We really enjoyed our week at Rhonwil.
The bungalow is on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is in a great location, close to both the centre of the village and the beach. The property had everything we needed. Private garden which was great for our dogs.
Lovely towels and bed linen. Beds and sofas are comfy. My elderly mum has mobility problems and the property was perfect. The only negative is that the wardrobes, particularly the rear bedroom, had a slight damp smell, but it is evident that the owner is trying to improve this. I recommend Rhonwil.
I will definitely book any future holidays with Anglesey Holiday Lettings. I think the online property information guide is excellent. Much better than having to read through a book at the property.

Spotlessly clean and very well equipped home from home. Very comfortable sofas and beds and plenty of room for 2 couples and 3 dogs. Great secure outside space and ample parking. The best thing about the property is its proximity to the beaches - 3 and 5 min walk just round the corner or down the road. A perfect base to explore everything Anglesey has to offer. We loved out stay at Rhonwil

We had a wonderful week, 3 of us, then grandparents joined for a night. Rhonwil has everything you need, is spacious, comfortable, clean, we will definitely be back!!

Our family thorough enjoyed our stay in Rhonwil, particularly its location very close to the centre of the village and its ameneties and the beaches. Overall a good location for exploring Anglesey. We would have liked to be able to read a Welcome Pack rather than finding information online. This is the first time we have come across this. Also we had to report a leak in the extension roof.

We loved our stay at this bungalow. All of our needs were catered for. Clean and fresh on arrival. Beautiful comfy furniture in the seating areas. The garden was ideal. Even our PWDs weren’t able to launch themselves over the fencing!
The only thing I would say would be to think about fitting towel rails in the shower room and bathroom.

It was clean and comfortable and the welcome pack was most -well- welcome! The garden was perfectly secure enough even for a curious lurcher. It ticked all our boxes.

Good cottage, had almost everything we needed, and in a convenient location within walking distance of seafront, a couple of pubs, 4 or 5 restaurants, a convenience store and fish & chip and pizza takeaways.
A slight smell of damp in the bedroom wardrobes needs to be addressed, and it could do with more hooks on the inside of some doors for hanging up towels, dressing gowns and suchlike. That apart, all in good shape
Anglesey is a lovely island, great place to go for a week provided you are not looking for nightlife. Highlights included the walks and Maritime Museum around Holyhead, Beaumaris gaol, and the excellent beached on the NE of the island. Just across the Menai bridges you've got Carnarvon castle and Bodnant gardens (National Trust) - both excellent. Bangor, sadly, is in a bad state of decline and nowhere near as attractive as it was 40 years ago.
Real Ale enthusiasts should head for the Y Morfa Pub for a magnificent pint of Lees, on get someone else to drive and go to the Albion in Conwy - see https://abercolwyn.camra.org.uk/viewnode.php?id=22989

We spent a week at Rhonwil where we were joined by family and friends for a birthday celebration. The property was very user friendly and well equipped with plenty of off road parking and ideally situated for all that Rhosneigr has to offer.
The only negative was the rear garden area. The grass had not been cut for some time and the outdoor furniture and cushions not clean, which was disappointing as the weather was perfect for sitting outdoors. The decked patio area would be a great asset with a little more attention. This is the only reason I wasn’t able to give a five star rating overall.

The bungalow was spotlessly clean. Good quality bedding and towels. The bungalow would benefit from bette cutelry and a few more items for cooking, eg ovenproof dishes and trays.
The gardeners came to cut the lawns while we were there but someone needs to tidy up the back garden.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely time staying at Rhonwil, which had everything we needed, in a very spacious and well laid out bungalow. Couldn’t fault it at all and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. I suppose the only thing, if I had to mention something, was that our stay wasn’t long enough !

The house is in good order, spacious and well located, just a short walk to the centre of Rhosneigr and from there the beach. The drive is large enough for 2 or 3 cars. Having 2 bathrooms is a great help.

