Great property with good garden for our dogs. Only downside is that the WiFi keeps dropping out - the picture kept freezing when watching TV via our Firestick and no signal in the front bedroom. Can you boost the signal? Thanks.

We felt the bathroom was very disappointing. The shower was weedy the washbasin was cracked and there was an unpleasant drain smell
The TV needs to be moved as only 1 seat faces it.
We liked the garden and the cottage generally. Very well equipped.

This is our second visit to this property. It is well furnished , the kitchen is well equipped and the enclosed garden is ideal for our dog. The property is in a great position with only a short walk to the village and beach.
The only negative is that the driveway is quite narrow and may be a bit of a struggle for the wider SUVs. Having said that there is ample parking space in the road.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Tyn Lon..Everything was as described by AHL and the cottage suited our needs perfectly. It is very convenient ..5 mins max for both beaches and everything else that Rhosneigr has to offer ..what could be better..!?..
There happened to be some renovation/building work going on next door but this was no problem at all.
The gate/driveway to the on site parking is very tight for a large vehicle..so wing mirrors in and reverse in a straight line..!
We love Anglesey and frequently return for holiday/breaks to many places on the island..We would have no hesitation in booking Tyn Lon again if Rhosneigr was our desired base.
Someone worked their Anglesey magic on the weather as well as we enjoyed a bright but breezy few days in all areas of the island.

Great cottage in a brilliant location close to the beach and facilities in Rhosneigr. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. Some of the beams and doorways are quite low, which made it a bit difficult for our tall family, but apart from that we were very happy with it.



Overall a very good stay - we will be back later in the year! Thank you.

2nd stay at delightful Tyn Lon! Just a couple of points to raise with regards to the outdoor area, which could do with some attention.

Last time we stayed in the winter months so didn't spend time in the garden. This time (May) the sunshine beckoned and we were a little disappointed with the garden furniture. Basic bench/table set that needs a good coat of paint. A couple of recliners or seats with backs/cushions would have been very welcome too. The outdoor buildings could also do with a lick of paint, just to tidy up the view from the patio.

At the bottom of the garden is an old brick BBQ - but it cannot be used - such a shame as this could be a fantastic feature. There's also another old bench set by the BBQ which has seen much better days.

Lastly, the key box needs some attention/replacing with a new one. Wear and tear.

Aside from this, we had a wonderful holiday and very much look forward to returning later this year. We hope you take the review as constructive.

We stay in Anglesey every year and have stayed in lots of bungalows - this one is very nice, clean and comfortable, garden is large and there is a sea view beyond the houses!
The side drive gate is quite high off the ground and our dog could have fitted under it so we had to take him in the garden on the lead, but he’s young so probably would have anyway.
The bathroom is great, very clean, with both a bath and shower, although the radiator took a while to warm up.
The kitchen was well equipped with ‘hardware’; its nice if there are things like salt/pepper/foil/kitchen roll, a few logs for the burner/fire lighters/matches - which there wasn’t here, but as it’s self catering we’re used to bring things.
We’ve rebooked again, can’t wait.

Lovely warm and cosy cottage, everything you could need and more, close to the beaches and enjoyed a nice glass of wine or two in the sandymount after a beach walk with the pooch. Responded super quick and really helpful too when the hubby locked us out!

We enjoyed a lovely week at Tyn Lon over New Year. It's a really quaint little cottage but really well equipped and with modern amenities. It was lovely and cosy to come back into after walking on the beach.
Would love to come back in summer and utilise the outdoor area.

Thank you Tyn Lon for a wonderful stay in Rhosneigr! The cottage is perfect for a couple/small family and very well appointed. Loved the kitchen/diner and little sunroom, not to mention the large, enclosed garden for our dog, Nellie.
Centrally located, we never moved the car and walked everywhere. Had excellent meals at both Mojos and Sandymount House.

We plan to return!

We had a fabulous little holiday, based from this delightful cottage. Its location in Rhosneigr was perfect to walk to the stunning beaches nearby and to drive to the many other attractions around Anglesey. The cottage itself was so lovely, with a large and well equipped kitchen, cosy sitting room with a wood burner (not used as still quite warm at the beginning of October),and a smart TV. We took a Chromecast TV with us to ensure we could access Netflix. Within a short walk there was a great selection of places to eat and drink as well as a convenience shop for all those other bits. The list emailed by the lettings agents was very comprehensive so well worth checking, also for all the local attractions to visit. Can't wait to revisit! Highly recommend Tyn Lon.

Ideal position for our holiday in Rhosneigr. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and the village. Large enclosed garden which was ideal for us and our dog. The property itself was fine with a large well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable king sized bed.
The drive where you park your car is quite narrow so care is needed but you soon get used to it.
Will definitely book again.

