The moment we stepped into this cottage it felt like home and wished we were staying longer than booked. Very comfortable, plenty of room with a garden and courtyard. The garden was secluded and safe for the dog and very quiet too. It definitely was a secret. We loved our mornings sitting in the garden listening to birds. The cottage is well maintained with all you need throughout, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect with Sheringham town centre a 5 minute walk away. Definitely recommend a stay here.
A beautifully preserved Old Town Hall Large spacious bedrooms with en suites. Beds comfortable. Lots of hot water as required. Lovely main room to eat, relax and cook overlooking the town Close access to everything including the beach
Everything ok for a short stay, we could see an do all with Branthan Cottage as a base. It was clean and tidy and all amenities worked. Very helpful at Keyes in the office to help organise the trip.
The Property was spacious and in a good location, and was very peaceful and quite.Hopefully we will be able to go to this property in the future.

A very comfortable Lounge and bedroom, which helped us relax and sleep after a very tiring but delightful day at various attractions in the area. It is the only property we have returned to in recent years.. The only thing we would like improved is the bathroom shower. It is relatively weak, although settings can help, and it certainly works well enough to enable a thorough wash.
The cockles is a well equipped apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Four adults can be accommodated easily. The location is excellent…..the coastal path and beaches are within a short distance. A number of excellent restaurants, pubs, ice cream shops, gift shops etc also within easy reach. Communication with Keys holiday cottages was excellent….clear directions provided and easy to access the keys to the property Would recommend this apartment.
Paddlestop is an extremely good holiday home. It was very clean and there was a welcome pack which meant we didn’t have to go to the shops immediately The outside space was very good with plenty of garden furniture. We were lucky enough to have unusually great weather!!!

This lovely little cottage has everything needed for a comfortable stay and is perfect for three. Cosy, warm and welcoming. The courtyard opening out onto the carpark is handy. Although it is surrounded by pubs the area was really quiet by early evening (October)

We have stayed in this cottage a couple of times before and have always been happy with it. The location is very handy for the town centre, as well as train and bus. We spent a very enjoyable week there, being lucky with the weather, including a very spectacular thunderstorm (thankfully overnight!).
Strand Cottage is in a perfect location in Sheringham. It had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Even the weather was kind!

Holiday with family. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Excellent location, with a short walk to beach and Sherringham centre. The only downside was the very overgrown hedgerows/thorns lining the made up road to access the allocated parking space.. Would recommend this property and book again.
This Apartment has Spectacular views and the bonus of a lift. Short stroll to the lovely shops bus/train station and amazing eateries to suit all taste.. The Apartment just first class with extras.. I would recommend a stay here and would certainly book for myself again

Great house and location. Very modern. 1 minute walk to seafront and shops (either way) so couldn’t have been any closer. Parking a bonus and outside courtyard a great secluded sun trap. We were able to eat outside all times of the day. Lovely outdoor furniture. Would highly recommend this property. Just for info for other guests if you are staying here. There are no t towels or bath mats. just one dishwasher tablet, no oven gloves and no anti slip bath mat . No welcome tea/coffee/milk. Have stayed in Sherringham lots of times over the years and this is the best accommodation we have found. 1 minute walk to the top end of high street. 5 minutes walk to the beach. The house is immaculate and the garden patio area is very pleasant. Private off road parking is also a bonus.
A lovely house in a perfect location. The property was very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. Large comfortable rooms throughout. The high chair and travel cot were also very clean. The garden is pleasant and enclosed so is safe for children.
We have been coming up to Sheringham on a regular basis ever since we came across this lovely Seaside Town. It is a lovely place to visit and has plenty of restaurants, our favourite of which is Marmalades Bistro. Excellent food at reasonable prices. The Chef as well as all the wait staff are amazing and are knowledgeable about the foods that are available on their Menu.
The location is perfect, for town and beach. As it overlooks the steam railway there is some noise from trains, but during the day only. The house had comfortable beds, four singles, and lots of storage space. Having an additional downstairs toilet is handy. Parking was a bonus. Everywhere was clean and tidy.
Lovely cottage in great location. The garden is stunning. We have stayed at Southside twice and loved it.
We had a lovely time in Mundesley for the 3 days we were there and the weather was great. We had good food too.
Couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Railway, only thing that was a bit annoying was the train early in the morning. But was to be expected being on the railway line. The house was very clean & comfortable, provided everything we needed. Was close to town, but still tucked away so wasn’t loud or right in the middle of the busy area. Will definitely be returning!
This was our second stay at Deck 2, previously Easter, now October. Just as good now as then. Nice touches such as milk in the fridge, bottle of wine , coffee etc. Bonus is allocated parking directly outside the flat.

