact I am a disabled ambulatory person and sadly the downstairs bathroom was advertised as disabled, which it wasn’t. The cottage itself was heavenly in a lovely location in Anglesey but sadly we couldn’t return as the facilities were not there for my needs. I spoke to a lovely member of staff on the first day explaining my situation we agreed the wet room was indeed beautiful as the rest of the property, I explained my need for a transfer seat in the shower, bless her she did her best but came back and said sadly there was nothing available. Therefore my...more
Bay view is in an excellent location, a short walk from the beach and the center. We had a lovely stay for our holiday in June , the weather was lovely which helped. The only thing that I would point out was that some rooms are looking a bit tired so may need a spruce up but saying that we didn’t spend all that much time in the apartment as we were out for most of the day - we will be back very soon
We have just returned from a 12 night stay at Bryn Eglwys and truly had an amazing holiday. The apartment is gorgeous, extremely well equipped, with everything we needed. The weather was fantastic so I even used the washing machine! The Kingsize bed was so comfy that I ordered the same quilt and pillows as soon as I returned home. We holiday in Rhosneiger a couple of times every year, as it really is our most favourite place it was our first time in this apartment. I can definitely say that it won't be our last. Having your own parking space outside the apartment is also really handy. We norma...more
We had a lovely two night stay in Anglesey. The location was peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to relax. There was good parking, and the property was clean and tidy on arrival. We also appreciated the nice welcome pack, which was a thoughtful touch. There are a few areas that could be improved. The furniture is looking quite tired and would benefit from being updated. The freezer compartment of the fridge needs defrosting, as it was heavily iced up. It was also a little confusing to find dishwasher tablets provided even though there wasn't a dishwasher. Overall, we enjoyed our ...more
We stayed here for 2 weeks as 2 adults with our adult daughter visiting for a few days with her baby .Very comfortable house with everything we needed for our stay.We very much enjoyed the central location and secure garden which was a sun trap and great to have comfortable loungers. Great to have an outside tap and good area outside for drying wet kit . Our only comment would be that the fridge is small ,a larger fridge freezer would be a great benefit especially if the house is at full capacity or you want to do a larger fridge freezer shop to avoid multiple shopping trips. Many thanks t...more
The house is a great size for a family gathering however I feel a few extras to comfortably enjoy the outside space would be great . Maybe a sofa on the patio with some shade. Patio and house get very hot you need your sunglasses on for breakfast Some of our guests said the mattresses where thin and uncomfortable in the downstairs rooms however we found the master bedroom fine The fridge ice a water dispenser didn’t work so needs attention . Improvement on the welcome pack if 10 people arrive with 2 loo rolls not great . Dishwasher rinse aid should be provided. The rental is expensive would ...more
Dwylan was a truly lovely place to stay. The large sofa and the sofa and chairs in the smaller sitting room are so comfortable. The beds were comfy and the master bedroom had memory foam pillows that we now are looking at buying for ourselves. The master room did not have any wardrobe space, only drawers which was unusual, but not a deal breaker. There is some outside space, which is not pictured in the listing, there is an outdoor table and chairs, a washing line and a brick built BBQ area, alongside some astroturf. It is not large and could be improved on, but it was still good to have. The...more
This was the second time we had stayed at Ty Capel Bach (the first being in June 2025). The property is comfortable and well equiped and in a great location as far as we are concerned. The only issue we had this time around related to the new central heating system and had to get housekeeping/maintenance services to pop round to try to rectify. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here again.
We had another really good week at Y Stabl, where we’ve been coming to for a few years.. The location is excellent, nice and peaceful with great views and just a mile or so from Rhosneigr centre.. The cottage itself does need a little bit of work but I believe the owners are aware eg bathroom modernisation, new washing machine and perhaps a new sofa etc but it’d still decent enough.. For us it’s the location and the peace.. booked for next year already but next door at The Granary as it looks slightly more modern inside but both are great.
The Granary is a lovely comfortable peaceful cottage overlooking farm land but within easy reach of shops beaches etc. The lovely private patio is ideal for those who like to relax in the sun and the cottage has every facility required to make your holiday a wonderful break. We will certainly be staying there again in the future.
