This lovely link-detached house is set in the heart of the countryside village of Southrepps - a great location close to the North Norfolk coast and the attractive seaside resorts of Cromer, Mundesley and Overstrand. Set within a beautiful conservation area and within easy walking distance, Southrepps boasts a local shop, post office, recreation ground and traditional pub. From the house are direct walks and cycle paths onto the Paston Way, Weavers Way and Quiet Lanes, providing many miles of lanes, paths and bridleways around the countryside towards the North Norfolk Coastal path or Bittern Line rambles. Southrepps is also within easy reach of the Norfolk Broads and the nearby Georgian market towns of Aylsham and Holt, whilst the cathedral city of Norwich is only 30 minutes' drive away. A visit to the National Trust properties of Felbrigg and Blickling Halls also make for great days out.

We were delighted with the spacious, clean and very well appointed house in the lovely village of Southrepps. Its was such a relaxing stay because we had everything we needed for a great family holiday.. even down to the toy cars! It really was like staying in someone's home- great kitchen and comfy bright sitting room leading out to the back garden!
Lovely to have space to park off road and a large patio and garden to relax in.. complete with bbq. The location, just a few miles inland suited us perfectly, as it was peaceful and yet within a short drive of so many lovely beaches. The village shop was handy for bits and bobs, but we also made use of the choice of supermarkets in North Walsham and Cromer.
The host's attention to detail was much appreciated.. I love a decent bath towel!
We treated ourselves to great tapas at the Suffield Arms and finished off the week with tasty grub at the Vernon Arms a mere 5mins stroll away. Thank you David and Jane.
