We had a lovely stay at Kiloran. The staff at Anglesey Lettings were very accommodating and the property was in great condition.
We were very comfortable and warm and felt right at home.

We booked Kiloran for a half term break as we’d never spent October half term on Anglesey. We loved everything about the trip. The house is in a great location and Rhosneigr has everything you could need. Access to the beach, restaurants and cafes and even a shop for essentials. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would visit again. The house was great - tastefully decorated and it had everything you could need.

Kiloran is a well appointed and centrally located cottage in Rhosneigr. It is equipped with a mix of modern and quirky furniture which add to the charm of the property and work really well. There is ample room for a family of 4 and you could squeeze 6 in as well without any issues. The conservatory on the rear is lovely to sit in when the sun shines and the lounge has a big comfy sofa. There is also a record player with some classic vinyl, just need Tom Jones and Neil Diamond to add to Tony Christie etc to complete the collection of singing "dons". The beds are low level due to the bedrooms being in the roof recess and were really comfortable. I guess if you had mobility issues this might pose a problem but we thought they were excellent and super comfy. There is parking to the near side of the property for one small vehicle. We could fit our Mini on there but it took some practice to negotiate the spot. The property on arrival was spotless and really warm and inviting, with the underfloor heating working really well. Overall we had an excellent week in Kiloran and will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Stayed at this property for a week in September 2023. 4 adults, a 2 year old and 2 dogs. Perfect location down a small track. Very quiet. On arrival we weren't sure where to park. I think it needs to be made clear where the parking space is for this property and how small it is. We parked in someone else's space and had to move and we were shown where the parking space was for this property. Luckily we had a very small car which just fitted in. Our other car we parked on the main road. 2 adults were in their late 70s and stayed in the master bedroom. This caused an issue as they struggled getting in and out of bed due to it being so low down! The 2nd main bedroom was taken by 1 adult and the child and was adequate but again beds very low down. That left 1 adult in the small bunk room downstairs. This did have its own toilet and small sink which was ideal. I think it could do with a mirror in there though. Living space was good but not enough room for everyone to sit down. The other issue was there was no washing machine. In other properties there has been a washing machine. This property could potentially have several children staying so it would be handy to have a washing machine. Other than those small issues the house was perfect and in a great location. We would definitely consider this property again

We had a fabulous time staying at Kiloran, beautiful place with everything you could possibly need.
Fantastic place and location, I had been recommended by a friend and would gladly recommend to anybody. We had the perfect vacation!

This is our second time staying at Kiloran and it’s a such a great base we’ve booked to return again!
As always with Anglesey Holiday Lettings the house was lovely and clean when we arrived and well equipped.
Kiloran is a couple of minutes away from the village and the beach and there are lots of great places to eat in the village and further afield on the island.
Whilst we didn’t need any help from the team this visit they are always helpful when you do need to contact them and quickly resolve any issues.
I have recommended Anglesey Holiday Lettings to several friends over the years and no one has ever been disappointed.
The only downside is the parking space if you have a larger car but we just pulled up and unpacked and then parked in the village - there is a car park if you are struggling to find somewhere by the library.
Looking forward to our next visit to Rhosneigr in May

We very much enjoyed our stay at Kiloran . It was clean , comfortable and had a very quirky feel to it . Loved the record player ❤️ . I agree with other reviews about the bathroom , the screen isn’t big enough or the design isn’t great as the bathroom floor was flooded after a shower . The car parking space is also tiny but we managed to get in it . Overall however it was a great price for a town centre stay which was cosy and comfortable. The only reason we wouldn’t stay here again is because we like a good sized garden , it’s a very small yard , it just meant we was out of the property more than we was in .

Lovely cottage 2 mins from the beach restaurants etc, cottage was very clean and tidy great little courtyard for are little dog very secure. The only negative the dinner plates didn't fit in the dishwasher no problem we just washed up by hand .Also beware the beds are very very low on the floor ,not a problem for us but could be a problem for some getting up out of them, having said that they were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again we really enjoyed are stay .

A delightful, modern 3 bedroom house up a side lane off the main street of Rhosneigr. Very warm and relaxing open plan living area downstairs, with a particularly pleasant glass extension for dining and playing games in, etc. The bedrooms upstairs were really spacious and comfortable, with velux windows to let the light flood in. Rhosneigr is a great village with lots of shops and cafés, a great beach and dramatic sea and sunsets. It is ideally located to get to anywhere on Ynys Mor easily via the A55. We visited Trearddur Bay, Beaumaris, Penmon, Newborough, Amlwch and Caernarfon. We had a lovely week and would definitely stay at Kiloran again

A very nice base for our holiday in Wales, dog friendly which is always a bonus! Parking is very tight but achievable, we had a Volvo estate! Very close to all that Rhosneigr has to offer and a minute’s walk to the beach. Welcome pack was basic and the first time we had no log’s or supplies for the wood burner?

