This property is absolutely stunning, set in a breathtaking area! The facilities are fantastic, and having three bathrooms was such a game-changer. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. And the best part? Watching the sunset every evening with a glass of wine in hand – pure bliss!

Back to our favourite house on the beach with stunning views… our third stay there this year. So spacious and relaxing with direct access to the beach. We had a fabulous week in Rhosneigr as always. Our dog loved it too!

The house is situated in the most perfect location with absolutely breath-taking views. We picked it purposely to be near the RAF base which didn't disappoint! The welcome basket was lovely upon arrival. The lounge upstairs is perfect, very comfy corner sofa and we loved the balcony, beautiful views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The house was well equipped for anything you could possible think of. We loved the outside space, it was very private and the cushions for the garden furniture were very luxury. Hosepipe was fantastic, especially to hose down a very sandy dog.
We needed to get in touch with the letting company whilst on holiday due to an electrical fault, they were amazing and the problem was sorted easily within a couple of hours.
Only a few negatives, the kitchen could have had more cupboard space for us to store our food, we ended up putting a lot of things on the tops of the cupboards rather than in them. A few of the bowls & plates were chipped, which i suppose you wouldn't know unless you were using them. The downstairs bedroom has a rug which seemed to be full of white dog hair which got onto peoples clothes. On arrival there was some dog muck on the grass outside the front of the property but this could have easily been missed as it was camouflaged. Overall the house is lovely but the location makes it amazing.

We have stayed at Niwl Y Mor 3 times now and have booked it again for next year, I think more than any review that probably gives you the impression of how much we love it.

The biggest plus is the location almost on the beach and the views from the lounge and balcony upstairs. Truly amazing.
We nearly did not book this year as the price went up to what would have been a different quality bracket, beyond what the accommodation itself was worth without major upgrade of kitchen/bathroom etc., but it seemed to drop down again to near to last years price (correct price for this property) so we did book in the end. The accommodation itself is simple, clean, has everything you need

Only criticism, which we have fed back every time we stayed, is the hardness of the main king size mattress upstairs and the quality of the pillows. First year I got a bursitis in my hip because that mattress is so hard - probably ok for back sleepers only and really does need a basic mattress topper putting on it by the owners. We get around these issues in more recent stays by putting spare duvets from other beds under us (only the two of us are staying in the property that sleeps 6) and taking our own pillows - so we have had no problems since.

Love the welcome basket of goodies. Access to the Garage is handy for storing some of the stuff we bring with us. Upgrades in recent years of better outdoor furniture, newer seating in the upstairs lounge, all appreciated. Short stroll to the centre of the town.

We are sorry to hear that you did not find the mattresses or pillows to your liking at the property, and of course we will pass on the feedback to the owners. However, we have not had any other issues with them or their comfort level and find that in general a mattress is a very subjective matter..previous guests that have stayed have passed on feedback that they were indeed very comfortable. We are sure that the owners take onboard all feedback, and changing the mattresses may be something that they consider in the future. Thank you again for both your feedback and your custom.

We had the perfect short stay at Niwl Y Mor. The accommodation was great everything we could possibly need and a nice welcome basket was a lovely touch. A short walk to Rhosneigr along the beach with a few shops, bars and eateries was everything we needed. By far the best thing was the location and magnificent views across the beach we didn't want to leave and would have stayed longer if it wasn't booked out. An excellent property and we will be back as soon as possible.

A fabulous house with generous, well-equipped accommodation, overlooking the beautiful coastline around Rhosneigr. A minute's stroll through the dunes and you're on the beach. Perfect for a family holiday.

Our dog Dougie also loves the immediate access to the beach.

This is one of the best located properties we’ve been lucky enough to stay in. It’s right by the sea - step off the sheltered decking area and a few steps through the dunes and you’re on a beautiful beach.
The house is spotlessly clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. It is beautifully decorated with what I’d call a classy seaside theme. Even rainy days were great as the upstairs lounge looks over the sea and has a sheltered balcony. We thought it was quite expensive but worth every penny.

