What a lovely cottage, Well laid out and everything you could wish for. My niece, Husband and grand-daughter were so pleased to be here, and easy to visit family next door.
Having selected this caravan for its location, it did not disappoint. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The beach was almost in touching distance, and the local shop, pub and fish and chip shop only minutes away.
We stayed in Sheringham for the 1940's weekend, it was the perfect location with easy parking for the two cars. When we got into the house it was spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished with everything needed for our stay. The welcome basket was a nice thought and appreciated.
From start to finish this holiday flat was perfect location, good customer service . It was very clean and comfortable for our weeks stay with an added bonus of a car parking space at the back of the property. If I had to find fault it would be the tv we were not able to access Netflix and Disney as it required a email address that was not written down anywhere so we couldn’t use it .

We were delighted with the house upon arrival and it didn’t disappoint. It had all the home comforts required for a family‘s holiday base and it was furnished to a high standard. There was plenty of space throughout the house and it was well stocked. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. The garden was beautiful and we were able to enjoy the summer evenings sitting comfortably at the garden furniture. We will definitely be back!
This cottage was just what I needed for my holiday, booking in was quite easy and the welcome package most appreciated! I stayed for a week and wished it had been longer.
This was our second stay at this property and it is an absolute delight. Set on a beautiful estate with a great location and a 15 minute walk into Cromer. The property is finished to a great standard and makes for a highly relaxing break. Only downside was the noise from the neighbouring property who are in the throws of having their Garage converted so we were subject to noise from 7.45am for three mornings of our stay. We appreciate this was outside the Owners or Keys control. We will definitely return in the future.

We booked this break to relax and enjoy a late break and we were not disappointed. The location was excellent with parking provided which was a must. Great sea views and an easy stroll into town. The accommodation was ideal with all facilities that we needed abd were provided by the owner. All in all a clean decorated well equipped flat. The welcome pack provided was a lovely touch and shows they care about their guests who stay. Keep up the great work we loved it.
Scrimshaw Cottage is in an excellent location - close to both the sea and all the excellent cafes & local, independent shops which make Sheringham such an interesting place to stay. The Cottage has been beautifully refurbished to a high standard. We really enjoyed our two week stay - thank you!
We stayed in Marriots Way for our 2wk summer break again this year (3rd yr running) and found everything to be perfect as usual. So clean and comfortable and a good situation for us train enthusiasts. The ladies at Keys Holidays are just the best! Very professional, helpful and friendly. This was our second stay at this property. It is a light, very spacious flat with excellent accommodation. There is a large sun room and terrace which gives extra living space. We found there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay (though Wi-Fi would be a good addition). The situation of the flat is excellent, right in the heart of Sheringham, giving easy access to all the amenities. We would certainly stay again and would recommend to other visitors to Sheringham.
Dairy court is always very welcoming, excellent house keeping and everything you need for a perfect holiday. Ideally situated in the heart of Sheringham with all amenities close at hand. With the benefit of your own parking space.
A really nice clean well equipped chalet, situated in an ideal spot out of the village but close enough if you wanted to walk, also very quite and nice short walks on the top of the cliffs
We had another lovely stay at this property. Our second year and we will probably book again next year. It has enough space for 3 adults and 2 children. The kitchen facilities mean we can prepare our own meals or quickly heat up something from the nearby Morrisons. The good size dining table is a most and having a table outside that is the same size means we have flexibility of where we eat on good evenings. Situated just off the main roads so has a quiet feel but close enough to get to the town centre facilities easily.
A real gem of a cottage in a lovely location. So peaceful overlooking the common and yet only a 10 minute (at most) walk into town and all its amenities. Also very close to good bus service. Cottage was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you might need. The garden at the rear is an added bonus and a lovely spot to sit and enjoy a bit of sunshine. The dog loved exploring on the common and it's a great place to exercise your pet when you don't want to go on a longer walk. Lots of other walks on the doorstep too.

A very clean house, and great location. On site parking is a big bonus. However - no towels provided of any sort - bath, hand, or bath mat. A surprising omission compared to other holiday lets. With five bathrooms, that’s a lot of towels you need to bring with you! Kitchen was not particularly well-stocked with glassware, which is challenging for larger groups.

