Lovely place for an autumn weekend - everything you need and very comfortable.

Would have helped of heating and got water and fridge had been turned on for arrival but excellent response from maintenance when we noted a non working bulb

We would book again

Property was perfect for us. Very clean and had everything we wanted. Beds were very comfy too!! The location was amazing and everything on your doorstep. Private parking was a bonus considering the central location in Rhosneiger!! Love to stay again!!

Stayed for 5 nights over the weekend. Location was ideally situated to access all amenities within the village. The property was clean and warm with lovely towels and bed linens. We would recommend Norman Court and hope to return in the near future.

We enjoyed a lovely family holiday in this property. The location very close to the beach was wonderful for the children who spent many hours searching for shells and sea life. The house was spacious enough for the 3 adults and two children in our party, having a particularly large light bedroom on the top floor. Beds were very comfortable and good quality bed linen and towels were provided. The electric heaters kept the house well heated on their own but could be supplemented by the newly installed log burner if required, which created a very cosy ambience when the weather was cooler outside. The kitchen was very well appointed and new glass patio doors provided easy access to the rear courtyard area . The property provides very good value for money and has an excellent location within the village and for beach access. I would thoroughly recommend the property to either families or couples visiting the area. We will certainly return!

Norman Court is ideal for us as it is close to all amenities and is always well presented. A very considerate welcome pack was waiting which was much appreciated. This is our 3rd (or is it 4) stay and we shall look forward to returning. Only 2 minor points if we may: security light would be good at the back of the property and a mop and bucket for those little accidents that happen. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

We have enjoyed our time at Norman Court and would highly recommend it for beach goers. It was clean and tidy and the welcome pack was fantastic especially the Welsh cakes. The beach is a minute away and we spent everyday there watching the planes and paddling in the sea. As a family with a young child the only down side was the stairs as it was three floors all my little one wanted to do was go up and down so maybe a stair guard or gate to hire would be good. The master bedroom bed sheet was stained on arrival but this did not dampen our stay as things happen. The only other thing is that the back yard area is not very private when neighbours are out as the walls are only waist hight, other than that we had a fantastic week in Rhosneigr eating fish and chips from the fabulous Scarletts.

A town I had lived in some years ago. It did not disappoint. Equal amounts of sun and rain The house was perfect for the length of our stay and the welcoming pack was a nice addition. Our little Boarder Terrier enjoyed his treats very much too. Comfortable and functional are the words that springs to mind. The staff at the booking agency were excellent and dealt with all enquiries efficiently and in a timely manner. A lovely stay. Thank you.

It was our first stay at Norman court, being a frequent visitor to Rhosneigr the location was perfect for all amenities in close proximity to the property. A new fridge freezer had been installed just before our arrival which is a welcome addition to any property.
The rooms where clean and tidy, a small yard area to the rear with parking for 1 car was ideal. The front of the property has a small area to sit out in which gets the afternoon sunshine with a view down beach road.
One small issue was the smoke alarm which was very sensitive, it went off most times any cooking was undertaken.
That said, we would recommend and return to this property.

Our third visit to Norman Court and as before it did not disappoint. The welcome pack was most appreciated and everywhere was clean and tidy. Perfect location with all amenities close to hand. Useful to have the parking round the back but (only a very minor observation) it would be good to have an outside light. Albeit, we loved our stay here and will be returning again. Highly recommended.

We recently had a most enjoyable stay at Norman Court which was our second visit. As before, the place was clean and welcoming and is ideally situated for the local amenities. The beach is but a short walk away and welcomes dogs all year round. Just be mindful to check your invoice as although Anglesey lettings clearly states a five per cent discount will "automatically apply for returning customers" this was clearly not the case with our return stay. I accept responsibility for being too trusting and not checking the invoice. We also have a slight issue with this 5pm access to the property which I see has been mentioned by another guest. The reason is the usual "housekeeping" and "cleaning" issue but having stopped in many places across the UK this is by far the latest time for access. Most places are 3pm in our experience. Just minor points which did not detract from a wonderful stay in any shape or form. There is a smashing new log burner fitted but a word of caution. Make sure you use well seasoned wood. Our first bag was from Morrisons which burned superbly. The second bag of logs was from the corner shop up the road. These were not properly seasoned seasoned and did not burn well at all. To round off, we visited the new Indian Restaurant at the back of The Glan public house which is well worth a visit. We enjoyed our stay at Norman Court so much we are returning soon. A lovely place to stay with convenient parking to the rear and fresh looking rooms.

