We have visited Sheringham several times a year for quite some time. The Hive is ideally situated, warm, cosy and very well equipped. Everything fresh and clean. We will be back !!
A beautifully preserved Old Town Hall Large spacious bedrooms with en suites. Beds comfortable. Lots of hot water as required. Lovely main room to eat, relax and cook overlooking the town Close access to everything including the beach
Paddlestop is an extremely good holiday home. It was very clean and there was a welcome pack which meant we didn’t have to go to the shops immediately The outside space was very good with plenty of garden furniture. We were lucky enough to have unusually great weather!!!
Located at the back of the plot, in a side street, this is a superbly quiet location - but just five minutes walk to the railway station or 10-15 minutes to the beach. Comes with it's own generous parking space.
A clean, well equipped cottage in an excellent location. Easy access into Cromer. Easy parking in front of the property. Secure garden for dogs and plenty of walking nearby.
Highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Great position, free parking, close access to beach. Clean to high standard and fresh. Would have liked iron.
We were delighted with the spacious, clean and very well appointed house in the lovely village of Southrepps. Its was such a relaxing stay because we had everything we needed for a great family holiday.. even down to the toy cars! It really was like staying in someone's home- great kitchen and comfy bright sitting room leading out to the back garden! Lovely to have space to park off road and a large patio and garden to relax in.. complete with bbq. The location, just a few miles inland suited us perfectly, as it was peaceful and yet within a short drive of so many lovely beaches. The village ...more
A lovely few days away in a lovely flat. Everything you could need, and would recommend to others. Thank you
This lovely little cottage has everything needed for a comfortable stay and is perfect for three. Cosy, warm and welcoming. The courtyard opening out onto the carpark is handy. Although it is surrounded by pubs the area was really quiet by early evening (October)
We had another very enjoyable stay at Beck Cottage with the added bonus of a new shower unit. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. The location is near to shops, cliff, woodland and countryside walks.
Another lovely stay in gull view, this time in winter, lovely and cosy and as always plenty of activity to watch from the lounge window. Gull view never lets us down beautifully presented clean and a great welcoming basket. Ideal for exploring Sheringham and local areas with the benefit of your own parking. Enjoy.
we loved our hoilday at highland house sheringham but no washing machine and our dog liked his walks to beeston common
We love Sheringham, Scrimshaw Cottage is the perfect place to stay, lovely accommodation, close to the shops, restaurants and all that we need for our stay.
The Cockles was a perfect property whilst we were in Norfolk working at the Thursford Christmas Spectacular. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped and the whole property was very welcoming. The parking space at the back of the house was very useful! I'd say the only thing was the vacuum didn't seem to last more than 5 minutes- even though it was fully charged, so it was difficult to keep the carpets clean...
We found this house to be just perfect for us. We enjoyed being so close to both the town and station. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well kitted out for a self catering holiday. Nice to have linens and towels (so soft!) provided. It was very comfortable throughout. Parking close by was also a plus. Super little welcome basket of goodies greeted us.....with Marmite too .
Fantastic accommodation! Stayed there many years ago. It was very comfortable and had everything you needed in the apartment. It is only a short walk the the centre, which had some lovely shops and plenty of places to eat. Would certainly book there again.
We’ve stayed here before and knew what to expect. This visit did not disappoint. The house is large and spacious but still cosy and warm. It is well appointed and the location is perfect with a 1 minute stroll to the beach and high street. We will stay here again.
The holiday cottage had a great location near to sea front and shops. Clean and well equipped to make a pleasant stay.
Last year, during the month of November in 2024, we enjoyed a wonderful three weeks holiday at The Old Bake House, which is located within the centre of Sheringham Town.
Lovely house. Good position and the kitchen is very well equipped. Garden was very tidy and house was spotless.
This was our second stay at Deck 2, previously Easter, now October. Just as good now as then. Nice touches such as milk in the fridge, bottle of wine , coffee etc. Bonus is allocated parking directly outside the flat.
We really enjoyed our stay at South Side, which was spacious, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Great location, 10 minutes walk from the beach at West Runton, and 30 minutes walk along the cliff path (or beach at low tide) to Sheringham.
We’ve stayed at the Beach house twice this year. It’s a spacious house with home comforts, heating you can adjust and good Wi-Fi. It’s always lovely and clean with nice bedding and towels. The kitchen has a sofa so you can relax and enjoy the afternoon sun or chat whilst cooking. Overall a very comfortable stay and Keys were very accomodating for our late booking request and arrival on a Sunday, leaving the keys in one of the their key safes.
