We’ve just spent Christmas week at the lovely Sand Dollar, situated in the heart of Rhosneigr, all amenities a couple of minutes away. We were a party of 8 adults and 2 toddlers, the house was warm and provided enough space for us all to be comfortable. The toddlers were thrilled with their bedroom on the 3rd floor with enough room for the adults to sleep there too. All the beds in the house were extremely comfortable and bed linen and towels of good quality. The entrance hall provided room to hang all our coats and leave mucky boots in. The lounge was big and had fabulous sea views. The kitchen and dining area was also a good space. We had a lovely family Christmas and have already booked Sand Dollar again for Christmas 2024.

We were a party of 5 staying in Sand Dollar for a long weekend. The property is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms spacious and with plenty of hot water. We ate all our meals in the kitchen and used the big table in the hall for crafting and games. The upstairs lounge was really comfy, with plenty of chairs for everyone. The weather was good enough for us to sit out in the garden with coffees and we had evening drinks under the outside pergola. The property was in easy walking distance of the beach and the shops, so a great location for everyone. Would highly recimmend.

The fact that we, as a tri-generational family, have now visited this fabulous upside-down house for the fourth time should speak for itself. It is a well-designed, comfortable, homely, and very well-equipped property offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. It is in a quiet location just two minutes from the village shops and five minutes from the beach which is dog-friendly. We have already booked again for next year! Big thanks to Anglesey Holiday lettings, especially Barbera, who always go the extra mile to ensure we enjoy our stay. Can fully recommend both the property and the letting agency.

Loved the house and location - we loved our stay. I would have given top marks all round , we would just have liked to have seen a deeper clean in some of the rooms. Beds,bed linen and bathrooms were immaculate. I would say the kitchen let it down and in some rooms there were surfaces that clearly hadn’t been wiped down .

House was so well suited to our 2 families with small children - it was above and beyond our expectations- a dream property to spend a week, with every amenity we could want , thought carefully about , beautiful stylish home from home and by the most idyllic beaches and fantastic weather all week . Lovely house in a great location. Only niggle is the front no longer looks like the photo here as the car park has been extended ample room for our 3 cars. Great to have downstairs bedroom with en-suite which was good for grandma would definitely book again

As a family, we have been visiting Sand Dollar so much over the last few years that it is beginning to feel like a second home. Totally recommend this fine house and Anglesey Holiday lettings.

We had a really lovely stay at Sand Dollar - 5 adults, 5 kids with loads of space and comfy beds. The bedrooms (3 doubles, 1 twin and 1 triple) suited us perfectly. The lounge area on the first floor had seating areas for all of us to enjoy and get together for karaoke! The kitchen and utility room had everything we needed and the extra fridge was ideal. We didn't really use the garden as it was February, but imagine it would be well used in warmer weather with bbq and firepit. The house is really well located just a few minutes walk from the beach and high street. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider staying at Sand Dollar again.

Family of 6 adults and 4 children stayed here very comfortably. Plenty of parking space. Quiet location but only a few hundred yards from beach, local shops and bars etc
Rhosneigr beach must be one of the best in the country, clean sandy and shallow water for a long way out.

Once again the family had another fantastic week in Rhosneigr. Sand Dollar was a comfortable, homely, and very well equipped upside down house. There was everything we could possibly need and more. Location is great. Nice and quiet but close to the beach and amenities. Grandchildren loved playing in the garden and many memories were made. Watching the Lionesses semi finals in the gorgeous lounge will be something my 9 year old granddaughter won’t forget! Hope to return soon and would definitely book this lovely, large house again.

Lovely large house with plenty of room for an extended family holiday. House clean and well maintained. Bedrooms are a good size with comfy beds and nice bedding - we all slept well. Jacuzzi bath in upstairs ensuite was very good - massaged some aching muscles from all the walking! Kitchen has a large table and patio doors opening onto an enclosed garden - plenty of space for our young Labrador to play with her toys. There are a couple of steps going down into the garden which our older Labrador, who is blind, struggled with for a few days and needed help until she worked out where the steps were. Kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. The large living room is upstairs on the first floor and has lots of comfy seating and a big TV to watch films on. Also has lovely views out through the large glass doors. Great location as only a few minutes to the High Street and Scarlett's fish and chip shop - love the fish from there as well as Aydin's pizzas, and only a few minutes more to the wonderful beach. We have holidayed in Rhosneigr for several years now and always have a great time. We look forward to more happy times there!!

Absolutely beautiful house. Had everything you could ask for. We stayed there over Easter break with age ranges from 1-70+. Everyone loved it!
Perfectly presented, loved the seaside themes throughout. Great garden which was a nice sun trap and really appreciated the kids toys there. All round an excellent house within walking distance of the village and beach.Thank you.

A lovely comfortable, upside-down house. It's location is just perfect with access to the front, just a stroll down to Maelog Lake and through the back, right into the heart of the village for ideal circular walks. The house itself is well-equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Our only negative, perhaps, was that the only TV is in the huge upstairs lounge, but tea and coffee making is downstairs of course, in the kitchen. To guests without the creaking knees and hips of our party, this probably wouldn't be a problem, but we did lament no mini fridge or hot drink facilities on the first floor. We would definitely stay again, however, and recommend this property.

This house suited us perfectly as we had grandparents staying on the ground floor with easy access to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was so well stocked with plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. We used the kitchen table for meals and the large dining table was fab for reading and games etc and this meant the kitchen table was always clear and ready for meals! Our dog (and all of us) loved the garden and it was private and secure. The quality of everything amazed us, the beds, mattresses, quilts were all luxurious. The highlight is the living room, with plenty of settees and lots of windows and large patio doors to enjoy the sea view (at a distance) and relax. We will definitely be booking Sand dollar again. We were blessed with sunny weather and the information received by email from the letting agency prior to the trip was really useful with lots of local information. We were in walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Rhosneigr and also the beach. A fab location and fab house! We will also use Anglesey Holiday Lettings again as they were so helpful prior to booking and helped me decide which accommodation would best suit our varied needs. Thank you.

I contacted Anglesey Holiday Lettings having been let down on a long standing booking in Rhosneigr at the last minute. They directed me towards Sand Dollar and I have to say my holiday was not only rescued but enhanced through the rental of this beautiful well-kept property. I was so pleased that I have already booked again for next year!

A very pleasant stay - near perfect for our needs. have booked again (despite no doubt market driven significant price rise).

A couple of minor points:
WiFi info was not in dining room (as per your instructions) but actually in far corner of second floor bedroom. Previous WiFi hub (disconnected) was I first floor cupboard. Confusion resolved with help of your responsive team.
Would have been useful to have digital padlock on garden gate to allow quicker access with young children to beaches.

we were simply blown away with sand dollar. So many good aspects but the first floor view is something else. We could sit there all day! The location with off road parking is ideal. V high standard throughout... go for it!

We have had a wonderful week staying in the “Sand Dollar”, the property offers a spacious living area which has been beautifully decorated to create a very relaxing atmosphere.
The garden is enclosed and the patio was an ideal size for outdoor eating.
The property was spotless on arrival and had everything we required.
Perfect location as a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
We all really enjoyed our time at the house and had a great holiday. Thank you

Ideal for family groups. There's plenty of space within the house and also a pleasant enclosed garden and patio. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Also beautifully furnished and decorated. The location is ideal, as it is only a short walk to beaches, shops and places to eat out.
