Beautifully decorated property, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Anglesey Holiday Lettings staff were super helpful and very on the ball when an issue cropped up, which they had sorted in no time. Excellent communication from them. Our whole family enjoyed the local amenities and proximity to the beach. Will definitely be looking to book again through this company over AirBnB next time we are looking for a trip to Anglesey.

The house is in an excellent location for the beach and village. The upstairs is lovely and the kitchen very practical.
Some minor issues; very old flat pillows on beds, damp smell in one bedroom, living room window seal broken so a lot of noise and wind coming inside.

Booked at short notice to catch a good weather-forecast, this lovely place surpassed my expectations by some distance. The house is not a thing of beauty to look at, and is not 5-star accommodation by any means, but it is relaxed, comfortable, beautifully-clean, well-presented and ideally-located for all of the delights that Rhosneigr has to offer. We had a wonderful time from start to finish and, in similar circumstances, would stay here again without hesitation :)

We went to Llys Celeste for our son’s first birthday and had a ball!

As a family of four (1 year old, 2.5 year old) and a dog the house provided great space for us. We loved the kitchen area and always had the bifolds open - we were blessed with beautiful weather.

We all loved the proximity to the beach - perfect for those 5.30am morning walks with the dog whilst the rest of the gang were still sleeping, and even better for just popping back for the supplies/loo breaks whilst we spent days on the beach.

Absolutely recommend - such a great house in a super location.

What an amazing place to stay. Everything you need to relax and recharge. We'll equipped and plenty of space. Locals very warm. Welcoming and friendly. Fabulous beach walks. Could not fault our stay. Also Anglesey Holiday Lettings were on hand and made sure our stay was smooth. I would highly recommend Llys Celeste and Anglesey Holiday Lettings. Will be using them again.

We absolutely loved staying at Llys Y Celeste. The house was perfect for the ten of us, 6 adults and four children. The living space was great, plenty of room for us all to spread out. We all enjoyed sitting in the window seat taking in the incredible sea views. The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the sea, shops, pubs and restaurants. We had lovely meals at Sandymount House and The Oyster Catcher, and so lovely that we could walk there and back. I may be being picky but the mattress in our room (the front double) could have been comfier but everyone else had a good nights sleep. The carpets were also showing their age, with some stains etc but clean so not a complaint. The kitchen is so well equipped, lots of crockery, glasses etc and very handy having two fridges. Have already recommended to friends and would love to come and stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Llys Y Celeste. I could have spent hours on the window seat, G&T in hand, looking out to the bay and people watching. Amazing family entertaining space in the well stocked open plan kitchen / diner; especially when you open the full length doors onto the balcony area. The configuration of all of the bedrooms meant the family were well catered for, twins, bunks, masters and en suites; perfect. Dedicated parking for 2 cars at the property and plenty more very close by. Llys Y Celeste served us and our friends very well and comes highly recommended.



Overall were happy with the accommodation although some problems with it

Overall, it is a lovely property in a great location. The main downside is that some of the communal areas are too small for the number of people that the house can accommodate - the sitting room is too small which would be helped if there was another sitting area & TV in the kitchen area. Also, the main entrance has very little room to store shoes and coats etc which can become difficult given the number of people the house can accommodate and also trying to deal with dogs coming in and out. Also, it was a shame that the mattresses were not very comfortable - a better quality mattress would have made a big difference to our stay and quality of sleep.

Llys y Celeste was perfectly situated - only a short walk to a beautiful Sandy beach and very close to excellent coffee bars, creperies and restaurants. The house was light and airy featuring a cosy lounge with stunning views of the sea & wonderful sunsets and an open plan well equipped kitchen with access to an outside decking area through glass fold back doors. The bedrooms and lovely modern bathrooms were downstairs on ground level. All perfect for our stay. The staff at Anglesey Lettings were very helpful and we have already booked for next year!

Our fourth stay at Llys y Celeste and not the last, 2023 dates are booked. This is a great house, the open plan space to the upper rear and terrace is perfect for multi-tasking/multi-group living. Plenty of bathrooms. Perfect location, easy access to the beach and high street. Love it.