Lovely comfortable cottage, that made us feel comfortable straight away, quiet street just off main Sheringham street. Easy access and parking space is a real positive. Stairs are narrow and step, not an issue to an able bodied person. Added bonus of a shower toilet in upstairs main bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again.
Cottage in a lovely place with views over the common and the allotments and in an excellent place for walks out over the Bump to the Runtons, up over the common into the woods and into the town and the beach. Had a lovely week and walked many a mile.

We had lots of things to do in our week,It was the first time we stayed at Canary Cottage,which we found to be an ideal base,very comfortable ,lovely garden and everything we needed. Really wished we could have had another week.

My 3rd visit to this cottage cosy and well equipped. Near the beach great food in the village pub. However the house next door is undergoing a complete renovation lots of banging and drilling from 7/8 am each morning. The noise and dust made it impossible to sit in the garden. As I understand it this project will take months.
We had another lovely stay at this really nice bungalow. It is perfect for all the family including our little dog. The location is very close to all amenities. The garden is great to sit in the sun & watch the steam trains go by. A fab holiday for all.
The house was excellent. A perfect location, just a few minutes from the beach and there was space to park two cars.
Property is very convenient, being just at the end of the main high street. It is a quirky old fisherman’s cottage, that has been sympathetically updated with modern day bathroom. After driving 235 miles, we arrived 4 pm on Friday afternoon, and was very disappointed to discover there was no iron/ board, however the ‘Keys’ office had an iron, so I didn’t have to purchase one, whilst I was grateful to them, this meant we had to wait for them to re-open on the Monday, to return it. Comfortable clean cottage in an excellent location for access to beach and town. Stairs could be a bit steep for limited mobility The wifi didn't work while we were staying
The Plaice is a great place to stay with amazing views of the beach and sea. The accommodation is good with everything you might need. The pool / table tennis / air hockey table was a hit with the teenagers. Outside space is limited, but a nice place to sit. On nice days there are a lot of people walking past the gate on their way to and from the car park. Parking is in the public long stay car park which is just a few steps away. A weekly ticket is good value and we never had a problem finding a space. We had a great holiday and would definitely visit again.
Great little chalet. Beautifully clean. Well equipped, especially the kitchen, which looked very new. Lovely quiet location but within walking distance of supermarket and more importantly the beach. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back soon.
This is our 5th stay in the cottage and the changes made since our last visit some years ago were very welcome. Has everything you could need, close to the beach/promenade but still peaceful. Clean on arrival and clean when we left as i don,t cook on holiday and we were out everyday, lovely and warm when we got back in after our days out. Would recommend .
The reason for the two 4s in my review is because of the poor heating on the top floor. The rooms were cold and providing separate heaters was not good enough. Since our visit last year it is clear that a lot of money has been spent on upgrading the property but attention needs to be spent on making sure the central heating reaches the top floor. Probably a new more powerful boiler is the answer. Having said that, I have booked for next year because the house and annexe are perfect for our family.
Parking even to unload can be difficult close to the property. The contact dealt promptly with a problem with the hot water although this may have been an issue for a family if the fault ( a sticky valve) had not resolved itself during a weekend. The owner was also very apologetic about this sticky valve which may have been a consequence of the property being unused for a spell before our stay. Overall the property was clean, warm and comfortable and very well located so a definite maybe for staying again although there is perhaps better value to be enjoyed at some other nearby cottag...more

