A fantastic stay with plenty if space to spread out. Good quality equipment and furnishings in all rooms. Great location close to the beach and coastal path and no more than 45 minutes from all visitor attractions on Anglesey.

This was our third visit to Sandaig. We love the layout of the house. The open plan kitchen with sofa and tv means we can all mingle while a meal is being prepared. Good size comfortable bedrooms. The short walk to the beach is a bonus.We will return again next year.

This was our second holiday at Sandaig this year. This property has everything! Comfortable, spacious and just the best location in Benllech.
The bedrooms are spacious and showers are fantastic! The interior design is tasteful and done to a seaside theme throughout. The furnishings are good quality and in 3 bedrooms the beds are king size and very comfortable.
The added bonus of the hot outside shower for the dogs is brilliant…..for us too with sandy feet!
Everything in this property has been well thought out to provide a comfortable stay for guests.
We were lucky with the weather too! We arrived in heavy rain but the next day it had cleared to reveal blue skies and sunshine which pretty much lasted all week.
We’d like to thank you too for the thoughtful welcome goodies and card which we were very touched by! Bertie and Frankie loved their treats too!
We shall be returning in the coming months for sure.

The house was as described, like a home from home with all the accessories available. Location excellent for beach and going visiting other places. Local shops for any food items. The garden was very tranquil and was lovely to watch the birds going in and out of their nesting boxes.
I would definitely recommend and go back for another visit.

We booked a year ago and have been so looking forward to our holiday in Sandaig….. it didn’t disappoint!
Lovely spacious property with all the comforts and little extras of our own homes. So close to the beach you just literally came out of the driveway turn right and right again and there’s the beach at the bottom of the hill. The garden was large and well maintained. Also fully enclosed so our dogs had no way of escaping. The new garden furniture was a great addition to the new patio area and of good quality. We found most things in the property of a high quality. The whole property was decorated and dressed out very tastefully. Beds very comfy and bedding crisp and clean. Showers were superb….in particular the rain head which was powerful with constant hot water. We can’t comment on the cooking facilities as apart from tea and toast each morning we ate out or brought in takeaways…..plenty of those in the area to choose from too! Ample parking on the driveway at the side of the house for at least 4 cars in front of the gates. It’s a large property easily accommodating 8 people….as there was only 2 of us it does work out a bit pricey but nevertheless it was a fabulous week which we thoroughly enjoyed. We have already booked to return in September and can’t wait for the date to roll round!

Having stayed once before at Sandaig and enjoying our stay. Rebooked for a family celebration and New Year. Once again we had a fantastic time. A multigenerational break. Sandaig is ideal, we spent time all together enjoying the games provided. Cooking celebratory meals in the beautiful kitchen. This is our second visit to the house as we loved it so much. We wanted to return but it is already booked for next year for the same dates. Further improvements to the outside area and the creation of a games and fun room in the adjacent garage has added to the features.
The house is very spacious and perfect for our mixed aged family and of course the two dogs. You couldn't get a better location with a 2 minute walk to the glorious beach and sea.
The living area, kitchen , bedrooms and bathrooms (two en-suite) are finished to a high standard with lots of utensils and many small items that are available and so useful. The owners have clearly given a lot of thought to the needs of their guests.
We hope to return very soon

This was our second visit to Sandaig. We visit Anglesey twice a year and Sandaig is one of our favourite houses to stay. It was our daughters 50th birthday weekend so where better to celebrate. It is situated so close to the beach ideal for dog walks. The layout of the house works well with plenty of space and well equipped.There are lovely beaches a short drive away and local shops ,restaurants, pubs and cafes in Benllech. This was our second stay at thus lovely property and ones again had a great time. Only nagative was the cleaning was not the best cupboard fronts and floor in kitchen sticky and had to be cleaned by us when we arrived.

This property was lovely very bright and clean, with a few bits that could've been a bit cleaner. The back garden was a good size and ideal for kids and dogs. There is a little man cave which had games as well as stuff to use on the beach. The beach is literally around the corner. Beach is beautiful and very family friendly.

The Sandaig was an amazing house to stay in. There was 5 adults, 2 children aged 13 and 10 and 1 dog that stayed for the week. Plenty of room for all of us. Only very short walk to the fantastic Benlech beach. Everything in the house was clean. Everything needed and more for a summer family holiday. Loved sitting outside in the garden or under the covered patio. The garage was full of stuff to keep you entertained. Darts, football table, bat and ball
etc. Kept the kids (and adults) entertained during BBQs that we had. Made use of the beach cart and windbreak and chairs in the garage for the beach. Lovely touch with the welcome hamper including Welsh cakes and a bottle of wine. Overall would highly recommend this place to stay at.

This is our 2nd stay at Sandaig and we've already booked our 3rd.

The house is spacious and airy, well equipped with everything a family may need for a stay. The garden is well maintained and lovely to sit back and relax in or eat a meal outside.

