We had a lovely stay at Tides reach, the location is perfect right in the centre within walking distance of pubs and cafes. The apartment had everything we needed although some cutlery and plates did need re-washing. The apartment would benefit from a new sofa as it is dipping and not comfortable if you’re looking to stay in for the evening

Lovely accommodation mostly, great location , spacious and modern. The settee in the lounge however was very uncomfortable as it seemed to have sunk in the middle, and we were really disappointed that the tv wasn’t a smart tv, it was just a basic tv, so no apps etc, we could only watch live tv, this may seem a small thing but honestly it has been years since we have stayed in holiday accommodation and couldn’t watch what we wanted in the evening. The tv and the settee made us feel like the accommodation had been provided with old cast offs, rather than thinking what guests may need/ want. Otherwise everything was perfect, we will definately be back to the area, but won’t stay at tides reach, only because of these two issues which just meant we didn’t feel like this was ‘ home from home’, as other places might.

The apartment is in a brilliant central position in Rhosneigr ,stroll to shops / pub / restaurants! beaches & no need to get in the car all weekend ! Very spacious ,comfortable & homely .Have tried a lot of Anglesey Holiday Lettings properties over the years & they never fail to disappoint, Would definitely recommend this apartment

First point is to say when you think this is a 2 bed flat you fear this may be a little small and uncomfortable. This could not be further from the truth, the property is very spacious and so relaxing we could not have asked for more. The location right in the centre with private parking made this even better suited considering how busy the centre gets. Having a dog in this flat was no issue either, being so close to the beach the morning walks were perfect. Topping this all off, the welcome package was beyond anything I have seen before. All in all an ideal property to meet all our needs, loved it.

No.13 Tides Reach could not be more centrally-placed for accessing the beach and facilities of Rhosneigr village. It is good value for four guests, with plenty of storage space. The flat and the shared hallway are all clean and tidy and the car park space is a bonus. The team at Anglesey Holiday Lettings could not have been more helpful in dealing promptly with issues concerning niggles with both the sitting room balcony and ground floor entrance doors.
Only a couple of housekeeping recommendations; the sofas and pillows could do with being upgraded and the bathroom extractor fan needs a bit more oomph!

Having stayed previously we were look Ng forward to a week of watersports, we book as there is a secure shed for equipment storage but unfortunately this was being replaced so not available, contacted Anglesey holiday lettings and advised they would get back to us, after no response after 24 hours called again to have an aggressive conversation telling us they had solved the issue and there was another shed to use, contacted building manager who stated only available for owners not tenants, contacted Anglesey holiday lettings via phone and email but no response, really poor customer service when the property was not as advertised, unfortunately never using them again and processing a chargeback on my credit card as unacceptable not responding.

So, let's put this into perspective; Tides reach has a small outside storage shed, it was being replaced and no one knew anything about this as the management company had not informed us. A shed that is being enough to put a few bikes in. Once we were made aware of the situation my team engaged with the owners and the management company and organised an alternative storage solution; it did take a day to sort whilst trying to get hold of all concerned. But your claim over an aggressive conversation!! Yes, on your side; a complete diatribe of unnecessary claims. You were completely rude to my staff and did not appreciate that they were doing everything possible to resolve a situation that we were completely unaware of and was completely out of our hands. Totally unacceptable when all my staff were trying to do was help. I instructed my staff not to communicate with you post your departure as I did not wish them to be spoken to in such an appalling manner. Rest assured you are definitely not coming back to any of our properties. My team's customer service skills are impeccable and I owe it to them to protect them and our property owners from customers that do not know how to behave. I have agreed with your claim for 15% refund as I feel it a fair settlement for the loss of an amenity that should have been provided as advertised. My staff did everything they could, as quickly as possible and communicated this with you. I have an amazing team, that are on hand to deal with any niggles that arise, we have a large following of loyal and lovely customers that appreciate the efforts my team make to ensure their holidays go smoothly.

A great location to explore Angelsey. Rhosneigh is lovely with a great beach and walking trails and a couple of pubs and cafes. The apartment is a good size for 2 people its a little tired needs an update in the kitchen and the furniture is outdated and the cleanliness was poor but we enjoyed our stay. Its good to have a car parking space.

Enjoyed our stay at Tides Reach. It is a lovely apartment in an excellent location. Appreciated the welcome pack. And having an outside area to lock up your beach gear an excellent idea as wouldn’t fancy carrying up the stairs.

