First time in Kittiwake and very impressed. Looks newly refurbished with plenty of room & very comfortable. Right in the town but in a quiet side-street. Enclosed, safe garden for the dog and own allocated parking right outside property.

We had the best time in Rhosneigr. The cottage was so comfortable and in a great position for reaching the beach, restaurants and shops in Rhosneigr. The outdoor shower area was so useful after a trip to the beach and was a suntrap in the evening to sit out and eat dinner. Rhosneigr itself is lovely - stunning beach, fairly quiet but with a nice atmosphere and a few great places to eat and drink although you need to book if you go in a busy week in August.

Kittiwake Cottage was the perfect holiday location in our favourite village of Rhosneigr. We appreciated the extra bathroom and all the facilities, AND the welcome pack! All communications with Anglesey Holiday Lettings were superb.
We have minor suggestions to make Kittiwake even better : a king sized bed (if possible!) and hooks on bedroom/bathroom doors. Great property!

Fab little cottage in the best location for the beach and the bars and restaurants.
Could maybe do with new mattresses as they're not that comfy.
Great kitchen amenities with everything we needed.

Lovely upside down house, light and bright, quality furnishings and linens, super clean. Useful outside space with picnic table, outside shower for beach days and dogs! 2 minute walk to beach, shop and eateries, Had a great week!

Fabulous little cottage great location. A wonderful welcome pack. Cannot fault it. Upside down cottage with a lovely little private patio. Perfect for us.

We’ve just had a lovely week in Kittiwake Cottage. The cottage is very conveniently situated in the center of the village. It was well maintained and equipped and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Rhosneigr.

Much needed escape and a chance to relax. House was clean, warm and peaceful. Great location for lots of dog walks on the beach. Didn’t get to use the outside space as the weather was mostly wet & windy, but it was well kept, private and fully enclosed. Nice to be able to see the sea from the kitchen.

Fantastic stay at the property. Lovely decor and designed to a high spec. A very comfortable and cosy home. Great location for walks along the beach and amenities within walking distance too. Would recommend!

This was our first time staying at Kittiwake Cottage and it didn't disappoint. The location was perfect, especially considering you still have a parking space at the property, and we were particularly impressed to see that the cottage had been decorated for Christmas too! All round we had an excellent stay and would definitely consider staying here again in the future, just perhaps not in the height of summer when it might be a little more noisy being so close to 2 pubs. We have marked the comfort rating as a 4 only because we do find that double beds impact our sleep, but we knew this before we booked. If it had a king size bed I would mark it 100% as it really is an excellent property and met all of our expectations.

We had a fantastic stay again in kittiwake cottage. This is the first time since the change to the garden and kitchen.
The outdoor shower was a godsend for both my son after surfing and our dog. No more sandy hallway.
The sofa in the kitchen was a fab new edition, a great family space.
The dyson in the kitchen doesn't seem to hold any charge anymore, thought you should know. It didn't matter as we used the other in the cupboard. Thanks again.

The positives:
- Good location for exploring Anglesey.
- On site car parking for one car.
- Comfy sofas in lounge.
- Washing machine and dishwasher provided.

The not so positives:
- Black mould in en suite to double bedroom.
- Handles on chest of drawers in twin bedroom kept coming off.
- Toaster is old, rusty, and needs replacing.
- Beds were uncomfortable and pillows not very good.
- Property info and instructions could do with being updated (for example, wifi password detailed in welcome pack is incorrect, along with some other details) and a bit more comprehensive.
- Not as good as it looks in the pictures.

We booked for two weeks and found the cottage to be very comfortable with everything we needed. Only a couple of mintes to the beach which our dog Dylan loved. We had a lovely holiday despite the awful weather for July. We are planning to book again soon.

We couldn't have wished for a better holiday. The sun shone from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The cottage was brilliant. So spacious. Perfect location. Lovely village with loads of amenities. We went to the beach every day which is a stones throw away from the property. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back to stay in this perfect location.

This cottage is simply lovely. The beds are comfy, the living space is gorgeous. It has more than enough very nice sofas to relax on and the bonus is the one in the kitchen so you can chat whilst cooking making it very sociable. We love this village as it offers nice places to eat and drink and fabulous walks and the beach is good for dogs! (and people). Would definitely stay here again.

Had 4 nights here & will definitely return.
The cottage was clean, beautifully furnished & had a very well equipped kitchen. We only ate in on one night & the only thing we couldn't find were instructions for the oven & microwave! Oh & an oven glove would be handy too!
We appreciated the welcome pack & milk in the fridge on arrival.
Location is great...2 min walk to beach, 1 minute to village shops & parking next to cottage was ideal!
Great to have the outdoor shower & area to hang wetsuits etc.
Queries before our arrival were dealt with promptly & efficiently. Never used Anglesey Holiday Lettings before but wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Possibly the best stay we have had in Rhosniegr..
We loved the upside down living.
All the rooms a Very spacious...
Loved our stay which was for my 60th and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a central holiday let, though it did feel.like home so much so I would love to live there,.
When we arrived around 6pm the heating wasn't on and we called Anglesey Holiday Lettings and it was sorted Very quickly, really sorry can't remember the engineers name. Thanks
Hope we can go back soon..

Loved the reclaimed wood patio and seating - would love to know where it all came from
Perfect spot for a bit of R&R and then exploring Anglesey

Kittiwake cottage is just perfect. The location is literally a 30 second walk to the Main Street in Rhosneiger with its restaurants, cafes, shops and the beach . The parking space is also really handy as parking would be tricky without.
The cottage itself has been renovated to a really high standard. The furnishings, bedding, decor, is faultless. We received a very generous welcome hamper, which was much appreciated.
The only slight negative is the heating which is pre-set. We found that the cottage was very cold during the day and it would’ve been nice to be able to put the heating on manually,rather than having to wait for the set time.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book in the future.

Unusual to say it’s better than the photos but this property was - so charming, tastefully renovated, immaculately clean, warm and comfortable. Such a thoughtful welcome pack, we were so impressed overall. Would certainly consider another stay.

Warm , immaculately clean, perfectly place in the village and steps from the beach. You’ve got your own bathroom , comfy beds and sofas. Everything you need in the kitchen and a lovely space to sit out. Parking was easy. Lovely , we’ll definitely be coming back.
