My 2nd stay here at Lakeside & already looking into booking my 3rd visit. . This property has the wow factor for sure. Beautifully placed for the beach & town centre, also car parking space on the drive. On my 2nd visit the property has had a revamp & done very well i must admit. Plenty of space in this property for either small or large families.
On a scale out of 10 , Lakeside is well worthy 10.

Lovely house and great views from the balcony. Was clean and tidy and we really enjoyed our mini break at this house. Great location and only a few minutes walk into the village and quick walk to the pub/restaurant. Would definitely go back here again.

Our family group (three generations and two dogs) stayed here last year too, so that probably gives a good indication of how much we like it.
The property is spacious and well-appointed, with lots of nooks and crannies where you can sneak away for a quiet read or to watch TV. As often as not though, we'd find ourselves out on the balcony, sunning ourselves or enjoying the fabulous views of the Maelog Lake or the sea along Broad Beach.
This beach is very accessible - just a two or three minute walk from the house and you are crossing the dunes. We went on the beach most days and, even on the weekend days in August, it was really quiet, so our two dogs could enjoy running and playing on the sand and in the shallows.
The centre of the little town is in very easy reach, and we enjoyed the takeaways from Scarlett's Chippy and Aydin's Pizza, as well as the dining facilities of the excellent and dog-friendly Sandy Mount House.
This house has everything our family group could want for a seaside holiday home, and I'd be surprised if we didn't go back in 2025.

This was our second stay at Lakeside. Perfect location for getting young children down to the beach without too much fuss. Lovely views as a bonus. Property was looking a little tired in places but otherwise all good.

We had a great week in the house, despite the bad weather. The balcony area above the garage and porch enabled everyone to sit outside and look at the sea.
Great kitchen space and the downstairs bathroom was handy. No one complained about a bad back, so I'll assume the mattresses were comfy!
Massive tv in the lounge area was a winner!
Next doors dog is a pest as it roams free and jumps over walls, so keep the gates shut to keep it and it's mess out.
We've booked again for next year.

This is the 2nd time we have been to this property as we loved the location and the size of the house. I do think it should be marketed as a 6 +2 as the double bed in the annex is difficult to get into and a bit cramped. However, that aside, the gardens are lovely, the property has everything you could need and it is in the perfect place for both the beach and going into Rhosneigr and exploring Anglesey in general.

Very spacious house with loads of kitchen equipment. Stunning views but slightly marred by the dirty windows and glass doors both inside and out. I understand the outside when the property is exposed to the weather but inside were full of dog nose marks and handprints! I left a message with housekeeping and the outside were cleaned but not sure if this was a coincidence as they didn’t get back to me at all, not even a courtesy call. The floor of the balcony also needed cleaning. Front bedrooms could do with black out linings, it was daylight at 4.30am each morning. Despite this we had a fantastic week and weather was the best this year. Dog friendly beaches and eateries within walking distance (book if you want to eat at the Sandy Mount). We’ve rebooked for next year and hope that housekeeping add window cleaning to the weekly tasks.

Brilliant house in amazing location and the views from.the balcony in the morning were fab ! Pretty child friendly too!

Only minor things to consider , a fitted sheet for the loft bed and darker curtains / black out curtains in the single beds room as I imagine most likely room for children and it's very bright.

Just spent a week at Lakeside, 2nd holiday there in 2 years. We went as a 3 generation family aged between 6 and 80 and it was perfect, plenty of room to all have our own space if needed. Will definitely be back for a further visit in the future.

Our stay at Lakeside was excellent the hose provided everything our family needed for a lovely weekend break in February. It was warm clean and well equipped, the views are amazing and Rosneiger provides lots of wonderful walks on the beach and lake. We would definitely book again.

Just had another week at Lakeside. Owners have installed a shower room downstairs, revamped the bathroom upstairs and made the kitchen and dinning room one room by knocking down the joining wall since our last visit. These renovations are really good and of a very high standard. Location is perfect, just on the edge of the village at the end of a cul du sac so away from any noise of people or traffic. Great view of the sea and mountains (and the Oyster Catcher which is always lit up). Easy access to the beach and a short walk to the shops/restaurants. House is perfect for a couple with dogs or for a family. Back garden is very small but does get the sun in the afternoon and is secure if you have dogs. Beds are a little too soft for us but thats personal taste. We'll be back.