We had a lovely stay at 23 hillside, very comfortable nice and quiet, well situated to visit the area had everything you needed in the accommodation would book again
Repton cottage is situated in a great position for exploring this area. On a lovely quiet unmade road. Fully equipped with everything you need. For us the mattress is far too soft and the sofa uncomfortablely hard. Generally clean on first impression but could do with a deep clean on some areas
We had lots of things to do in our week,It was the first time we stayed at Canary Cottage, which we found to be an ideal base, very comfortable ,lovely garden and everything we needed. Really wished we could have had another week.
we loved our holiday at 2 augusta court and our dog loved his walks to beeston common and going to sheringham town centre
Cromer was where my mum was born many years ago and I have stayed in a number of chalets at kings over the years both as a child, mum with little ones and now not so little ones. We have been incredibly lucky to have stayed at this chalet three times now. I can definitely confirm its the best one I've stayed it! It's beautiful and they go the extra mile with fresh flowers, tea, coffee, crisps and chocolate biscuits. Milk in the fridge on arrival. So lovely! Its been like going home each time we have stayed. Such a beautiful chalet, spotless, clean and fresh. Definitely hope we a...more
This was a last minute change of accommodation, which actually proved beneficial as the property is within 7 minutes walk of the town, station, seafront, buses, shops etc. Parking was excellent, parked up and left the car using local transport. The cottage is excellent, everything you need, the kitchen was well equipped. The outlook and location was charming facing Beeston Common and Beeston Hill.
we loved our stay at philips cottage and our dog liked his walks to beeston common and to west runton
Strand Cottage is in a perfect location in Sheringham. It had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Even the weather was kind!
Everything went well, and the staff on the phone were incredibly friendly and helpful. Good value for money
Property is very convenient, being just at the end of the main high street. It is a quirky old fisherman’s cottage, that has been sympathetically updated with modern day bathroom. After driving 235 miles, we arrived 4 pm on Friday afternoon, and was very disappointed to discover there was no iron/ board, however the ‘Keys’ office had an iron, so I didn’t have to purchase one, whilst I was grateful to them, this meant we had to wait for them to re-open on the Monday, to return it. I also discovered a chipped plate, cracked plastic plate and drink spills on the stair carpet. I think it would b...more
Set in a peaceful location off the beaten track we found The Paddocks. It was the ideal accommodation for us, and really geared up for anyone with mobility issues. Very comfortable, light and airy. Enclosed garden for the dog. Nearby a village with a pub and nearby other facilities. We found it an ideal central location for visiting The Broads and the coast. We would recommend. Lovely Host Nicky, very pleased with our stay. Went home feeling very refreshed.
Hi we enjoyed our stay in old schoolyard cottage we have stayed here previously when the owner Jane did the bookings in 2019 it was great then and still is.Although looking abit tired but still a great place to stay, comfy and 2 mins from beach .It has everything you need for your holiday we will definitely be back again.Great place to stay
We took our family of 10, including 3 children, to Morris House for an early Christmas break. The house was warm and spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The 3 off road parking spaces a real bonus. It was just a short walk to the beach, shops and North Norfolk Railway. We had a great weekend and hope to stay there again in the future.
Parking even to unload can be difficult close to the property. The contact dealt promptly with a problem with the hot water although this may have been an issue for a family if the fault ( a sticky valve) had not resolved itself during a weekend. The owner was also very apologetic about this sticky valve which may have been a consequence of the property being unused for a spell before our stay. Overall the property was clean, warm and comfortable and very well located so a definite maybe for staying again although there is perhaps better value to be enjoyed at some other nearby cottag...more
Needs new lounge furniture was feeling very soft and could not raise from the settee, when some older people have issues with mobility.
we loved stay at the sidings the bungalow was nice and cosy our dog liked his walks to beeston common
This is the second time we have stayed here . The location and view could not be any better . This is why we returned . Lots of people do pass right by your door as its on the steps from the long stay car park but we didn't find this an issue at all . Everyone is fascinated by the building as it used to be a cafe/bar. I would however say it is getting tired. The mattresses and bed linen are old. The towels had seen better days. There's no carpet anywhere . Hard floor tiles and laminate in the bedroom. So coming out the bathroom with no mats in the bedroom etc . One big downside is no outdoor...more
This bungalow is perfectly situated for a peaceful holiday. This was our second visit and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cosy property.
Booked for a late break and were really pleased with the cottage. Very well maintained with everything you could possibly have needed. Located just a few yards from the seafront, shops & pubs - what more could you ask for. Have previously stayed at another Keyes accommodation in Sheringham which we have already booked again for next year but would have no hesitation in staying at Crab Cottage again.