The views are stunning. The beach is literally a minute or so's walk away. Benllech is beautiful with a stunning beach and plenty of shops for your essentials. A good range of bars, cafes and restaurants. The best chippy in the world, Finnys and a lovely ice cream Parlour. The sea front hosts an ice cream cabin with the creamist whippy ice cream ever!

Everything you need is in walking distance.

We had an excellent time at Sandaig over New Year, the weather was dreadful but it did not stop us getting out and about, played cricket and football on the beach.
The beds were comfortable, the seating was also and the kitchen and its equipment were perfect.
We had no complaints other that the log burner was very difficult to light, we had 3 goes without success.

The customer service prior to arrival was exemplary, the house was better than anticipated. Loads of space, great kitchen for cooking, having a relaxing drink, eating at the dining table.
Large lounge to relax in after evening meals, decent TV, facilities & Wi-Fi .
Kids loved the garden & garage facilities.
Bedrooms comfortable & spacious.
So close to the beach.

The location was perfect for local places in Benllech and also a great base for exploring the island. A problem with the downstairs toilet was sorted really quickly with minimal fuss. Personally I think a couple of more rugs would help as it felt a bit loud and echo-y. Also a table at the bottom of the garden where the evening sun hits would be nice but otherwise all lovely.

Wow Sandaig was the perfect accommodation for our big special family holiday. It was like a show home. Everything from kitchen equipment to family games and beach stuff was there. The house was very clean and well maintained. The games garage with table football and darts plus other garden games was well received. The garden was great for playing in, relaxing in and for the dogs as it was perfectly secure. We also enjoyed BBQs on the terrace. Upper bedrooms gave wonderful views out to sea. Sandaig was perfect for the beach a mere two minute walk away and what an incredible beach. Lovely sand and when the tide is fully out its enormous. At some point every day we were there whether for dog walks or playing on the sand or in the sea, fortunately we had gloriously sunny weather. The north Wales expressway made it easy to get to. Its location was great for all North Wales and Anglesey activities, including Anglesey walks, Menai Straits Rib rides, visiting Eryri for mountain walking and Zip world. This was the perfect choice for our family holiday this year, awesome.

We have just enjoyed a wonderful 3 day family break making great memories at this gorgeous house by the sea. The house is beautiful with everything you could need. Really spacious and clean and we all slept so well in lovely comfortable beds. We were so sad to leave and will definitely be booking to go back this year. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children. The house met all our needs and more. Very spacious living areas and huge bedrooms. Ideal to have so many bathrooms. What makes Sandaig special is the added extras such as equipment and toys for the beach and board games. So much thought has been put into designing this home. A fantastic house perfect for relaxing with friends in the large kitchen. An excellent outdoor area with a bbq and all the utensils needed. The garden furniture was very comfortable sit on in the sunshine.
The beach was just down the hill which was perfect for carrying our kayaks to. We even managed to catch a fish!
Extremely pleased with the house and we will definitely recommend to our friends, especially those with children due to the location.

Beautifully refurbished house in a fantastic location. Within an easy walk to various pubs and restaurants, very good food overall.
Really secure dog safe garden.
We had the best holiday and will hopefully be visiting again next year.

We do not usually leave reviews, however felt compelled to do so given the the brilliant accommodation that Sandaig offers. The location is second to none being literally a stones throw from the beautiful beach at Benllech with the coastal path even closer. We had a really relaxing stay, with plenty of local amenities within walking distance. We can recommend Tavern on the Bay and the Bengal Hut given the great food we had. We found Benllech itself very friendly with a lovely mix of locals and tourists.

The house is beautifully finished with a large lounge plus we particularly liked the open plan kitchen diner and sitting area to the back of the house. The kitchen is highly specced and fully kitted out so its perfectly possible to self cater unlike many of the holiday lets we have previously been in. The weather was superb when we visited so the ice dispenser in the fridge was extremely well used - as was the coffee machine first thing in the morning. The spacious master bedroom has a great view across the beach alongside an ensuite, with a second large ensuite downstairs.

Outside there is plenty of parking. The good size garden is well tended and benefits from being both a sun trap and dog safe. The games room table football and darts were a bonus despite us not been very good at either! The trip to the beach was made easier as amazingly there was a pull along buggy, beach chairs and windbreak all provided for use.

Overall we had a fantastic time. This was our first stay at Sandaig however if definitely won't be the last.

We had a fantastic stay at Sandaig. This is a real gem, just seconds from the beach and with sea views from the house. The house is finished to a high standard with a great sociable area in the kitchen which is huge with a sofa and table and chairs. The lounge is really comfortable and a lovely space to relax. The bedrooms are larger than average, in fact huge in comparison with the bathroom and en-suites finished off again to a high standard with rain showers. The en-suite bedroom on the ground floor was perfect for our elderly parents who didn’t have to worry about the stairs. The garden and patio areas are both practical with the rattan table and chairs and we were able to sit in the sunshine on the lawn on the provided picnic chairs. So, we would highly recommend Sandaig and you don’t even need to use your car as the shops and restaurants (and pubs) are all s short walk up into Benllech village.