Communication prior to arrival was good, but the constant notifications that we couldn’t arrive before 4pm, due to the property being prepared didn’t set the right tone for us. The house is set in Beautiful location hence why we chose to stay and pay the amount we did. Unfortunately there was no hot water the first morning so cold showers all around. This was however rectified very swiftly when we reported it. The property does look tired in places, but was very comfortable. For the price we paid we would have expected not to be rationed to one toilet roll in each toilet and also don’t expect to have to strip the beds on leaving, which for us is a legacy undertaking from COVID.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, but this was detracted from by the small points mentioned.

As stated in many of the previous reviews fabulous property in an enviable location, it would be a dream to own somewhere like this.
The weather wasn't particularly good for the time of year, so we spent many hours in the upstairs lounge just watching the kite surfers. The only negative was having no control of the heating, it was supposed to be set at 20 degrees according to the information pack, but with unseasonably chilly weather for July, at 15 degrees sometimes, the only radiator that came on at all was in the hall, and that was only barely warm. Not sure if it had been turned down because of the time of year and expectation of warmer weather generally, meaning that heating shouldn't be needed. Just meant that the evenings were a little bit chilly - but the views managed to distract us :-)
We found it very comfortable, well equipped and presented. I suspect there were new sofas, addressing the comments in a previous review.
A great base to explore the island and obviously very easy access to the beautiful beach, which wasn't busy at all, so great for letting the dog out and have a good run. (just a heads up to other dog owners - we were warned that there are a lot of adders nesting in the sand dunes this year so to be careful if the dog is off lead to keep him on the beach and out of the dunes - with such a large beach available this wasn't a problem at all)
Would definitely recommend this property and look forward to coming back

What a great location!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Niwl Y Mor.
We loved the access to the beach and village centre. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. We spent every evening in the upstairs lounge just looking at the view.
All in all one of the best properties we have stayed in.

Wow what a great week we had in this fantastic beach house. The location should have a much higher rating! As it says in the blurb you don’t need the television as the views are so amazing. We were so lucky with the weather and were treated to some beautiful sunsets. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of places to sit inside and outside. We hope to stay there again. Overall clean, tidy and ok value for money.

An upgrade the lounge sofas and the showers would make the property closer to 10/10 inside. But overall an amazing house and we’ll definitely book again for the unrivalled location.

Superbly positioned,well equipped.Very useful downstairs shower and utility area..comfortable accommodation with great views.
Only gripes were small..but could make an even better accommodation:
Secure decking area so that dog can be off lead outside.
Try to get this private access to beach to stay private as there's a lot of passers by walking past the property for beach access and exit.
Try to discourage bird nests right outside bedroom by putting a bird box somewhere.

We couldn’t fault this beautiful house & amazing location. If we had to be picky it would have been great to have a KS bed in the main bedroom but however there was only 2 of us so we had other beds to use.
We had fabulous weather & pretty much lived outside most of the time on the outside decking area, and in the evening we were able to enjoy the sunset from
the balcony.
The house had everything we needed for our much needed little break with our two dogs.
We’ll be back !

Warm and comfortable accommodation and a really great location for access to the beach and fabulous sunsets. My grandson calls it the 'Beach House' which is very apt. The beach is much busier these days than it used to be even in low season because the secret is out but still can't resist returning, so will be going back soon!

This is a fabulous property and suited our group, elderly mum, adult daughters and 2 dogs. The 2 lounges and downstairs bedroom worked perfectly. The property is beautifully decorated. The location fantastic and in summer with the beautiful outside decked area facing the sun would be amazing.
The only niggle was that we had no control over the heating. This is done remotely, and although we were very warm, it would have meant turning each radiator on and off to amend room variations.
I would definitely stay again.

Stunning location and views. Right on the beach, literally. Very smart, spacious accommodation. The company were very good with communication and organisation.

We were blessed with fine, albeit very cold December weather. This was the best UK holiday destination we have stayed at and we have stayed at quite a few.