Excellent location had a lovely holiday peaceful and restful short walk to every thing you need garden good for dog secure no way for him to get out would return.
We have been returning back to Starry Seaview for the last 4 years. The location is amazing, it’s comfortable and the sea view/sunsets are fabulous. Hoping to be able to return again next year!
This was my second stay in Sheringham this year, but my first time staying in this cottage & it definitely will not be my last. A beautiful little cottage in a perfect location. I stayed for 3 nights & didn't want to leave. Just a short stroll down a little alley way & you're in the centre of Sheringham & about a 5 minute walk to the sea front. The cottage is tiny, welcoming, warm & cosy. It was lovely coming back to it after a day of coastal walks. It has everything you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean & tidy & has a real homely feel to it. I'll definitely be back.
Another lovely and comfortable week at The Prairie, homely accommodation in a great spot with parking
First rate property 2 mins from beach and close to all the pubs. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will be back again next year.
Great annex had everything we needed . Lovely touches like fresh flowers ,nibbles and even a hot water bottle...although thankfully wasn't needed .
A lovely, comfortable, welcoming cottage with the added bonus of being right in the heart of Sheringham. We have stayed here before and see no reason to look elsewhere.
It’s our fifth time staying at Greenshores and we’ve always loved it. Our daughter and partner came to stay for the first two nights and are hoping to come again next time. There’s never been an issue with anything and is good value for money. There was only a couple of things I wanted to mention which is there wasn’t much hand soap left for us in either bathroom and only 3 small toilet rolls. We had booked for 7 nights. The garden we know is a wild garden but is looked a lot more unkept than it has done over previous years. The decking area had to be swept and washed cleaned which is one ...more
Lovely location close to the sea. Lounge and bedrooms comfortable and clean. Only the kitchen needs an upgrade with a few modern essentials and a new bathroom. A walk in shower would be excellent. Lastly a new tv. Limited programmes on the one at the apartment
Comfortable, well provided, homely. Comfortable furniture, full cutlery set and cooking utensils. Good selection of books and CDs.spotlessly clean and welcoming.
Lovely location on the sea but tricky access for the disabled. Lots of space. Thanks for an enjoyable stay
Sealink is a large property that is well located for easy access to the (dog friendly) beach and Sheringham town centre. The property itself is spacious and the bedrooms are particularly comfortable. The rest of the house is grand but in some areas will benefit from (I believe a planned) renovation. The garden is also spacious, south facing and was a great place to hang out with our dogs.
This was our third time here. We really love the location, all amenities are very close and the sea is only a few minutes walk away. The house is very cosy, warm and clean with well-appointed facilities. Thank you, we look forward to coming again.
This was our fourth visit to The Flints in two years. It is in an ideal location with off road parking being an added bonus. However,as mentioned before the property would be greatly improved with a walk in shower (the bath is too deep for elderly people like ourselves) and wifi would also be good. We have already booked for next year.
Ashley cottage was the perfect base for our late summer break in Norfolk. The cottage is comfortable and very well appointed in an ideal location close up the beach and shops.
The property is in a wonderful position and has all you would need for a couple. It could do with some refurbishment now such as carpets, curtains and surfacing of the patio area. The chairs in the lounge are not very comfortable. It suffers from some damp and mold due to the age of the property.
What a fabulous place! A really lovely cottage in a fantastic location with the sea on the doorstep pounding away and yet in the heart of Sherringham, what’s not to love ❤️ We had a very comfortable stay and the house was well equipped, the only slight drawback was that there was no ironing board or iron, but it’s only a minor detail and I’m being picky! We loved it
Nice flat, excellent location, nicely furnished, but needed attention. No toilet roll. Bulbs in passage and lounge needed replacing. Fridge, but no freezer. Constant smell of cigarette smoke. Lounge suite was dirty. Lots of unnecessary kitchen equipment, taking up space which could be used for groceries. The bathroom fan was extremely noisy.
Norfolk always feel home from home to us and our stay at Clarendon was the perfect location. Close to town and a short walk to the sea was just what we needed! Thank you
Lovely cottage. Well fitted kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms and lounge. Patio back garden and small front garden to sit out and sunny conservatory. Secure gates for dogs and children. Shop, pub, fish n chips, restaurant, bus stop on the door step along with village green to exercise dog.
