We absolutely loved our stay. The location was beautiful with access to the beach straight from the garden.
Fully equipped kitchen and underfloor heating made a perfect space to have a family celebration.
Lots of space, our party of 9 (3 families) never felt on top of each other.
Fabulous house, we would love to return.

A fantastic location and property. Beautifully furnished with absolutely everything we could possibly have needed and more.
We had a superb Christmas and the hamper, gifts under the tree were really touching extras!
We will be back!

This was our 2nd stay at Swn Y Mor and we wouldn't hesitate to go back again...

The location is fabulous, you literally have your own beach at the bottom of the garden. Great starting point for those costal walks.

Everything as the first time in the cottage was excellent, a few little things had been added since our last visit, like blinds on the upstairs windows, fabulous, and the fire had also been installed, just making things even better.

Would highly recommend, thank you for another fabulous stay.

A fantastic place to stay. The kitchen diner was a great space and the view from the lounge was stunning.
They have a huge range of dvds to choose from and the beach is literally at the end of the garden.

I can highly recommend staying here, my family and I loved it. The house was perfect with spectacular views. Plenty of space for our dogs to run in the garden and at the end of the garden wall was the beach. We most definitely will be booking here again. Our only downside is we didn’t book for longer.

The house is set right by the sea,ideal for family walks.
The internal decor is top quality,with lovely views from an upstairs living room and there nothing you need to take apart from clothing and food.
Everything is there you need,up to the finest detail.
Ideal for a proper chill out time.

Overall very pleased with the property: property location was stunning, property itself was a delight to stay in - modern, airy, well-planned out, comfortable, every need catered for. Welcome pack a nice thoughtful touch especially with such a late check-in time (5pm). We are used to 4pm check-ins; with a small baby we requested an earlier check-in but this wasn't possible.
There were a couple of minor irritations:
There were lots of motion-activated lights! They became a nuicence, especially in the corridor where the baby slept and without 'fish' keys we were unable to turn these off! Please leave fish keys for your guests to use if they want to.
We were troubled with a lot of flies in the kitchen. They're not usually a problem in October, with most doors and windows shut but we were troubled!
We requested, and were provided with, a high chair. However, the safety harness for this was broken/incomplete.

We have contacted the owner regarding the lighting and the highchair, they will ask an electrician to visit the property to adjust the settings. They have replaced the high chair and thank you for bringing it to our attention. Unfortunately, the flies are a little tricky to sort as they come up from the beach and the nearer by farm land at this time of year when the weather is slightly warmer, I'm afraid. What a lovely weekend we had at Swn Y Mor. The house is gorgeous, very well planned out & super cosy. The views are incredible, and the garden is perfect for the dogs to run around. We we’re so impressed with how well equipped the house was. All the cooking appliances & utensils were excellent. The house itself is so clean & tidy. The beds were super comfortable and we loved that the house had 3 bathrooms, it mean’t everyone had their own space to get ready. My favourite room was the living room, the big glass window looking out to the sea is stunning - we actually sat in here one afternoon just staring out at the sea for hours, no Tv, no phones, just family sitting together admiring the view in peace.
The location is excellent for coastal walks, theirs a local shop, and only a short drive away from pubs/restaurants.
There really isn’t anything any of us could fault with this property or it’s location, we would definitely return to the property for another stay. Our weekend here was so relaxing, and having the beach right on your doorstep was lovely. The sea air was bliss. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing break, with a beautiful sea view, and wanting to switch off from the world, then this is the place to go. It really is BEAUTIFUL!!!

Beautiful house with a stunning garden close to local beaches and walks. The welcome hamper was a nice touch whilst the on site barbecue is a must.

This was our first holiday let with our extended family, and we couldn't be more pleased with the condition of the house and the location. It is a fairly recent renovation, the overall workmanship is superb and no expense has been spared in the quality of fittings. A 5 star, luxury retreat is a bit of an understatement! The living areas and bedrooms were spotlessly clean with the kitchen having a full range of equipment, fitted to a high standard. The views from the lounge looking over the sea were spectacular and we were treated to some amazing sunsets. There are steps at the end of a large enclosed garden leading to the beach which for all intents and purposes is like having your own private space. Owners were great and on hand, we even managed to get a kite stuck on the ridge tiles and they came and sorted it. We had a very comfortable, fabulous week and I would not hesitate in recommending this property to future users and this is from someone who generally can't be bothered to give reviews!!!!