My friends and myself are regular visitors to Anglesey and this visit was enhanced by the many interesting exhibitions across the Island. Everything was open ,back to normal, pre Covid. The house was wonderful, plenty of room for 5 adults, inside and outside. The B B Q facility was an added bonus . All shops , cafes, pubs were opened , and we enjoyed our strolls down to the beaches every evening. An excellent stay.

The house was very nice and in an excellent spot. Everything was clean except for the crockery, but that was really up to the previous occupants and nothing to do with the owners. Luckily everything went in the dishwasher so all sorted there. Great beach access and into the town and the balcony was great for watching the world go by. Will definitely look to go back.

We had a marvellous stay in this beautiful holiday home. The views were amazing. Couldn't fault the accommodation or the location. A real home from home. The cleanliness was not up to my standard, just a couple of minor points. The kitchen bin had not been cleaned, the coffee machine still had a used pod inside and this created a bad smell after a few days. Very disappointed with the welcome pack as only two bin bags supplied, no tea or coffee supplied eventhough milk was included.

We are a family group of seven, comprising three generations, with two dogs. We know Anglesey very well, so were able to choose a house of the size, facilities and location that would hopefully best work for us, and our choice worked well in every way.
The house is large, comfortable and well-appointed. It benefits not just from the normal accommodation you might expect but from some lovely additional features as well. There are lots of little 'nooks and crannies' to sneak away to for a quiet read or peace and quiet. But the star of the show is probably the extensive balcony, offering not just wonderful views but a sunny outlook for much of the day.
Just one word about sleeping facilities. There are two nice double bedrooms and a twin room. In addition there is the 'crog loft', accessed by a small steep ladder and comprising a double bed with minimal headroom. It suited our 13-year-old grandson well, but I can imagine that for other family groupings it may not be so successful.
The location of the property is just perfect for enjoyment of the unspoilt Broad Beach, accessed by a very short walk through the dunes, and where our dogs ran and played almost every day. The house is also very convenient for the village centre - not just for shopping but for a range of takeaways: Scarlett's Chippy, Aydin's Pizza and Sarisa Indian Kitchen, all of which we used and were excellent. We also enjoyed a meal at Sandy Mount House - a lovely and genuinely dog-friendly restaurant.
In case it isn't obvious, we loved this house...and have booked it again for next year!

We had an enjoyable relaxing stay here.
Facilities were good and the fully enclosed garden great for our dog .(Note the side gate and boundary front walls were about 3ft tall so if you have a 'jumper' of a dog or adventurous children, it wouldn't be secure.
The kitchen was quite well equipped, but trying to use the grill set the smoke alarm off both times.
All in all we would visit again.

An absolutely ‘gem’ find! The house is amazing, perfect for families with both young children and teenagers.
The room with the loft bed with stunning views of the mountains is a superb addition to the other three amazing bedrooms.
The open plan kitchen and dinning area was great for cooking and entertaining.
The living room space caters for families and large groups, plenty of games, books and DVDs. Fantastic large television.
Kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need.
Great downstairs shower room, very handy after coming off the beach.
The sun terrace over looking the sea and mountains is simply perfect.
Great garden and outside seating area.
This is definitely the best house we have stayed in. Will definitely be booking again.

Lovely property in a superb location. We shared it with our two daughters and their partners and spent most of our time when we were in the property together in the massive kitchen /dining area .Very well equipped. Response to queries was very prompt and helpful. Would definitely book with Anglesey Lettings again.......for example the iron didn't work when my wife and daughters required it ( imagine how popular I was !).....I emailed them and within half an hour another was delivered. Couldn't have done much better
We love Anglesey but hadn't been to Rhosneigr before . It was beautiful with nice cafes and bars . The Oystercatcher was our favourite....sitting outside enjoying the late afternoon sun. Idyllic.

We were 6 adults and 2 dogs and this was perfect. We watched the sunrise over Snowdonia from the balcony. Stepped out the front immediately into the dunes and the beach. Great places to eat and drink. Plenty of space for everyone. Well equipped kitchen We will be returning

Lakeside is in a beautiful location. Views either side of the house. 2 mins walk to the beach. Located in a quiet location and lovely neighbours.
Myself, my daughter, grandson a doggy loved it. Very comfortable. Was sad to leave.

We truly had a wonderful stay at Lakeside, a week just wasn’t long enough. The location was perfect and the accommodation was even better, it provides lots of space, it really was a home from home experience. We will certainly be looking to head back ASAP.