We loved our holiday at 38 Albert Street and our dog liked his walks to holt Country park and the town centre
We booked our stay in Sheringham as there was a steam train to Holt a bustling shopping opportunity and a number of quality restaurants. The house Seaview retreat was absolutely spotless but a good 20 minute walk into town which was the only real downside to our stay which we really enjoyed, Sheringham is a good base for trips to other special locations such as Cromer or Wells next the sea,
It was comfortable - excellent beds; comfy lounge furniture; well-equipped kitchen (except no tin opener!). Let down by cleaning, which has been done to a light level, but deep cleaning is needed in several areas. For example, then washing machine could not be used until a cleaning cycle had been carried out; the shower head and hose are black. Externally, the paving, stone borders, and parking area all need a clean to remove markings that have probably been there for decades. The back garden also has a lot of moss on the paving. The bungalow is well placed and in an excellent area. It has ...more
Two minutes WALK to the beach/promenade and five minutes WALK to the town, we used the car once in the week to go to the brilliant Rocky Bottoms. We have now booked for our third stay next year so they are obviously doing something right! We stayed in October and the heating system was very good. Private parking is such a bonus. Suggested improvements: electric shower is a bit weak, more power points, and a bit more privacy on the windows (mirror foil?). We'll be back!
Property description very misleading, space very restrictive entering the property, the space at the top of the stairs rather dangerous. Very little storage space upstairs and downstairs. The shower in the twin bedroom en-suite dangerous unable to adjust the temperature - the knob wouldn’t turn . Also the basins in the bathrooms were unusable - too small for purpose The property is totally enclosed in high fencing - very claustrophobic ! We love Sheringham and have visited many times but this holiday was a great disappointment , in fact from day1 we were counting the days to going home and l...more
Once again we have really enjoyed our third stay at 9 Canada Road it is ideal for me,my daughter and son in law very clean nd comfortable and of course the unexpectedly fine weather helped. The accommodation is just right for us very cosy and everything you need is there. It is in a good position for both the beach and town highly recommended.
The cottage was at the end of a road which was a few minutes walk from the sea. It is easier to access via Beeston Road so you miss the busy High Street. The cottage itself was very comfortable and the outside area was very useful in the warm weather. The kitchen was mainly in a very good condition but the freezer part of the fridge had its door missing. It is very well equipped in case of the need to go downstairs in the dark. The car parking space is small but very handy. I think the neighbours have had problems with people parking and turning in their property but we had no problem. We h...more
8 of us stayed for a week in Flintrock and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location so close to the town centre. Parking nearby on street also easy to find
The flat was warm and welcoming and was well appointed. The car space was a godsend. It was near both Morrison's and within easy walking district of the town with its super restaurants. .
Anchor cottage is the perfect place for a small family to stay. It is so close to the beach and shops that we were able to regularly pop back to pick up/drop items or use the toilet. The kitchen has everything you might need for. Self-catering holiday and the fact that each bedroom has a toilet is really useful. The only downside to this property is its size. Although it has 3 decent sized bedrooms, the living room would be tight for more than 4 adults. The only other inconvenience is the lack of a hall or porch to put shoes and coats. This resulted in us all leaving our shoes and coats in the...more
Yet another holiday at this house. As usual it had excellent facilities and has a beautiful garden. However the deep freeze was not fully working and no warning was given about the alteration to key collection. ( I understand that your office was also not told of the change.) Nevertheless we are booking for next year .
Hi we had a very good time at,7 the gap. Good location and very quiet,,we could park the car next to the caravan, very good thank you.
Very nice cottage,Very well equiped.Location was good short walk to the High street.Pub across the road serves very good food and drink. Also Newsagent/Convenience shop very close.Only reason I gave a 4 for comfort was the very steep staircase.
Cosy house and a great location for pets the walks are the best especially the fields opposite. Easy reach of the town centre, shops the beach, market, railway and Tesco. Always happy to find a dishwasher and washer in the kitchen and a good size fridge freezer. The back garden is great for relaxing and enclosed so no doggies escaping. Parking is opposite the house (around the grassed area) but you can pull your car up to the front door to unload.
Beautiful apartment very well equipped and comfortable, could do with some oven gloves though. Owners were fantastic but unfortunately let down by the organisational system as the apartment had not been cleaned nor bedding and towels replaced. There was no answer or response from the emergency line so the owners sorted this out for us and arranged for the cleaners to come at short notice on the Sunday of a Bank Holiday weekend. We were then left with not enough towels so ended up sharing, as due to the Bank Holiday, we didnt want to disturb the owners again. Location was fantastic and woul...more
scolded myself in the shower no instructions cooker hob tripped electrics ten minutes looking for trip box easy chairs in telly room not fit for purpose windows and sills outside disgusting garden overgrown with shrubs hand gates rotten and falling off property would not take a lot to put it right reported electrics and shower to keys by phone
Good location and size for 2 people and could be lovely and cosy, but so many things need sorting out. We were rather disappointed.