What can I say, we had the most wonderful stay, the house is just beautiful and the views were outstanding. Love the land and the beach at the end of the garden. We will hopefully be back Next year and would love to come every year now!! we had the best holiday. Great for the kids & my little pooch. Can’t recommend enough.

Absolutely beautiful property . Everything you could wish for to make the stay as comfortable and perfect as possible. Stunning views and a beach at the bottom of the garden. What more could you wish for. We would sit at night watching the ships dock at holyhead and the sunsets.
(Only missing a hot tub haha )
We enjoyed it so much we have booked again for next year. The perfect break for me. It will not disappoint in anyway.

We stayed here for my mums 80th birthday celebrations and had a wonderful time! The house was immaculate and gave us plenty of space and was very well equipped for everything we needed. Having the beach at the bottom of the garden was amazing and the dogs and the children loved the huge garden! Would definitely love to come and stay again!

Stunning house in the most beautiful location . The views from the kitchen and lounge are breathtaking and we sat for hours just enjoining them. The house is finished to a high standard and the welcome basket was a lovely addition. My children loved the grounds and football goal and with easy access to what is essentially your own private beach we had great fun exploring and collecting shells. We will definitely be booking again.

Swn Y Mor is just amazing, very clean, comfortable, relaxing and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful barn thank you so much for the welcome hamper, very thoughtful. The views out to sea and beach being so close made this amazing place even better. Our Border Terrier had is first experience of the sea and he loved it, we will defiantly be returning.

A beautiful home,built and furnished to the highest standard. Very peaceful with fantastic view of the beach. Every piece of kitchen equipment you could wish for, a veritable cook's dream. The owner was always on hand to help 8f help was needed.

Swn Y Mor is one of the nicest holiday cottages we have ever stayed in and there has been a few over our years visiting Anglesey.

Yes it's brand spanking new ( Aug 2021) so you can expect it to be clean, tidy and no wear and tare but it's the little finishes that make it stand out, everything has been thought of to make your stay just perfect.
The cottage, the location, fabulous THE VIEWS AMAZING!

Would we go back, definetly yes at the moment...HOWEVER....they are converting the barn attached and I think once this is completed and the way it is situated it will take an awful lot of the outside privacy away from Swn Y Mor.

We like remoteness on our cottage holidays, we go away for peace and quiet, to get away from it all, so this would be the only hesitation we would have in booking Swn Y Mor in the future when the other barn conversion is completed.

The above being said, this is our personal preference and it doesn't take anything away from how fabulous this holiday cottage is, we throughly enjoyed our stay here, at the moment it's like a home from home and we have already recommended it to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay with friends to celebrate a special birthday in March. We were blessed with the first warm sunny weekend and spent all our time enjoying the beach and garden. Beautiful sunset (and some of our party even saw the sunrise due to younger guests). The house is beautiful, well stocked and was impeccably clean on arrival. We're already planning our return stay!

Apart from the Welsh weather, normally were always lucky the place was amazing. i would like the opportunity if there are any weekend cancelations or cancelations in Scholl holidays for the letting company to contact us as we will certainly want to stay again

The experience with the lettings office where excellent from start to finish. The house was amazing, the location was excellent too so quiet and peaceful but easy to get to other areas. The house had everything you needed. We all felt comfortable and cosy. Having the beach at the end of the garden was good too as we took two big dogs who loved to run on the beach.

The welcome hamper was an added bonus!

A beautiful house beds were comfy everything in the kitchen you could of wished for.
The downside we found it too hot in the house and we found there was never enough hot water for all 9 of us to have a showers,the owner did pop in and sort the water out for us.
We did find it strange that the dogs were not allowed upstairs where the lounge is.
On the whole was a lovely break especially with the sea a minutes walk away.