A fabulous week away with good friends. Delayed due to COVID restrictions, this was well worth the wait. The property was large and allowed adults and kids to find their own space. We never felt like we were in each other’s way. The kitchen/dining area is excellent, the large bifold doors flooding the room with light and giving the sense of an even bigger space than it already is. The snug area with the tv allowed for a few lazy afternoons and evenings when the weather didn’t allow for beach trips.The location is perfect for running off to the beach when the autumn rains give you a window of opportunity. The only draw back to the location is the proximity to the footpaths and cut through. As the bedrooms are downstairs you are closer to the noises when people walk directly past the windows, a small thing, but worth bearing in mind if you stay in the summer months. Thought the pricing for this year was spot on……can’t see the justification for the huge price hike for next year. Shame, because we would have loved to return for another group holiday!

The prices for our properties have increased, there are a few reasons for this, utilities, insurance and council tax being just a few. We can appreciate your concern but please do remember that you are entitled to returning customer discount when you book for the future.

This was our third stay at Llys y Celeste and it won't be our last with two further bookings made for 2022. Can't beat the location nor the design of the house, particularly the rear kitchen and living area. Plenty of room for everyone to be in the same space whilst doing different activities or just lounging around together. The bedroom to bathroom ratio works well and the introduction of a warm water hose outside is very welcome for washing down sandy feet and paws when it's a bit chilly. The owners have done a great job in creating a house that offers the perfect environment for a happy, relaxing holiday for larger groups. The service provided by Anglesey Holiday Lettings was also great, from the ease of booking to the rapid response regarding a couple of small queries we had during our stay. Highly recommend this property and Anglesey Holiday Lettings.

This property is well set out & had plenty of space & bathrooms for 9 adults. The location is great & the view from the front window is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Amazing property with views of beautiful sunsets each evening. Excellent facilities - everything was catered for. Only difficulty we encountered was the stairs in the centre of the lounge caused us a problem with a 2 year old toddler.
Disappointing though to see such a price 'hike' for 2022 otherwise we would have definitely re-booked

This is our second visit to Llys Y Celeste and it won't be our last. The property has been developed superbly for larger groups, allowing space for both time spent together and also for when you might want a bit of 'solo' time. The location is brilliant for the beaches and local services. The housekeeping standard is excellent, the response to any maintenance (rare) or property questions is immediate and the service from Anglesey Lettings is brilliant. We are returning in September and have booked ahead for next year also.

We originally booked a different property, but after 2 cancellations due to restrictions, Jamie at AHL was able to offer us Llys Y Celeste for a long weekend. It was unfortunate that due to the rule of 6, our full party weren't able to enjoy this lovely property for our special weekend - the dining and outside area particularly offer great social areas for larger groups. The location is perfect, just a few steps to the beach to the front and amazing views at sunset and sunrise from the upstairs living room. After many visits to the village, we were pleased to locate a shortcut path behind the property to access the lake or the Oyster Catcher too. A lovely property which we would love to visit again.

I couldn't recommend this property highly enough, it is beautiful inside - the top living floor is really "wow" with the bifold doors opening onto the balcony. The bedrooms are also really comfortable and everybody had their own bathroom with big fluffy bath sheet size towels! The location is brilliant - you can see it from the beautiful sandy beach it is so close, there are plenty of nice bars and restaurants on your doorstep along with a brilliant ice cream shop (that also sells lovely sandwiches and hot dogs/chips for lunch). We had such a good time we extended our stay for another two nights. We will definitely be returning!

We had a great week at Llys y Celeste. The design of the house is perfect for groups, we were a party of 10 and it worked so well for us. So much so that before the week was up we had booked a further 2 separate weeks for next year. The house is kitted out really well, it’s extremely comfortable, has a lovely sea view to the front and a sizeable terrace (not overlooked) to the rear, which when the bi fold doors are open makes a large space bringing the outdoors in and vice versa. The kitchen provides all equipment needed, it has bar seating plus a fabulous large dining table. 4 bathrooms to 5 bedrooms is a very good ratio and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Loved it (in fact, having experienced the house’s new design, we came home thinking about a major overhaul to our own property!)

What a house and what a location. Couldn’t fault anything- extremely well thought out decor and it had absolutely everything you needed and more. The view throughout the top level of the house to the sea was breathtaking. My daughters favourite place was sitting on the window seat reading books and watching the waves.

Beds were comfy, bathrooms were perfect and the outdoor area when the weather was kind was epic.

Location was unbelievable - a short walk to everywhere and everything

Would recommend to anyone - totally kid and dog friendly