We enjoyed staying at Tides reach, it was clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. It was smack bang in the centre of Rhosneigr close to the beach, pubs, restaurants and shops. Had an amazing breakfast at Cafe Notos, coffee and cake is good too. We also ate at the Sandy Mount, service was great and we had a good meal too. All good… Not much going on in Rhosneigr this time of year but that’s what we like.
Would definitely return.

Second time staying here for a short break after Christmas. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable.
Ideally located in the village and surrounding areas to visit.
Nice welcome pack was very much appreciated

The only negative would be that the pillows need replacing on all the beds as they are well worn and flat. There was also a draft coming from the doors in the living room, probably made worse by the stormy weather we had!

The second floor apartment, suited our needs with a dog and offered views of the sea. Well equipped kitchen and all rooms furnished to high standard. Occasional problem with the main door lock sticking. Easy walk to beach and coastal paths. Good amenities in village.

Lovely flat. Welcome pack excellent, including wine. Everything you need. Warm and comfortable. A few very minor repairs need doing such as the hall cupboard door doesn’t shut but that is all. Beautiful and would stay again

We stayed in Tides Reach early September and we were very lucky as the weather was hot and sunny all week. A lovely modern apartment, only a few minutes walk to beach and view of beautiful sunsets from the lounge window. The apartment is on the third floor accessible via stairs and shared hallway is secure with an intercom system to open the main door. There is one parking space allocated to the property which is in a residents carpark at the back of the property. There is also a beach hut/shed in the carpark for the property which we used to store our beach chairs etc save taking them up to the apartment everyday.

The property was spacious and very comfortable, with everything we needed. Kitchen was a good size with a kitchen table for dining and sitting around chatting. There was a lovely basket of goodies, bottle of wine, cheese & crackers, delicious Welsh biscuits, dog treats and some kitchen essentials, couple of dishwasher tabs, cloths and bin bags. There is a washing machine but you need to bring your own laundry capsules/tabs and extra dishwasher tabs if you intend to use the dishwasher everyday.

On arrival we were struggling to open the Juliette balcony doors, I called the office and the lady I spoke to organised for maintenance to come out. The guy arrived within 20 minutes and showed us how to open the doors, a knack to opening them, great service.

The only downside, as it was a very hot week the pub opposite was quite noisy with lots of people sitting outside the pub so we were not able to leave the bedroom window open due to the noise, but once the pub closed it was very quiet.

The Wi-Fi was good, we had 5 devices connected all week with no issues

We enjoyed a couple of lunches in the Sandy Mount Hotel and they give 10% discount with your Anglesey Lettings booking reference. We had fish and chips from the chip shop, very popular and always had long queues. From town centre the Anglesey Coastal path is easily accessed and is a nice walk in either direction from the town. There is a sauna at Porth Tyn Towyn called Sawna Bach - The Scenic Sauna which was about 30 minutes walk (10 mins in car) from the main beach in Rhosneigr. We booked a private sauna session which was amazing as it was near enough to walk over the sand dunes, dip into the sea and back in the sauna.

We had a fabulous week in Rhosneigr and would definitely book the property again, a great base in the town centre.

We’ve stayed in these apartments before (a different one) so knew the layout and location was perfect for us. I’ve also stayed in many properties over the years with Anglesey Holiday Lettings. Apartment is a great location right in the centre of the village and has all the amenities you need! The welcome basket was amazing and had so much in it so this was very welcome. The apartment is on the top floor and no lift so bit if a trek up and down stairs with all your things. Again something we already knew so wasn’t an issue for us but maybe for others. You also aren’t allowed to let your dog on any of the outside grass so I had to walk him up the road every morning again not a massive issue but I think I prefer places where they have their own small enclosed garden. The apartment is facing the Y Morfa pub that has a front beer garden so at weekends in the summer it’s really noisy. Only negative really is the blinds in the bedrooms do not block any light out at all they really need black out blinds (I’ve noticed for a few years this has been mentioned in other reviews) and the sofa has bottomed out in the middle so not comfortable. All in all really perfectly located apartment we everything we needed for another lovely week in Rhosneigr

Tides reach is a nice flat, clean, light, comfortable and well equipped. It being on the second floor up two flights of stairs wasn’t a problem for us but could be for people with mobility problems. It was conveniently located for the shop, pub, bars, restaurants and beach as well as being a good base for getting around Anglesey. I could have done with a bottle opener to open some beer bottles but that is a minor quibble which didn’t spoil our stay. We would be happy to stay there again.