Stayed 5 nights with our little dog. I had searched for a cottage with secure garden so was a little disappointed that there was a gap at the bottom of one side of the gate which, if he wanted to, he could have got out straight onto the road, this wouldn’t be an issue with a larger dog.
The cottage is in a brilliant location, just 5 mins to the track down to the beach, and a short walk the other way into the village which had another lovely beach. Both beaches are dog friendly. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you need. Bed nice and comfy. No noise from street or neighbours.
Lovely places to eat in the village, we went twice to Chaplins Ice Crean and coffee bar for lunch, maybe because the ice cream was so good and the service so friendly. I would recommend using the spar shop on the road into the village for shopping, it had everything much better stocked than the One Shop which is in the village.

The cottage was lovely, comfortable with a good gated garden for the dog. The second bedroom is very small and only really suitable for children. Kitchen is large and has everything you need. 3 minutes walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

A really traditional cottage, with a very well equipped and modern kitchen. We had dry weather, so were not in very often, but when we were, we mainly sat in the kitchen, as it is lovely and large and has a big dining table. It's in a great location - so close to the beach and the large back garden was lovely to have as part of the cottage. Also loved sitting in the sunroom!! The low beam in the kitchen was fine, once those taller members of the family got used to it! Beds were really comfy, and the whole place was well heated.

Had a lovely break, the cottage was compact but perfect for our needs. A very well equipped kitchen. Had a few problems working out the heating but once sorted it was fine. Brilliant location within a short walk to the beach and various great restaurants which were all dog friendly.

Anglesey Holiday Lettings did everything to help us. Our first choice location was unavailable due to heating breakdown so we were offered this cozy cottage as an alternative. Staff were so supportive and stayed in touch during our stay to ensure we were comfortable. The cottage is close to beach and shops but peaceful. A lovely kitchen diner with everything you’d need to cook for 6-8 people. A comfortable bed. The bunks would be comfortable for children and the garden looks child friendly.
This is a great location to explore the island. The lake close by is wonderful for bird watching.

We had a great stay and the cottage was extremely well equipped! Location was perfect, 5-7 min walk to both beaches and close to cafes etc. The garden was fabulous and large so plenty of room outdoors for us all to relax. The ceiling in the kitchen is low but we are short in height so this wasn't a problem either! All in all a fab cottage.

My only one (small) issue was that we found that there was a few dog hairs around the cottage, we don't have a dog so it was more noticeable to us then perhaps it would be to dog owners! I fed this back to the agency after my stay and they fed this back to the housekeeping team.

I would have no hesitation to book through the agency again and would reccomend to family and friends! Great experience all round.

Ideal location for accessing the attractions of Rhosneigr, only minutes from the beaches, village centre and lake.
Tyn Lon has a large kitchen which is well kitted out and a very useful outside space.
Sitting room and bedrooms are comfortable.

Original Fisherman’s Cottage. Very comfortable double bed, bunk beds in second bedroom. Large modern kitchen extension. Just remember to duck under the low beam and doorways if over 5ft 8inch. Large secure child / dog friendly garden with barbecue. House situated in quiet area and very close to beach and all village centre amenities.
Had to phone Anglesey Holidays maintenance due to problem with shower. Brand new shower fitted within a couple of hours, thanks Lee for a wonderful fast response and quick solution to the problem. Really impressed with service from Anglesey Holidays. We are returning customers and will use Anglesey Holidays again in the future.

We loved this cottage it was great.
Only minuses was there was a bit of a smell of urine in the lounge on the settee next to the log burner !! Not sure wether it was animal or human but never mind.
The only other thing was the second bedroom was quite cold damp smelling and could have done with an extra source of heat in there, and the extractor fan needs sorting out as when it’s windy it flaps around outside and makes a loud banging/tapping noise. Apart from that it it was great the garden is lovely, kitchen is brilliant with everything you need and we will definitely be coming back here in the summer.

Enjoyed TYN Lon. Very warm and comfortable. Loved the sun room in the morning. Only minor issues where bumping your head when cooking! The ceiling beam is low for me (5’10’). Also some warmer bathroom flooring would be very welcome. The down side of an old property I suppose!

Great location. Cottage plenty big enough for the 4 of us and our dog. Great enclosed garden. Which was much needed. Only down side was parts of the cottage needed some TLC. Sun room wood has started to rot and needed a lick of paint parts. Also smelt of damp when you walked in and bunk room beds felt wet. Fine after a couple of nights sleeping in them. I guess it’s difficult as the cottage is made of stone. Despite these niggles it didn’t spoil our holiday. This is our second time using Rhosneigr Holidays. Would definitely use again.

We understand your feedback regarding the sunroom, it is under discussion as to the need for a little maintenance. With regards to the beds, we have checked with housekeeping and can assure you 100% that the bed linen was fresh on the beds the morning of your arrival, so we are not entirely sure why the beds felt wet. We had a wonderful week in Tyn Lon with perfect weather for walking. The cottage was just right for the two of us and our dog. The garden is fully enclosed, always important for our four-legged friend. The interior was spacious and SO comfortable - spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Good quality linen and towels were much appreciated. The only tiny critisism is that the exterior of the front door needs some repair to the woodwork, but once past this everything is extremely well maintained. The location was good too - in a quiet residential road within a few minutes walk of the beach and coastal path. No views from the cottage but garden was pleasant to sit in. We ate out a couple of times and a supermarket delivery service ensured we had everything we needed to cater for ourselves too. The local convenience store is small but had everything we needed, making for a very easy week.
We loved Anglesey - quiet, beautiful and very friendly. We walked many miles on the stunning coastal paths and the island is small enough to zip around to see other parts if you wish, always with the lovely Tyn Lon to return to after a day's exploring. Highly recommended - pick a sunny week if you can!