We had a lovely week here but bed linen, towels and WiFi would have been a bonus, although we knew this when we booked the chalet. Very well equipped and comfortable. Attention to cleaning could be improved, empty fridge of previous guest's items empty bathroom bin and hoover, which I had to empty and clear brush bar before it could be used!

We enjoyed our stay at Augusta court. The location is excellent and the parking a real bonus. Well equipped and clean. The only criticism was we found the double bed mattress very uncomfortable which was such a shame when everything thing else was so good

Our first stay in this comfortable cottage in a quiet area of Sherringham. The cottage overlooks Beeston Common and you can see people walking on the Beeston Bump from the comfort of the lounge. As mentioned it’s a very quiet area with allotments to the back of the property and the common at the front is perfect for a quick dog walk in the morning. There is a small paved backyard with a table and chairs for sitting out on a nice day. You are walking distance to the high street and the seafront. Lovely cottage fresh and clean garden neat and relaxing perfect only problem being older persons with leg issues we found it too far going into the High street on foot other than that just a lovely little cottage look around and you have everything you would need would recommend to families or more able persons would book again if with family with car
Very comfortable and everything there you need for your stay, cooker, grill, toaster, microwave. Lovely walk through to the town and beach through woods benches on the way to break your walk. Also lots of restaurants and shops, a short drive away, great stay.
Old Schoolyard Cottage is a wonderfully charming, quirky and well set-out jewel right in the heart of Sheringham. It's the perfect location for the town and the beach, and having your own guaranteed parking space as well is the absolute icing on the cake. Keys to the house are muddled and there are not enough for the number of people. Would have preferred a keysafe for more flexibility. No stair gate in the annexe. We had to buy our own. Also not enough mugs. We come every year and bring additional mugs each time. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay with God size rooms.
Excellent holiday cottage,central location,close to sea front and high street,parking for 2 cars,very comfortable beds,3 toilets and efficient shower and central heating.Our third visit and we will be back soon.
Love staying in this lovely cottage. I feel at home as soon as I turn the key. Always sad to leave, but not before re-booking for another visit. Highly recommend.
Repton Cottage is in a good position but up an unmade road which is difficult to access especially after rain as there are large holes. The cottage itself was well equipped and ideal for our stay. Having 2 toilets one downstairs and 2 shower rooms was a bonus. The kitchen had everything that you needed including a dishwasher! The only downside was the double bed which was not very comfortable and the bedding felt old and did not fit the mattress well. We would book the cottage again but would hope that the mattress would have been replaced by then . It would also be good to have a key safe rat...more
Chalet was clean and comfortable but did smell a bit fusty. I don't think this accommodation is suited for 4 adults due to the seating in the lounge. We chose this accommodation due to it being really quiet as it was a much needed break for my husband .
Great cottage right next to sea and in heart of Sheringham. Loved downstairs but perhaps not the sofa bed it wasn’t comfortable for sitting. The stairs I expected from other reviews but it did put us off from using the double bed on top floor. The cottage had been very well renovated with good quality items. Great views. And a car park right next door that you can but a 7 week parking ticket which was so convenient!! Perfect location for a relaxing getaway,the bungalow had everything we needed,lovely secure garden for our dog,wonderful countryside views,everything provided,lovely and cosy. The location was amazing,Tesco just round the corner,beach and village a short walk away,had a carvery at local pub,fish and chip shop,what more could we ask for,would recommend.

The directions to the property were good, and it was as advertised. The owner was very friendly and helpful on our arrival. It was well equipped and nicely furnished. A very peaceful place to stay and a good location for everything we planned to do
The Plaice is in a wonderful position and is very well equipped. We stayed out of season so it was easy to find a space in the public car park. It might not be so easy in high season. Beds were very comfortable. We would certainly stay again.

Excellent location for elderly people as near shops and sea. Quiet location and self contained. Have stayed in these premises now 12 times so we must be reasonably satisfied.

The initial impression was good; however, there were a few problems: the main TV didn't work, but the owner fixed it the same day, though it did switch itself off at 10 pm (annoying if you're watching a murder mystery or waiting for News at Ten). The boiler was banging pipes at 4 am. The owner came to fix it. But he just turned the boiler off (luckily, the weather was quite mild, just a bit chilly first thing in the morning). This was our seventh visit to The Flints so we must like it. Brilliant location and parking. Three negative points as mentioned before, Needs a walk in shower as the bath is too deep for older people.Needs wi fi. also needs more comfortable lounge chairs.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Annies cottage. The welcome pack is ideal for the first cuppa when you arrive and we appreciate all the extra things provided. The rear garden looks fabulous, once a small raised patio it now has a lush green lawn with chairs and tables dotted about. Perfect in summer, especially for kids.

