Having selected this caravan for its location, it did not disappoint. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The beach was almost in touching distance, and the local shop, pub and fish and chip shop only minutes away.
A fantastic accommodation to stay in. You could not fault the property. it was superbly kitted out, you could not want for anything. As soon as you walked through the door you realised this place was something special. The location was very quiet. The distance to the shop, beach was just right. If you enjoyed walking it was very close to public footpaths. The garden was a good size for our granddaughter to play in and with the park being across the road was a bonus. Beautiful chalet very clean and well equipped and in a great location with a short walk to the beach and also Cromer town. With many little shops and gift shops and also lovely cafes! Virtually everything had been thought of on arrival at this lovely property. The owners have clearly spared no expense decorating and equipping this property with everything you would hope to find home from home. I had a very enjoyable stay and looked forward to arriving back in the evenings. It was super-clean and exceptionally comfortable. The boiler kept the temperature just right. Everything is only a few steps away from , trains , buses or taxis , shops , pubs and cafe’s , lovely walks . Sheringham has everything . The Hive is a lovely house to stay at .
The Den is superb. Well furnished and very clean and tidy. The only holiday home we've been to where I don't feel the need to detox everything in sight! The owners are a lovely couple and so helpful. We are returning guests and have no hesitation in booking again.
We have stayed at the Cockles twice. The facilities are all top standard. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but for us it’s perfect just for the 2 of us ( as we both get our own fully equipped bathroom). The shops, takeaways, bakeries, butchers are just a short walk away. The buses are great and can get you all along the North Norfolk coast and into Norwich. Please also try the local Sheringham Theatre, it deserves our support. We were delighted with the house upon arrival and it didn’t disappoint. It had all the home comforts required for a family‘s holiday base and it was furnished to a high standard. There was plenty of space throughout the house and it was well stocked. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. The garden was beautiful and we were able to enjoy the summer evenings sitting comfortably at the garden furniture. We will definitely be back!
We were a party of 11, 6 adults 4 children and a baby, and this property gave us all the space we needed. Not just the beds (the bedrooms are massive!) but living space as well. Two living rooms, the dining room where the boys built their Lego in the morning (hope you don't stand on any bits we've left behind!) and a garden that we sat in most evenings once the little ones were in bed. This was our second stay at this property and it is an absolute delight. Set on a beautiful estate with a great location and a 15 minute walk into Cromer. The property is finished to a great standard and makes for a highly relaxing break. Only downside was the noise from the neighbouring property who are in the throws of having their Garage converted so we were subject to noise from 7.45am for three mornings of our stay. We appreciate this was outside the Owners or Keys control. We will definitely return in the future.
A well appointed cottage. Great location and quiet. Easy to access all amenities on foot in Sheringham. Comfortable and warm cottage which was well equipped and nicely decorated.A very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. As we only stayed for 4 days getting up at 8am to feed the meter was a chore but fortunately the car park was right behind the cottage.

Scrimshaw Cottage is in an excellent location - close to both the sea and all the excellent cafes & local, independent shops which make Sheringham such an interesting place to stay. The Cottage has been beautifully refurbished to a high standard. We really enjoyed our two week stay - thank you!
Another lovely stay at Gull View. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you might need for an excellent self- catering holiday. Superb location, with parking, extremely convenient for the town and seafront. A generous welcome pack on arrival with a personalised note from the owner.
We stayed in Marriots Way for our 2wk summer break again this year (3rd yr running) and found everything to be perfect as usual. So clean and comfortable and a good situation for us train enthusiasts. The ladies at Keys Holidays are just the best! Very professional, helpful and friendly. This flat was supper it had everything you would need with one exception, WiFi. It’s an essential these days and we missed it. To use the library WiFi you have to become a member so this wasn’t an option. WiFi would also enable full use of the two smart TVs as we found IPlayer wasn’t supported. A thought for the summer months, as ours was a particularly hot week and with a very sunny south facing conservative the fans were working really hard to cool the rest of the rooms in the flat. Have stayed in Sherringham lots of times over the years and this is the best accommodation we have found. 1 minute walk to the top end of high street. 5 minutes walk to the beach. The house is immaculate and the garden patio area is very pleasant. Private off road parking is also a bonus.
A really nice clean well equipped chalet, situated in an ideal spot out of the village but close enough if you wanted to walk, also very quite and nice short walks on the top of the cliffs
We had another lovely stay at this property. Our second year and we will probably book again next year. It has enough space for 3 adults and 2 children. The kitchen facilities mean we can prepare our own meals or quickly heat up something from the nearby Morrisons. The good size dining table is a most and having a table outside that is the same size means we have flexibility of where we eat on good evenings. Situated just off the main roads so has a quiet feel but close enough to get to the town centre facilities easily.
A real gem of a cottage in a lovely location. So peaceful overlooking the common and yet only a 10 minute (at most) walk into town and all its amenities. Also very close to good bus service. Cottage was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you might need. The garden at the rear is an added bonus and a lovely spot to sit and enjoy a bit of sunshine. The dog loved exploring on the common and it's a great place to exercise your pet when you don't want to go on a longer walk. Lots of other walks on the doorstep too.
South Side was a lovely cottage, with everything you could need for your stay. Parking at the front was perfect for one vehicle. Lovey bathroom with spacey shower. Plenty of room in the rest of the cottage. The cottage is situated within an easy drive of some great places. It is a short walk from the beach. Close to a pub, and a village cafe.
A very clean house, and great location. On site parking is a big bonus. However - no towels provided of any sort - bath, hand, or bath mat. A surprising omission compared to other holiday lets. With five bathrooms, that’s a lot of towels you need to bring with you! Kitchen was not particularly well-stocked with glassware, which is challenging for larger groups.
This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Deck 2 it is that good. It is the little things, like when you arrive after a long journey you see the note that says “ milk in fridge”.
The Bakehouse is perfect for anyone with limited mobility and couldn’t be in a better place being in the centre of Sheringham We love it
Hermit cottage was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and very well equipped. It is very well located in easy reach of shops, train station, bus stops and sea front. We found it perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