The cottage has lots of character, with low ceilings and doors, traditional fireplace and thick walls. Although characterful, it has all the amenities that you could wish for, along with comfortable beds, clean bedding and pillows.
Everything you need to cater for 6 or more people with many kitchen accessories.
We will definitely stay again.

A lovely, cosy cottage perfect for the two of us and our dog. Very comfortable bed and the cleanest cottage we have ever stayed in. We found the cottage very warm & cosy, the beds were really comfortable & everything was good quality. The enclosed garden was great for the dogs, nice to stay somewhere that really is within easy walking distance of the shops & pubs etc. Ideal cottage for a family, with very spacious, well equipped kitchen, it’s bigger than the photos suggest. Hope to return for a longer stay next time.

We had a wonderful stay here with our two young children. I was worried the cottage might be a bit small for a family of four, plus dog, but it was deceptively spacious. The enclosed garden was incredibly handy and the location perfect. We definitely look forward to visiting again!

Tyn Lon is a lovely cottage with lots of character and charm. All the amenities are close by and Broad Beach a short walk away. Very Clean and the facilities are first class. Great sunny garden and very quiet. Recommended!

Had a great week staying at Tyn Lon in Rhosneigr. The house is comfortable and well-equipped, with a useful porch/sun room for kicking off and storing sandy shoes and other stuff. Great little touches like providing washing up liquid and hand soap really appreciated (as well as the milk and biscuits!) Nice little garden with sun loungers and table for eating outside. Just a few minutes from a gorgeous beach and sand dunes and 5 minutes walk into the village, so perfect location. Just beware the low beam in kitchen and doorway if you’re over 5ft 8!!

An excellent property, had everything needed and more, very clean, good size, great kitchen, olde world doors and walls, nice garden. Very good location, easy to get to, 4 minute walk to the beach. If we go back to Anglesey again that's where we'll stay

The Cottage was all we could of hoped for. Superb location a couple of minutes walk to beaches and restaurants.

Short break at Tyn Lon and it didn't disappoint. Cosy and well equipped, it was spotlessly clean. A short (5min) walk to the dog friendly beach and a properly enclosed garden allowed us to fully relax during our stay.
Amble into town in 10 minutes and to the Oyster Catcher 10 minutes the other way. Fab.
Comfy beds and even more comfy sofa! Some lovely touches around the soft furnishings made this one of the best cottages we have rented. Feels loved and very homely. Thank you!

Lovely cottage which was decorated and fitted to a good standard. The beds were very comfortable, which is often not the case in holiday cottages and so was appreciated! The low height of the doors/ceiling in places meant lots of bumped heads, but we were expecting that from the photo’s. We liked the quiet location which was peaceful and convenient for both the Rhosneigr beaches and the lake. The cottage was good for our 4 year old son as well.

We have just enjoyed a ten-day break staying at Tyn Lon. What a lovely cottage, it was perfect for our needs, full of character with modern comforts added in. It was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped, everything had been thought of and provided. The attention to detail makes you feel totally at home. Our stay at Tyn Lon was fantastic. Neither me or my partner had been to Anglesey before but we had a lovely welcome pack to arrive to which made us feel comfortable straight away. The house itself was lovely, warm and full of character. Lovely garden area too-shame it rained most of the time we were there!

Absolutely fantastic stay and will definitely be visiting again soon.

A beautifully furnished and cosy fisherman's cottage in an ideal location for both Rhosneigr beaches. Stylishly kitted out with a fantastic modern kitchen containing everything you might need to cook with (including a fish kettle!). The main bedroom was quiet and elegant with a supremely comfortable bed; the children's room had bunk beds and there was a futon sofa for unexpected guests. There was a sunny, secure garden with outdoor seating for al fresco eating and a lockable summer house for storing the bikes and boogie boards we brought with us. It was an easy stroll into the village where we found some great quirky cafes.

The accommodation was lovely and clean, pleasantly decorated and within a few minutes walk of either beach. The dining kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of room and a decent size fridge freezer.. The porch/sunroom area was great too for storing shoes etc - which with children helps prevent trailing sand into the house itself. Bedrooms vere very comfortable, and there is plenty of storage in the main bedroom for all. Even the bathtowels provided were of a good larger size. The garden is also quite large with plenty of seating and bbq (although we didn't actually use it). A very well equipped accommodation - there was honestly nothing we needed that wasn't provided. We would definitely stay again.

We spent a lovely week at Tyn Lon, it's a lovely clean, bright and well furnished cottage with a really well equipped kitchen. It's a very short walk to broad each so perfect for surfing and evening drinks at the Oystercatcher! I would highly recommend a stay here.