Booked a last minute getaway and Tides Reach was perfect. Location was excellent right in the centre of Rhosneigr & Spotlessly Clean.
No complaints from us at all but a couple of things to be aware of :-
The apartment is on the 3rd floor (Top) so are a lot of stairs
The TV is only has the basic Terrestrial Channels (No Catch Up etc) so would recommend taking a Firestick (or similar) to have access to I player, ITV X, & Netflix etc
Stayed in Rhosneigr several times now it's a Great Place to stay There is a handy little shop & also has several pubs, cafes & a good Fish & Chip Shop & Takeaway. The beach is Dog Friendly all year round too Can't wait until the next time

Lovely apartment, well situated in the village and lost of places within driving distance.
The apartment is very spacious and well equipped with everything you will need.
Climbing all the stairs will all your luggage and shopping is a bit of a challenge (kept us fit)
We enjoyed our stay that much we have re-booked again for this year.

The apartment was just what we were looking for, clean, tidy and comfortable, the welcome basket of goodies was such a nice surprise. A little disappointed that the fish and chip shop was closed but we found some lovely places to eat. We will certainly be booking again next year.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need for a holiday. It is very close to all local amenities and the wonderful beaches are literally at the bottom of the road. We loved our stay at tides reach and wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

Fabulous location - everything right on your doorstep including the fantastic beach.
Tides Reach provides everything you could need in a clean cosy home from home.

Booked very last minute so wasn't expecting much. Absolutely perfect accommodation with all the facilities you could need.
I have stayed at the companie's properties before and they have a perfect approach - only getting involved if needed. All information is provided prior to your arrival but they are on hand if you need anything else.
Tides Reach proved a wonderful choice and I would definitely recommend.

The apartment was spotless and spacious and the furniture and the bed was very comfortable. It was in an excellent location within easy walking distance of the beach and the shops. There was a hospitality treat included which was a lovely surprise. However, please be aware that there is no lift (the apartment is on the top floor) and you will have to climb 4 flights of stairs. My holiday was a wonderful experience and enhanced by staying in this accommodation.
I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Tides Reach is a beautiful apartment very centrally located in Rhosneigr. Anglesey Lettings are a wonderful Agency and have always been professional, kind and obliging when we have experienced difficulties in the past with illness and.delayed holidays.

We had a great stay. There was everything we needed in the accommodation. Very well equipped, close to the beach. Our only comment would be better curtains or black out blinds needed in the bedrooms as they let too much light in.

This is a fantastic apartment in a superb location in the centre of the village. It is well equipped, spacious and comfortable.

We had a fantastic staycation and the week went by far too quickly.

Great stay, very nicely finished and well equipped. We love having a bath and there was lots of hot water. Great kitchen. The bedrooms do need black out curtains or different blinds. There was too much light coming through. Apart from that the apartment is brilliant. We were very relaxed there.

We had a lovely stay at Tides Reach. It was clean and well presented when we arrived. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The washing up liquid, tea towels, dishwasher tabs etc were appreciated as this is something that's often not provided. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the beach, bars, shops etc. The only negatives were that the blinds in the bedrooms do not block out enough light so we had to improvise with a blanket and a few more mugs would have been useful so we didn't have to keep washing up in between. Overall a lovely place.

Beds comfortable, not really enough wardrobe space though for 4 people bedrooms need blackout blinds I imagine In summer it would be very bright, coat hooks as you enter apartment would be good , kitchen chairs quite badly stained settees and cushions a little grubby apart from little niggly things we would definitely recommend & would return

Our holiday started from the moment we stepped inside Tides Reach! They’d thought of everything and directly opposite a convenience store for anything we may have forgotten! Twenty three of our family were just up the road in a large rented house and Tides Reach gave us a quiet piece of paradise to escape to. Thank you!

Tides reach is a modern self contained apartment in the village of Rhosnoger it was bright clean and modern it was significantly let down by the mould growing on the bath sealant it was really off putting and very obvious. Location was Pete t for coastal walks and access to the beach.

It lacked the luxury feel itt attempted to put out but overall a pretty decent accommodation.

