This c1900, mid terrace Victorian house benefits from an open plan kitchen/dining room and courtyard style garden, perfect for relaxing in the evening after a busy day sightseeing. Located in a highly desirable street, close to the shops, train station and Blue Flag Awarded beach.

Parking even to unload can be difficult close to the property. The contact dealt promptly with a problem with the hot water although this may have been an issue for a family if the fault ( a sticky valve) had not resolved itself during a weekend. The owner was also very apologetic about this sticky valve which may have been a consequence of the property being unused for a spell before our stay.

Overall the property was clean, warm and comfortable and very well located so a definite maybe for staying again although there is perhaps better value to be enjoyed at some other nearby cottages listed by Keys. We had moved our stay to this cottage after our original booking could not be honoured by a different owner whose property had needed sudden repairs. Keys were helpful with the transfer but not accommodating in recognising that the transfer gave us unbudgeted additional expense.

We stayed here for 7 nights. The location was perfect, all close to everything. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the tea/coffee and biscuits that were left out. Courtyard was ideal. Everything we needed. Perfect for a small family.

This is a warm and spacious property and close to the shops and the sea. The only downside is the bath which is quite high and may be difficult if you have mobility problems.

Second year of renting this property which was satisfactory could’nt manage the 9 o clock vacate so left on the Thursday instead. Would have been nice to have been offered some form of heating when boiler pump broke down as we are older persons with COPD and arthritis problems just needed the damp chill taken off other than this stay was fine

Perfect, spacious and well equipped. Great location with easy access to both front and back.
Good sized rooms and a good bathroom with a fab shower. Always plenty of hot water.
Fantastic enclosed area to the back, a little sun trap to enjoy.

We had a fantastic stay. The house is near: the main street, the beach, everything is within walking distance (perfect location). The only gripe is the noisy toilet upstairs.
The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook.
Teabags, milk & biscuits were a lovely welcoming touch.

The cottage is a well appointed refurbished terraced house. It presents a spacious comfortable house with three bedrooms, bathroom and well appointed kitchen with modern appliances and equipment. The furnishings are new and comfortable. The location is excellent as we travelled by public transport to Sheringham and around Norfolk during our stay. Ther is limited parking in the street if you travel by road.
A chair would have been welcome in the main bedroom, otherwise excellent for a temporary home.

Comfortable, dog friendly cottage with enclosed courtyard garden.
Enjoyed our stay in this ideally located, spacious cottage. Garden (with garden furniture) is a suntrap and totally enclosed for both children and dogs.
Short walk to town and the beach..... buckets and spades were provided!

We really enjoyed our time in Sheringham and the surrounds, the property is nicely situated within Sheringham and everything is easily accessible without having to get in the car.
The beds were really comfortable, but the fitted sheet kept pulling off in the night, maybe a deeper sheet is required with the mattress topper?
As the weather wasn’t great, we did spend a bit more time in the property and found that the TV was unusable unless you have subscriptions to streaming services as there was no aerial for terrestrial TV and the Satellite box wasn’t receiving a signal. I’m not sure whether this was by design as there were no instructions or notes supplied?
Overall though these are minor issues and we would definitely book again.