This is an outstanding holiday home that has been styled, maintained, and updated to the highest standards by the owner. The very recent installation (March 2023) of a larger and much more powerful wood-burner has reduced the need to keep the auxiliary electric heaters running and added to the overall sense of home-away-from-homeliness. Well equipped and light and airy throughout the house, it really is such a wonderfully convenient setting to base yourself to relax, stroll down to Rhosneigr Beach, or head out on foot to enjoy all the coastal and inland paths. A hidden gem; I’ll be back. Thank you.

We've stayed in a lot of properties in Rhosneigr and never been disapointed before now and never in one that smells bad like this one. The entire property needs a deep clean especially the kitchen area. Great location though and still love Rhosneigr.

lovely weeks stay at norman court, very clean nice little extra of a welcome pack. great location for beach and shops and eating out. off road parking.

the only fault is that we couldn't access the property until 5pm, so the first day in a way is lost.access should be earlier when i have paid for a weeks stay, and not just a few hours of the first day.

overall though it was perfect for us and the dog and we would probably book again.

Absolutely loved the holiday home. The house is modern, comfortable and well equipped with everything you could possibly need - even hot water bottles for those chilly nights. Parking is right at the back gate which was a bonus. The welcome pack was very handy and there are shops and eateries just a few steps away. The location couldn't be better, just a very short stroll from the wonderful sandy beach. Our dog, Bruno, was in his element and loved his beach walks; he (and us) would happily move there tomorrow, if not sooner.
Norman Court is a real home from home and we can't wait to return.

We arrived for our stay over the Christmas period and were pleased with the cleanliness and overall feeling of the place. A thoughtful package of goodies awaited us which was most welcome. Everything one needs is on hand and the small log burner was a welcome addition. If you intend to use it then remember to bring along all you need to include firelighters and starting sticks. The place is conveniently located with parking and additional access to the rear. The heating was very generous which kept the whole house warm throughout our stay. Only a minor observation but the front area/wall needs a bit of the tidy-up and the room to the left as you come through the front door needs a decluttering. Not to worry as this did not detract from a most enjoyable stay. We would certainly stay again and would recommend it to those seeking to stay in Rhosneigr.

Fall out of the front door onto the beach ... Literally
Right in the centre of Rhosniegr
There were just the 2 of us and our pooch so loads of space, could be a bit tight for 6.
An over sight on our part was not noticing there is no freezer or freezer part, so having done a shop on the way we had to eat 2 tubs of ice cream on our first night of holiday .... Oh well silver linings.

We’ve returned to this property year after year so it’s a given that it ticks all the boxes. Two things struck me this year (2020) though, firstly RHL’s pragmatic approach to managing the booking in light of Covid, and secondly the cleanliness of the property - it was forensically clean so a big shout out to the cleaning staff. All in all, excellent and to be applauded.

We have just stayed here for a short break- the location is ideal, as it is just a stone’s throw away from the breach, shops and bars. House was very clean with a real beach house feel to it with the artwork and furnishing.

Customer service is excellent – I telephoned the customer care team as the kitchen tap stopped working, literally within 5 minutes, a friendly maintenance man was at the property who replaced the tap whilst we were at the beach.

We would recommend this property and will hoping to book this property again in the summer.

Great location in centre on main road to beach and no worries with finding a parking space as parking is at back of house.
I've stayed in lots of houses over the years and this one was exactly as listed....the personalised note of welcome and small supplies was more than I've had from a "luxury" listed house. .
We found the area round the stairs/porch/kitchen very limited. There were four of in the house plus a dog.
Loved the decor and beach feel.

Norman Court is situated a stone's throw away from the beach which is fantastic. The property itself is well equipped and generally very comfortable. The owners have clearly spent time and effort on the property as it is very nicely decorated and welcoming. Our only disappointment was the strong smell of cigarettes in particular in the lounge. This, coupled with a very dirty floor, also, in the lounge meant that we actively tried to stay out of the property until late so we would just go to bed and not spend time downstairs as the smell was quite overwhelming. Perhaps our comments stem from having a 10month old baby so we may be a little more sensitive to these issues. Nonetheless the rest of the property was spotless and the beds very comfortable.