Having taken our dog, word of warning is rather annoyingly we found that someone had selfishly let their dog do their business on the front grass and just left it, so please don’t assume that just because your dog hasn’t done anything on It there won’t be anything to clean up.

Rhonwil is the ideal place to stay in Rhosneigr. The house is spotlessly clean & very well maintained. A definite home from home. Its location is central for visiting the beach, shops, pubs & restaurants. We were so impressed & hope to return again soon! Anglesey is a beautiful island & there is so much to see & do. It seems to have a micro climate, while other parts of Wales had bad weather, we enjoyed the sun. Diolch Anglesey!!

We stayed at Rhonwil for my dad’s 80th birthday weekend celebrations. It was perfectly located within easy walking distance of the village and beach. The bungalow is spacious and well equipped as well as very comfortable. My only criticisms would be that the cleaner would benefit from deploying a feather duster as lots of cobwebs, although overall it was very clean. There is also mould on the curtains and blinds in bedrooms and in the shower room. Overall a great spot and we would return to Rhonwil…

Returned to Rhonwil for a second time as the location was ideal and the cottage spacious for our party of 5. I unfortunately had a nasty fall on the first few days of arriving and was pretty immobile so was thankful for the property being one level and it was really well suited for someone reliant on a wheelchair/zimmer/crutches. I was able to enjoy the rest of the stay and access the garden to enjoy the sunshine and it was a short journey in the wheelchair to have breakfast in the lovely eateries in the village. Cottage is very well equipped, furniture and beds are very comfortable and location is minutes from the beach. Met the owner on departure who advised there are some improvements happening over the winter which will make this lovely cottage even nicer.

House location was great, very convenient with excellent walks nearby and quick access to shops, pubs and fish&chips.

However, the garden lacked adequate comfort for a holiday advertised for 6-adults. 4 wicker stools, a hard wood bench and 2 moldy recliners didn’t go far.

There are spots of mold in both bathrooms and the front double bedroom.

We did love the treats basket, the chilli jam was very nice.

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would consider coming back next year.

This was our second visit to the cottage and was not disappointed, lovely new sofas from the last time we stayed, very comfortable, exceptionally clean, great facilities, lovely enclosed garden for the dogs, great location only a short walk to the village and fantastic beaches.

Another great stay at Rhonwil, we've stayed here several times but it was nice to see the new furniture in the lounge and the new roof on the sun room. We had two dogs with us this time and it's great having the enclosed garden for them to potter about in. Hopefully we'll be back again later in the year.

We stayed in Rhonwil 4 years ago and there was so much mold on the windows, in the fans in both bathrooms and on the blinds. We mentioned this to Jamie and he assured us that you were taking over the cleaning of this property. We've since stayed there again (I think at least twice) and the house was cleaned to a much higher standard.


However on this occasion, on arrival we saw the ant spray and ant traps. I called your number to find out where the ants were coming in so we could keep an eye on it (we have had ants in our own home so they don't bother us) and was told that the owners were arranging their own cleaning.


Which would explain the mold on the front double bedroom window, blinds and around the bottom of the bedside unit and skirting board. When we had a shower in the shower room you could clearly see mold in the fan vents. There is mold on a lot of the windows as well.


Also the bathroom window lock was broken so we couldn't open the window, the light above the sink in the bathroom wasn't working, the side light in the front bedroom wasn't working, the light over the dining table had one bulb not working and the same issue in the conservatory. And the conservatory roof was also leaking during heavy rain.


It just says to us that the owners don't care about the property and if they are still organising the cleaning then unfortunately due to all of the above we won't be staying in Rhonwil again, which is a shame as its a perfect size for us and our 2 dogs.

