We stayed at the lodge as it is very close to where my son lives. It is very comfortable and has everything we needed. The bird song and the sound of the river behind the lodges made it very peaceful.
The weather was fantastic all week. We went to the coast at Lunan Bay, well worth the drive and visited Glamis Castle on the way back. We went to Glen Shee and on to Braemar a beautiful drive with great views. Next time we visit Scone castle is on the list. I even managed to go paddle boarding one evening on the loch up the road.
The walk along the river into town is well worth it and there are some lovely independent coffee shops in town, we went to the Cateran cafe and the Dome. We had a very nice meal on our last evening at Littles in the converted church just down the road, highly recommended.

From my first contact with Kay to leaving the property my experience was exceptional.

Kay was extremely helpful with booking the lodges for me, she is very friendly and really easy to talk to. She was there to welcome us on arrival and even helped me out with an unwell child incident, which was definitely above and beyond!

The Lodges were warm and welcoming, with fresh milk in the fridge and tea, coffee and snacks for our arrival which was a really nice touch.

The lodges were very clean and well equipped with everything needed in a home away from home.

Ten of us went on this holiday and all ten were very impressed with our accommodation. We were only there for five nights and two of the days we stayed in playing board games which says a lot for how comfortable it was.

Kay and her family have been accommodating people for seventeen years, but it feels like they have just started out with the enthusiasm from Kay and the attention to detail she and her family put in.

Well done to them! We will definitely be back and I have already recommended this destination to everyone I have spoken to about our holiday.

From my first contact with Kay to leaving the property my experience was exceptional.

Kay was extremely helpful with booking the lodges for me, she is very friendly and really easy to talk to. She was there to welcome us on arrival and even helped me out with an unwell child incident, which was definitely above and beyond!

The Lodges were warm and welcoming, with fresh milk in the fridge and tea, coffee and snacks for our arrival which was a really nice touch.

The lodges were very clean and well equipped with everything needed in a home away from home.

Ten of us went on this holiday and all ten were very impressed with our accommodation. We were only there for five nights and two of the days we stayed in playing board games which says a lot for how comfortable it was.

Kay and her family have been accommodating people for seventeen years, but it feels like they have just started out with the enthusiasm from Kay and the attention to detail she and her family put in.

Well done to them! We will definitely be back and I have already recommended this destination to everyone I have spoken to about our holiday.

Choosing to stay in a Lodge could’ve been a disaster but I found a warm, cosy and clean place to stay in between events at the local Festival and found the Lodge to be set in a bonny location by the river only five minutes walk from the town.
I’d have no hesitation in recommending to anyone to use Ericht as a base for their adventures no matter the season.

She also provided "green" houses are products for our use, good for us & good for the planet. There were many helpful recommendations for eating locally which proved to be excellent. Our stay was very enjoyable. The facilities were clean and we had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and helpful in advising us on where to visit, where to eat, etc. The cottages are in walking distance of the restaurants and grocery shops in town, as well as to the river which you can walk down and get a view of the old mills. Although it is close to town, the chalets felt very private. The lodges were trialling WIFI during our stay but it did not work for most of our time there. If you plan on going into Edinburgh, I would recommend driving to Perth and taking the train from there as the bus ride is an hour long followed by an hour and a half long train journey. Driving would cut down on journey time, but there is limited parking in Edinburgh. Overall we had a really good stay in the lodge and I would definitely return.

Our dog, Meg, was totally at home and we had some great walks along the river and also into town which is a pleasant 10 minute walk from the lodge. We will definitely be back, Kay & Alan made us feel very welcome and were on hand if we needed anything. They have made this a lovely place to stay!

We have just spent 3 nights here and we loved every thing about it! A cosy little lodge, with everything we would need for our stay! Set in a beautiful, peaceful location with only the birds and the sound of the river to hear, perfect! Our dog, Meg, was totally at home and we had some great walks along the river and also into town which is a pleasant 10 minute walk from the lodge. We will definitely be back, Kay & Alan made us feel very welcome and were on hand if we needed anything. They have made this a lovely place to stay!

my wife and I have stayed there for the past 3 years and absolutely love these lodges and the care we get while there. This year again we will stay twice, we are returning again in 12 days time for another 2 weeks. We will return again next year as long as my health stands up to the drive over from Ireland This is the best place we have found in many years of going on holiday

The whole family enjoyed our holiday in the Ericht Holiday Lodges. Their location in the small town of Blairgrowie is wonderful. The family run business is well organised and they are all polite, helpful and welcoming. The lodges themselves are clean to the point that you feel no one has ever been in them. They are well equipped and comfortable. The Lodges are like a fine wine they never let you down. The Bielby family of St Helens will return again next year! The cabin was well equipped, comfortable with adequate space for 4 people. The owners are very friendly, personable, and helpful. They were particularly helpful finalizing plans to stay there.
I would recommend staying there.

The setting is lovely and peaceful and sitting on the balcony in the sun I was able to watch lots of birds and red squirrels. Each lodge is far enough away from the others to allow privacy and quietness.

I would highly recommend Ericht Lodges for a relaxing holiday with plenty of places to visit nearby. They also allow dogs which is a plus

The setting is lovely and peaceful and sitting on the balcony in the sun I was able to watch lots of birds and red squirrels. Each lodge is far enough away from the others to allow privacy and quietness.

I would highly recommend Ericht Lodges for a relaxing holiday with plenty of places to visit nearby. They also allow dogs which is a plus

We have stayed at the lodges for 3 days in July for about 7 years now and is like a home from home ,we use it as a base to go to the scottish game fair at scone palace, lodge we stayed had a lot of upgrade work done very impressed.