Had a fabulous 4 night stay here early November. The location was picture perfect! Loved opening the patio doors and seeing our dog run straight out onto the sand dunes and down the short path to the beach. Views from the upstairs lounge were stunning too - enjoyed seeing the kite surfers and watching subset from there.
The house had everything you could possibly need. Kitchen was very well kitted out. Would have been nice to have been advised there was a magimix coffee machine with milk frother as we could have bought some coffee pods with us so that was a shame we couldn't use it.
Wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Enjoyed a fabulous week in early July, with excellent weather.
The property is in a great location next to the beach, with fairly private decking at the front, great views and two excellent lounges.
Some occasional noise from the jets at RAF Valley, which we were expecting.
The sofas were quite new, decor was pleasing and everything was clean and well maintained.
Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, wardrobe space limited and sloping ceilings to negotiate.
Limited supply of cutlery, but the kitchen was generally well equipped.
The air source heat pump failed, so hot water was via the immersion heater.
We have booked again for 2023.

Fabulous week long stay at Niwl Y Mor with the family.

There were 6 of us in total including a 15 month old and there was ample room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay.

Bedrooms spacious and comfy with plenty of storage.

Kitchen very well equipped and we were able to bake cakes and scones over the week.

The upstairs lounge was our favourite room with breathtaking views over Rhosneigr beach and sunsets were incredible!

Easy, 5 minute stroll into Rhosneigr along either the beach or the road, with all it has to offer. We were able to sample Cafe Notos which wasn’t open when we were in Rhosneigr last and we weren’t disappointed! Beautiful cakes and coffee!

We’ll be returning next year for sure to Niwl Y Mor although a week just isn’t long enough!!

Firstly a thankyou to the staff of Anglesey Holidays Lettings who have been superb. Our first booking fell through due to Covid and they rolled our deposit over. Last year we booked again but had to cancel at short notice as one of our party was undergoing surgery for breast cancer. They rolled the deposit again. This year we had a tap on the door from one of their maintenance team saying that a control centre in Chester had picked up a fault with the heat pump providing our hot water. He switched us to immersion heater until it could be fixed.
Cottage is charming and is a well loved family holiday home which shows by the decoration and way it is furnished.
Direct access to beach (not suitable for people with walking problems) but the views from both sitting rooms and patio make you feel you are on the beach. Highly recommend Anglesey lettings and the cottage. Whilst here you must try the Oyster Catcher, Restaurant, Bar or takeout service. Lovely food and staff.

Fantastic location but expensive. What we expected for over £2000 a week was comfortable beds,5 good quality bed linens, pillows that aren't flat or lumpy, & duvets that want to drape you. A number of items of crockery were chipped, the cutlery is random and seemed stained perhaps unclean. To increase comfort outside, a footrest would be great. A mixed review here. Loved the position but we struggled to get a good night's sleep.

We loved our week right on the beach but also v quiet. So easy to walk out in bare feet! Dog loved it too but be aware garden not enclosed.

The living room and balcony upstairs give amazing views and feeling of space.

Main bedroom had smallest bathroom and no wardrobe but other than very comfortable.

Loved the welcome pack to arrive to.

My husband, myself and our dog stayed here for a week and it was a very relaxing stay. The view from the upstairs living room was spectacular and we never tired of it. The accommodation was clean, light and very homely but also very practical with everything you could possibly need for a holiday. The location is quiet and perfectly situated in the sand dunes which our dog loved. We will definitely be returning to Niwl Y Mor - it is absolutely idyllic .

This was the second time we had visited Niwl Y Mor, the first time being February 2020 not long before the first lockdown. It was truly wonderful to be back. We stayed for a week but felt no need to leave Rhosneigr. Most of our time was spent gazing at the fantastic views or walking and flying kites on the beach. We can’t wait to return.

The location of this house, literally right on the beach, was fantastic. We could watch the tide come in and out and the sun set each afternoon from the comfort of the upstairs lounge.
The house was warm and comfortable and in a quiet cul de sac, within easy walking distance of the village.
The RAF Valley jets flying in and out during the week were great to see and the whole island offered a wide variety of coastal walks and fabulous views, including over the Snowdonia mountain range.