Gorgeous property, modern and quirky. Lovely and private in all rooms from neighbouring properties, although quite a lot of noise from them but they live there so that can't be helped. The kitchen is well equipped (minus a washing machine which I realised was missing not long after I booked it last November but we managed) and the lounge is very comfortable, the TV remote was a bit temperamental but we didn't have it on much, good few games including Uno and monopoly, books and records, we loved sitting at the table in the conservatory to eat, play games and decorate rocks to hide for #Angleseyrocks Facebook group. We didn't realise the patio area would be so small so this was a little issue when our dog needed to go out and we personally didn't feel it was a space to sit out as you're just looking at a wall, but can't be helped due to the property's land size. Upstairs was lovely, beds were lovely and comfy a little too soft for my back but fine my husband and daughters, our daughters were disappointed there was no jungle theme in the bedroom like in the pictures but they still loved their room upstairs. Sky lights have no blinds but as we stayed late August and the sunrise was about 6am so wasn't too early to be woken up. The shower was nice and powerful the tray does overflow but we put the bath mat there to soak it up. Parking is tight but we have a Toyota Avensis and could fit on diagonally with some bumper sticking out but still accessable for any vehicles including emergency services, the parking does seem to be an issue for the neighbours as we got told several times, which actually made us feel quite unwelcome but again it's their homes and they have different neighbours every week or so - it would be very annoying to park on the neighbouring roads everyday if you had too. When we arrived we discovered the patio door wouldn't lock, I emailed and reported, this was fixed the following afternoon very quickly which we were very impressed with.
The beach is a stone's throw, perfect for walks, beach days, sun sets and watersports, we hired a paddle board and kayak on our last day which was a lot of fun and the road to the left another long beach to walk along, we also loved jet spotting and other aircrafts. Lovely ice cream shop at the end of the road too which we visited quite a few times over the fortnight and cafe Notos is also lovely for a treat. Lots of places to visit and walk, we especially enjoyed breakwater, Penrhos country park and Church bay including Wavecrest cafe and Swtan cottage - this was unfortunately closed the day we visited but we could walk around the grounds and look through the windows, looks very impressive. We would stay here again but would look for somewhere with a garden, view and proper parking first. We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay here, this is not a negative review just a honest one.

Kiloran is amazing. We had the best week there, it's modern, cosy, quirky, comfortable, homely, we stay in a lot of cottages, and it's by far our favourite. We love rhosneigr, so the location is great, the wee courtyard at the back is fab, just everything. And the record player!!!! We played records all week, and have come home and bought one that was there, to remind us of Kiloran... we will return xx sandy mount house had quite a few visits from us, it's wonderful in there

All in all we had a great stay at Killoran but a couple of things would really improve the experience immensely. There are no blinds on the velux windows in the bedrooms so after dawn the rooms are flooded with light. We rang the day after arrival and left a message with the agents but sadly no one returned our call. The shower overflows onto the bathroom floor so you need to use towels and a mop to overcome it. The car space is vey tight so unsuitable for anything bigger than a small car. That being said, the property is beautifully refurbished & bright & airy, in a great location for all amenities.

Stayed here with my partner Natasha for a week. Excellent accommodation and fantastic location being only minutes to the beach!

The parking space is very small (probably just about take a mini) but there was on street parking available within a few mins walk.

Kiloran is a great holiday property, fantastic location for the village and beach with both just a stones throw away. Inside offered great living space with the conservatory being a huge plus, excellent open plan layout and nice to have a small unit by the door for shoes and dog leads. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds upstairs were so very comfortable but as listed they are low, I recall reading this but they’re lower than I thought, lovely roof lights upstairs give a wonderful airy feel to the bedrooms and bathroom. The patio area was small but it was good to have that little bit of outside private space, the parking space is small but this again is mentioned in the details, we have an Audi A3 which just fitted on the angle any longer vehicle wouldn’t fit, alternative parking is available around the village so this is not an issue just something to be aware of.

A lovely cottage in great location. Would be tough to fit 6 in the living room at once but our family of 4 fitted perfectly. Lovely and quiet with lovely neighbours.

Lots of nice takeaways/cafes etc in the area with lovely food and a short walk to the beach.

I managed to fit a Peugeot 3008 in the parking space not a problem but any more than one car and parking could be a problem as the kn street parking is limited in the day and the car park was around £10 for 12 hours. However I would highly recommend the cottage.

A super cottage with holiday vibes. Compact but certainly not cramped with a spacious feel and interesting decor that was a cut above the usual holiday cottage. Bang in the middle of town so convenient for everything. Very comfortable beds and seating. We loved it. One thing worth mentioning-there is no washing machine in the property. This should be pointed out in the description as it’s taken for granted these days. There are coin operated washing machines outside a b&b around the corner, it would have been helpful to point this out. But lovely place to stay.

Our arrival (Feb ½ term) day was cold and wet, heating was on but noticed master bedroom heater didn't work. Rang Anglesey lettings and someone came round and sorted that in 5 mins. Great service. The house itself although small has such a great layout that the 5 of us and our dog never felt cramped. Very modern and well equipped. Rhosneigr itself is a lovely place to visit. The beach is beautiful. There are enough places to eat close by (Scarletts chippy is a must) although our ½term was early and not all had opened. A couple of shops to browse in and to my sons delight 500 yards from the RAF airport so opportunity to see jets low flying. Plus in easy reach of everywhere else Anglesey has to offer. Would highly recommend the house, Rhosneigr and Anglesey Holiday lettings.

We stayed in Kiloran for 3 days for our 30th wedding anniversary, the property was home from home, it was clean tidy, it’s very central 3 minutes from beach and pub, we will definitely be going back

We were the first to stay in the property. Good central location in the village, convenient for dog walks on the beach. Really nice modern well appointed property. Had a great week dispite the weather. I would point out that although it can sleep 6, I think it would be a squeeze for that many in the other areas of the house. Plus the parking space is tiny, you won’t get a family sized car in it.