Lovely cottage,everything was very good, lots of space,comfortable beds,excellent shower,3 toilets,plenty of plates and mugs etc,best accommodation we have stayed at in this area, parking for two cars ,close to sea front yet just off main high street, hopefully we will be back in the future
Seaview is a comfortable clean bright modern well equipped house on the seafront with far reaching views of the sea. We had everything we needed close by from shops and restaurants, pubs and amusements The location is perfect A lovely holiday home and our family had a wonderful time in Sheringham I would thoroughly recommend.
Great annex had everything we needed . Lovely touches like fresh flowers ,nibbles and even a hot water bottle...although thankfully wasn't needed .
Quiet location but very close to the sea and amenities in Sheringham. The apartment had everything we needed and the sea view was a real bonus. Very useful having the allocated parking space.
A lovely, comfortable, welcoming cottage with the added bonus of being right in the heart of Sheringham. We have stayed here before and see no reason to look elsewhere.
It’s our fifth time staying at Greenshores and we’ve always loved it. Our daughter and partner came to stay for the first two nights and are hoping to come again next time. There’s never been an issue with anything and is good value for money. There was only a couple of things I wanted to mention which is there wasn’t much hand soap left for us in either bathroom and only 3 small toilet rolls. We had booked for 7 nights. This was our fifth stay in The Flints and it says it all that we keep returning. The location is superb and the parking is a bonus. We have mentioned on previous reviews that the property would greatly benefit from a walk in shower as the bath is very deep and not suitable for older people.
Good location near to the beach ,no on site parking ? But ample free spaces on the street outside the property so no issues there. Nice Garden to eat in whilst there if cooking, however there was a lack of kitchen pots and pans and utensils to be able to cook if you needed to. Good to have a washer and a fridge freezer in situ The futon / settee was not the most comfortable to sit on. The beds were very Comfortable though. Sealink is a large property that is well located for easy access to the (dog friendly) beach and Sheringham town centre. The property itself is spacious and the bedrooms are particularly comfortable. The rest of the house is grand but in some areas will benefit from (I believe a planned) renovation. The garden is also spacious, south facing and was a great place to hang out with our dogs.
Very nice Bungalow in a unguie setting.All you need for a quiet break surrounded by paddocks .Hosts very friendly and welcoming .Be prepared to see lots of wildlife as well Best location to sit outside in the sunshine to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine.Locsl pubs offer good fare and the Broads just a short drive away.
Ashley cottage was the perfect base for our late summer break in Norfolk. The cottage is comfortable and very well appointed in an ideal location close up the beach and shops.
The property is in a wonderful position and has all you would need for a couple. It could do with some refurbishment now such as carpets, curtains and surfacing of the patio area. The chairs in the lounge are not very comfortable. It suffers from some damp and mold due to the age of the property.
Pendleton had everything we needed and we were very comfortable though one of the beds had a soft mattress but this is a personal comment. It is very well placed for shops and sea. Many interesting places to visit.
We were very happy to return to this bright, spacious and clean apartment. It is very convenient for the sea front, shops, station etc.
7 Links Way is a very clean, comfortable and warm property with all the amenities we could need. The area was very peaceful and we enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden. It's in a perfect location. A short walk led us to The Village Inn, a lovely tea room, the Coasthopper bus link, the beach and walks along the coast, and the amazing Hillside Horse sanctuary. We didnt need the car until it was time to go home.
Lovely cottage. Well fitted kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms and lounge. Patio back garden and small front garden to sit out and sunny conservatory. Secure gates for dogs and children. Shop, pub, fish n chips, restaurant, bus stop on the door step along with village green to exercise dog.
We booked our stay in Sheringham as there was a steam train to Holt a bustling shopping opportunity and a number of quality restaurants. The house Seaview retreat was absolutely spotless but a good 20 minute walk into town which was the only real downside to our stay which we really enjoyed, Sheringham is a good base for trips to other special locations such as Cromer or Wells next the sea,