The hall way and inside of apartment smelt strongly of smoke we appreciate this is not fault of owners or cleaners as must be another apartment in the block . Apartment could be cleaner beds clean and comfortable . Boiler bangs when taps turned on needs attention ( my husband is boiler engineer ) Kitchen needs a better clean no dish cloths there .we took own towels as per instructions although tea towels were supplied . Decor is very nice spacious flat great location very quiet and parking is good .
The property is in a wonderful position and has all you would need for a couple. It could do with some refurbishment now such as carpets, curtains and surfacing of the patio area. The chairs in the lounge are not very comfortable. It suffers from some damp and mold due to the age of the property.
Enjoyed our stay ,in this lovely little cottage it has everything you need for a relaxing break, and lovely walk to Sheringham and Cromer on the beach. Fish and chips at the local Wills fish & chip shop was amazing.

We booked our stay in Sheringham as there was a steam train to Holt a bustling shopping opportunity and a number of quality restaurants. The house Seaview retreat was absolutely spotless but a good 20 minute walk into town which was the only real downside to our stay which we really enjoyed, Sheringham is a good base for trips to other special locations such as Cromer or Wells next the sea,
On arrival very difficult to get car into access road as cars were parked on yellow lines making it impossible to turn into road . House was clean and adequate for what we required. There were a few dirty marks on carpet which we mentioned to Keys as they were there on arrival.We were rather concerned that all windows were locked and there was no back entrance for escape in case of fire luckily we had no problems . We had plenty of utensils in kitchen which was very nice. We particularly liked the house as it was so near to town. Just a few steps and we were in street.
Normally this property is great but this year I had to hoover under the beds clean the shower cubicle rewash dishes and throw away mouldy food in the cupboard

Checking in late on Saturday afternoon, we were disappointed to find the cottage was in poor condition. We contacted the booking agents, Keys Holiday Cottages, first thing on Monday; their manager visited the property and confirmed a lack of cleanliness and the many ongoing maintenance issues. The soft furnishings were filthy, as were the carpets. The worktops and table tops were sticky and the oven was disgusting. The double bed mattress and mattress topper were both heavily stained. We spent 5 nights at 72 Kings Chalet Park. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. The park was very quiet and relaxing surrounded by woods. A short walk to the the cliffs with beautiful sea views and a clifftop walk into Cromer. The weather was perfect, lovely walks along the beach and cliffs, sunsets from the cliffs. We had a lovely break and would recommend .
Westbrook is a lovely cottage very near the sea in a quiet area. A few things would make it perfect a chair in the bedrooms would be helpful and the outside could be made more attractive as it is a suntrap for part of the day. The bathroom could do with a little tlc. Would still be happy to book again though.

Anchor cottage is the perfect place for a small family to stay. It is so close to the beach and shops that we were able to regularly pop back to pick up/drop items or use the toilet. The kitchen has everything you might need for. Self-catering holiday and the fact that each bedroom has a toilet is really useful. The only downside to this property is its size. Although it has 3 decent sized bedrooms, the living room would be tight for more than 4 adults. The only other inconvenience is the lack of a hall or porch to put shoes and coats. Stayed at this property a few times and it is feeling very tired. There has been a new bathroom upstairs and new cupboards added to the kitchen. However the mattresses need replacing and the 3 piece suite is long past its sell by date. Sadly won’t be staying here again.
Nice property but could do with a little TLC. Chipped crockery could do with replacing. Bedside lampshades very stained and need replacing along with washing bedroom curtains. Cleaning operative could do with moving furniture to vacum as a lot of dust along edges of carpets.
Lovely peaceful location. I have stayed in this property several times and hope to stay there several times more.
The bungalow was a pleasant stay but all of the smaller items needed a major clean. A nice kitchen but appliances need changing. I told the owner after and she replied and said she would visit the bungalow and deal with the multitude of issues. I wouldn't go again.