We had a great stay at Secret Garden. We were lucky with lovely sunny weather and found the location peaceful with easy access to all amenities. We loved our morning walks exploring the area and sitting drinking our coffee chosen from the numerous different outlets gazing at the ever changing sea. In the bungalow we had everything we needed - it was clean and tidy with comfortable beds and outside seating. Poppy Cott was a lovely cottage, great location for town and amenities, we did have trouble parking a couple of evenings as there wasn't any space to park. Once we got a parking spot we did tend not to venture out, in case we couldn't park when we got back. Beds we comfortable, bathroom would benefit from some tlc, Modern shower, however the floor tiles are uneven and the ceiling would benefit from a refresh/upvc, also lighting could do with being slightly brighter in there. We had lots of things to do in our week,It was the first time we stayed at Canary Cottage,which we found to be an ideal base,very comfortable ,lovely garden and everything we needed. Really wished we could have had another week.
It has almost everything you may want in a large spacious House, apart from the out side seating area which only has 8 chairs for10 of us and very cramped behind a fence. ( oh and a chair in the main bedroom would be nice)
A chalet park we visit nearly every year and a chalet we have used more than once. It is always maintained to a very high standard in a beautiful, clean park. We have already booked up for a holiday in September in the same chalet. A great getaway for good value for money. A nice gesture for guests was a complimentary welcome box of biscuits and other bits and bobs.

A beautiful, spacious house in a quiet part of town but within.easy walking distance to both seafront and shops. The house was spotless with lovely bedding and towels.
Repton Cottage is in a good position but up an unmade road which is difficult to access especially after rain as there are large holes. The cottage itself was well equipped and ideal for our stay. Having 2 toilets one downstairs and 2 shower rooms was a bonus. The kitchen had everything that you needed including a dishwasher! The only downside was the double bed which was not very comfortable and the bedding felt old and did not fit the mattress well. Have stayed here before and will return next year. Lovely, comfortable cottage, suitable for family (grandparents, parents and grandchildren. Fantastic location. We had great weather too, but even if it rains we would still enjoy the town and local area.
Chalet was clean and comfortable but did smell a bit fusty. I don't think this accommodation is suited for 4 adults due to the seating in the lounge. We chose this accommodation due to it being really quiet as it was a much needed break for my husband .

Great cottage right next to sea and in heart of Sheringham. Loved downstairs but perhaps not the sofa bed it wasn’t comfortable for sitting. The stairs I expected from other reviews but it did put us off from using the double bed on top floor. The cottage had been very well renovated with good quality items. Great views. And a car park right next door that you can but a 7 week parking ticket which was so convenient!! This is the 3rd /4th time staying here. The location is perfect. It has everything you need . We will happily stay again. It is now tired and in need of a refresh. The town is lovely. Lots of independent shops a steam train . Nature reserves with stream . Found a beautiful tawny owl and deer.

I had a very pleasant 5-day stay with my dog. Chalet had everything I needed and was freshly decorated. Blossom was out and the site looked lovely.
The directions to the property were good, and it was as advertised. The owner was very friendly and helpful on our arrival. It was well equipped and nicely furnished. A very peaceful place to stay and a good location for everything we planned to do
The location of the Annexe on Morris Street is excellent and having a parking space was very good. However the kitchen and bathroom are very dated and in need of refurbishing. All other areas of the property were very good and spacious.
We stayed at this property for two weeks and the bungalow was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The view at the bottom of the garden was outstanding with the trains going past (steam and diesel) you couldn’t ask for better. The bungalow was very well equipped with everything. We were welcomed with wine and chocolates and schmachos for our little dog, a very welcomed kind gesture. We did find it a little bit invasion of our privacy the owner needing to come round and water the plants especially unannounced on our second week and just turning up whilst we were out in the garden.

