2nd stay at Sand Dollar, perfectly placed in the village to get out and about. Everyone enjoyed the garden equipment and toys provided and we were blessed with the weather. Loved that we experienced the eclipse with many others down on the beach. We would have loved to have re-booked for next summer 2027. However, we like others must love this property and our preferred date was already booked. A great house for multi generation groups. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was ideal for our family group of 10. Plenty of space to spread out Lovely lounge to accommodate everyone, kitchen and laundry room very well equipped. Great to have access to a good coffee machine. Easy access to the lovely beaches. The enclosed garden was ideal for the family dog and the covered area provided an ideal spot for a shaded meal..We booked our next visit before we left

This was so much better than we expected! Great location easy short walk to town and the beach! Plenty of off road parking! Fantastic beds very comfortable with lovely linen. Showers were brilliant loads of hot water great standard! Lovely first floor sitting room with views of the sea and Snowdonia! Well kitted out kitchen with everything you need to home cook including 2 ovens! Great utility room with a second fridge, washing machine and dryer! Enclosed garden that is a real sun trap and includes a lovely sheltered seating area! Honestly this was such good value for money! We had a wonderful time!

Super house which easily accommodated our family group of 5 adults and 5 children. Plenty of space inside and out for all to enjoy. Very well equipped kitchen, spacious dining room and gorgeous lounge with plenty of sofas for all.
The location is perfect, just an easy stroll to beaches, cafes, restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend.

We have been to Sand Dollar twice a year for the last four years. That should tell you enough. We have booked holiday homes for many years now and this is our favourite. High quality furnishings, large family spaces and superbly cleaned. AHL is an incredibly good letting company. Nothing is too much trouble. The owners are very proud of this house - and so they should be. Already booked for next year.

Large spacious property that caters for all ages with downstairs and upstairs en-suite bedrooms
Private and secure garden with lots of toys and games available and so ideal for children and also dogs
Good charcoal barbecue facility and covered outside area also for shelter if needed.
3 minute walk to town centre shops and restaurants and 5 minutes to both beaches
Small improvements would be some more shelving in the bathrooms and small bins in the upstairs bathrooms

We’ve been returning to Sand Dollar in Rhosneigr for several years, and whenever we open the door, it feels like coming home. The house is simply perfect—stylish yet comfortable, beautifully maintained, and designed for a relaxed family holiday. Whether it’s cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, watching the sunset from the upstairs lounge, or walking to the beach within minutes, everything about Sand Dollar encourages you to unwind.

The location is unbeatable—tucked away just enough for peace, but close enough to the beach, shops, and cafes to feel part of the village. Rhosneigr has a charm all of its own, and Sand Dollar makes the most of it with large windows, light-filled spaces, and those little touches that make holidays truly special.

Anglesey Holiday Lettings have been exceptional—efficient, friendly, and always a pleasure to book with. Their attention to detail, quick responses, and thoughtful extras (goodies on arrival!) make everything effortless. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows.

This house has become our family tradition—a place where we’ve made countless happy memories across generations. From beach walks to reading in the sunny garden and family meals around the large kitchen table, Sand Dollar Anglesey Holiday Lettings hold special places in our hearts, and we already can’t wait to return later this year.

Highly recommended—but leave us a week or two!

Your kind words about our team are incredibly appreciated — we do care deeply about what we do, and it’s lovely to know that comes across. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience — we’ll be sure to leave those treasured weeks just for you! And book some lovely weather!! Sand Dollar is a fantastic house with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Everything about the house is comfortable. The lounge is lovely. However, we enjoyed sitting in the dining room playing games and also relaxed in the kitchen. The rooms were far larger than we anticipated. The house is in a great location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It was ideal for our group of eight and we would happily stay there again.

Second time we'd used Anglesey Holiday Lettings, and had another great stay in Rhosneigr.

House was initially difficult to find as it's tucked away, but we were amazed once arrived.
Sand Dollar is spacious, clean, catered with lots of indoor and outdoor games and fully met our needs. Absolutely beautiful.

Gorgeous garden as well for evening drinks in the summer.

We stayed here as 3 families consisting of 3 adults, and 8 children aged 6-11. Plenty of room for us all so that we weren't on top of each other.

A great second stay in this property. Last time was a New Year stay so it was nice to be able to use the lovely garden. The improvement of adding an en suite to the master was most welcome. Not really a negative but maybe some more comfy seating, outside, in the shade of the garden hut might make this house perfect

Either way, we’d definitely stay again. Thank you.