Easy check in with great communication from Anglesey holiday Lettings. Big driveway for the two cars we had for our party of 5 people. Cottage was very spacious and well equipped. Shower in the small toilet room was awesome! Very powerful which was ideal after a day on the beach. Beds were super comfy. Garden was lovely to enjoy the evening sun on the raised deck area. Short stroll to the high street for shops and walking distance to the Oystercatcher and both beautiful Rhosneigr beaches which we explored daily. Great that it is dog friendly and both our dogs had an amazing holiday in their favourite beach location. Thank you for a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. We will return

Very comfortable house in good location but getting a bit worn and tired looking in places, worth the money we paid but don't think it would be value for money for what prices they are asking for 2022.

Very comfortable house, too much crockery and some ornaments and bits and pieces need removing to aid better cleaning.bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless just kitchen needed attention. It’s a fab location and the little garden is great. Useful utility room. Great parking a short stroll to the beach garage is useful if you do water sports. We would definitely go back. Had the need to call maintenance for a switch that stopped working they were with us within half an hour and switch replaced promptly.

Ideal location, property very spacious and well equipped. The conservatory gave an extra room, which was lovely. Garage really useful for bikes - and many thanks to Anglesey lettings who came quickly to provide a key to the garage. Rhosneigr is a beautiful place at any time of year, especially if you manage to see the sunsets!

After having to cancel our stay at this property last year due to COVID, we were so grateful that the owner allowed us to change it to this year & we were able to go. The property was perfect for our family, having both a living room & sun room, so plenty of space. Two bathrooms made it so much easier for everyone to get ready for the day. Due to current restrictions there were no places to eat out & only a few take away places open, but each of these were very tasty. Because of this we cooked in the house more than we would normally & were able to do this with ease as it was well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay at this property & would not hesitate to stay there again & would recommend it.

We stayed at Rhonwil following a last minute decision to visit Rhosneigr. The bungalow is very spacious, if a little dated in places, but incredibly well equipped and very comfortable. Location is perfect for the beach and village. Outdoor space lovely and private. The king size bed was one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in! I would definitely return to Rhonwil. Perfect bungalow for us, only a few minutes walk to the village, both beaches and the lake.
The house was impeccable with comfy beds and couches, great bathrooms and power shower.
The garden always seems to be sunny and is fully enclosed for dogs.

First time at Rhonwil and definitely won’t be the last! Perfect location minutes from Broad Beach and the village. We’ve stayed in many of RHL’s properties and this has to be one of the best equipped yet. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own bit of space, conservatory great as a yoga room! A very dated bungalow but spacious, clean and has excellent water pressure in the shower (this can be an issue in Rhosneigr). 2 mins walk to the heart of Rhosneigr and a further 3 mins to the fantastic beach. It has an enclosed safe garden for our 2 dogs, parking for 3 cars. There is a RAF base less than a mile away so you will get lots of jets flying about making noise. We've only been here out of school holidays and the village is very quiet and we sometimes have the hugh beach to ourselves. We'll be back next year.

Lovely bungalow. Safe garden for the dogs and very close to the beach, shops pubs and restaurants.
Bedrooms were slightly damp and the toilet started leaking significantly. Rhosneigr letting sent someone to look at this promptly and were a very good letting agency.

Everything excellent. Lovely cottage. Very comfortable. Fabulous conservatory. Enclosed garden great for dog. Amazing shower. Spotlessly clean. Enough clothes hangers. Large kitchen with dish washer. Had a lovely week in this bungalow. Location was brilliant for walking dog on beach and local restaurants. House well appointed for the two of us. Cooking utensils may be a bit sparse if used for a group of six.
Garden great for our dog. Just a little disappointed with seating area in garden brown weeds poking through patio and no comfy seats as should in pictures.
Bed very comfortable and bathrooms excellent.
I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this bungalow.

