A super semi-detached house set in a quiet residential area, that is very handy for local amenities and the blue flag beach of Sheringham. This is a great holiday house, perfect for both families and friends to enjoy. It is light and bright and furnished in a fresh, modern style.

Excellent location, handy for town and with parking, always a bonus. Very clean and well equipped although toaster didnt work.
Good to have another toilet downstairs if there are four of you.
Mattress on double bed bit too soft.
Would stay here again as good value.

Having stayed in Sheringham earlier in the year we wanted somewhere nearer the centre and 2 Augusta Court was ideal, having a parking space is one of the things we look for. It had everything we needed.

The house was in a great spot, very close to shops and a short walk to the beach in a quiet spot. . Parking a bonus. The house itself was fine, but with hardly any storage space. The mattress on the double bed was very uncomfortable but the singles were good. It was great to have a patio area outside.

A very nice place to stay with no complaints. The apartment was in a prime location for the town and surrounding areas. There was plenty of storage in the bedrooms and plenty of electrical sockets! The bathroom was nice and clean and it was useful having one downstairs too. As the weather was nice and sunny we were able to make use of the outside courtyard which was an added bonus. All in all a very successful few days!

A terrific find for 2 couples - very old friends - who are not as mobile as we once were.
Well appointed and well equipped with a lovely outside 'sun trap' for relaxed lunches.
Parking for 2 cars - an essential for us and 5 minutes (slow!) walk to Station Road or the sea front.
A cul-de-sac location so no through traffic and very quiet.
In short this could not be a better location for our short break.
Hats off to Keys for the excellent management from first approach to handing the kays back.

We found this cottage had everything you could want but not enough heat as we picked a particularly wintry week. Perfect location with everything easy to walk to ie. Beach shops cafes.

This was our first visit to No2 Augusta Court but it will not be our last. Our first impresion on arriving was excellent and we were not disappointed in any way. The location is very close to town and the beach is within easy walking distance. The home is in a quiet close with the benifit of off road parking.
The home was very clean and well maintained with everything needed for a relaxing stay. We recommend this holiday home and also the help and expertise of Key Holidays.

2 Augusta Court was very clean, bright and well equipped on the whole.
The drawback unfortunately was the mattress on the double bed which was hard and worn out and had obvious springs poking through. As there were only two of us we opted to sleep in the single beds which were comfortable. Had we taken our daughter this would not have been an option and we would not have been happy with the accommodation.
There was no welcoming package and corners were cut, providing sanitiser instead of soap in the bathroom and the ends of poor quality toilet roll.This was such a shame as if left an unwelcoming feel in a house that had the potential to be excellent.

The house is perfect for a couple or small family holiday in Sheringham. It is a short and easy walk to either beach or town. It has everything you need, is very clean and even has a downstairs loo which is handy for children.
We had a lovely holiday and will definitely be back.

Everything we needed for a lovely stay. A parking spot which is a must in Sheringham. Cosy and warm, just what you need after a day out. A short walk to the high st and all facilities. We would definitely return. Only slight nark was the tv was difficult (for us) to get on. Once we had sussed it out it was fine.

After such a strange year it was wonderful to get away to Sheringham. The house is a very convenient, short walk from both the sea and the town. Parking was much appreciated too. Inside was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was very peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house exceeded my expectations. The appliances and fittings are all new and the decor bright and modern with no clutter. The little courtyard catches the sun and is protected from the wind.
It's a short stroll to the beach or town and the parking space, though tight, is a major advantage.
It was very clean and the new surfaces meant it also felt very hygienic.

A clean, tidy, well-presented property. The keys were accessible and the location very good - easy short walk to main streets and seafront. It was a good base for trips out and to come back to for short stays between activities. It felt smaller downstairs than the pictures led us to believe, and had the weather not been so good we would have found staying indoors for all day more challenging. Lots to do in the local area and lots of accessible places to visit and amenities. It would have been nice to have a few more little touches (eg folder of activity ideas, welcome note/biscuit, Teabags, a sharper kitchen knife) but perhaps these have fallen victim to virus regulations, or maybe I am nit-picking? Everything worked, instructions were clear. It was generally good, suitable for our needs. I would consider staying here again.

Had to clean downstairs toiletl on arrival, some suspicious looking specks in bowl. Otherwise good standard of cleanliness
Would have liked forewarning that so many items been removed because of coronavirus. No pegs, no hairdryer, cushions etc. Can understand why but did look very sparse.
House modern and bright, very neat and tidy apart from toilet bowl as mentioned above.