This was our second break at Niwl Y Mor and it was as perfect as the first stay.
The location is outstanding, I am not sure there is a better one for accessibility to the beach and the views of the sea are every changing from the lounge upstairs. We spent many an hour just cradling cups of tea watching the waves.
The kitchen is very well equipped, the two lounge areas are comfortable and bedrooms are spacious, peaceful and beds are comfortable.
Being pet friendly meant our furry friends could enjoy the break with us and we spent lovely walks collecting shells and sea glass along the many beaches of Anglesey.
Favourite part of everyone’s day was sunset, every day brought different beauty and it felt so special to be starting a new year in such a beautiful place.
Customer service with Anglesey Holiday Lettings was brilliant as usual and we wouldn’t hesitate to not only recommend them but this wonderful cottage

We stay here regularly, the location can’t be beaten. Generally well provided for, just need some oven gloves and a small towel as well as a bath sheet for every guest. The cream cushions on the table chairs are a bit grubby and stained now and could do with washing or replacing but these are minor points and it’s a lovely, cosy place to stay in a beautiful location. Unfortunately the secret’s out and the beach is noticeably busier these days but the accommodation is wonderful and we will be back.

Hard to find a better location. Perfect sea views, plenty of outside space. Parking for three cars. Walking distance from village shops. Plenty of locations to eat out. Generally quiet at night with no passing traffic.

The fact we've returned again to this beach house speaks volumes, It has a great position overlooking the bay and the facilities are exactly what 3 couples need. Parking is ideal and Rhosneigr is a great place to visit and well situated to tour the island.

Perfect for us, we stay here at least twice a year. Lovely property, quiet location with fabulous sunsets. Accommodation very comfortable, even more so now with a refurb including some new sofas, carpets and a paint freshen up. Plenty of kitchen equipment for cooking, baking etc just lacking oven gloves for some reason. Fabulous!

We have stayed several times in Rhosneigr but never so close to the beach. The views from the upstairs sitting room are amazing and access to the beach is right there.
The house is well equipped for a nice stay with three bathrooms and two sitting rooms.
The one small downside was the mattress in the master bedroom was very soft but that is personal preference.

We have holidayed on Anglesey for the last 5 years and Rhosneigr is our favourite beach. We were looking for a cottage for a break between Christmas and New Year and were delighted to find Niwl Y Mor available for the dates we wanted
On arrival, we raced straight to the upstairs lounge to see the views we would experience and WOW, it didn’t disappoint. The majority of our stay whilst indoors was spent just watching the tide, walkers and the sky. Sunrises were incredible.
The view from downstairs was also lovely, you could see the sea making a cup of tea.
The decor was comfortable and homely, with everything we could possibly need. The dogs loved being almost on the beach, as did the children.
Highlight for us adults was watching the fireworks on the beach at midnight on NYE from the balcony. It was spectacular and made our stay super special!
Only regret is we haven’t booked for next year already as the dates we want are already snapped up. We will return as soon as we can to this absolutely stunning cottage. Booking process was easy and we had one small issue operating the washing machine but Rhosneigr Holiday Lettings were super efficient in sorting instructions immediately. Thank you to the staff for such a wonderful holiday and also the owners for allowing us to experience your lovely holiday cottage.

Wonderful house with fantastic views from upstairs lounge. Great for our dog that we could go straight onto the beach. Love that you can just walk into the village to try lovely places to eat out. Only slight downside, we would love a king size bed in the main bedroom. Thankfully we didn't need any assistance from agent, but the booking process etc was all very good. We would highly recommend this lovely house, and booking with Rhosneigr holiday letting. Thank you.

Wow!! What a beautiful location. Such a lovely beach on your doorstep. We have 3 young children, so being close to the beach saved us time and effort having to cart everything too and from the beach. Great distance to the shops and restaurants too. Everything in easy walking distance. House is amazing. It was our first time to Anglesey and we will return! Lots of things for kids of all ages, our preteen enjoyed the water sports in particular. The sea was very shallow and we felt very safe. We can’t wait for our next holiday to this property!!!

the location was right on the beach which suited our 3 generation family staying at Niwl y Mor . Unfortunately the weather was not very kind because it was very windy and at times very wet . My son and family were also staying in Rhosneigr and for older grandchildren and some adults the wind created breakers which was great for surfing ,kitted out with wet suits . We had a good family holiday despite the weather . We would recommend Rhosneigr holiday lettings for being very helpful and obliging throughout our booking and advice on the properties we selected and thankfully we had no problems ,so no need to contact them during our stay .

We chose this property because of it's location within easy access to the beach for my wife's elderly parents. we and they were much more than delighted with every aspect of our holiday there. There were 6 of us in the house, 3 couples, so having 3 sets of bathrooms was a great selling point. We would not hesitate to return to this location in the future and highly recommend it.