Lakeside is a lovely, comfortable property in a wonderful location: five minutes from the beach (walking slowly!) and ten from the village. The first floor balcony is a joy when you get the weather.
Rhosneigr is now one of our favourite places. The beaches are nearly up to Northumberland standard and the water considerably warmer. Can’t wait to return.

The house is located in a wonderful position, with views to the sea and of the lake. Very peaceful. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds were very comfortable. The balcony was very spacious with plenty of seating for our family of 6 adults. We were blessed with fantastic weather. Have already recommended the house to my friend.

This is the second time we have stayed in this property. The location is great and views from the balcony are stunning. Everything that Rhosneigr has to offer is within easy walking distance. The spacious interior offers plenty of room for guests and the New mez sleeping area in the upstairs lounge will be a great hit with young children if you have them . Well worth paying that little bit extra to stay at this property. Within an hour of getting home we booked it again for 2023.

Lakeside is in an amazing position overlooking the sea in Rhosneigr. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and also within minutes walk to some fantastic eateries. There are some lovely walks from the house taking you directly to a beautiful beach.

We had such a lovely week there with good weather too and so did our four legged family member! We will definitely come back and stay.

The house was spacious and had most things you need for a comfortable stay. A few very dusty surfaces and the bath wasn’t very clean, and no teapot! But that was it really. Oh and because we are totally non tv savvy when it comes to other folks tv’s a guide on how to use the remotes would have been great. But very comfy, lovely views and balconies, and a very quirky mezzanine bed for someone adventurous. Well worth visiting. And as always Anglesey Holiday Lettings we’re great.

We had a fabulous week staying at Lakeside, helped by sunshine all week. Lakeside is at the end of a quiet road on the edge of Rhosneigr but perfectly situated for easy access to the beach over the sand dunes. It has fantastic views from the front of the house of the sea, lake, sand dunes, and mountains. The back garden is a real sun trap pretty much all day. House is big and has everything you need for a lovely stay. We will definitely be booking it again.

A spacious, comfortable house, with spectacular views across to Snowdonia. Lakeside is in a quiet cul-de-sac, overlooking the sand dunes and within walking distance of The Oyster Catcher.

When we arrived at Lakeside, we were immediately struck by the beauty of the views from the property. From the bedroom windows, we were afforded the most fantastic scenery we could have hoped for. The house is spacious, clean and tidy. A 5 minute walk allows you to start a wonderful walk along the endless beaches of Rhosneigr. We would love to go again!

The house is so comfortable , spacious , and fully equipped to high quality standards. There was plenty of space outside the house for eating, drinking, and play arras for children. . The upstairs living room with the balcony was amazing at all times of the day and night. The location was perfect, quiet but near the town, with many different approaches to the beach and the lake.

This was our third visit to Lakeside and due to the property being up for sale, it may very sadly be our last, although I do hope the new owners can be persuaded to let it! It is a lovely property and only a couple of minutes walk from the beach. It is very well equipped, lovely and warm and the shower in the en-suite is wonderful! It works really well for families, particularly if there are any television disagreements as there is a separate upstairs lounge area with its own television and another in the master bedroom. The large kitchen with underfloor heating and patio doors onto the garden is a lovely space and the utility room with downstairs toilet, great for storage and towelling off muddy dogs! We love this property and having stayed in several around the Island, it is definitely our favourite and one that we will miss very much.

Enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay a Lakeside. The house was a home from home. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The house is maintained to a very high standard, the soft furnishings, curtains, bedding etc were of a very good quality. It is well located for a stroll into the village of Rhosneigr where there are a good number of places to eat and to the Oyster Catcher just outside of the village. We also travelled further afield so it provides a great base for exploring the island. Would highly recommend Lakeside and will definitely visit again in the near future.

We wanted a week away with our 2 dogs. The house was perfect for what we wanted. It was very spacious, clean and well maintained.

The owner was just at the other end of the phone when we had queries and was extremely polite and helpful.

The living room was well equipped with ample seating space, log burner, TV and board games. It was very cosy for the weather we had.

The kitchen had all of the utilities we needed and were in very good working order (some of the cooking utensils could do with replacing).

The sleeping areas were very comfortable. The 2 main bedrooms had some great views.

Although we didn’t make use of them, the house has many games for younger children to use.

The local area is very quiet but has a couple of convenience stores at opposite ends of the main road.

The beach was a 5 minute walk away and was perfect for the dogs to run free on.

There is a restaurant close by that accepts dogs inside the cafe part but they had to be outside for the restaurant part. Unfortunately we couldn’t use it as it was too windy to sit outside however it always had customers.