Good morning and thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can confirm that the property has a log burner, which as you would expect is used an awful lot, therefore it certainly wasn't smelling of cigarettes. I spend an awful lot of time, energy and money ensuring we have staff on call to our customers, and it becomes very tiring reading reviews from guests that do not read their welcome letter explaining if they have absolutely any problems, just call. If there was an issue at the property we would have resolved it immediately! Instead you avoid the property and leave the review! Amazing!

The accommodation was bright fresh and clean. The downstairs layout is furnished well so a small space feels airy and spacious. Everything you need is provided. A minor blip in the heating wasn’t on when we arrived so took a while to settle in -but once the heating kicked in it was a really comfortable stay ideally situated for everything in Rhosneigr.

We've just got home from our long weekend, staying at 12 Norman Court. Just want to say that the cottage was everything we hoped for. A stone's throw from the beach for our dogs and the village restaurants and pubs for the humans. Decor and cleanliness was top notch and well stocked with dvd's and games for a relaxing night in front of the log burning stove. We couldn't fault it, and your help and communication was much appreciated. We'll definitely be booking with you again as we're regular visitors to Rhosneigr. Proper home from home for us. Cleaning not top notch, dust under wood burner, and patio door jam, dirty floor under-stairs, in corner of living room, STRONG SMELL of gloss paint, rear gutters blocked causing heavy splashing during storms , raised plant pots which blew over leaving compost every where, flat battery's in both clocks, APART from these niggles, GREAT location for beach and shops/restaurants, well appointed holiday house with stunning views.

We had tradesmen in the property all week ahead of your arrival carrying out refurbishment works, new carpets, decorating and other upgrades. Have already booked to go back again so that speaks for itself. Great house, great location etc. Only niggle would be the missing shelf in the fridge (sounds very minor but makes it difficult to fit all your food in which is a bit of a pain).

Carpets were needing a good cleaning and bedroom carpet upstairs had holes. Bed could do with a new mattress too. The downstairs sitting room was clean although under the couch hadn’t seen a brush at all.

Thank you for leaving a review for Norman Court. We have spoken with the Housekeeper for the property and I can only apologise for her missing underneath the sofa. We have now also replaced all of the carpets throughout the house, this had been planned for a while but due to back to back bookings it was not possible to replace them in time. This was our 3rd stay in a house on this Court which is very close to the beach and all town facilities. Everything you need is provided in a comfortable dog friendly holiday home. A great selection of games, books and DVDs for evenings in. Parking and an enclosed yard make it perfect for families with pooches, and we will be back next year! A friend has already booked this house for October on our recommendation and we wouldn't hesitate to continue to recommend in the future.

I have just returned from an excellent weeks stay.

Quiet but busy village.
An easy stroll to the sea.

On first sight the property looks great and is in an excellent position for the beach. The property was well stocked with plenty of utensils, crockery etc. Wanted to use the oven for jacket potatoes but on opening the door the state in the oven was disgraceful
So changed our minds and went out for a meal. Leak in bathroom from metal pipe in back of cistern, The shower was dirty with hair blocking the drain hole causing water to come up hole, Phoned three times and left a message for assistance but no-one returned our calls and finally there wasn’t a dustbin allocate for that property, so the domestic rubbish had to pile up in the kitchen

A brilliant location right next to the beautiful beaches of Rhosneigr. Great walk using train to Valley a d then walking back along the estuary and beach. Fantastic meals at Sandys with steak offer Thursday amazing value. Crepes at Mojos really good. We just loved our four day break.

Lovely little place right by an excellent beach and a nice little town. Very cute and cosy but didn't feel cramped and the lounge area gave my one year old plenty of room to roam/waddle about!

A wonderful holiday home. A stones throw from the beach in a truly stunning location. Lovely having the wood burning stove for cooler nights to sit round as a family. A wonderful break was had by the whole family.

We stayed here monday to friday of feb half term, 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. Plenty of space and comfort in this lovely house thats literally 2 minutes walk from a good beach. Fantastic base to explore beautiful Anglesey, especially walking in the sand dunes and watching the jets from RAF Valley. Overall a very good week in a very good house.

Our second year running in this great holiday accommodation. Jamie welcomed us shortly after arrival to check everything was OK which it was - spotless and so well equipped with everything you need. Thanks too for the much appreciated Proseco, Welsh cakes and milk welcome gifts. Our son and his two boys had a great time and we all just love the close proximity to the beach.