The property could not be better located, literally a stones throw away from the beach!
Our dog ran free all week and absolutely loved the beach with walks everyday off lead.
We also made the most of the location, playing family beach cricket and braving the waves to body board, which is great fun!
The weather wasn't wonderful during our stay, but the comfortable well equipped house was a great place to chill out and watch the world go by from the upstairs sitting room with a fantastic view of the bay.
We absolutely love Rhosneigr and have stayed several times before with Rhosneigr Holiday Lettings in their wonderful properties, kept to a very high standard and are returning again later in the year.

We had a brilliant holiday ! As stated the location was the absolute winner for us with views out to sea that made our time so restful and uplifting. If the weather was unkind we would sit and watch the beach and the kite surfing with a glass of something ...perfect.
Access to the beach was such a bonus ...our dog loved the place !
The house itself had everything you could wish for ...and the extras provided like bin bags ,washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets are the little touches that make the difference.

The only things to note which would be a big improvement for us would be a king size bed in the main bedroom...we are a tall family so found the bed too small for a good nights sleep ....and most people ...including us ...have a large bed at home so it feels extra small in a double .
Also ...really splitting hairs here but ...don’t like carpet in the the upstairs bathrooms !

The house was really clean apart from sand under some of cushions on furniture .....but I’m sure we brought our body weight in while we were there so perfectly understandable as it gets everywhere !

We are planning to book again next year.

Niwl Y Mor is a lovely house, yards from the beach.
Its a big house with plenty of bathrooms for large groups etc,
We always stay with Rhosneigr property lettings, their rentals are all excellent
Rhosneigr is a great beach for kids and dogs , wasn't even busy in July when we were there.

My only slight negative about the house is the lack of places to hang clothes upstairs, we live in a chalet bungalow so get the sloping walls, but there is a lot of space to put a tall wardrobe still

Perfect location for a dog friendly break - Views are amazing from the property, seconds from the beach (particularly appreciated by our dog), easy short walk to local amenities and should you wish to venture out only a short drive to many attractions (highly recommend Newborough Beach.) All this coupled with excellent customer service via Rhosneigr Lettings whom we could not thank enough for quickly and efficiently resolving weather related issues that hampered our departure at the end of the week.
We will certainly be back.

The beach house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a weeks stay. The house isn't furnished like you would expect a rental property to be. It feels more like a home from home. The view from the upstairs living room is amazing. Jamie dealt with the small issues we had very quickly and efficiently. Perfect place to bring a dog. Our dog was off the lead for most of the time running along the beach and in the dunes with us. We had a very enjoyable break over Christmas.

Having stayed at many cottages on Anglesey, this one is by far the best!! I could happily live in this house forever ....
Stunning location. Perfect for dog walks on the beach. Brilliant views from the upstairs lounge.

There's not much to complain about when staying at Niwl Y Mor. Lovely warm, well equipped cottage with a fantastic outlook. Having a lounge area upstairs overlooking the beach is a nice touch, and is a lovely place to sit first thing in the morning with a coffee and the paper, watching the ocean and people out walking their dogs.

Easy access to everything; everything as advertised. We would heartily recommend it for a chilled, relaxing break by the sea.

The property, which could hardly be any closer to the beach, was spotlessly clean on our arrival and is very well equiped. The views from the lounge are quite simply stunning - we were treated to a front row seat of "Storm Brian"! The kitchen contains everything you need, even an Nespresso machine. Unlike a lot of properties in this area the television comes with a "BT Box" which provides multiple channels and a very clear picture. Myself, my wife, and our children who joined us for a few days, and our dog all loved the place and we have already booked to return next year.

We've stayed here several times. The location is perfect for us because of direct access to the beach with the dog. The accommodation is generally in really good condition, although the leather effect dining chairs are becoming very worn and looking rather shabby and the wooden toilet seat in the en suite still has the split at the front that was there last time, so this and the chairs could do with replacing. These are just minor things though and don't detract from a super holiday cottage and we will definitely return, the main problem now is that it is so popular, it's difficult to find an available date!