I have to say that on the whole this accomodation was absolutely superb! My only 2 criticisms would be 1. The lack of outside comfortable garden furniture to sit on. Although there are 4 wicker short garden stools, when you are in the garden for several hours (if you are lucky like we were to have days of prolonged sunshine) then they do become most uncomfortable after 30 minutes or so, and for us as a family, we do spend a lot of time together in the garden, so this was an issue for us. 2. The lack of kitchen utensils especially large pans, meant that it was impossible to cater for 4 adults and 2 children in terms of providing a basic cooked meal - a full English breakfast was definitely off the menu! I do believe that this issue has now been resolved - which is great if you happen to be staying as a family! I just hope that a few tea cups can be also provided as white builders mugs just do not work when trying to make civilised cups of afternoon tea. Well that is my criticism's dealt with... Now for the positives! The bungalow is absolutely beautiful and very spacious! It is very well maintained and very comfortable. The bedrooms are all spacious and the 2 single beds are very large and very suitable for adults. The 2 bathrooms are lovely and clean and fresh, as are the towels and the bedding provided. Constant supply of hot water, the 2 showers are really great. The WI-FI is 100 % reliable - which is important when you have young people who apparently cannot survive ten minutes without their smart phones and Ipad's! The garden is attractive and a good size and very secure for both young children and dogs. The vicinity to the stunning beach and the local shops and pubs etc is fantastic! A five minute flat walk to both. I think that it would be very difficult to better this accomodation in terms of space, comfort, location and price! Just a really great place to spend a week.

The cottage is spacious and very well equipped, love the location as within a few minutes walk of the beach, local shops and restaurants. Fully enclosed garden to sit in and completely safe for normal size dogs, we were worried about our tiny escape artist chihuahua's as they can fit through a 4' gap so didn't leave to roam in the garden due to the style of the back fence. Our second visit to Rhonwil and we loved it just as much as the first. It is a large, spacious, clean and comfortable bungalow with all the comforts of home. The rear garden is very secluded and secure for dogs which is an excellent feature. We love the close proximity to the Rhosneigr village amenities, and also the ease at which you can access the rest of the island from the bungalow. We will definitely return next year.
We have used Rhosneigr Holiday Lettings many times. They have a fabulous portfolio of properties which never disappoint and they are a pleasure to deal with - highly recommended!!

This bungalow was ideally placed with the beach, shops, pub, restaurants and lake all within easy walking distance. Our dog was welcome and she settled in quickly. We enjoyed the enclosed garden which was safe for our small dog and she enjoyed wandering in and out and sunbathing on the lawn. The furniture was comfortable and we had good quality linen and plenty of warm fleece throws. We had an issue with some light bulbs not working when we arrived and I would urge owners to check all lighting more often. There is a nice walk around the lake and we enjoyed walks on the beach and the dunes with our dog. We would happily visit this bungalow again.

The bungalow was very spacious and I was amazed at the attention to detail and thought to items needed - there were plenty of extras like washing up liquid, cloths, washing powder and even salt and pepper.
The beds were very comfy, the garden was great and the location was ideal.
We didn't need to speak to the holiday team at all before or during our stay. Email communication was adequate for booking and we didn't need any help during our stay.
Overall I cant fault it one bit and I will stay again - thanks

Very spacious accommodation. Nice gardens and liked the sitting area outside which was a real sun trap. Did struggle a bit with the hob and it would have been useful to have instructions to hand but we managed in the end.

A lovely, well equipped cottage in a great central location, only a few minutes walk to the beaches. Especially enjoyed sitting in the bright conservatory enjoying a good book. We had a wonderful time at Rhonwil, it was spacious, warm and well equipped. Great having two bathrooms/shower room. The only negative (and this in no way detracts from the quality of the property) was the refuse collection system. As Angelsey operates a 3 weekly collection, the general household waste bin was overflowing. This may have been due to previous holidaymakers (or cleaners) not putting the bin out on the specified day (instructions were supplied on days/dates). This meant bin bags were left around the bin (which was also broken!! We had to re-attach the wheel). Not so much a problem in November but in summer could be very unpleasant. OK rant over!!! It was a great holiday nonetheless.