We had everything we needed for a lovely weekend. Everything was within easy walking distance and we had our own parking space by the flat - which is a real added bonus! Would be very happy to stay again.
Enjoyable week at the Lodge. Nice, quiet location. Big heated communal swimming pool, which we managed to use just before it closed for the winter. The lodge itself was very spacious with plenty of storage. A couple of niggles that have been picked up by previous visitors is that some things need fixing/replacing. The dishwasher gets partially through then flashes an error code. Not a case of resetting anything...needs a part. The fridge freezer - fridge never got cold enough and the ice dispenser didn't work. Property description very misleading, space very restrictive entering the property, the space at the top of the stairs rather dangerous. Very little storage space upstairs and downstairs.The shower in the twin bedroom en-suite dangerous unable to adjust the temperature - the knob wouldn’t turn . Also the basins in the bathrooms were unusable - too small for purpose The property is totally enclosed in high fencing - very claustrophobic ! Our 2nd stay here, excellent location and roomy apartment, but is in need of TLC. There is a patch on the lounge ceiling which is flaking The bedroom blinds need replacing The bathroom fittings were rust and not stable The tiles on the ledge where the doors open to the balcony need replacing. All of these items we pointed out last year , so haven’t been attended to which is a shame as otherwise it would be the perfect apartment.
Cromer is a great location for a holiday and the apartment is a great location for access to the town, the beach, bus and train travel, and very important, it has off-street parking.
Once again we have really enjoyed our third stay at 9 Canada Road it is ideal for me,my daughter and son in law very clean nd comfortable and of course the unexpectedly fine weather helped. The accommodation is just right for us very cosy and everything you need is there. It is in a good position for both the beach and town highly recommended.
8 of us stayed for a week in Flintrock and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location so close to the town centre. Parking nearby on street also easy to find
We enjoyed staying at Westbrook, Regis Place. It is a small townhouse ideal for a couple or a family with up to two children. It was cosy, with good heating, comfortable furniture, and well supplied with kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. Wifi and TV were great. The two disappointments were the main bed and the shower. The main bed was only a double in a room that could fit a king size bed with plenty of space left over. Moreover, the metal bed ends make it quite uncomfortable for anyone 6 feet tall or more. We had a lovely stay at Bramble cottage. It was equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, a short walk to the main strip of Sheringham. Pub and local shop very close. Cute little courtyard to sit and enjoy the sunshine and parking at the side of the property. The stairs were very steep, not ideal for small children, and the bunk beds were quite small in size but it didn't affect our stay as our children were older. Anchor cottage is the perfect place for a small family to stay. It is so close to the beach and shops that we were able to regularly pop back to pick up/drop items or use the toilet. The kitchen has everything you might need for. Self-catering holiday and the fact that each bedroom has a toilet is really useful. The only downside to this property is its size. Although it has 3 decent sized bedrooms, the living room would be tight for more than 4 adults. The only other inconvenience is the lack of a hall or porch to put shoes and coats. Yet another holiday at this house. As usual it had excellent facilities and has a beautiful garden. However the deep freeze was not fully working and no warning was given about the alteration to key collection. ( I understand that your office was also not told of the change.) A welcoming and cosy space in a very nice location in Beeston Regis. Very peaceful and walkable to everything you could need. Views of the common out front are wonderful and the garden is well thought out and a nice place to spend time.
Cosy house and a great location for pets the walks are the best especially the fields opposite. Easy reach of the town centre, shops the beach, market, railway and Tesco. Always happy to find a dishwasher and washer in the kitchen and a good size fridge freezer. The back garden is great for relaxing and enclosed so no doggies escaping. Parking is opposite the house (around the grassed area) but you can pull your car up to the front door to unload.
Beautiful apartment very well equipped and comfortable, could do with some oven gloves though. Owners were fantastic but unfortunately let down by the organisational system as the apartment had not been cleaned nor bedding and towels replaced. There was no answer or response from the emergency line so the owners sorted this out for us and arranged for the cleaners to come at short notice on the Sunday of a Bank Holiday weekend. Romany Rye is ideally situated in Sheringham, with the bonus of a car parking space. If you park up you won’t need the car again as it is just a short walk to the beach, steam railway, mainline railway, bus and shops. The cottage is very quaint and quirky but there are steps between levels so you need to be quite able. Ideal place to visit if you like a quiet holiday.
I booked this property as I had stayed here before, and its situated on a quiet private road, near to the beach, with a garden to sit out in, and central for visiting various places on the coast. This made it ideal as I was taking my elderly mother with me. However, our peaceful holiday was spoilt by the building work taking place on both neighbouring properties, the one directly opposite and another at the end of the road. The service from the owner who arranged an excellent plumber when the toilet stopped flushing was second to none. The cottage compared to next door where relatives stayed was a bit shabby. It does need a refurb and had no extra touches. Eg bottle of wine etc next door. Overall my friend and I had everything we needed. It was in an excellent town centre position in lovely Sheringham.