We ad a weeks stay at Lakeside, the house was well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. The bed in the main en-suite bedroom was extremely comfortable. As the owners still use it as their holiday home it felt homely too. Enjoyed a much needed relaxing week.

This is the first time we have stayed at the Lakeside and will certainly be returning. The accomodation is in an excellent location, very tranquil with amazing views from the front of the property. The house is spacious and very well equipped with everything you need and more and has a very homely feel. We are regular visitors to Rhosneighr and found this property perfectly located for easy walking in the village, beach, pubs and restaurants and would definitely recommend it.

4 adults & 2 dogs stayed in no 2, Lakeside, for 5 nights in THE most glorious weather-We couldn’t believe our luck!
Completely enjoyed our stay!
Couple of down points, in the family bathroom it was dusty on the shelving behind the door, a small amount of dust wouldn’t bother me but I think these had not been dusted in some time. I am not seriously complaining but think (hope!) it’s worth pointing out. The important bits of the bathroom & toilet were pristine.
Neither of the vacuum cleaners worked, in the visitors book it had been noted previously but nothing had been done-a working vac is essential if you allow dogs?!
Also-the microwave stopped working midweek, we suspect it was the fuse in the plug because everything else worked around it.
We reported it by voicemail & left a note as we departed.
But........this house & its environs are sublime-beautifully decorated & equipped very well inside & out! Loved the upstairs veranda! Fantastic location & the fab Oyster Catcher just a 10 minute walk away, a convenience store 10 mins the other direction.
Perfect place to chill & get an away from it all feeling-although the WiFi was very welcome.
Would thoroughly recommend this lovely house, especially if you have a dog who loves walking as much as you do-they both has tons of freedom on the beautiful nearby beach!
Would deffo go back if you could promise me the same weather! ☀️☀️

The location is beautiful. The house is beautiful and comfortable the best we have stayed in on Anglesey. We had good weather till storm Hector hit but that did not matter because the house was so spacious..Great walks and great views. We hope to go back next year .The only negative thing I can say is that you cannot take your dog's upstairs so when you sit on the balcony to enjoy the views they have to stay downstairs on their own .

On arriving at house we felt relaxed as soon as we walked through the front door a loveley large lounge with a wood burner for cosy nights,well equiped kitchen for family breakfasts while upstairs a daytime sun filled lounge with large balcony and 180 degree sensational views,Beach 2 mins walk away choose between 3 excellant restaurants 10 mins walk away and afterwards follow the sea shore home.Will be back again to continue enjoyment

2 Lakeside is a lovely property located at the end of a small cul-de-sac so peace and quiet is the order of the day! The house is fantastically well equipped and much more of a home from home than a holiday let, there really is everything in it you could wish for. A two minute stroll takes you to the beach which when we visited was almost deserted, apart from a few very brave surfers! We had two small issues on arrival, but a quick call to the management company and they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The beds are comfortable with quality linen and the upstairs lounge is a great place to escape to, to sit and admire the view! There is nothing not to like about this house, but as others have said, if too many people find out about it, we will never get the chance for a return visit!

Excellent Location - a 2 minute walk to the fantastic Broad Beach and a short stroll to the lake. We have stayed in many houses in Rhosneigr and this is without doubt the best equipped house - a real home from home, everything you could possibly need. Have stayed in Rhosneigr before so knew the location before we booked. The location was excellent with great views especially from the balcony. The house itself was very clean and spacious enough for us (5 Adults + 1 Dog) and tastefully decorated. Great position for the village centre, shops & pubs. The nearest beach was just a few minutes away through the sand dunes and passed a bench that was a previous winner of "One of the UK's top 10 lunch spots"
Rhosneigr is a great base for a holiday for all ages Plenty of beach space and watersports or just watch the jets & helicopters from the nearby RAF Valley or to explore the rest of Anglesey it's within easy reach of the A55

Went to Lakeside with my wife son and three grandkids. There was more than enough space for us all and with an extra lounge upstairs and a balcony area plus dining room at times we could all do our own thing. Plenty of additional outside space for our beach equipment in the garage and utility room. Great American style fridge freezer meant we could bring lots of food. An excellent base for a beach holiday.

This house is in a lovely spot. Uninterrupted views to the sea and sand dunes. Very spacious and comfy house with great upstairs lounge and balcony for looking out (rabbit and fox spotting too!) Very well equipped house especially the kitchen. Short walk to the nearest beach and other beaches easily reached. Despite the weather we had a lovely time and would return to this house.