The process for booking the holiday was very quick and clear.

The property was very well appointed - being very spacious, clean and welcoming. The property was within walking distance of all the amenities of the village and the beach. The furniture was very comfortable and the whole property was very clean and in excellent condition.

The Welcome Pack was very informative, giving details of local activities, places of interest, restaurants and pubs. There were a plethora of books to read on rainy days if you didn't want to go out - my husband spend many an hour reading the motor sport books whilst waiting for us 'ladies' to get ready to go out.

I will be returning to Angelsey next year and will not hesitate to re-book with Rhosneigr Holiday Lettings.

Super, spacious detatched bungalow with all the comforts of home. Very close for all amenities with a safe, secure garden for dogs. We would certainly return here in the future.

Everything was excellent apart from the certain aspects of cleanliness!

The bungalow had been vacuumed, dusted and was very tidy, however, we discovered many dirty bowls, plates and cutlery which we had to wash before use. The most annoying thing was dog mess left on the lawn by the previous occupants which was accidentally walked into the conservatory, which we also had to clean up! I know this is down to the ignorance of the previous visitors, but housekeeping need to thoroughly check this for the comfort of future visitors.

Also, It would have been handy to have had spare light bulbs in the property so I could have replaced the blown ones in the ceiling lights - there was only one working in each when there should have been five.

We didn't allow this to detract from a great stay, and on the whole we had a good time.

Good comfortable accommodation with plenty of living space. Had an enjoyable stay. Conveniant to beaches and small shops and not too far from A55 should you need it, and/or to access other places of interest on the island.

On our arrival we found a toilet mat left abandoned in the vestibule, not what you really want to be greeted by, first impressions and all that, I imagine the cleaner had forgotten to take it. The rest of the property was quite clean though, but some things were starting to show signs of age with a couple of things broken, such as the vertical blinds by the back door. The property however is just a 5 minute walk to either of the two beaches in Rhosneigr, so it’s the perfect location for visiting the beach without having to use the car.

Fabulous house and location, close to everything we needed. Secure garden for dog, he had a great holiday. I will be booking next year. Loved it

The location of this property was great for the town centre and especially the beaches, lots of room in the bungalow, there was only 2 adults and our dog but plenty of room for a family of 6, everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

We would definitely recommend this for a family holiday.

If you are looking to holiday with your dogs Rhonwil is perfect ,an easy five minute walk to the beach and enclosed garden to the rear of the bungalow. Highly recommended for the money

We had a lovely time staying at Rhonwil. Fantastic cottage in a brilliant location on a superb island. Would thoroughly recommend booking this cottage it's a steal at the price being asked for. Very warm comfortable place to stay and very short distance from the sea.

A comfortable, warm well equipped bungalow. A great location for walking the beaches and coastal paths.
Very safe enclosed garden for the dog. We will definitely return again.



We enjoyed another lovely family holiday here over Christmas period - will be back in the summer.

fantastic place to stay excellent value for money we will be returning again, house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed my children loved it and in lovely location near the village and a stroll away from the beach and local pub.

Lovely spacious bungalow with nice garden and decking area. Great location for shops and beach. Liked having the porch area as we had a dog. Would definitely go again.

The whole family had a great stay here. Superb accommodation, a real home from home. Beaches by daytime, the dogs enjoyed coastal walks morning and evening and the boys were impressed with the fast wifi at night. Will be returning this year.

Spacious accommodation in lovely location with good facilities. Everything we needed was catered for including some thoughtful touches - plenty of mugs for lots of tea drinking, dishwasher tabs for dishwasher, and of course the prosecco, milk and Welsh lemon biscuits on arrival!

Comfortable, clean property with excellent facilities and within walking distance of centre of Rhosneigr and beach.
No need for car.
Holiday would have been improved by provision of garden furniture as we were not able to take complete advantage of the sunny garden.
