Gull View, West Cliff is a bright, second-floor apartment with it’s own parking space, located opposite the Fishermen’s Slope and Promenade in Sheringham, boasting stunning sea views. A few steps from the family friendly beach and beautiful coastal walks as well as offering all the shops, amenities and restaurants you could wish for; be sure to try the local fish and chips!

Really enjoyed my week in Sheringham at Gull View. The property was spotless and it was nice to have been left tea, coffee, milk and some extremely delicious cookies. Waking up and going to sleep to the sound of the sea only metres away is unforgettable, and being on my laptop or eating by the window in the living room while watching the waves was brilliant. Perfectly positioned for all the amenities of Sheringham and the parking space was very welcome. Planning to return as soon as I can.

We had a very relaxing stay in this lovely apartment. The property is better than the photos, the location is prefect for enjoying coastal walks and the town itself. The welcome pack was a great start to our break. The view from the breakfast bar was very relaxing, the sea being very close but also far enough away in rough weather. It's also nice to have excellent satellite tv reception and good wi-fi too. The allocated parking is also very handy in a place like Sheringham.
We are looking forward to our next stay in Sheringham and in particular Gull View.

We have stayed at Gull View a few times now and it is just perfect. Looking out over the fisherman's slope to the sea and being able to listen to the waves and watch the world go by is so relaxing. Having your own parking space is a bonus, rather than trying to find a space in the street or pay to park at Morris Street car park. The flat is well looked after and incredibly clean. The cleaners do a great job. We are very much looking forward to our next stay.

Everything was in good condition and had been well thought out. The welcome hamper was well received, great cookies!
My only suggestion would be a large mirror on the wall in both bedrooms. The mirror in the double bedroom was useless to me as at 5’2” I couldn’t see in it! Having said that I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent accommodation, superbly equipped and extremely well positioned for all amenities and outlets, plus an amazing view of the seafront and beach. First visit back to Sheringham for more than 20 years and really enjoyed the stay. The welcome pack was also a real delight and much appreciated.

My daughter & I spent a week at Gull view & didn't want to leave. The property was immaculate, the welcome tray full of goodies & a hand written postcard from the owner was a lovely welcome.
The views from Gull view are stunning & to be able to go to sleep & wake up to the sounds of the sea was bliss.
When I wasn't out doing a coastal walk, I was glued to the little breakfast bar type table by the window, watching the sea.
The location is amazing, just round the corner is a lovely tea room which we frequently visited, we watched a play at Sheringham Little Theatre & had a ride on the steam train.
There is nothing I can fault about Gull View, it's perfect for couples & small families.
I really didn't want to leave & will hopefully be returning next year.

We have stayed at Gull View many times and already booked for another week. The flat has everything you could possibly need, very nicely presented ( especially the new towels and duvet covers.).Prime position for all of Sheringhams attractions, with the bonus of car parking. Lovely look out for the sea, fishermen and people watching. Book and your enjoy.

This was our second stay at Gull View, with third booked.

You will be hard pushed to find a better location than this. Gull View is a top floor flat located just a stones throw from the fisherman's slope and the beach, with great views from the living room. It even has a breakfast bar type bench with high chairs/stools so you can sit and watch the world go by.
It's also lovely to hear the waves crashing while you lie in bed.

Gull View has its own allocated parking space in the private car park, which is ideal, as it can be hard to find a spot in the street.

The building is very quiet. Although there are 6 flats, we heard no voices etc.

The flat was incredibly clean and fresh. Not a speck of dust or hair in sight! You can control the central heating yourself. A lovely tray of welcome goodies awaits in the kitchen, which is a special touch, some of the items being sourced locally. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils etc you will need, with a coffee machine as an extra.

The bed linen and towels were very good quality and we loved the nautical decor.

We felt very relaxed and comfortable at Gull View and were sorry to have to leave!

A very welcoming flat, bright, clean and warm. Always a lovely welcoming pack most appreciated. The flat is very handy for the beach, town centre and all sheringhams attractions,plus the benefit of car parking. I could spend many a hour sitting at the breakfast bar looking out at the sea and people enjoying the walk along the front.

We had an absolutely fantastic short break away at Gull View. The flat is in a perfect location with incredible sea views……however what made it for us was the little welcome package we were given.

Visited Gull view a number of times, all different times of the year never disappointed. It’s a lovely flat most welcoming hamper spotlessly clean. Beautiful view from the lounge window, prime position for all amenities, with the benefit of car parking space. Wish I was still there.

The property is very central for all that Sheringham has to offer and the parking space in this location is a real bonus. The flat was very clean and well equipped and the welcome pack was very generous (the marmalade was delicious). The staff at Keys were extremely helpful in contacting the owner to see if we could stay on for an extra couple of days and agreeing a very reasonable price. Overall a great base for exploring the area and a welcoming place to return to after a day out.

Gull View is centrally located, beautifully furnished and a really comfortable base for a holiday by the sea. Everything had been provided to make it easy for us to prepare food and the welcome hamper was a thoughtful and generous gesture. Parking is easy and secure. We will definitely be returning.

Second visit to this lovely flat.very welcoming,with extra little details, most appreciated. The new lookout seat in the lounge window makes all the difference, nice to watch the world go by. Benefits from your own parking all you need for a perfect holiday.

Fantastic weekend at Gull View, premier position with sea view & secure allocated parking space, which is a bonus being in the centre. Everything as pictures on website, very comfortable, spotlessly clean & in a quiet position. Great to sit on stools at window & watch the birds, sea & folks walking along the seafront. Comfy beds & lovely bedding & towels. Everything we needed was provided. Welcome pack was a lovely touch many thanks. Brilliant location, very close to town centre, shops & restaurants/ pubs.

Would definitely recommend & hope to return again soon.

This is a perfect place right in the middle of Sheringham, we didn't want to leave, It had everything we needed for our stay, The seaview was fantastic we even did some cold water swimming which was brilliant, the apartment was spotless, The only criticism to make and it's my preference I would like to see a drainer on the kitchen sink and a bigger mirror in the bedroom but like I said it's my preference, but definitely we hope to return to Gull view very soon

We felt Gull View was very clean and well equipped and beds were comfortable. It was great for a family of 2 adults and 2 young children but not big enough for 4 adults.
The location was splendid and the view amazing but unfortunately you couldn’t sit and watch the sea as no higher stools available for looking out at window height.
Also felt that on first arrival impression of communal entrance and stairways were shabby and muddy ... however the flat was not shabby at all and the welcome pack was a lovely and well received extra.
We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again but with less people. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Gull View in June 2021. The property is in a great location for strolls along the seafront and popping in to the little town.
The apartment is very clean with everything you would need for a stay. The welcome basket on arrival was such a lovely touch and we all enjoyed a cuppa and a biscuit after a long drive. Everything in the apartment is super comfy with a relaxed holiday feel.
Having the sea view was lovely and we enjoyed listening to the sounds of the waves at night.

We will definitely return..

Excellent location and clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and found it fascinating to watch the fishermen as they launched their boats.
Take some binoculars with you to get a good view of the different birds and the cargo ships in the distance.