Sand Dollar is a great property in an excellent location, just several minutes from all amenities. We were a family of 10 including 2 young children and there was ample room for us all to enjoy our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the bed linen and towels of very good quality. The kitchen is spacious, with a large table that seats 10, as well as the dining area. It could however do with an update and would benefit from a TV as there is only one TV upstairs in the lounge. The Anglesey Holiday Lettings team were excellent, very friendly, good communication, we had one small problem which was sorted promptly, thank you Barbara for keeping us well informed.

As a family, we have returned to Sand Dollar twice a year since 2020. It is a beautiful, clean, well-kept, modern and comfortable house with a private garden just 2 minutes from the village centre and 5 minutes from the beach. The company, Anglesey Holiday Lettings, are the best we have ever used. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The fact that we keep returning and do not wish to look elsewhere says a lot about the house, the area, and the holiday company!

I agree with all other reviews - this is a 5 star property. It’s absolutely huge with lots of options for bedrooms especially with elderly relatives who can’t manage stairs (on that note a TV on the ground floor would be appreciated). The tuned piano was an unexpected bonus! Loved the huge and relaxing lounge with views. A very special thanks to Anglesey Holiday Lettings for their great customer service. Will definitely book again

The house was very spacious and comfortable for our party of 8. The ground floor en-suite bedroom with walk in shower is particularly recommended for elderly guests. The kitchen and living room are both very spacious and other bedrooms very good. Location is ideal and close to shops and restaurants as well as main beach road. It may be expensive but it’s worth the money.

As a family, we have been visiting Sand Dollar twice a year for the last four years. That,in itself, is a testament to both the holiday property and the letting company. It is an incredibly well appointed upside down house at the centre of Rhosneigr and close to all amenities, plenty to see within a 30 minute drive or just sit in the garden and relax. I have used many different holiday letting companies over the years but non can compare with the friendliness and helpfulness of Anglesey Holiday Lettings. I am a customer for life!

Sand Dollar did not disappoint. Gorgeous property in a fabulous location . The house was clean and modern . The owner had thought of everything even down to providing toys and books as well as a shed full of outside toys which kept adults and children entertained. Close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. Ours had been a weekend away for four generations of the family and we could not have made a better choice. Looking forward to returning again at some point. Highly recommend!

We’ve just spent Christmas week at the lovely Sand Dollar, situated in the heart of Rhosneigr, all amenities a couple of minutes away. We were a party of 8 adults and 2 toddlers, the house was warm and provided enough space for us all to be comfortable. The toddlers were thrilled with their bedroom on the 3rd floor with enough room for the adults to sleep there too. All the beds in the house were extremely comfortable and bed linen and towels of good quality. The entrance hall provided room to hang all our coats and leave mucky boots in. The lounge was big and had fabulous sea views. The kitchen and dining area was also a good space. We had a lovely family Christmas and have already booked Sand Dollar again for Christmas 2024.

We were a party of 5 staying in Sand Dollar for a long weekend. The property is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms spacious and with plenty of hot water. We ate all our meals in the kitchen and used the big table in the hall for crafting and games. The upstairs lounge was really comfy, with plenty of chairs for everyone. The weather was good enough for us to sit out in the garden with coffees and we had evening drinks under the outside pergola. The property was in easy walking distance of the beach and the shops, so a great location for everyone. Would highly recimmend.

The fact that we, as a tri-generational family, have now visited this fabulous upside-down house for the fourth time should speak for itself. It is a well-designed, comfortable, homely, and very well-equipped property offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. It is in a quiet location just two minutes from the village shops and five minutes from the beach which is dog-friendly. We have already booked again for next year! Big thanks to Anglesey Holiday lettings, especially Barbera, who always go the extra mile to ensure we enjoy our stay. Can fully recommend both the property and the letting agency.

Loved the house and location - we loved our stay. I would have given top marks all round , we would just have liked to have seen a deeper clean in some of the rooms. Beds, bed linen and bathrooms were immaculate. I would say the kitchen let it down and in some rooms there were surfaces that clearly hadn’t been wiped down .

We had a really lovely stay at Sand Dollar - 5 adults, 5 kids with loads of space and comfy beds. The bedrooms (3 doubles, 1 twin and 1 triple) suited us perfectly. The lounge area on the first floor had seating areas for all of us to enjoy and get together for karaoke! The kitchen and utility room had everything we needed and the extra fridge was ideal. We didn't really use the garden as it was February, but imagine it would be well used in warmer weather with bbq and firepit. The house is really well located just a few minutes walk from the beach and high street. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying at Sand Dollar again.