On arrival oil was needed and came the following day, we settled in and we're pleased to see new sofas in the living area which recline and these were amazing. But the walls are still peeling and need freshening up in both lounge and bathroom. On the second day the downstairs toilet broke and needed fixing. Anglesey HL sent someone out but it couldn't be fixed fully without a part and was a pain as I didn't like using it for fear it worsening. They came back with part on day 4 of our stay and fixed it but it did kinda spoil things a bit. That being said this house is in a lovely spot for us as...more
We have been regular customers of Anglesey Holiday lettings for approx 6 years . AHL demand a certain standard from the owners of the available properties . Hafan is no exception to this standard . It is very good. We feel at home there and we plan to keep returning. The weather was incredibly hot during our stay and perhaps if this type of heatwave is forecast to continue, then the owners may consider blinds or partial blinds for the garden room? Also more robust blinds for the lounge - to make those areas more bearable and comfortable during hot weather? Fortunately we had taken 3 fans ...more
I have marked down this property while the location was perfect and we have stayed here before and enjoyed our stay,I have to say the garden area left a lot to be desired because of the dirt and grit and I don’t mean sand covering the patio area and sitting area before we could use them, the barbecue was covered in dirt so that had to be scrubbed before we could use it, now I do understand the weather has a lot to do with this but I would have thought the cleaners who would have had from 11.00 am until 5.00 pm to clean would have looked at the garden area . Sorry to leave this review as the r...more
Very spacious bungalow with a lovely conservatory and g plan corner sofa, however it is very dated in places. Money spent on blinds but it needs to update bedrooms and bathrooms. Our bedroom wardrobe smelt of damp. I didn’t put my clothes in there as didn’t want them smelling. Just needs modernising and bringing up to spec Still had an enjoyable holiday though with a five minute walk to the beach ️
Overall Spring Tide is a very good holiday home. Great Location ample room for the number of guests it says it will accommodate. Good layout of rooms great size secure garden. The garden furniture is the biggest disappointment it needs replacing its broken and no sunshade available. A couple of items, in the property need replacing coffee machine, the blind in the main bedroom broken and couldn't be fixed during our stay which meant keeping the blind closed. Bathrooms are good Kitchen is a good layout and has plenty of crockery.
We took our grandchildren to Anglesey for a weeks holiday. We had a fabulous time despite the weather being a little cold at the start. But of course, finding the right accommodation for 2 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs was essential. Bron Wendon was the perfect home from home, in a great location overlooking the sea. Being able to walk to the beach was a real bonus! The house was amazing, so comfortable with everything we needed. Thank you.
The apartment was lovely very clean comfortable and compact. Ideally located for access to the coastal path. And the stunning views of porth when beach. Situated directly over the White Eagle so we expected noise but not at the level we experienced. On the Friday night there was a quiz followed by a disco that went on till around 1030 all very loud. Saturday was quieter but on both nights the staff don’t seem to leave till around midnight. So no chance getting an early night. If you enjoy nightlife you’ll be very happy but if like us you like an early start walking and enjoying Anglesey’s ...more
The house was clean and reasonably spacious with good sized bedrooms. The dining area was comfortable although the area for relaxing was rather cramped for six people. Storage space in the bedrooms was not quite adequate. One of the bedrooms had an uncomfortable mattress. In the kitchen there was a shortage of serving dishes and cooking equipment.
I don't want to recommend this property too much because it will make it harder for us to return as often as we do. AHL are always so helpful if there is an issue, large or small. The property is well positioned near our favourite place on the island. (The Oyster Catcher) EV hook up for my car, dog friendly, this place is perfect for our family holidays.
This is the perfect house for a large group. Right on the beach with spectacular views from the garden and balcony. Everything you need is provided and it's just a short walk to the pubs and shops in Rhosneigr.
Excellent property, great location with breathtaking views with direct access to the lovely beach. Would reccomend.
Whilst we had a lovely trip to Anglesey, Hill Top was a bit of a disappointment. We booked on the understanding it was a private garden but when we arrived it was shared. Overall the cleanliness was OK but there was a lot of dog hair on the sofa. Aside from that our stay was fine, I think the bedding needs updating as the pillows were flat as a pancake but that may be personal preference.
We had a wonderful time at Marimar. Knowing Rhosneigr very well, I chose the location for the access to beach and town with parking (vital in August) whilst still providing decent value. The garden is useful and private. Internally it's updated according to it's price and was presented perfectly with little extras like the games, etc. Wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend.
Excellent spacious property in outstanding position. Although we were not able to use the outside area due to weather. Some of the outdoor furniture could do with some TLC . Everything else 5 star
Nice clean well sited flat in old house converted to pub years ago. No mention of very steep access stairs with no proper handrail, one bathroom and one toilet open directly onto communal areas with embarrassing lack of privacy- important when fully occupied. Outdoor roof space next to kitchen vent pipe exits! Usual Anglesey sewage/drain/septic tank problems. Shower plumbing fittings and door could do with attention but that’s all the bad stuff. Would stay again but not with elderly people, only a couple or family due to bathroom /toilet problem mentioned.
We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location is excellent, minutes from the sea and the shops. The double bedroom is small and not really suitable for anyone with mobility issues as it's difficult to manoeuvre around the bed it is very comfortable when you get in it though . Although there are designated parking spaces at the front of the property you don't get to use one ? Not sure why not? As it was out of season we managed to park quite near but not sure if it would be the same in peak season and the car park is £12 per day. We were on ho...more
This was not a bad stay, but there are a few things that were not great. First, this property is advertised as having EV charger. It doesn't, the EV charger in the car park doesn't work, and from the state of it it's quite clear it hasn't worked for a long time. The company must know about it not being functional but a week before when I asked about it they didn't tell me it's not operational, so that's not great. They should have said it doesn't work. There is only one other EV chargers location in the village by the public library, but in the 4 days that we stayed there, this was never avail...more