Small but cosy and had everything you need, great location just a 10 min walk to the beach and few minutes by car, perfect for exploring the coast. Only recommendation would be to add WIFI. We stayed here for a week as a family of four – two adults and two children – and had a really enjoyable stay. The location was absolutely brilliant and one of the best things about the property. We managed to get a parking space directly opposite the house when we arrived and were able to leave the car there for the whole week, which was really convenient. On arrival at cottage strong fishy smell in kitchen and dining room on looking around water was coming up through the flooring inside dining room we phoned Keys and they were closed at 4pm the time you can enter the property we tried owners emergency number but got no answer..We went to keys on Monday morning and told them about the problem they were helpful in contacting the owner . This was our seventh visit to The Flints so we must like it. Brilliant location and parking. Three negative points as mentioned before, Needs a walk in shower as the bath is too deep for older people.Needs wi fi. also needs more comfortable lounge chairs.
So pleased we found this property. It's within walking distance of the town but with off street parking. The cul-de-sac is lovely and quiet, making our stay nice and relaxing. The property was very comfortable and well equipped. Our little pup loved the garden, however it isn't fully secure so bear this in mind if your dog likes to explore. Would definitely stay again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Annies cottage. The welcome pack is ideal for the first cuppa when you arrive and we appreciate all the extra things provided. The rear garden looks fabulous, once a small raised patio it now has a lush green lawn with chairs and tables dotted about. Perfect in summer, especially for kids.
The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable, and well equipped. The parking space is a big bonus. Well located, nice and peaceful yet within easy walking distance of all Sheringham's shops and attractions.
The property is in a wonderful position and has all you would need for a couple. It could do with some refurbishment now such as carpets, curtains and surfacing of the patio area. The chairs in the lounge are not very comfortable. It suffers from some damp and mold due to the age of the property.

We booked our stay in Sheringham as there was a steam train to Holt a bustling shopping opportunity and a number of quality restaurants. The house Seaview retreat was absolutely spotless but a good 20 minute walk into town which was the only real downside to our stay which we really enjoyed, Sheringham is a good base for trips to other special locations such as Cromer or Wells next the sea,
Normally this property is great but this year I had to hoover under the beds clean the shower cubicle rewash dishes and throw away mouldy food in the cupboard
The house itself is big enough for a multigenerational holiday, however within 5 minutes of arriving inside it was obvious the standard of cleaning left a lot to be desired, there are so many issues it’s hard to list it all but within an hour of our grandchildren walking around barefoot the soles of their fee were filthy, the oven and cooker top was full of grease, bowls and saucepans dirty, sinks not scrubbed and had scum lines and toothpaste on them, no furniture was dusted underneath and there was plies of dust and dog hair everywhere! Checking in late on Saturday afternoon, we were disappointed to find the cottage was in poor condition. We contacted the booking agents, Keys Holiday Cottages, first thing on Monday; their manager visited the property and confirmed a lack of cleanliness and the many ongoing maintenance issues. We spent 5 nights at 72 Kings Chalet Park. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. The park was very quiet and relaxing surrounded by woods. A short walk to the the cliffs with beautiful sea views and a clifftop walk into Cromer. The weather was perfect, lovely walks along the beach and cliffs, sunsets from the cliffs. Lovely cottage just two minutes from the sea front. Very well appointed, clean and lovely comfy beds. It had everything we needed. We cooked in the cottage most nights and there was a good selection of kitchen equipment. Off road parking was a bonus, although it is very tight getting up and down the street. Good central point for exploring. We weren’t sure what to expect when we booked this cottage, thought it might be very tiny but was surprisingly roomy. Surpassed all expectations and is one of the best we have stayed in.

Anchor cottage is the perfect place for a small family to stay. It is so close to the beach and shops that we were able to regularly pop back to pick up/drop items or use the toilet. The kitchen has everything you might need for. Self-catering holiday and the fact that each bedroom has a toilet is really useful. The only downside to this property is its size. Although it has 3 decent sized bedrooms, the living room would be tight for more than 4 adults. The only other inconvenience is the lack of a hall or porch to put shoes and coats. We loved our stay at Romany Rye. The cottage is warm and cosy and we loved its quirks. The location was perfect for us and our two young children. It's a 1 minute walk to the seafront and high street. The car parking space was an extra bonus.
A nice cottage for two. Very handy for the town and beach. It is small, but has everything you need for a holiday stay, the only thing we found wanting was a shaver/toothbrush socket. It's surprisingly quiet at night, for a town centre location. We found the beds a bit soft, but that's just a preference. A good-sized TV downstairs, with a DVD player for when it rains!
CLEANLINESS OK but could be improved: eg. skirting boards, and areas between bed and bedside table very dusty. Spiders on bathroom ceiling. Skirting by toilet grubby. I know that there is a quick turn around with holiday lets but this property would certainly have benefited from a deep clean. The dust was not helpful as I suffer from dust/pollen/hay fever. COMFORT generally good. Beds were comfy. Bucket chairs in TV room not comfy and more chairs needed. OK for 2 guests but more needed for 4-6 guests.