Family of 6 adults and 4 children stayed here very comfortably. Plenty of parking space. Quiet location but only a few hundred yards from beach, local shops and bars etc
Rhosneigr beach must be one of the best in the country, clean sandy and shallow water for a long way out.

Once again the family had another fantastic week in Rhosneigr. Sand Dollar was a comfortable, homely, and very well equipped upside down house. There was everything we could possibly need and more. Location is great. Nice and quiet but close to the beach and amenities. Grandchildren loved playing in the garden and many memories were made. Watching the Lionesses semi finals in the gorgeous lounge will be something my 9 year old granddaughter won’t forget! Hope to return soon and would definitely book this lovely, large house again.

Lovely large house with plenty of room for an extended family holiday. House clean and well maintained. Bedrooms are a good size with comfy beds and nice bedding - we all slept well. Jacuzzi bath in upstairs ensuite was very good - massaged some aching muscles from all the walking! Kitchen has a large table and patio doors opening onto an enclosed garden - plenty of space for our young Labrador to play with her toys. There are a couple of steps going down into the garden which our older Labrador, who is blind, struggled with for a few days and needed help until she worked out where the steps were. Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. The large living room is upstairs on the first floor and has lots of comfy seating and a big TV to watch films on. Also has lovely views out through the large glass doors. Great location as only a few minutes to the High Street and Scarlett's fish and chip shop - love the fish from there as well as Aydin's pizzas, and only a few minutes more to the wonderful beach. We have holidayed in Rhosneigr for several years now and always have a great time. We look forward to more happy times there!!

Absolutely beautiful house. Had everything you could ask for. We stayed there over Easter break with age ranges from 1-70+. Everyone loved it!
Perfectly presented, loved the seaside themes throughout. Great garden which was a nice sun trap and really appreciated the kids toys there. All round an excellent house within walking distance of the village and beach.Thank you.

A lovely comfortable, upside-down house. It's location is just perfect with access to the front, just a stroll down to Maelog Lake and through the back, right into the heart of the village for ideal circular walks. The house itself is well-equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Our only negative, perhaps, was that the only TV is in the huge upstairs lounge, but tea and coffee making is downstairs of course, in the kitchen. To guests without the creaking knees and hips of our party, this probably wouldn't be a problem, but we did lament no mini fridge or hot drink facilities on the first floor. We would definitely stay again, however, and recommend this property.

This house suited us perfectly as we had grandparents staying on the ground floor with easy access to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was so well stocked with plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. We used the kitchen table for meals and the large dining table was fab for reading and games etc and this meant the kitchen table was always clear and ready for meals! Our dog (and all of us) loved the garden and it was private and secure. The quality of everything amazed us, the beds, mattresses, quilts were all luxurious. The highlight is the living room, with plenty of settees and lots of windows and large patio doors to enjoy the sea view (at a distance) and relax. We will definitely be booking Sand dollar again. We were blessed with sunny weather and the information received by email from the letting agency prior to the trip was really useful with lots of local information. We were in walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Rhosneigr and also the beach. A fab location and fab house! We will also use Anglesey Holiday Lettings again as they were so helpful prior to booking and helped me decide which accommodation would best suit our varied needs. Thank you.

I contacted Anglesey Holiday Lettings having been let down on a long standing booking in Rhosneigr at the last minute. They directed me towards Sand Dollar and I have to say my holiday was not only rescued but enhanced through the rental of this beautiful well-kept property. I was so pleased that I have already booked again for next year!

A very pleasant stay - near perfect for our needs. have booked again (despite no doubt market driven significant price rise).

A couple of minor points:
WiFi info was not in dining room (as per your instructions) but actually in far corner of second floor bedroom. Previous WiFi hub (disconnected) was I first floor cupboard. Confusion resolved with help of your responsive team.
Would have been useful to have digital padlock on garden gate to allow quicker access with young children to beaches.

we were simply blown away with sand dollar. So many good aspects but the first floor view is something else. We could sit there all day! The location with off road parking is ideal. V high standard throughout... go for it!

We have had a wonderful week staying in the “Sand Dollar”, the property offers a spacious living area which has been beautifully decorated to create a very relaxing atmosphere.
The garden is enclosed and the patio was an ideal size for outdoor eating.
The property was spotless on arrival and had everything we required.
Perfect location as a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
We all really enjoyed our time at the house and had a great holiday. Thank you

Ideal for family groups. There's plenty of space within the house and also a pleasant enclosed garden and patio. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Also beautifully furnished and decorated. The location is ideal, as it is only a short walk to beaches, shops and places to eat out.