Lovely house and fantastic location, back home now and really miss the view. Have booked to go back.
Just a couple of slightly negative things, expected a king size bed as per description and there wasn't one. Sloping ceilings in upstairs bedrooms so kept banging our heads when moving around the beds.

I would swap my House for this Beach House in a heart beat.
Perfect throughout. All cupboard fully stock (only missing an ice cube try - not to worry, I brought one ha ha)!
TV DVD player in the upstairs lounge and even a toy box with family games.
So cosy and NOT small.
We will be back - Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great property in a fantastic location. Would love to come back in Late Spring/Summer 2018 but it is already fully booked; this is a testament to the combination of quality and location. This property would suit adult parties (like ours) and also families with children. The property is extremely well configured and there is plenty of space to do things together or for people to find their own space. All in all this was a great "find" and we had a really enjoyable time both in/around Rhosneigr and further afield. We would recommend Holyhead mountain (South Stack) Llandudno (Great Orme and West Shore) and Beaumaris and beyond (Penmon Point).

We have stayed in Rhosneigr for many summers . This was by far the best location for a beach holiday. The house was fabulous and the views were to die for. We are definitely returning again next year. Can't wait!!

Initially drawn to the property by the stunning marketing photographs, we certainly weren't disappointed with the reality! The layout of the house exploits the panoramic views of the bay to the full, with the balcony providing the perfect place to enjoy spectacular sunsets. The location is idyllic...accessible yet off the beaten track at the top of a sandy path to the beach. Perfect peace and quiet. A good base from which to explore the lovely island of Anglesey.
Wine and shortbreads greeted us, along with an excellent information pack, covering every eventuality.
On arrival I couldn't find the requested baby cot and contacted Jamie, who appeared within minutes with a travel cot! However,to my horror we discovered the original cot in its box upstairs as we were packing up to leave! Ooops! So sorry!)
The house is beautifully done with lots of quirky seaside themed accessories and artworks...loved the seagull clock!
It is fully equipped throughout, right down to the picnic basket. A lot of thought has gone into the preparation of this holiday home.
My only negative is that we couldn't stay longer!

Perfect time to book ( Feb) as great value for money and we were fantastically lucky with the weather ( aside from the night we arrived in torrential rain) . The beaches were deserted , apart from the kite surfers , kayakers and paddle boarders which were great to watch from our balcony ,which is almost on the beach . The house was lovely and warm with quality fixtures and fittings everywhere. 3 beds with 3 bathrooms is always a bonus and the house is pet friendly (although you'd never know there'd been pets there previously as there wasn't a dog hair in sight ) , so well done to the cleaners . Pictures cannot convey just how close to the beach this property is , literally a minutes walk down a private lane. There are some lovely little touches relating to beach life all around the house and I can see much thought has gone into dressing the house. The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole house was spotlessly clean . The booking process was easy from start to finish so no problems whatsoever .My family enjoyed a fantastic long weekend spending quality time together and enjoying all the area had to offer with some invigorating beach walks watching stormy seas. The village is friendly and the local coffee shop even brought a treat out for our dog along with our hot chocolates . There are Bistros , a late night One Stop shop , a chippy, coffee shops , along with gift shops , Fat Face , O'Neill and other surf inspired and clothing shops , so everything within easy walking distance .
I will definitely be re booking before the year is out .

Super accommodation, clean and comfortable. Have stayed at several properties in this area and this is the best. Superb views and great for the dog because he can go straight onto the beach. Fabulous sunsets (if you get the weather!) and no need to use the car as basic groceries are available just a few minutes walk away along the beach.

The location of this property is stunning with easy access to the beach. Property was well equipped. On arrival unfortunately it was cold as the electricity supply had been interrupted and timing clock had gone off so took quite a while to heat through. We were visited by Jamie the manager and he was most apologetic. A nice touch when they come round to check all is well. We had a problem with one of the toilets and I contacted Jamie, he responded immediately and arranged for the handyman to come, excellent customer service. A bit tricky in the bedrooms if you are tall with the sloped ceilings but a generous twin bedded room on the ground floor. Wi fi was quite intermittent so not too good if you needed to work while away. We would consider staying again.

We've stayed here several times. Comfortable accommodation, beach just seconds away and love the upstairs living area with views of the sea. Really sad to be told this property has been sold and is no longer available as a holiday rental.