We were made aware of the silicone issue last week but unfortunately all of the seals require stripping out and re-sealing which could not be achieved during the very tight changeover times without disturbance to the guests. The apartment is modern, spacious and well equipped. It provided a very comfortable base for our long weekend in Rhosneigr. It is centrally located, close to shops and cafes and only a short walk from the beach. We felt it was good value for the quality of the accommodation. The only down side was the noise late at night from the pub over the road. It was fine with the windows closed but with the weather being warm it was a bit a little bit annoying. Clearly nothing that the owners or letting agent can do anything about, and I wouldn’t say it was a major issue, but it may be problematic for some.

Modern comfortable accommodation ideally located in the centre of Rhosneigr. Excellent and convenient parking facilities. Ideal location for enjoying immediate surroundings on foot. Only a very short easy drive to more major routes for going farther afield either on Anglesey or into Snowdonia etc. We had a most enjoyable and relaxing week at your property, nice to have a pint of milk and good biscuits on arrival - perfect for cup of tea after a long journey. We had a lovely short winter break at Tide's Reach. The apartment was bright, exceptionally clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The dishwasher was particularly appreciated. Considering the central location of the property, most of the time there was no noise disturbance at all: either from other apartments or from outside. We just heard some disturbance from the pub opposite on Saturday night.

There were some lovely sea views from the lounge and the main bedroom.

Overall, the website description of the property and location is very accurate.

We loved our stay at Tides Reach, we stayed in number 13 which was Clean, spacious, modern, views, and very central. We heard some noise from the pub opposite with the door open, but when closed and the telly on, we didn't notice it at all. The shed outside was very useful for our bikes, and we had to remove them from the roof rack prior to entering the car park (a note for future bikers), due to the level of the passage you go through to enter the car park.

Rhosniegr has always had a special place, and this flat allowed us to relive our memories with great abandon. Loved the biscuits that were gifted to us on the kitchen table as we arrived. and there was ice in the Fridge too (Bonus!). we watched some films, but most of the time we spent outside, either watching the surfers, in the cafe's or in the rock pools hunting for creatures.

I would recommend others to stay at this lovely flat and enjoy Rhosniegr the way we did.

Bullet notes:

- You can get 4 bikes in to the shed provided, no problem
- The flat is on the third floor
- We couldn't hear anyone else from our flat (except when the french doors are open)
- It takes 2 mins to walk to the beach
- it takes 30 seconds to walk to the shops
- it takes 10 minutes to walk to the Oyster Catcher
- There are French doors in the living room, that when open provide a mini balcony to view the street and the ocean
- The place was warm without the heating on

Overall we were very please with our stay at Tides Reach, a very nice specious and comfortable apartment. However we nearly didn't book as the proprietor of Rhosniger Holiday Letting Jamie Miles was very rude and unhelpful on the phone to my partner who called him to establish the cost of renting for a short stay, for which we never received an apology, even after my partner called the office.

On another note a few things to note.....Although the kitchen was very nice, it was a bit lacking in cooking implements....no chopping board or measuring jug and a lack of good sizes bowls for pasta (only small cereal bowls and large plates) Also no sign of anywhere to recycle (only a general waste bin). We had to take it all home with us, which obviously isn't ideal! The biscuits and milk in the fridge on arrival was very welcome, but missed the promised bottle of Prosecco!

Overall though a very nice apartment to spend a few days, just sadly marred by the attitude of the letting agent manager and the few missing items in the kitchen, which can easily be put right!

We offer only 3 discounts; late availability, returning customer or multiple week booking discounts. We do not offer discounts for any other reason. This is and was incredibly clear on the website. After a year of rushing around and general chaos how lovely to get to Tides Reach and find a perfect little haven to hide out in.
A real home from home with everything you need for a family of 4. Only 150m to the beach and fresh air.
We've loved Anglesey for year and now its great to be taking the kids back there.

The apartment was ideal but the main oversight was NO IRON or IRONING BOARD. When you go away you wouldn't think of bringing the iron & board as most holiday homes provide these (even some B & B's). Luckily we took a travel iron.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. As Tides Reach is an apartment we usually provide these items on request due to the varying types of guests and their specific requirements (cots, high chairs etc). However Tides Reach now has an iron and ironing board. Kind regards

Fantastic apartment, spotless and very comfortable. lovely area and close to the beach. Local restaurants minutes from the door.
The apartment has everything from WiFi, a large TV, games, books, dvd's and comfortable bed with glimpses of the sea.
Would definitely consider returning. Thank you.
